유아를 둔 주부들의 유기농 식품 구매 인식 및 결정요인 (Survey on Recognition and Purchase Decision Factors related to Organic Food in Housewives with Young Children)

  • This study surveyed recognition and purchase decision factors related organic food in housewives with young children. The most common reason for purchasing was "environmental-friendly" with 47.6%. When checking food labels, "nutritional ingredients" was the most considered (29.5%). Preference levels for organic food were in the following order: grains (26.8%) > vegetables (23.7%) > dairy (16.9%) > root and tuber crops (14.0%) > fruits (6.0%). For awareness of quality of organic food, the highest awareness factor was "safer than normal food" at $3.91{\pm}0.72$. For awareness of confidence in organic food, the highest awareness factor was "good for health" at $4.11{\pm}0.68$. For awareness of satisfaction of organic food, the highest awareness factor was "origin labeling" at $4.02{\pm}0.76$. Regarding awareness of purchasing intention of organic food, the highest awareness factor was "I will purchase organic food as possible as I can" at $4.02{\pm}0.79$. In the correlation analysis, confidence and satisfaction displayed the highest correlation (0.640), and there were other significant correlations between value/purchasing intention (0.586), confidence/purchasing intention (0.560), and satisfaction/purchasing intention (0.575). Further, the analysis showed that among value, quality, and price, only value had direct influence on the purchasing intention.

서울ㆍ경기 일부 지역에 거주하는 주부들의 전통음식에 대한 인식과 식생활 행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Awareness of Traditional Food and Dietary Life Behaviors of Married Women in Parts of Seoul and Kyongki Area)

  • This study was conducted to provide data on awareness and use of traditional foods, suggesting the desirable ways to succeed and develop traditional foods, and the possible direction of policies and applications for food industry. The study also aimed to figure out awareness of traditional food and dietary life behaviors of married women in order to offer or draw attention to new information for better healthy life styles. Five hundred and ten married women in parts of Seoul and Kyongki area were surveyed to figure out their awareness and use of traditional foods including some of fermented foods, such as Kimchi, Doenjang(soybean paste), and Gochujang(hot pepper paste). The results were summarized as follows. First the overall satisfaction degree with traditional foods reached as high as 74.4%. They preferred traditional foods because they are healthy(38.8%), seasonally celebrated(29.9%), and well known for a variety of fermented foods(28%). Second, Kimchi, Doenjang and Gochujang, home-made or factory manufactured in an old-fashioned way, were preferred. Third, the most frequently cooked traditional foods were Kimchi Chigae and Doenjang Chigae. The most preferred cooking methods using Gochujang were Jorim(stewing) and Bokkeum(roasting). These results showed that Kimchi, Doenjang, and Gochujang were still used in cooking by married women in parts of Seoul and kyongki area, which says those are still the traditional foods most of women think as important and essential. The producers of traditional foods have to consider the safety and improvement of taste and quality of ingredients in addition to the convenience in cooking, More researches should be conducted to enhance these aspects and to develop functional foods to satisfy various needs of consumers and to improve their health.

중학생들의 학교안전교육 실태와 안전분야 지식 및 실천 :「재난안전, 응급처치, 교통안전, 생활안전」 (School safety education status and the awareness and practice of safety among middle school students: 「First aid, disaster safety, traffic safety, and daily life safety」)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the current status of school safety education and the differences in knowledge and practice of middle school students. Methods: A structured questionnaire was distributed to 418 middle school students in J province. The questionnaires consisted of 35 questions on the status of school safety education as well as the four school safety education domains of first aid, disaster safety, traffic safety, and daily life. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, a t-test, analysis of variance, and Pearson's correlations. Results: Awareness regarding the top seven standards for school safety and interest in school safety education were both relatively low. Among all the different kinds of safety accidents, those related to school violence(33.8%) and life safety(24.9%) were experienced the most in school. A more pleasant school life and better peer relationships led to interest in school safety(p=.000)(p=.000), awareness regarding the top seven standards for school safety(p=.022)(p=.009), adoption of coping measures(p=.000)(p=.000), and practice(p=.000)(p=.000) in case of safety accidents(p=.000)(p=.000). Conclusion: To increase awareness regarding the seven standards for school safety education and raise interest in safety education, it is necessary to cultivate experts and actively utilize them and to prepare systematic and continuous school safety education programs.

베이비붐 세대의 성공적 노화 인식과 노후 준비에 관한 연구 (Perceptions of Successful Aging and Preparations for the Later Life Among the Baby Boom Cohort)

  • 본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 성공적 노화 인식과 노후 준비 정도를 살펴보고, 더 나아가 성공적 노화 인식이 노후 준비에 미치는 영향력을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 전국에서 814명의 베이비붐 세대를 대상으로 2015년 5월 1일부터 9월 15일까지 설문지 조사가 실시되었으며, SPSS WIN18.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 베이비붐 세대의 성공적 노화 인식은 학력, 주관적 경제수준, 주관적 건강상태, 배우자 유무에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 베이비붐 세대의 노후 준비 정도는 학력, 직업, 주관적 경제수준, 주관적 건강상태에 따라서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 성공적 노화 인식이 높을수록 노후를 위한 준비에 보다 적극적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 베이비붐 세대들의 성공적 노화와 노후 준비에 관한 정책과 서비스는 인구 통계학적 특성을 고려한 개별화된 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 동시에 성공적 노화에 관한 이론적 교육 및 노후 준비에 관한 실천적 프로그램이 함께 병행되어질 필요가 있다.

연명치료 중단 인식과 태도에 대한 의대생과 간호대생의 차이 (Difference between Medical Students and Nursing Students about Awareness and Attitude toward Withdrawal of Life-Sustaining Medical Treatment)

  • 본 연구는 의대생과 간호대생의 연명치료 중단에 대한 인식과 태도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 전국 의과대학과 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생으로 2018년 10월 8일부터 11월 15일까지 수집된 자료 240부를 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, Mann Whitney U, ANOVA를 사용해 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 95%이상 연명치료 중단이 필요하다고 답하였다. 연명치료 중단 인식에서 '연명치료 중단이 필요한 주된 요인', '필요하지 않은 이유', '중단 설명의 적절한 시기', '지침서 제정 필요성'에 대해서는 의견이 비슷하였으나 '연명치료의 바람직한 결정자'에 대해서 의대생은 '환자의 의지'가 간호대생은 '환자와 가족의 의지'가 중요하다고 답하였다. 연명치료 중단 태도는 통계적 유의한 차이가 없었고, 연명치료 중단 결정에 있어 간호대생은 의대생에 비해 '가족의 의지와 결정'이 더 중요하다는 태도를 보였다. 연구의 결과를 토대로 예비 의료인인 의대생과 간호대생을 대상으로 올바른 가치관에 근거한 연명치료 중단에 대한 인식과 태도 형성을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 대한 지속적인 논의가 필요하다.

감즙염색을 이용한 학습자료와 교수-학습과정안 개발 및 적용이 전통 의생활문화 교육에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Development and Application of Teaching-Learning Materials and Plan using Persimmon juice Dyeing on the Traditional Clothing Life-Culture Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 전통 의생활문화에 대한 인식을 고취시키고자 우리나라의 대표적 전통 천연염색 중 하나인 감즙염색을 이용한 학습자료를 제작하고 전통 의생활문화 체험이 가능한 교수-학습과정안을 개발하였다. 연구방법에 있어서 교육적 효과를 조사하기 위해서는 설문지를 작성하였고, 수업 실시 전과 후의 교육적 효과를 검증하기 위해서는 t-test, Kruscal-Wallis 검정 및 상관분석을 행하였다. 이를 고등학교 기술 가정과에 '감즙염색 직물을 이용한 생활소품 만들기' 주제로 수업에 적용하여 전통 이미지에 대한 인식의 변화와 학습에 대한 흥미도 및 태도 변화를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감즙염색에 관해 연구해온 축적물로 독창적인 학습자료를 개발하여 감즙염색과 전통 의생활문화를 이해하기 위한 협동학습을 실시한 결과, 현대 감각을 살린 아이디어 소품이 창출되었다. 둘째, '청소년의 전통 의생활문화와 교육에 대한 인식'에 있어, 수업 전과 후의 차이를 나타내어 수업 후에 인식의 향상을 보였다. 나아가 조사대상을 상/중/하위 그룹으로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 긍정적인 변화에 있어서도 그룹 간 차이를 보였는데, 사전 점수가 가장 낮았던 하위 그룹에서 가장 높은 향상을 나타내었다. 셋째, '감즙염색 직물을 이용한 생활소품 만들기' 수업의 효과를 분석한 결과, 모든 문항에서 '보통' 이상으로 나타나, 학생들은 감즙염색 직물로 생활소품 만들기 체험을 통하여 전통 의생활문화에 대한 관심과 흥미도가 높아졌고 태도가 긍정적으로 변화하였음이 확인되었다. 넷째, 전통 의생활문화 인식과 그 교육에 대한 인식 간에는 문화에 대한 인식이 높은 학습자일수록 그 교육에 대한 인식도 높아 정적인 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 개발된 학습자료와 교수-학습과정안을 통한 전통 의생활문화 수업은 전통적인 천연염색과 의생활문화에 대한 가치와 의미를 이해하는 인식에서 향상된 변화를 가져왔고, 아이디어를 창출하는 교육적 효과를 가져왔다. 전통 의생활 문화 교육은 지속적이고 다면적인 심화된 연구와 현장교육의 상호작용이 이루어질 때 교육적 시너지효과가 더 발현될 것이다.

치과위생사의 감염관리 인식과 수행 (Infection control awareness and performance of dental Hygienist)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness and performance of infection control by dental hygienist. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was answered by 239 dental hygienists working in dental clinics from September 7 to 18, 2016 in Gwangju city & Jeonnam region after explaining the purpose of the study and receiving the informed consent. The questionnaire consisted of sociodemographic characteristics and awareness and performance of infection control using Likert 4 point scale. Results: Average of Infection control awareness was $3.33{\pm}0.38$, average of infection control Performance was $3.04{\pm}0.37$ (p<0.05). The awareness and practice of dental equipment management showed the largest difference. The awareness of infection control by general characteristics varied according to position, number of dental units, number of employees, Infection control needs, Received infection control training experience, infection experience, infection control guideline (p<0.05). The relationship between infection control awareness and Infection control performance was r = 0.624 (p<0.001), indicating positive correlation. Conclusions: To improve awareness and performance of dental hygienist's infection control, regular received infection control training experience is needed. It is considered that the dentist's active cooperation is needed in shortening the life span of the dental equipment due to the Infection control performance and securing the quantity.

녹색소비에 관한 정보탐색 및 소비자교육에 따른 소비의식 : 한국과 중국의 비교 (Consumption Awareness according to Information Search and Consumer Education for Green Consumption : Comparative Study between Korea and China)

  • The research is aimed to provide suggestions to higher the level of green consumption awareness in South Korea and China, through comparative analysis of consumers in both countries. It also tries to understand how the consumption awareness and consumer education influences on the green consumption awareness. The study examined residents in Seoul, Korea, and Suzhou, China, and the research was conducted from March 25 to 31 in 2010. Three hundred and four samples in total were analyzed. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, Korean consumers' green consumption awareness is higher than that of Chinese consumers. Yet, consumers in both countries showed the lowest level in environmental participatory awareness in green consumption awareness. Second, environmental problems concern and green consumption information search is the key variable in the improvement of green consumption awareness level both in Korea and China.

미혼남녀의 정서적·당위적·기능적 결혼의향에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 (The study about variables influencing emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions of unmarried men and women)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate individual awareness variables influencing emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions of unmarried men and women. Independent variables were values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, perceptions and availabilities of marriage-related policies, views on the marriageable age, psychological burdens of pressure to marriage by significant people, and views on parents' support for marriage fund. Method: 553 unmarried men and women in Daegu, Korea were surveyed, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA), multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. Results: First, this study was more exploratory and in-depth approach to marriage intentions than precedent studies. The sub factors of marriage intentions were emotional, normative, and functional marriage ones. Second, emotional marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, dating, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, and psychological burdens of pressure to marriage personally or by friends influenced emotional marriage intention. Third, normative marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, religion, occupational status, employment condition, dating, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, values of offspring, perception to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, view on the marriageable age, availabilities of marriage-related information offering policies, and psychological burdens of pressure to marriage by mother influenced normative marriage intention. Fourth, functional marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, job, parents' support for marriage fund, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, functional marriage intention was influenced by values of offspring, perception about unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Finally, the hierarchical regression analysis showed that individual awareness variables influenced on marriage intentions. Especially, values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried, and attitudes toward multiple role planning influenced on emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions in common. Conclusions: The findings from these analyses suggest that the selective process based on the individual awareness has become very significant to having marriage intentions. Therefore, this study will contribute as the basic data on national marriage-related policies. Furthermore, this study will be able to use to think about the marriage intention as a task to be preceded by the national policy in order to prepare for Korea 's low fertility and aging phenomenon.

약선음식 제공 레스토랑의 선택속성이 구매의도와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향: 약선음식 가치 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Impact of the Selection Attributes of Restaurants Specialized in Yaksun Foods on Purchase Intention and Customer Satisfaction: Focused on Mediating Effects of the Value Awareness of Yaksun Food)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of selection attributes of restaurants specialized in Yaksun food on purchase intentions and satisfaction level of consumers as well as mediating effects of value awareness of Yaksun food on relationships among the variables. The subjects in this study were 200 female adults in Seoul and Busan. The findings of the study were as follows: First, purchase intentions for Yaksun food were positively influenced by food quality, human service, and health effect among selection attributes for restaurants specialized in Yaksun food. Second, customer satisfaction with Yaksun food was positively affected by food quality and human service among selection attributes. Third, purchase intention for Yaksun food and customer satisfaction were positively influenced awareness of functional value, emotional value and economic value of Yaksun food. Fourth, awareness of emotional and economic value of Yaksun food had mediating effects on relationships between selection attributes for restaurants specialized in Yaksun food and purchase intentions, and awareness of functional value of Yaksun food had mediating effects on relationships between the selection attributes of restaurants specialized in Yaksun food and customer satisfaction. The findings of the study illustrate that selection attributes for restaurants specialized in Yaksun food and value awareness have an impact on purchase intentions and customer satisfaction, and value awareness of Yaksun foods has mediating effects on the relationship of selection attributes with purchase intentions and customer satisfaction.
