모바일 경로와 기법으로 본 모바일 광고 유형에 관한 연구 (A Typology of Mobile Advertising by Mobile Channel & Methods)

  • There found limitations of mobile advertising researches in methodology, theory building, and research implication. Existing researches were basic and some exploratory studies on mobile advertising and its effects. Especially, there was not a systematic typology research on mobile advertising. This paper tried to develop a systematic and empirical typology of mobile advertising and show proper advertising cases. We classified mobile advertising using mobile channels and methods (Text, Icon, Media, and Contents), Also we used advertising effects like information offering, leading transaction and response, and channel connection in classification of mobile advertising. Finally we suggested mobile advertising cases based on this typology and analysed the performance of moile advertising.

A Beacon-Based Trust Management System for Enhancing User Centric Location Privacy in VANETs

  • In recent years, more and more researches have been focusing on trust management of vehicle ad-hoc networks (VANETs) for improving the safety of vehicles. However, in these researches, little attention has been paid to the location privacy due to the natural conflict between trust and anonymity, which is the basic protection of privacy. Although traffic safety remains the most crucial issue in VANETs, location privacy can be just as important for drivers, and neither can be ignored. In this paper, we propose a beacon-based trust management system, called BTM, that aims to thwart internal attackers from sending false messages in privacy-enhanced VANETs. To evaluate the reliability and performance of the proposed system, we conducted a set of simulations under alteration attacks, bogus message attacks, and message suppression attacks. The simulation results show that the proposed system is highly resilient to adversarial attacks, whether it is under a fixed silent period or random silent period location privacy-enhancement scheme.

  • The Diagnostic Imagining Department essentially needs to be transformed by the plan of the room and the medical equipment which should be improved according to a rapid development in technology. And the room should be considered the scale and composition an the time of planning. Because this part is often influenced in a specific character of imaging equipment in the room. The researches on the scale and composition of Diagnostic Imaging Department were the main part in 1980's but after 1990's this kind of researches have not been enough. So this study has an intention of proposing basic data which is used in planning the Diagnostic Imaging Department by analyzing the actual condition of the area organization in general hospital.

  • Molecular imaging is a rapidly growing field due to the advances in molecular biology and imaging technologies. With the introduction of imaging reporter genes into the cell, diverse cellular processes can be monitored, quantified and imaged non-invasively in vivo. These precesses include the gene expression, protein-protein interactions, signal transduction pathways, and monitoring of cells such as cancer cells, immune cells, and stem cells. In the near future, molecular imaging analysis will allow us to observe the incipience and progression of the disease. These will make us easier to give a diagnosis in the early stage of intractable diseases such as canter, neuro-degenerative disease, and immunological disorders. Additionally, molecular imaging method will be a valuable tool for the real-time evaluation of cells in molecular biology and the basic biological studies. As newer and more powerful molecular imaging tools become available, it will be necessary to corporate clinicians, molecular biologists and biochemists for the planning, interpretation, and application of these techniques to their fullest potential. in order for such a multidisciplinary team to be effective, it is essential that a common understanding of basic biochemical and molecular biologic techniques is achieved. Basic molecular techniques for molecular imaging methods are presented in this paper.

A study of the round Variation Design Brassiere Pattern

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the applied brassiere pattern of women which are fitting for 75A. The constructing of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and U-wing as well as a full cup embcing the entire breasts. Basing on the bra model from domestic experiment results, development of an applied design, round side type pattern, has been suggested. Thus, suggesting the round variation design bra, which is an applied design based on the basic model based on the breast volume. Based on the sizes that are in reference to Size Korea (2004) and related previous researches, the basic model that has been experimented with 11.4% polyurethane and 88.6% Nylon as the materials, has been selected as the model of research. This takes 75A, the size of which is set according to the underbust circumference and the breasts circumference, as the basic model. It is an application in terms of design, and there is no change to the cup volume or size because it has been moved only from the cutting line. The applied design changes the right side of the lower cup into an easily-movable form and attaches it to the upper cup, and the lower cup takes the right part of the upper cup to form a cup shape of round variation design. It also changes basic straight form of the wings, and alters them into U-shape.

  • Graphitic carbon nitride ($g-C_3N_4$) as a fascinating visible light active semiconductor photocatalyst has medium band gap, non-toxic nature, stable chemical structure and high thermal stability. Recently, intensive researches are focused on photocatalytic activity of $g-C_3N_4$ for wastewater treatment. This review demonstrates latest progress in fabrication of graphitic carbon nitride $C_3N_4$ incorporated nanocomposite to explore photocatalytic ability for water purification. The $g-C_3N_4$-based nanocomposites were categorized as $g-C_3N_4$ metal-free nanocomposite, noble metals/$g-C_3N_4$ heterojunction, non-metal doped $g-C_3N_4$, transition and post transition metal based $g-C_3N_4$ nanocomposite. Apart from fabrication methods, we emphasized on elaborating the mechanism of activity enhancement during photocatalytic process.

Genetic Toxicity Test of o-Nitrotoluene by Ames, Micronucleus, Comet Assays and Microarray Analysis

  • o-Nitrotoluene is used to synthesize artificial dyes and raw materials of urethane resin. In this study, we have carried out in vitro genetic toxicity tests and microarray analysis to understand the underlying mechanisms and the mode of action of toxicity of onitrotoluene. TA1535 and TA98 cells were treated with o-nitrotoluene to test its toxicity by basic genetic toxicity test. Ames and two new in vitro micronucleus and COMET assays were applied using CHO cells and L5178Y cells, respectively. In addition, microarray analysis of differentially expressed genes in L5178Y cells in response to o-nitrotoluene was analyzed using Affymatrix genechip. The result of Ames test was that o-nitrotoluene treatment did not increase the mutations both in base substitution strain TA1535 and in frame shift TA98. o-Nitrotoluene has not increased micronuclei in CHO cells. But onitrotoluene increased DNA damage in L5178Y cell. Two-hundred two genes were initially selected as differentially expressed genes in response to o-nitrotoluene by microarray analysis and forty four genes among them were over 2 times of log fold changed. These forty four genes could be candidate biomarkers of genetic toxic action of o-nitrotoluene related to induction of mutation and/or induction of micronuclei and DNA damage. Further confirmation of these candidate markers related to the DNA damage will be useful to understand the detailed mechanism of action of o-nitrotoluene.

Genetic Toxicity Test of 8-Hydroxyquinoline by Ames, Micronucleus, Comet Assays and Microarray Analysis

  • 8-Hydroxyquinoline is used as antibacterial agent and antioxidant based on its function inducing the chelation of ferrous ion present in host resulting in production of chelated complex. This complex being transported to cell membrane of bacteria and fungi exerts antibacterial and antifungal action. In this study, we have carried out in vitro genetic toxicity tests and microarray analysis to understand the underlying mechanisms and the mode of action of toxicity of 8-hydroxyquinoline. TA1535 and TA98 cells were treated with 8-hydroxyquinoline to test its toxicity by basic genetic toxicity test, Ames and two new in vitro micronucleus and COMET assays were applied using CHO cells and L5178Y cells, respectively. In addition, microarray analysis of differentially expressed genes in L5178Y cells in response to 8-hydroxyquinoline were analyzed using Affymatrix genechip. The result of Ames test was that 8-hydroxyquinoline treatment increased the mutations in base substitution strain TA1535 and likewise, 8-hydroxyquinoline also increased mutations in frame shift TA98. 8-Hydroxyquinoline increased micronuclei in CHO cells and DNA damage in L5178Y. 8-Hdroxyquinoline resulted in positive response in all three tests showing its ability to induce not only mutation but also DNA damage. 783 Genes were initially selected as differentially expressed genes in response to 8-hydroxyquinoline by microarray analysis and 34 genes among them were over 4 times of log fold changed. These 34 genes could be candidate biomarkers of genetic toxic action of 8-hydroxyquinoline related to induction of mutation and/or induction of micronuclei and DNA damage. Further confirmation of these candidate markers related to their biological function will be useful to understand the detailed mode of action of 8-hydroxyquinoline.

국내 제조기업의 ERP 시스템 도입의 정량적 성과에 관한 연구 (The Quantitative Effects of ERP Systems in Korean Manufacturing Industry)

  • Researches on the introduction of ERP system kept on examining the critical successful factors (CSFs) that focus on factors to achieve effectively successful projects, and trying to measuring the actual effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system. However, most of the preceding researches on the effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system that was searching devoted effects has been ceased, and actually even researches on the economical results have just done the basic cognitive evaluation of result indicators by many questionnaires instead of objective measuring values, because of the difficulty of measuring the evaluation of the result. Moreover, researches on positive effects of the introduction of ERP on enterprise results and researches that failed to give advantageous effects showed different results each other. And a part of researches reported that only a part of result indicators were partially affected. In this research, we investigated Korean large enterprises or middle-sized enterprises in manufacture industry that introduces SAP R/3 and Oracle package to compare their quantitative financial results after the introduction of ERP system, in order to measure the effects of the ERP system. First, we evaluated the difference of the quantitative financial results before and after the introduction of the ERP system. Second, we evaluated the opportunities shown by the effects after the introduction of the ERP system. Third, we removed the sample of the exchange crisis (IMF) and executed the additional analysis to reflect the average increasing and decreasing rate in the industry, so that pure evaluation can be achieved. Inherent limits of precedent researches are removed and practical effects of the pure introduction of the ERP system are evaluated, so the research of this research is significant. The result of this research is as follows. Because of the introduction of ERP, the rate of turnover of inventory property has increased and sales of preparation inventory property have decreased so that more effective inventory property management has been achieved. Moreover, preparation sales of labor costs and preparation sales of the number of employees have decreased to show the effect of the reduction of labor costs. However, it could no be concluded that we could increase the profit due to the introduction of ERP system. Due to the introduction of ERP, although we concluded that the return on assets (ROA) and the additional value of one-person employee statistically showed obvious differences and increased, the return on equity failed to show obvious differences after the process of introduction of ERP.

한국(韓國)의 지리학(地理學) 연구방향(硏究傾向)에 관한 재고(再考) (A Reconsideration to the Trends of Korean Geographical Researches)

  • 우리나라 저리학계는 서양의 이론과 연구경향은 받아들였지만, 그것이 나오게 된 역사적 배정, 오랜 세월 동안 누적된 경험적 연구, 야외조사 연구에는 무관심하였다. 어느 지역이 어떤 지역성을 가지고 있다는 사실도 모르는 채 지역의 공통성을 추구하고 model화, 이론화하게 되면, 그 model은 다음의 연구에 인용되지도 않고 다음 세대의 연구를 위한 기초로서도 그 기능을 하지 못하게 된다. 왜냐하면, 그 결과가 틀렸기 때문이다. 결국은 연구성과가 누적되지 않고 개개 연구의 하나하나는 사상누각(砂上樓閣)이 되고마는 결과를 가져오게 되었다. 시대적으로 연구성과가 누적되어 있지 않았기 때문에 공간법칙(空間法則)을 추구하기에 는 많은 문제점을 안고 있다는 것이다. 계량적으로 접근하는 연구에서 사용되는 인자(因子), 지수(指數), 나아가서 model들은 대부분 미국을 비롯한 외국에서 검증되고 시험되거나 도출한 것들이다. 우리의 지리적 조건에 맞는 방범과 방법론이 나와야 할 것이다. 우리나라에서는 한번도 연구해 본 주제가 아니더라도 외국에서 이미 오래전에 연구한 것이면 '오래되고 밝은 연구(硏究)'라고 비판하면서 '좀 더 새로운 것'을 요구하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 사고의 편협성은 우리나라 지리학 발전을 저해한다. 이것은 결국 성급한 일반론을 도출해내려는 태도에서 비롯된 것으로 보인다. 학제간(學際間) 접근(接近)을 하면서 system approach를 시도하고 있는 연구를 보고 이것이 지리학 논문인가 하는 거부반응을 보이는 경향이 있다. 반면에, 다른 학문분야가 지리학의 영역을 침입 내지는 장식하고 있다고 우려한다. 이것은 사고의 모순이다. 학문은 하루 아침에 이루어지는 것이 아니며, 한 세대내에서 완성되는 것도 아니다. 다음 시대인 21세기 100년간의 어느날, 우리들의 후세들이 공간법칙을 발견했을 때, '20세기 말에 우리 선배들이 이런 법칙을 발견할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 학회를 창설하고, 우리나라의 지역을 발로, 눈으로 뒤지면서 기초연구를 해 두었다. 그리고 그에부터 누적된 연구가 오늘의 이 법칙을 발견할 수 있도록 했다'는 평가를 받로곡 해야 할 것이다.
