비만 중.고등학생의 스트레스와 대처방법에 관한 연구 (Study on the Obese Students' Stress and Coping Method in Middle and High Schools)

  • This study attempted to identify obese students' stress and coping method in middle and high schools. The data were collected from the total of 600 obese students from middle and high schools in Pusan. The author used a convenience sampling method. The data collection was done from March 2 to April 30. 2001. The analysis of the data was done with SPSS Win(10.0) for descriptive statistics. t-test. and ANOVA. The instrument used for the obese students' stress and coping method was a questionnaire developed by Kim. Yi-Soon and Kim. Young-Hae(200l). The tool was composed of 65 items (33stress items: 32coping method items) with the five-point Likert scale. The results were as follow: 1. The average score of stress was 2.49 (SD = .86) points in the male students. and 2.83(SD= .86) points in the female students. The subcategories were: (outward appearance), (boyfriend/girlfriend), (occurrence of an outbreak of a disease), (relationship within the family), (an obese appearance), (difficulty in exercise). The highest degree of stress came from 'an obese appearance' for the male students (mean=2.64. SD=0.87) and (mean=2.64. SD=0.87) for the female students. 2. The subcategories of the coping method were: (be concerned about other matters), (recreation activities), (self-violence), (relaxation), (hobby activities), (avoid a situation), (communication), (music), (negative behavior), (positive thinking). The highest degree of coping method were (recreation activities) in the male students (mean=3.07. SD=0.86) and (music) in the female students (mean=3.47. SD=1.01). 3. The results comparing stress with demographic variables were significant for gender (t=7.010. p=0.000). grades at school (F=2.918. p=0.02l), degree of obesity (F=5.205. p=0.006). grades (F=2.550. p=0.027). standard of living(F=8.277. p=0.000). the state of health (F=2.882, p=0.022), relationship with the father (F=4.790, p=0.001), relationship with the mother (F=6.080, p=0.000), and the educational level of the father (F=3.192, p=0.013). 4. The results comparing the coping method with demographic variables were significant for gender (t=4.597. p=0.000). These findings contribute to the understanding of the degree of stress and the type of coping methods of obese students in middle and high schools. Therefore, the result of this study aids in an effective nursing intervention to improve the mental health program for the obese.

일개 제조업체 근로자의 직업성 스트레스 관련 요인 (Occupational Stress of the Workers in a Electronic Manufacturing Factory)

  • This paper attempts to identify the occupational stress-related factors among the workers at the manufacturing industry and to provide the basic data concerning development of stress management program focused on the manufacturing industry. The subjects exhibit significantly highest level of 'the characteristics of task and participation in decision making factor'. And the mean score of 'the avoid coping strategies' was higher than 'the control coping strategies'. The main factor that affected the occupational stress responses was 'the physio-environmental factor' and it was explained 15.6% out of the total variance of the stress responses. Also, it would be explained 29% out of the total variance of the stress responses with 'the characteristics of task/participation in decision making factor', sex, social support, and 'extra-organizational stressor'. In conclusion. For developing the stress management program in workplace, 'the physical environmental factor' and 'the characteristics of task and participation in decision making factor' should be considered. Also, It should be identified the direct and indirect paths among factors that significantly related factors to the occupational stress of workers further more.

이동로붓을 위한 Limit-cycle 항법 (Limit-cycle Navigation Method for Fast Mobile Robots)

  • A mobile robot should be designed to navigate with collision avoidance capability in the real world, coping with the changing environment flexibly. In this paper, a novel navigation method is proposed for fast moving mobile robots using limit-cycle characteristics of the 2nd-order nonlinear function. It can be applied to robots in dynamically changing environment such as the robot soccer. By adjusting the radius of the motion circle and the direction of the obstacle avoidance, the mobile robot can avoid the collision with obstacles and move to the destination point. To demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability, it is applied to the robot soccer. Simulations and real experiments ascertain the merits of the proposed method.

특수고용형태근로종사자들의 건강문제와 대처: 학습지 교사, 보험설계사, 신용카드회원모집인을 중심으로 (Health Problems and Coping of Workers under Special Employment Relationships: Home-visit Tutors, Insurance Salespersons, and Credit Card Recruiters)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine health problems experienced by workers in special employment relationships (WSER) and identify coping strategies used when such problems occur. Methods: This qualitative study used the focus group interview method. Thirteen study participants included five home-visit tutors, five insurance salespersons, and three credit card recruiters. The interviews were conducted from November 2018 through January 2019, with each occupational group interview lasting about 2 hours. Analysis based on phenomenological research was independently performed by two researchers. Results: Most participants had common health problems involving vocal cord symptoms, and stress related to emotional labor and traffic accidents. The unique health problems included cystitis, musculoskeletal, and digestive symptoms in home-visit tutors; reduced vision and hearing in insurance salespersons; and mental distress in credit card recruiters. There was no protection system for their health coverage, and the company emphasized their self-employed status to avoid taking responsibility for them. Twelve participants did not purchase occupational accident insurance owing to both not having adequate information and economic burden concerning premium status. Conclusion: WSER experienced both physical and mental health problems. These problems were caused by their unstable employment status, and the social security system for their coverage being non-functioning.

다리 궤적을 조정하는 육각 보행 로봇의 내고장성 걸음새 (Fault Tolerant Gaits of a Hexapod Robot with a Foot Trajectory Adjustment)

  • 본 논문에서는 기구학적 구속조건을 고려한 육각 보행 로봇의 새로운 내고장성 걸음새를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 고려하고 있는 고장은 관절고착고장으로 로봇 다리의 관절 하나가 어떤 위치에 고착되어서 보행이 끝날 때까지 움직일 수 없는 상태를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 육각 보행 로봇의 직선 보행을 위한 기존의 내고장성 걸음새가 고장 난 다리의 기구학적 구속조건에 따라서 교착 상태에 빠질 수도 있음을 해석적으로 증명한다. 그런 다음 이러한 교착 상태를 회피하기 위해서 새로운 내고장성 걸음새 계획을 제안한다. 제안하는 내고장성 걸음새는 다리의 궤적을 변경함으로써 고장 난 다리가 야기하는 교착 상태에서 벗어날 수 있으며, 기존 내고장성 걸음새의 다리 움직임 순서와 보폭을 그대로 유지한다. 제안한 걸음새 계획의 우수성을 입증하기 위해서 평탄 지형에서 정상적인 걸음새로 걷고 있는 육각 보행 로봇이 고장이 일어난 후 제안한 걸음새 계획을 이용하여 교착 상태에서 벗어나 내고장성 걸음새로 전이하는 사례 연구도 기술한다.

중년 여성의 폐경 경험에 대한 근거 이론적 접근 (A Grounded Theory Study on Women's Menopause Experiences)

  • Purpose: Purpose of this study was to explore the process of menopause experiences in middle-aged women. Method: The grounded theory methodology by Strauss & Corbin was the basis for this study. The participants were 15 middle-aged women selected by theoretical sampling. The data were collected by in-depth interviews using audiotape recording analyzed simultaneously by the constant comparative method described in Strauss and Corbin's methodology. Results: Experiencerelated to menopause in middle-aged women is caused by cognition of the aging process, difficult problems in family that occur with limitation of social activity, and perception of changingseasons. The central incident of menopause in middle-aged women was loss of the woman's identity. Intervening conditions, which are action/interactional strategies for menopause, are related to social support. Action/interactional strategies related to menopause management included medical treatment, mind control, and participation in social activity. Experiencerelated to menopause in middle-aged women resulted in comfort or discomfot of physical and emotional condition. Conclusion: The findings of this study may contribute to the development health promotion strategy for middle-aged women. There is need to develop family support systems and preventive nursing interventions to avoid negative coping strategy.

  • What was once known as common courtesy is rapidly disappearing in the air travel industry, and the violent behavior known as air rage is a constant threat. Once sought after by other industries for advice because of its expertise in customer service, the air travel industry has now slipped to the lowest rungs of companies with unhappy customers. As airlines cut corners in order to avoid bankruptcy, passengers' patience is tested by the stress of flight delays, crowded airports and close packed seating on airplanes. This article examines the situation, strategies used by passengers and ways the airline industry might better inspire courteous behavior in passengers. A cultural expectation of entitlement and competitiveness for limited resources has led to a breakdown in civilized behavior throughout society, both in the United States and internationally. Air travelers faced with rude and intrusive behavior from others on the flight are beginning to find their own ways of coping, such as high quality headphones to block offensive noises, and mechanical devices to keep the seat in front from reclining to the point where it hits their knees. The most potentially effective remedies will come from airlines that enlist cooperation by offering effective passenger education and possibly even incentives. Acceptable airline behaviors need to be plainly defined and stressed for passengers, both before boarding and onboard. In this paper, some methods are suggested to motivate passengers and to inspire courteous behavior.

임플란트 나사의 안정성 (Stability of implant screw joint)

  • The use of screw-retaind prosthesis on an osseointegrated implant is a popular treatment modality offering relative ease in the removal of the restoration. One of the complications associated with this modality is the loosening of the abutment and coping screws. Loosening of the screws results in patient dissatisfaction, frustration to the dentist and, if left untreated, component fracture. There are several factors which contribute to the loosening of implant components which can be controlled by the restorative dentist and lab technician. This article offers pratical solutions to minimize this clinical problem and describes the factors involved in maintaining a stable screw joint assembly. To avoid joint failure, adherence to specific clinical, as well as mechanical, parameters is critical. With respect to hardware, optimal tolerance and fit, minimal rotational play, best physical properties, a predictable interface, and optimal torque application are mandatory. In the clinical arena, optimal implant distribution; load in line with implant axis; optimal number, diameter, and length of implants; elimination of cantilevers; optimal prosthesis fit; and occlusal load control are equally important.

교착 회피를 고려한 내고장성 세다리 걸음새 (Fault-Tolerant Tripod Gaits Considering Deadlock Avoidance)

  • Fault-tolerant gait planning in legged locomotion is to design gaits with which legged robots can maintain static stability and motion continuity against a failure in a leg. For planning a robust and deadlock-free fault-tolerant gait, kinematic constraints caused by a failed leg should be closely examined with respect to remaining mobility of the leg. In this paper, based on the authors's previous results, deadlock avoidance scheme for fault-tolerant gait planning is proposed for a hexapod robot walking over even terrain. The considered fault is a locked joint failure, which prevents a joint of a leg from moving and makes it locked in a known position. It is shown that for guaranteeing the existence of the previously proposed fault-tolerant tripod gait of a hexapod robot, the configuration of the failed leg must be within a range of kinematic constraints. Then, for coping with failure situations where the existence condition is not satisfied, the previous fault-tolerant tripod gait is improved by including the adjustment of the foot trajectory. The foot trajectory adjustment procedure is analytically derived to show that it can help the fault-tolerant gait avoid deadlock resulting from the kinematic constraint and does not make any harmful effect on gait mobility. The post-failure walking problem of a hexapod robot with the normal tripod gait is addressed as a case study to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

중소기업 기술유출 및 기술인력 방지제도에 관한 연구 (The Study of Protective Solution and People in Technology Outflow about SMEs)

  • 중소기업 기술유출의 원인은 중소기업의 법률적 대처능력 부족과 기술인력의 유출로 대변할 수 있다. 또한 기술유출피해 중소기업 중 절반 정도가 다시 동일한 피해를 경험하고 있고, 외부 유출시에도 해당 기술에 대한 개발사실과 시기를 입증하지 못하는 등 기술유출 후에도 특별한 조치를 취하지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 보안인프라 투자 곤란, 보안업무 관련 지식부족, 영업비밀 보호 전담직원의 미보유, 법적 제도적 장치 미흡 등이 현재까지의 애로사항으로 파악되고 있다. 또한, 하도급 거래 등에서 대 중견 중소기업간 기술유출 유용 등 불공정행위의 증가로 중소기업의 성장을 저해하고, 기업간 동반성장 기반이 약화되고 있다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 핵심인력의 기술유출 원인을 살펴보았고, 처우 불만과 직업의 불안정성, 직무발명 보상의 열악함 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론 및 시사점으로 중소기업의 기술유출과 기술인력의 유출을 방지하기 위해서는 사전적 예방조치 강화와 기술보호 관련법의 적극적인 활용, 특허분쟁시 중소기업에게 소송지원, 핵심기술인력의 유출을 방지할 수 있는 정당한 보상 등이 개선되어야 할 것이다.
