인터넷에서의 디지털 음악 저작권 침해 행동에 관한 연구 (The Behavioral Model of Digital Music Piracy on the Web)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify multidimensional motivation factors that determine the piracy of copyrighted digital music. The model is based on TPB(theory of planned behavior) as well as other models in consumer behavior. An empirical study resulted in the following findings. first Both individual's attitude toward music piracy and individual's perceived behavior control have positive impacts on the individual's behavioral intention of piracy. It turned out that perceived behavior control has a stronger impact on behavioral intention than attitude does. Second, the level of individual's moral judgment has negative impacts on both the attitude and behavioral intention toward music piracy. Third, individual's experience in music piracy positively affects the attitude, but does not directly or indirectly affect the behavior intention. Fourth, an economic gain from music piracy is not a significant factor in determining both attitude and behavioral intention. Fifth, the risk of being prosecuted for music piracy is a major factor in determining one's attitude, although the risk is not significant enough to change one's behavioral intention. This research found that individuals' intention to pirate digital music is mainly affected by the moral and ethical standards of the individuals and by the extra resources and abilities they possess. Such factors as economic gain and law enforcement were not significant enough to alter one's behavioral intention. This research is significant in that it established a behavioral model to understand the piracy of copyrighted digital music and that it empirically tested the model with Internet users in Korea. This is one of the first empirical studies in Korea to touch such ethically and perhaps politically sensitive issues as online music piracy.

캠핑동기에 따른 캠핑장 선택속성 의사결정의 프레임워크 구축에 관한 연구 (The Framework of Decision Making for Choice of Camping Site Selection Attributes according to Camping Motivation)

  • 본 연구는 캠핑장 선택속성의 의사결정 융복합 프레임워크 구축을 위해 의사결정의 세부단계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 첫째, 캠핑참여동기 및 캠핑장 선택속성을 파악하기 위하여 요인분석이 수행되었고, 둘째, 캠핑참여동기 유형에 따른 캠핑장 선택속성에 미치는 영향관계 분석, 셋째, 캠핑장 선택속성이 만족과 행동의도에 어떠한 영향관계를 미치는지를 검정하기 위해 회귀분석이 수행되었다. 캠핑참여동기로 5개 요인이 도출, 캠핑장 선택속성은 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 이 캠핑참여동기의 유형에 따라 캠핑장 선택속성에 미치는 영향력이 다르다는 것을 알게 되었다, 그리고 마지막으로 캠핑장 선택속성은 캠핑객의 만족 및 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 캠핑장 운영자들은 세분화된 캠핑참여동기를 바탕으로 운영하고 있는 캠핑장이 반드시 갖추어야할 속성들에 대해 알게 해 주었고, 실제 캠핑객의 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 선택 속성들을 파악함으로써 캠핑 사이트 개발자들의 개발계획 수립을 위한 가이드라인을 제시해 준다.

베트남 유학생의 K-패션 수용 행동 탐색 (An Exploratory Study on K-Fashion Acceptance Behavior among Vietnamese International Students in Korea)

  • This study explores aspects of Vietnamese students' acculturation and acceptance behavior of K-fashion, based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB). In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 Vietnamese international students in Korea. The results of the study firstly indicate that K-fashion acceptance behavior of Vietnamese students reflected eight values of K-fashion, two motives of behavior, and two types of K-fashion acceptance behavior. Vietnamese students generally displayed a favorable attitude toward K-fashion. They all switched to K-fashion styles and actively showed their styles through SNS. Second, there was a difference in K-fashion behavior depending on whether the motivation for acculturation was of an active or inactive nature. The distinction between these two groups was determined by applying behavioral reasoning theory (BRT). Students whose motivation for learning Korean was an interest in Korean culture were characterized by active behavior in adapting to Korean culture, while those whose motivation for learning Korean was for strategic reasons, such as finding a good job, exhibited inactive K-fashion acceptance. This study has academic significance in that it enhances the understanding of Vietnamese consumers through the K-fashion acceptance behavior of Vietnamese students in Korea. Vietnamese students who actively embrace K-fashion play an important role in spreading K-fashion, so it could be beneficial to establish a strategy for promoting K-fashion in collaboration with them.

과학학습 행동억제체계 및 행동활성화체계와 과학성취도의 관계 (Relations of Behavioral Inhibition/Activation System about Science Learning)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 과학학습 동기체계와 과학 성취도의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 과학 성취도 검사를 위해 TIMSS 2007을 선정하고 번역하였다. 이후, 초등학교 4학년 496명, 중학교 2학년 425명이 과학학습행동억제/활성화체계(SL-BIS/BAS)와 과학 성취도 검사지를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 과학 성취도는 SL-BIS와 부적상관이 있으며, SL-BAS와 정적상관이 있었다. 또한 과학 성취도에 대한 두 체계의 설명력은 12%로 유의미하였다. 본 연구에서 SL-BIS/BAS의 분석을 통해 동기와 관련변인을 근본적으로 이해하여, 학습자에게 적합한 지도 계획을 세우기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

서빙로봇이 레스토랑 이용고객의 태도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 확장된 통합기술수용이론과 수줍음의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Serving Robots on Attitude and Behavioral Intention of Restaurant Customers: Focused on UTAUT2 and Moderating Effect of Shyness)

  • Purpose: Nowadays, many restaurants use serving robots. Initially, many people thought that Covid-19 caused the spread of serving robots. However, even as the endemic, many restaurants still use serving robots. Therefore, this study examines why many customers choose restaurants with serving robots, using the UTAUT2 framework. Additionally, this study explores whether shyness has a moderating effect on these factors. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected from 307 consumers who had visited a restaurant using a serving robot and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. A total of 286 datasets were analyzed. Result: We found that the precedence factors of UTAUT2 (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation) had a positive effect on attitude. Furthermore, attitude had a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention. However, shyness did not appear to have a moderating effect among these factors. This is likely due to customers using serving robots for very short time, as identified in the literature review. Conclusions: As a result of this study, it was explained that Hedonic Motivation had the most significant positive effect on shaping attitudes toward restaurants using serving robots through the UTAUT2 model.

사용자 특성에 적합한 적극적 장소의 물리적 환경요소분석에 관한 연구 -우리나라 지체 장애자의 이동환경실태를 중심으로- (A Study on environmental elements in positive place according to the behavioral characteristics by users -focusing on circulation in environmental space by physically handicapped in Korea-)

  • The relationship between users and physical elements of environmental gives a space special characteristics. The Environment Probabilitism by Altman shows that behavior and environment, both response, effect each other construct their characteristics. People can choose their response consciously or unconsciously during their walking , sitting, standing, talking in their environment. Designing a good place can lead people to the goal that they want and designer intend to get, A good place well designed as an positive place is organised with 3 points(1) User's behavior (2) physical elements in environment (3) meanings produced between behavior and physical elements. In this study the importance of physical elements are focused on. In the place where we can have permeability, variety , legibility, robutness, visual appropriateness, richness, personalisation physically , these characteristics will encourage people to have strong motivation and to choose the most active way . From this perspective the circulation of physically handicapped persons is analyzed into their behavioral environment and their behavioral response. The analysis shows the handicapped in our situation has no environmental right for a man itself ,even they have no street to walk safely. And their response to the environment was very negative. Basically the elements from exterior space to interior space should be guaranteed for everyday according to their behavioral characteristics include handicapped. From this study the result shows that the needs of a person should be considered and accepted as an important design problem for improvement our environment.

  • To enable the government and local authorities to anticipate the public's response to emergency measures, it is crucial to formulate theories on residents' behavioral reactions and establish appropriate evaluation models that cater to local conditions. However, prior research has primarily relied on simple surveys to assess individual disaster preparedness progress, while in the United States, the National Household Survey explores the behavior, attitudes, and motivations of citizens. Nonetheless, relying on simple survey analyses presents limitations. Therefore, our study aims to develop a social science behavioral analysis model that includes risk perception and emergency preparedness evaluation items for drought. We will achieve this by examining both domestic and foreign behavioral models. The ultimate goal is to present an effective response strategy for managing drought risk that incorporates the developed model. The drought risk perception and behavioral model employed in this study involves evaluating individual risk perception of drought disasters, individual effectiveness, and motivation analysis for drought disasters, government satisfaction with drought disaster management, and individual acceptance of drought prevention policies.

그릿과 성실성이 학업 수행에 미치는 영향: 자기결정성 동기의 매개효과 (Effects of Grit and Conscientiousness on Academic Performance : The Mediation Effects of Self-Determination Motivation)

  • 장기 목표에 대한 열정과 인내를 의미하는 그릿(Grit)은 학업을 포함한 다양한 수행을 성공적으로 예측하는 변인으로 주목받고 있으나, 개념적으로 유사한 성실성과 어떤 관련성이 있는지에 대한 경험적 연구가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구는 그릿과 성실성이 자기결정성 동기를 통해 학업수행에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 355명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 그릿과 성실성이 모두 학업성적을 예측하였으며 이 때 내적 동기의 매개효과가 나타났다. 그러나 그릿은 성실성을 통제했을 때도 동일한 매개효과가 나타난 반면, 성실성은 그릿을 통제했을 때 동기 및 학업성적에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이러한 결과는 두 개념이 서로 유사한 부분을 공유하지만, 공통적인 부분을 통제했을 때는 그릿이 보다 강력한 동기 및 행동을 유발하는 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 그릿과 성실성을 비교 관찰하여 그릿에 대한 이해를 확장했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구로서 그릿의 변별성 확립을 위한 그릿 척도의 재정비를 제안하였다.

확장된 통합기술수용이론을 활용한 중국 온라인 패션 플랫폼 소비자의 사용의도가 사용행동에 미치는 영향 - MZ세대를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Behavioral Intention on Usage Behavior of Chinese Online Fashion Platform Consumers Using the Expanded Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology - Focusing on Generation MZ -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of technical acceptance factors of Chinese MZ generation consumers' use of online fashion platforms on behavioral intentions and usage behavior, and to determine whether satisfaction plays an additional role in the relationship between behavioral intentions and usage behavior. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, among the technology acceptance factors that influence Generation MZ consumers when they use online fashion platforms, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and content quality significantly influence the behavioral intention to use online fashion platforms. Second, the facilitating conditions and the platform usage intention of Chinese Generation MZ consumers directly and significantly influence the usage behavior on online fashion platforms. In contrast, it was confirmed that habit does not significantly influence actual usage behavior. Third, this study confirmed the moderating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between behavioral intention and usage behavior on online fashion platforms. This research, which proposes a research model explaining the usage intention and behavior of online fashion platforms based on UTAUT2, integrating not only the organizational aspect but also the consumer aspect to empirically verify the usage intention and the final usage behavior from the general consumer's perspective, has academic significance.

COVID-19 이후 개인적 동기와 사회적 동기차이에 따른 온라인 학습효과 연구 (A study on the effect of online learning according to the difference between personal and social motivation after COVID-19)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 바이러스의 유행으로 급격한 온라인 수업으로의 전환이 학습 효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 동일주제 과목 오프라인 수업과 온라인 수업의 형태에 따른 학습효과를 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 동일 과목의 오프라인 수강생 105명과 온라인 수강생 244명을 집단 비교하였고 개인적 동기 수준과 사회적 동기 수준의 차이로 분류하여 통일관련 인게이먼트에 미치는 상호작용 효과를 알아보고자 Two-way ANOVA 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과 개인적 동기와 수업유형 간에는 상호작용이 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 사회적 동기의 경우 수업 유형에 따라 상호작용이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 전반적으로 온라인 교육이 교육 이슈에 대한 인게이지먼트를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 동기가 낮은 집단의 변화가 사회적 동기가 높은 집단의 변화보다 큰 것으로 나타나 온라인 교육이 사회적 동기가 낮은 집단에 오히려 효과가 있는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과는 온라인 교육의 효과를 얻기 위해서는 개인적 동기 보다는 사회적 동기를 자극함으로써 학습 결과인 학습자의 행동적 변화와 태도를 유도할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
