Design Of Intrusion Detection System Using Background Machine Learning

  • The existing subtract image based intrusion detection system for CCTV digital images has a problem that it can not distinguish intruders from moving backgrounds that exist in the natural environment. In this paper, we tried to solve the problems of existing system by designing real - time intrusion detection system for CCTV digital image by combining subtract image based intrusion detection method and background learning artificial neural network technology. Our proposed system consists of three steps: subtract image based intrusion detection, background artificial neural network learning stage, and background artificial neural network evaluation stage. The final intrusion detection result is a combination of result of the subtract image based intrusion detection and the final intrusion detection result of the background artificial neural network. The step of subtract image based intrusion detection is a step of determining the occurrence of intrusion by obtaining a difference image between the background cumulative average image and the current frame image. In the background artificial neural network learning, the background is learned in a situation in which no intrusion occurs, and it is learned by dividing into a detection window unit set by the user. In the background artificial neural network evaluation, the learned background artificial neural network is used to produce background recognition or intrusion detection in the detection window unit. The proposed background learning intrusion detection system is able to detect intrusion more precisely than existing subtract image based intrusion detection system and adaptively execute machine learning on the background so that it can be operated as highly practical intrusion detection system.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the visual evaluation for the Picture image combination of Clothing and Ground. The major finding were as follows ; 1) For the visual evaluation of the Picture image as Clothing variation there were significant differences in all factors 2) For the visual evaluation of the Picture image as Ground variation there were significant differences in Attractiveness Hardness and softness Cuteness Attention Cool and Warm factor 3) For the visual evaluation of the Picture image as Percentage of Clothing there were significant differences in Attractiveness cool and Warm factor. It will enhance the picture images to their full potential in any advertising medium 4) As a result of Regression analysis image effecting on " Preference" is refined-country like harmonious-inharmonious comfortable-uncomfortable beautiful-ugly splendid-dull stable-uneasy live-gentle 5) For the Image effecting on "Harmony" according to clothing image there were significant differences. the results analyzed according to the change of background are as follows. Mdern and strong images formed charming urban and cool visual images with urban and neat artificial backgrounds. Mature images were created with romantic and static artificial backgrounds. Mannish straight and conservative images created charming and rigid visual images in urban and formatted artificial background. Using a white natural background for the urban style created a cool visual image. The use of an interior background lead to warmer images and more defination lines Causal images created a rural and warm image which expressed charm and a soft visual while using a rural and natural background. A most unharmonious and hard image was created when using an urban and formatted artificial background. The coolest visual image was created with a cool and natural background. Feminine and flawless images created urban and neat visual image using an urban and formatted artificial background.   • In this paper, I propose an automatic background extraction method and continuous background updating technique. Because there is a movement of a vehicle and a change of a background is feeble, the area moving through the time axis is looked for and a background and a vehicle image is divided. A way to give dynamically the threshold which divides the image frame into a vehicle image and the background in a space is enforced. Through the repetition of the above-mentioned process, the background pictorial image is gained. Using the karlman filter technique, the update is done so that a background image can obey a climate situation and an environmental change in day and night. A background image processed algorithm is better than the existent one. Through simulation, the feasibility of the algorithm has been verified.

  • Security system with web camera remarkably has been developed at an Internet era. Using transmitted images from remote camera, the system can recognize current situation and take a proper action through web. Existing motion detection methods use simply difference image, background image techniques or block matching algorithm which establish initial block by set search area and find similar block. But these methods are difficult to detect exact motion because of useless noise. In this paper, the proposed method is updating changed background image as much as $N{\times}M$pixel mask as time goes on after get a difference between imput image and first background image. And checking image pixel can efficiently detect motion by computing fixed distance pixel instead of operate all pixel.

  • 최근 LED(Light Emitting Diode) 영상표시장치가 방송제작에 사용되고 있으나, 조명과 LED 영상표시장치 간의 상관관계가 정량적으로 분석되지 못해 HD방송의 영상품질 향상을 위해 사용되는 LED 영상표시장치의 효과를 제대로 구현하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 조명과 LED 배경화면의 명암비가 피사체에 미치는 명암 및 색채 변화를 실제 방송에서 사용되는 장비들을 이용한 실험을 통해 분석하여, LED 배경화면 명암비와 영상품질의 상관성을 정량적으로 나타냈다. 실험결과 LED 배경화면의 밝기를 6%로 할 경우, 피사체에 20[IRE] 정도의 영향을 미치면서 최적의 영상품질을 구현할 수 있었고, 밝은 LED 배경화면은 영상 명암에 왜곡현상을, 어두운 LED 배경화면은 영상 색에 왜곡현상을 발생시켰다.

  • In this paper, we propose a new technique to segment the moving target image from the natural background. This system as based on the optical BPEJTC for both detecting the moving target and automatically extracting the target image from the background by gradually eliminating the background image through the repeated correlation processes. Some computer simulation and experimental results show that the proposed system can effectively segment the moving car image from the fixed background, and that this system can be used for a fast moving target segmentation system.

복잡한 배경 제거를 통한 치아 X-ray 영상의 선예도 개선 (Sharpness Enhancement of Tooth X-ray Images Through Elimination of Complicated Background)

  • To remove unnecessary background from tooth X-ray images and enhance the sharpness of tooth and gum images, image processing techniques including contrast adjustment and histogram equalization are used. The introduction of two methods for detecting the boundary of the tooth and gum region and separating the tooth and gum from the background. In both cases, the background of the tooth X-ray images could be removed as a result, improving the quality of the images. The proposed method improves MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), an image performance indicator, as a result of measuring MTF. The original image's spatial frequency ranged from 4.73 to 11.40 lp/mm at the 10% response, whereas the proposed image's spatial frequency ranged from 10.90 to 11.85 lp/mm, giving uniformly enhanced results. In contrast, tooth and gums could not be completely separated from the background using Apple's Lift subject from background function.

A New Mobile Watermarking Scheme Based on Display-capture

  • Most of existing watermarking schemes insert and extract a watermark, focusing on the visual conservation of an original image. However, existing watermarking schemes could be difficult for a watermark detection in case of various distortion caused by display-capture devices. Therefore, we propose a new display-capture based mobile watermarking scheme. The proposed watermarking scheme is a new concept for embedding a watermark, which uses the generated image instead of a given original image. For effective watermark decoding, we also present a method for detecting the background image whose error bit can not be corrected because of various heavy distortion and for avoiding it from the decoding process. For this scheme, we adopt distortion coefficients of camera calibration when we separate a background image from a captured image. For finding available correction bits of ECC through the decoding process, we capture 30,000 images and then calculate the separation ratio of a background image and the average error bits per an image. As experimental result, the separation ratio of a background image is about 96.5% in 30,000 captured image. And the false alarm ratio shows about $5.18{\times}10^{-4}$ in the separated background image. And also we can confirm the availability of real-time processing because the mean execution time is about 82ms per an image for capturing and decoding.

배경 모델링을 이용한 비디오 크로마키 생성기법 (Automatic Video Chromakeying Generation Technology Using Background Modeling)

  • 웹캠을 이용한 온라인 회의 및 수업에서 크로마키 기법을 이용한 콘텐츠 제작은 중요한 기법중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 크로마키 배경을 사용하지 않고 배경 합성이 가능한 기술을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법은 HSI 이미지 변환 단계, 배경에서 변경된 영역을 감지하는 단계, 배경 영역을 크로마키로 대체하여 적용하는 단계의 3단계로 구성된다. 입력 영상에서 각 프레임의 블록 평균 영상을 계산하고, 배경 영상의 블록 평균 영상과 입력 영상의 블록 평균 영상의 차이를 이용하여 변화 영역을 검출한다. 개발된 크로마키 효과 기술은 하나의 카메라에서 물체가 없는 배경 이미지를 획득하고 움직이는 물체와 배경을 구분하여 물체만 추출하는 기술을 사용하였다. 실험결과, 제안한 방법은 배경색이 다양한 경우에도 처리가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 물체의 경계선을 매끄럽게 처리할 수 있어서 현장에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

교통 환경 분석을 위한 움직임 기반 배경영상 추출 (Motion-Based Background Image Extraction for Traffic Environment Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 스쿨존 영역의 교통 환경 분석을 위한 배경영상 추출 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다. 제안된 알고리즘은 교통 환경에서 수시로 발생되는 밝기 변화와 정지 객체에 의한 문제를 해결하고 있다. 전자를 위해 고속 Sigma-Delta 알고리즘을 이용해 배경영상을 현 프레임으로 고속 갱신하고, 후자를 위해 직전 프레임과 오랜 시간의 평균 배경영상을 이용해 동적 영역을 검출하여 정지 객체를 배경영상에서 배제한다. 실험 결과 제안된 알고리즘은 기존 알고리즘들과 비교하여 밝기 변화에 빠르게 잘 적응하고 있고, 배경영역의 SAD (Sum of Absolute Differences)를 약40~80% 정도를 줄여주고 있다.
