Nude mice (BALB/c) were grafted with human 293 cells and PERV (porcine endogenous retrovirus)-IRES-EGFP (a packageable retroviral vector plasmid containing an internal ribosome entry site-enhanced green fluorescent protein)-producing pig PK15 cells in order to determine whether the pig cells could transmit PERV-IRES-EGFP to mice and human 293 cells in vivo. None of the transplanted human 293 cell lines were infected by PERV, but PCR analysis identified PERV-B provirus integration into both the heart and salivary gland of the inoculated nude mice. Our data indicate that hearts and salivary glands can be used to identify PERV-B receptors.

이전의 벡터양자화 기반의 워터마킹은 기본 부호책과 확장 부호책으로 구성된 사용자 부호책에 의해서 수행된다. 확장 부호책의 설계 방법은 매우 중요하지만 구체적인 방법이 제시되지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 거리의 가중치(${\delta}$)를 사용하여 기본 부호책과 확장 부호책을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 워터마크 삽입에 관계없이 항상 일정한 성능을 가지는 부호책을 얻을 수 있다.

This paper presents a basic theory of information flow from single sending point to multiple receiving points, where new theories of algebraic system called "Hybrid Vector Space" and flow vector space play important roles. Based on the theory, a new algorithm for finding maximum homogenous information flow is proposed, where homogenous information flow means the flow of the same contents of information delivered to multiple clients at a time. Effective multi-routing algorithms fur tree-shape delivery rout search are presented.

Observability of two spacecraft system is considered with relative line-of-sight vector measurements between two spacecraft system for autonomous navigation using the linear observability analysis. First, the dynamical equations and measurement models are introduced, and the basic assumption of attitude knowledge for one of two spacecrafts is explained. Then, we introduce a pair of nominal orbits of two spacecraft system, and the observability analysis for the nominal orbits is presented with the available measurements (for the numerical observability analysis). Let X be a compact metric space, B be a unital commutative Banach algebra and ${\alpha}{\in}(0,1]$. In this paper, we first define the vector-valued (B-valued) ${\alpha}$-Lipschitz operator algebra $Lip_{\alpha}$ (X, B) and then study its structure and characterize of its maximal ideal space.

We analyze the error in the p version of the of the finite element method when the effect of the quadrature error is taken in the load vector. We briefly study some results on the $H^{1}$ norm error and present some new results for the error in the $L^{2}$ norm. We inves-tigate the quadrature error due to the numerical integration of the right hand side We present theoretical and computational examples showing the sharpness of our results.

For the mean vector of a p-variate normal distribution ($p{\geq}4$), the optimal estimation within the class of modified James-Stein type decision rules under the quadratic loss is given when the underlying distribution is that of a variance mixture of normals and when the norm ${\parallel}{\theta}-\bar{\theta}1{\parallel}$ it known.

In this paper, we use a vector-valued conditioning function to define a conditional Fourier-Feynman transform (CFFT) and a conditional convolution product (CCP) on the Wiener space. We establish the existences of the CFFT and the CCP for bounded functionals which form a Banach algebra. We then provide fundamental relationships between the CFFTs and the CCPs.
