감각통합치료가 지적장애아동의 사회행동과 식사하기에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sensory Integration Therapy on Social Behaviors and Feeding of Children with Intellectual Disorder)

  • 본 연구는 감각통합치료가 감각처리능력의 어려움을 가진 지적장애아동의 사회행동과 식사하기에 미치는 효과를 알아 본 사례연구이다. 연구기간은 2016년 9월부터 12월이며, 개별실험연구 방법 중 ABA 설계를 사용하였고 각각 2회기, 9회기, 2회기로 총 13회기 진행하였다. 감각통합프로그램은 50분씩 9회기 진행하였고 윌버거프로토콜(Wilbarger's Protocol)을 하루 2~3회씩 실시하였다. 아동의 기초적 발달 수준을 알기 위해 영역별 관찰 평가와 사회성숙도검사를 초기에 실시하였다. 아동의 감각처리능력을 알아보기 위해 감각프로파일(Sensory Profile: SP)을 실시하였으며 일상생활수행능력과 작업수행 능력정도를 일상생활평가(Functional Independence Measure for children; WeeFIM)와 캐나다작업수행측정(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure;COPM)을 통해 각각 평가하였다. 아동의 사회행동인 탐색행동과 식사하기는 관찰을 통해 측정하였다. 연구결과 감각통합프로그램이 아동의 사회행동을 증가시키고 식사하기를 가능하게 하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 아동의 식사하기는 중재 후 5회기부터 안정적으로 가능하였으며, 탐색행동은 중재 후 3주 후부터 변화를 보이기 시작해 7주 후 부터는 안정적인 탐색행동을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 감각처리능력에 어려움을 가진 지적장애아동이 일상생활에서 겪는 어려움을 중재하는데 감각통합프로그램이 효과적임을 말해 준다.

영양서비스업무를 수행하는 사업체급식소 영양사의 직무만족 및 직무특성 분석 (An Analysis on the Job Satisfaction and Job Characteristic for the dietitians who perform Nutrition Service in the field of Industry Foodservice)

  • This study has been focused on understandings for the problems of dietitian who perform nutrition service in the field of industry foodservice and then focused on using of its findings as basic material for smooth nutrition service performance through analyzing job satisfaction, job characteristic and its importance of dietitians' task in industry foodservice. A questionnaire survey of 120 nutritionists who have engaged themselves in industry foodservice―60 are under direct management and 60, held in trust―has been performed, and 95 responses (79%) have been collected and categorized, except some unfinished responses. The examined data have been classified statistically by using of SPSS, and then analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean value, standard deviation, and correlation among factors, according to questionnaires. The findings of the research can be summarized as following: The details of the surveyed dietitians were: 20-25 years old on an average; working less than two years; college graduates; mere employees; receiving monthly pay of 70~100 won on an average; working more than 52 hours weekly; and providing with four meals a day in a single menu. For job satisfaction and job characteristic, the service itself and the understanding of the service appear as main features. For the relative importance of the service, the findings show that the menu making, sanitation and cost control occupy an important position, while nutrition counseling, nutrition education and dietary control by ailments make up very low portion. For the cause of not enacting the nutrition service, the lack of counseling ability and the overburden of food service are at the top. The findings of this research, therefore, present the needs of the service capacity education and the reduction of excessive foodservice hours of dietitians in order to secure the efficient nutrition service in industry foodservice. To achieve this goal, first of all, there should be an intensive education course in school by using of practice hours. for enhancing practical service adaptability, and then the computerization of foodservice should be executed perfectly to reduce the excessive foodservice hours.

The Effects of Age, Gender, and Target Force Level on Controlled Force Exertion Tasks

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to build basic data to systematically develop a hand function evaluation tool by determining the effects of age, gender and target force level on the difference in hand function according to the target force level. Background: Precise and objective evaluation of hand functionality is a very important factor in quantifying treatment progress in patients or elderly people, and in verifying treatment effects. However, most hand function evaluations lack objectivity and accuracy, and therefore it is difficult to properly treat patients according to the given situation. Method: Sixteen healthy subjects (eight elderly and eight young people) participated in this study to evaluate the effects of age, gender, and target force level on tracking performance through rRMSE in terms of the tracking force and actual exerted force, by carrying out a task of maintaining six different target force levels for 20 seconds. Results: The result of this experiment indicated that elderly people and women had a lower ability to maintain a certain level of force than young people and men by 16% and 10%, respectively. The target force level results showed that the tracking error of the lowest force level (5% MVC) was significantly higher than that of 15% MVC, which in turn showed a higher tracking error than that of the higher target force levels. Conclusion: The results of this study can thus be utilized to develop a rehabilitation program for elderly people or other patients. Application: The authors expect that the results of the present study will be valuable to develop a rehabilitation program and hand function evaluation tool.

사회복지사 훈련프로그램의 내용개발을 위한 직무분석: 종합사회복지관의 종사자 훈련에 대한 적용 (Exploring Practice Tasks and KSA of Korean Social Worker : Strategics for Developing Training Contents.)

  • 현직 사회복지사를 대상으로 하는 훈련 프로그램은 현장의 실천내용을 담고 있어야 한다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 먼저 사회복지사가 실제로 어떤 과업을 수행하고 동시에 과업을 수행하기 위해 어떤 역량(KSA)이 필요한지를 파악하여 이를 훈련에 반영해야 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 실천과업과 역량을 파악하기 위해 사회복지관에 근무하는 전국의 사회복지사 중 340명을 표본추출하여 실천현장에서 활용되는 111개의 실천과업과 업무에 필요한 89개의 지식 기술 능력(KSA)을 가지고 직무분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지사의 실천영역은 '직접서비스', '지역사회서비스', '조직전략 및 인적자원관리', '간접서비스' 영역으로 분류되고, 각 영역별로 중요한 실천과업들이 선정되었다. 동시에 실천현장에서 요구되는 지식, 기술, 능력이 중요도, 필요도, 보유수준 등에 따라 우선순위로 제시되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 사회복지사 훈련 프로그램 내용개발을 위한 제안들을 제시하였다.

Design of Monitoring System based on IoT sensor for Health Management of an Elderly Alone

  • 본 논문에서는 사회 소외계층인 독거노인가구를 대상으로 IoT 기기를 통한 다양한 PHR 생체신호와 환경정보을 수집하고 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 건강상태를 모니터링하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이와 함께, IoT 센서에서 수집된 정보와 PHR기반의 DB서버의 데이터 분석을 통한 예측능력을 강화하여 고독사 상황을 파악할 수 있는 기본 인프라 구축과 예방 프로그램을 이행하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 센서는 환경 정보 수집 센서와 생체 신호 수집을 위한 비접촉 및 웨어러블 센서로 구성되며 수집된 데이터를 서버로 전송하기 위해 게이트웨이가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 게이트웨이의 프로토타입을 제시한다. 논문은 의료복지서비스의 확대를 위한 정책적 과제의 논의적 목적을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물은 사회 소외 계층에 대한 서비스 확대와 국민의 의료환경개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

건설기술자의 원가관리 업무역량 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Core Competency of Construction Field Engineer for Cost Management)

  • 최근 많은 기업들이 개개인의 인적자원을 기업 가치 창출의 핵심 자산으로 인식하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 역량기반의 인적자원관리 및 인재육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 종합건설회사의 건설기술자는 건설 프로젝트 생애주기의 각 단계에서 다양한 참여주체와 함께 공사관리 업무를 수행하며, 건설기술자의 역량은 건설공사의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 현재 국내의 건설기술자 능력 평가 방식은 자격 위주의 평가로서 실제 공사관리 업무에 대한 소화능력과는 거리가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 건설업의 기본관리 항목 중 하나인 원가관리의 업무 프로세스 및 세부 수행항목을 분석하여 원가관리 업무 숙련도 수준을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 건설기술자 직급별 요구역량 대비 현 수준 분석 및 업무 단계별 건설기술자 업무역량 분석을 실시하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 산업용 가스전소자연순환보일러를 모델로 선정하여 이 모델에 영향을 주는 인자에 대하여 동적 해석을 하였다. 수위와 압력을 연결한 자연순환 보일러의 제어를 위한 총괄적인 블록 선도를 제시하였고, 이 선도를 토대로 전산프로 그램을 개발하고 계산치와 실제 측정치를 비교, 검토하여 이론 해석상의 모순이 없음 을 확증하였다. 연구결과를 산업용 자연순환 gas 보일러의 설계에 응용하도록 하여 보일러의 동특성을 제시하고 이것에 의한 전제어시스템의 신속하고 정확한 설계치를 제시하여 응용사용토록 하여 무엇보다도 전보일러시스템의 안전운전과 경제성(제작비 및 가동비)을 제고하는데 있다. 본 논문을 제1부, 제2부로 나누어 발표해야 하므로 제1부는 결론을 포함시키지 못하며 제2부에서 결론을 제시하겠으니 참조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Simulator of Underwater Navigation

  • Position of surface objects can be fixed in many ways. The most popular radionavigational systems, including satellite systems, make possible obtaining nearly continuous and very precise ship's position. However, under the water application of radionavigational systems is impossible. Underwater navigation requires other tools and solutions then these encountered in surface and air navigation. In underwater environment vehicles and submarines, operate that have to possess alternative navigational systems. Underwater vehicles, in order to perform their tasks require accurate information about their own, current position. At present, they are equipped with inertial navigational systems (INS). Accuracy of INS is very high but in relatively short periods. Position error is directly proportional to time of working of the system. The basic feature of INS is its autonomy and passivity. This characteristic mainly decides that INS is broadly used on submarines and other underwater vehicles. However, due to previously mentioned shortcoming i.e. gradually increasing position error, periodical calibration of the system is necessary. The simplest calibration method is surface or nearly surface application of GPS system. Another solution, which does not require interruption of performed task and emergence on the surface, is application of comparative navigation technique. Information about surrounding environment of the ship, obtained e.g. by means sonic depth finder or board sonar, and comparing it with accessible pattern can be used in order to fix ship's position. The article presents a structure and a description of working of underwater vehicle navigation system simulator. The simulator works on the basis of comparative navigation methods which exploit in turn digital images of echograms and sonograms. The additional option of the simulator is ability to robust estimation of measurements. One can do it in order to increase accuracy of position fixed with comparative navigation methods application. The simulator can be a basis to build future underwater navigation system.

The Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Cognitive Function and Biochemical Change of Rats with Alzheimer's Desease

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to offer clinical primary data that it's aims to examine effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on cognitive function and biochemical change of rat with alzheimer's disease(AD) induced by injecting scopolamine. Methods: Subjects were instructed cognitive dysfunction model, rat of Sprague-Dawley system was injected with scopolamine and each experimental group was classified into three; group I (n=16) is non-treatment groups; group II (n=16) is applied with the tacrine; group III (n=16) is applied with the tDCS. The ziggurat task test was conducted to observe behavioral changes and cognitive function ability and 7, 14, 21, 28 days after the model. Acetylcholine Esterase (Ach E) activity was examined for biochemical assessment of which the results are followed. Results: Participants showed as to behavioral change, tacrine application group was the most significantly responded, following tDCS application group. As to biochemical change, same as above, tacrine application group was the most significantly responded, following tDCS application group. Conclusion: From these results, confirm that tDCS application to rat with alzheimer's disease leads to positive effects on behavioral, cognitive function changes, and biochemical changes, lasting for certain period of time. This study, in particular, tDCS, which can change excitability of brain cells non-invasively, could provide basic data that is useful as a new treatment way for the patients with cognitive dysfunction.

의류수출업체의 3D 디자이너 직무에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on 3D Designer Jobs in Fashion Vendors)

  • This study attempted to extract and structure the job skills required for 3D designers, which have been recently introduced to the fashion industry. The study aimed to materialize and objectify the 3D designer's job, using a focus group interview for the survey. The 3D designer has the TD task of making 3D virtual samples using the pattern files developed in Pattern CAD. Graphic design and fabric digitization are also major tasks for the 3D designer. CLO is mainly used for 3D virtual sample production, and PixPlant, Substance, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Daz studio, and 3ds MAX are used for image and avatar editing. As per the job skills required for 3D design work, basic knowledge about patterns and sewing, skill in 3D virtual clothing technology, ability to use various software, and English skills were considered important, in that order. In particular, the need for knowledge about patterns and sewing became more important than the skill in 3D virtual clothing technology itself. To train 3D designers, it was found that not only 3D virtual clothing software, but also education on patterns and clothing construction, CAD developer's curriculum certification system, and 3D designer qualification management were required. In addition, 3D designers are recognized as an essential job in fashion vendors, and the demand for domestic brands is increasing. The biggest limitation of the 3D virtual clothing system is the perfection of the digital fabric. Also, technical improvement is needed.
