Recently, a number of OBU(On Board Unit) have being spreaded since ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) was installed in the tollgate of the whole country. Many R&D and commercialization related to ITS service using DSRC and OBU mentioned above are ongoing such as traffic information collection and provision and a signal control, and public traffic information and management and so on. Especially, there are many researches conducted(conducting) on traffic information collection and provision using communication between OBU and RSE. However, Standards for both DSRC application and traffic collection and provision are not established clearly yet. So we would like to suggest a method of traffic information collection and provision without changing of standard related to DSRC. This method is to put the traffic messages into the existing Action primitive for ETC, which is described on "Technical criterion IV of basic traffic information exchange" which was notified by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. Proposed standard application method is applied both to RSE and OBE. It is the same system which ETCS used in highway, currently. We confirmed the efficiency and performance of the system through conducting a variety of driving test using 4 vehicles in real road condition. Result of the real road test shows the effectiveness and validity of this method with about 97% communication success rate and based on studying the cases of 3% communication failure, we can analyse the expected problems in traffic information collection and provision using this method.

This is one of the basic research for inspecting the possibility of the development of logical thinking capability to make possible formal thinking. The 5th grade students (n=306) in the elementary school were participated in this study. Performing the 6 variable-controlling activities in the 'Thinking Science' program for one semester, the SRT II test and the Variable-Controlling test were operated to examine the effects on the development of the variable-controlling ability by treatments, gender, and cognitive levels. Performing of the variable-controlling activities was highly successive on the development of students' variable-controlling ability. Although learning effect on the ability of identifying causal variable was moderate, the abilities of controlling experimental condition, measurement of variable, and identifying result variable were significantly developed. There was statistically significant difference by gender. Girls showed better performance all the time in both groups. Boys in the experimental group were getting better gradually, so the difference by gender was somewhat decreased. Examining the variable-controlling ability by cognitive levels, students in the experimental group show significant increase in all levels, especially the students in early, mid, and mature concrete level show substantial learning effects. The results of this study implied that the variable-controlling activities in the 'Thinking Science' could be effective for learning of variable-controlling and eventually for the development of logical thinking capability to make possible formal thinking.

Recently, FRP usage for strengthening RC structures in civil engineering has been increasing. Especially, the use of FRP to strengthen structures against blast loading is growing rapidly. To estimate FRP retrofitting effect under blast loading, blast tests with nine $1,000{\times}1,000{\times}150\;mm$ RC panel specimens, which were retrofitted with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), Polyurea, CFRP with Poly-urea and basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) have been carried out. The applied blast load was generated by the detonation of 15.88 kg ANFO explosive charge at 1.5 m standoff distance. The data acquisitions not only included blast waves of incident pressure, reflected pressure, and impulse, but also included central deflection and strains at steel, concrete, and FRP surfaces. The failure mode of each specimen was observed and compared with a control specimen. From the test results, the blast resistance of each retrofit material was determined. The test results of each retrofit material will provide the basic information for preliminary selection of retrofit material to achieve the target retrofit performance and protection level.
The Korean government is pursuing technological development through nearly every government agency, and Korea's growing R&D spending is yielding good results in many fields. With the country moving from the technology development stage to the demonstration stage, it is actively implementing testbed projects to demonstrate developed technologies and services. This is, however, not without problems. There is no consistent systematic system for the testbed projects because government agencies compete against each other in the planning of execution of R&D: they do not work together. The most serious problem is that both testbeds and developed technologies die out due to poor operation management after the completion of test projects. Research should, therefore, be done on operation management and commercialization. However, the government still does not consider the system after the test: it focuses on building testbeds to verify developed technologies. This study intends to determine the basic orientation of operation management to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and continuity of national projects through intensive analysis of ongoing national R&D testbed projects and examination of success stories of operation management at home and abroad.
The purpose of this study is to explore the educational needs of learning supporting program on the students' perception of current competencies and important competencies. The data was collected by using the online type (e-mail survey) and the offline type (printed survey) with survey instrument developed by researcher. Survey instrument was composed of 3 categories and 10 competencies. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows statistical package. And 159 cases were analyzed finally. The paired t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between importance-performance of students' competencies. The educational needs of learning supporting program were calculated by using the Borich's formula. The findings were as follows: The first, 3 categories and 10 competencies were significant difference exists statistically. The second, The high ranks of the educational needs of learning supporting program were 'Major field knowledge', followed by 'Creativity', 'Problem solving ability', 'Global capability', 'Technology capability' in sequence. The results of this study reflected the authentic needs of students will be used a basic data to establish the curriculum for learning supporting program.

The aim of this study was conducted to investigate the awareness and practice of personal hygiene and clinic hygiene of infection among physical therapist and to analyze the factors affecting it to provide basic data for the establishment of nosocomial infection management programs and policies in the physical therapist unit. In this study, 320 physical therapists were collected and analyzed. The study tool used a self-administered questionnaire to investigate general characteristics and awareness and practice of nosocomial infections. Responses were determined as 5-Likert scales and data were analysed using percentage, independent t-test, ANOVA. As a result of this study, 17.8% of infectious disease management departments were not found, and 41.6% of physical therapists were not educated about nosocomial infection. In addition, physical therapists with sufficient protective equipment for treatment were very low at 25.3%. Thus, in order to increase awareness and practice of nosocomial infection in the future, it is necessary to provide enough protective equipment for the treatment within the hospital, and it is considered that the nosocomial infection education of the physical therapist should be carried out regularly in the hospital itself.

Purpose: This study evaluated the usability of and satisfaction with two types of computer-aided design (CAD) software among users who had experience with dental implant CAD software and those who did not. Materials and Methods: Dental technicians (n = 20) who had previous experience with dental implant CAD Software and students from the College of Dentistry (n = 12) who had never designed implant custom abutments were asked to evaluate two types of CAD Software, Exocad and Deltanine. In addition, the participants were asked to fill out a structured questionnaire (Section 1: Entering basic information and retrieving files; Section 2: Setting conditions before abutment design; Section 3: Setting abutment design; and Section 4: Overall satisfaction). For the statistical analysis of the collected data, Mann-Whitney U test was used (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: The ease of design and satisfaction with the implant CAD Software, evaluated with respect to 21 statements divided into four Stages, were significantly higher for Exocad in both groups for Secion 1. For Sections 2 and 3, participants with experience evaluated Deltanine to be significantly better. For Section 4, both groups evaluated Exocad Software to be better. Conclusion: Overall, the Exocad Software was evaluated as having better usability and offering greater satisfaction. However, in terms of performance in the core of the design process, i.e. Sections 2 and 3, Deltanine was rated higher by the experienced users. Thus, if the user interface design parts are supplemented, Deltanine CAD Software could be put to a wider use in clinics.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of practical course operation in a non-face-to-face online environment, learning effects, and students' experiences and perceptions for radiology major students using a survey. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 34 items in 5 areas: general characteristics of subjects, current learning participation in non-face-to-face environments, learning satisfaction, learning outcomes, improvement and requirements. For the analysis of the questionnaire responses, frequency analysis was performed on the response frequency, ratio, and scale for each item. Based on the general characteristics of the survey respondents, cross-analysis was performed using the chi-square test for participation in non-face-to-face learning, learning performance, and learning satisfaction. implemented. Improvements and requirements were qualitatively analyzed for the repetition frequency of words with the same meaning. Through the results of analyzing the responses of a total of 397 questionnaires, the direction of design and development of practical classes in a non-face-to-face environment in the future and basic information and implications for efficient operation were confirmed. Based on this, it is necessary to continue to think and make efforts for the efficient operation of non-face-to-face practice classes in the post-corona era.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on pre-service teacher's education based on cooperative learning-oriented teaching and learning methods by applying cooperative learning to verify the effectiveness of pre-service early childhood teacher's communication and problem-solving ability. In the first semester of 2021, 4th grade students who took the teaching method by subject class opened by department of early childhood education at C university were taught for 11 weeks from March 1st week to May 2nd week in 2021 for 4 hours a week. The results of this study were as follows: First, the average score of interpretive ability was the highest in the sub-areas of communication ability of pre-service early childhood teachers, followed by message conversion ability, role performance ability, self-presentation ability, and goal setting ability in the cooperative learning-oriented teaching method by subject class. Second, in terms of the overall average score of pre-service teacher's problem-solving ability, the average score of post-test was increased compared to the average score of pre-test. Through the cooperative learning-oriented class experience in the university's early childhood teacher training course, it is possible to cultivate the practical ability that can be used variously for the children such as communication ability and problem-solving ability in the early childhood education field. Therefore, it is necessary to provide opportunities for cooperative learning-oriented teaching methods in the teacher's education curriculum.

This study is to evaluate the intervention effect using a flowmeter in bag-valve mask skill education. The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of bag-valve mask skill between intervention group with flowmeter and control group without flowmeter, understand the improvement effect of skill education of bag-valve mask, and provide basic data to suggest the method of skill education. The total number of subjects of this study was 60, with 30 intervention group and 30 control group. In comparison of the optimal number of normal tidal volume range at pre-test and post-test, the normal range percentages of the intervention group before and after education were 32.8% and 86.7%, respectively, and there was a significant difference(p<0.01). The normal range percentages of the control group before and after education were 20.0% and 34.7%, respectively, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05). To evaluate the factors associated with good performance of bag-valve mask skill of the subjects including the normal range of tidal volume, the logistic regression analysis has been performed, and the significant influential factors were gender(10.305, 1.20-87.98), educational experience of field practice(31.674, 1.25-805.16), and intervention(92.750, 4.58-1879.69). Through this study, it was confirmed that the intervention using flowmeter for the skill education of bag-valve mask was effective, and it is necessary to consider reflecting it in the education of students majoring in emergency medical technology in the future.
