응급실 간호사의 전문직 자율성과 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Professional Autonomy and Professional Self-concept on Job Satisfaction of Emergency Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study to determine the level of professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction of emergency nurses, and to investigate their correlations and verify the effects of professional autonomy and professional self-concept on job satisfaction. Method: The subjects were 189 emergency nurses with a work experience of 1 year or more, in 14 hospitals located in B and U Metropolitan Cities. The study was conducted from July 20, 2014, to August 30, 2014. The measurement instruments for professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction were used as the measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results: Job satisfaction among emergency nurses showed a significant positive correlation with professional autonomy (r=.28, p <.001), and with professional selfconcept (r=.50, p <.001) with sub-areas of professional practice (r=.79, p <.001), satisfaction (r=.64, p <.001), and communication (r=.25, p <.001). Factors affecting job satisfaction were satisfaction (${\beta}$=0.60, p <.001), followed by low professional autonomy (${\beta}$=-0.24, p <.001) and communication (${\beta}$=0.14, p =.008), which accounted in total for 48.3% of the effect. Conclusion: This study suggests that enhancing professional satisfaction, maintaining proper communication, and securing autonomy are required to improve the job satisfaction among emergency nurses.

GA를 적용한 모의 UAV의 자율착륙 테스트베드 구축 (Generating an Autonomous Landing Testbed of Simulated UAV applied by GA)

  • 현대에서 사용되는 무인 비행체의 경우 자율화수준이 떨어져 사용자의 개입이 필요하다는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 자율화 달성의 방법론으로 유전자 알고리즘을 선택하고, 이것을 적용해 무인 착륙체의 자율화 가능성을 확인해 보는 것이다. 특별히 무인 비행체의 착륙은 비행체에서 매우 중요한 고전적인 과업 중의 하나이며, 착륙에 있어서 역사적 사건 중의 하나가 달착륙이라고 할 수 있다. 달 착륙선의 추동 메카니즘을 장착한 낙하체의 착륙 자율화 방법을 이용해 무인 착륙체의 자율화 가능성을 확인한다. 본 논문에서는 유전자알고리즘 적용시 게놈을 단지 4가지 액션 (좌회전, 우회전, 분출, 자유낙하) 으로 인코딩하여 무인 착륙체에 적용하고, 유전자 알고리즘의 주요 연산을 접목하여 실험을 성공적으로 진행하였으며 센서에 대한 의존도를 최소화할 수 있는 무인 비행체의 모의 UAV를 제작하였고, 유전자알고리즘을 적용해 그 가능성을 확인하는 테스트 베드를 구축하였다.

지방공무원의 직무자율성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 조직공정성의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 분석 (Effect of Job Autonomy of Local Government Officials on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Mediating Effect of Organizational Justice Perception and Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 경기도 소재 지방자치단체 공무원 312명을 대상으로 직무자율성과 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 가설검증을 위해 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 조직공정성 인식의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 분석을 위해서는 경로분석을 실시했다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 조직구성원들이 인식하는 직무자율성의 정도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 긍정적(+)인 관계임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 절차공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 반면 분배공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 매개효과가 기각되었다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 절차공정성 인식이 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이의 매개적 역할을 조절하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이에서 조절역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방공무원들의 조직성과를 높이기 위한 조직시민행동의 선행요인을 통해 조직행태이론의 발전에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

한국의 교육과정 자율화 정책 결정 모형 탐색: 통합적 순환 모형 개발 (Exploring the Policy Decision Model for Curriculum Autonomy in Korea: Development of an Integrated Circular Model)

  • 이 연구는 한국의 교육과정 자율화 정책이 결정되고 학교 현장에 적용되는 교육과정 자율화 현상을 설명하는 모형으로서 '통합적 순환모형'을 제외하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 교육과정 자율화의 의의와 한국의 교육과정 자율화에 대한 특징을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 정책결정 모형에 대한 비판적 분석을 토대로 대안적 교육과정 정책결정 모형의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다. 셋째, 통합적 순환 모형에 대해 탐색하였다. 여기서는 모형 정립의 조건 탐색과 모형의 기본 방향에 대해 제시하고 통합적 순환 모형을 구안하였다. 통합적 순환 모형은 거시 모형과 미시 모형으로 구분하여 살펴보고 이들을 통합한 모형으로 제시하였다. 논의 결과 우리나라 상황에 적합한 교육과정 정책 모형의 필요, 국가에서 부여한 자율성으로 인한 교육현장의 국가에 대한 자율 요청 행위의 촉진, 외적 개입의 배제와 내적 통제가 확립된 자율성의 개념화가 필요하였다. 이들 논의를 통해 모형 적용의 일반화, 교육과정 질 관리, 검증을 통한 보완 등의 제언을 하였다.

3세대 모녀간의 애착.자율성 발달특성과 심리적 적응 (Three generations of mothers and daughters: attachment patterns and psychological well-being)

  • This research applied an attachment theory to the study of three generations of women. Questionnaire and semistructured interview techniques were employed to collect the data on intergenerational mother-daughter relationships from 140 triads of adolescent daughters middle-aged mothers an old-aged grandmothers. The focus of the study had been on the characteristics of attachment patterns which is measured by sense of attachment and autonomy across and within generations and their effects on personal well-being. Women in each their three generations perceived a high and seminilar level of attachment across and within the generations. On the other hand the level of autonomy differed by the generations with middle-aged mothers showing a higher level of perceived sense of autonomy than other two generations. Although the levels of attachment and autonomy were related to psychological well-being the level of autonomy was slightly more related to it. The results also showed that not nly one's own attachment toward mother/daughter but attachment of others toward herself were associated with the personal well-being. Overall this study reflects and supports the basis concepts of mother-daughter attachment: its continuity reciprocity and personal development in adulthood.

기혼여성의 지속적 피임행위와 의사소통, 피임통제감 및 성적자율성 (A Comparative Study of Consistent and Inconsistent Contraceptive Users on Partner Communication, Perceived Contraceptive Control, and Sexual Autonomy)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate the influencing factors in the consistent use of contraception methods by comparing consistent and inconsistent users on partner communication, contraceptive control perception, and sexual autonomy among married Korean women. Method: This study consists of 243 married women living in Korea. A convenient sampling technique was used and data were collected by self report questionnaires from September 14, 2000 to October 20, 2000. Result: Only 41.6% of women were using contraception methods consistently and the rest of them were using contraception methods inconsistently. Between the two groups, statistical significances were noted in sexual communication(t=-2.5, p=.01), perceived contraceptive control(t=-7.5, p=.00) and sexual autonomy(t=-3.1, p=.00). As for general communication, it was not statistically significant(t=-1.0, p=.31). Conclusion: Family planning program advisors should recognize that intervention programs for the promotion of consistent contraceptive behavior should focus on the sexual communication, perceived contraceptive control, and sexual autonomy.

Autonomy, Incentives, and School Performance: Evidence from the 2009 Autonomous Private High School Policy in Korea

  • Improving the quality of school education is one of the key policy concerns in Korea. This paper examines whether providing schools with adequate autonomy and incentives can meet the policy goals by looking at a recent policy reform in Korea. In 2009, the Korean government granted autonomy to certain private high schools on the condition that no financial subsidies would be provided to the schools. Because the autonomous private high schools cannot receive a subsidy, they have a strong incentive to meet parental demands because schools failing to meet these demands will lose students and will have to close. Applying the value-added model to longitudinal data at the student level, I find that students entering these autonomous schools show faster growth in their academic achievement than their peers in traditional non-autonomous schools. These results suggest that providing schools with autonomy and incentives can be a useful policy tool for improving school education.

어머니의 심리통제와 아동의 행동문제 - 학령기 후기 아동의 정서적 자율성의 매개효과에 대한 탐색 - (Mother's Psychological Control and Children's Behavior Problems - Mediational effects of Emotional Autonomy -)

  • This study examined the relationships between children's perceptions of mother's psychological control, and children's behavior problems(depression, anxiety, withdrawal, and aggression). In order to expand the study on the relationships, special attention was given to the possible mediator effects of children's emotional autonomy on the relationships. The subjects were 293 6th graders residing in Cheonan. It was found that children's perceptions of mother's psychological control was significantly related with the level of children's depression, anxiety, withdrawal, and aggression. Children's emotional autonomy were found to be a significant mediator of the relationship between mother's psychological control and children's depression and aggression. No significant mediator effect of emotional autonomy was found in the relationship between mother's psychological control and children's withdrawal and anxiety.

성폭력상담원 교육프로그램이 성폭력에 대한 지식, 성적 자율성 및 강간통념에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Sexual Violence Counselor Program on Knowledge toward Sexual Violence, Sexual Autonomy and Rape Myths)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a sexual violence counselor program on knowledge toward sexual violence, sexual autonomy and rape myths. Method: One group, pretest-posttest design was used. The program was delivered to thirty-three persons during 10 weeks for a total of 65 hours. Results: After the program, knowledge toward sexual violence increased significantly from 11.6 to 12.5(t=-2.10, p<.05), and sexual autonomy increased significantly from 50.6 to 53.7(t=-2.35, p<.05). After the program, rape myths decreased significantly from 42.4 to 29.0(t=7.80, p<.001). Conclusion: A sexual violence counselor program was effective to increase knowledge toward sexual violence and sexual autonomy and to diminish rape myths.

외식업 종사자의 직무특성이 직무만족과 스트레스에 미치는 효과와 사회적 지원의 조절효과 (The effects of job characteristics on job satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support in food service business)

  • This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.
