  • For the safty driving of an automobile which is become individual requisites, a new Neural Network algorithm which recognized the load vehicles in real time is proposed. The proposed neural network technique is the real time computation method through the inter-node diffusion. The most reliable algorithm derived for real time recognition of vehicles, is a dynamic programming based algorithm based on sequence matching techniques that would process the data as it arrives and could therefore provide continuously updated neighbor information estimates.

해외 우정기관의 친환경 차량 운영 동향 (Trends on Alternative Fuel Vehicles in World-Wide 10 Postal Agencies)

  • In this study, we provide trends on alternative fuel vehicles promoted by postal agencies in 10 countries in North America, the EU, and Asia. It describes the specifications of most EV vehicles in operation, plans, and strategies to replace existing internal combustion engines with new vehicles in the future and provides the current status of alternative vehicle charging networks in each postal agency. This paper will help postal agencies, logistics companies, automobile companies, motorcycle companies, and even individuals who want to use vehicles with alternative fuels, such as electric vehicles, on strategies to establish and implement before introducing and operating the vehicles.

ALLOCATION AND PRICING IN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND THE FREE RIDER THEOREM

  • Consider a time interval during which the demand for trips is fixed (e.g. the rush hour period). The traveller has a choice between various public modes, whose travel times and fares are fixed, and the automobile mode, for which travel time and cost depend on the volume of traffic flow on those roads, which are subject to congestion. We consider the equilibrium in terms of a representative travellerm, who choses for any trip the mode and route with the least combined money and time cost. When several (parallel) model or routes are chosen, then the combined cost of money and time must be equal among these. Our problem is first, to find the optimal flows of cars and of public mode carriers on the various links of their networks and second the optimal fares for trips by the variousmodes. The object is to minimize the total operating costs of the carriers and car plus the total time costs to travellers. The optimal fares are related to, but not identical with the dual variables of the underlying Nonlinear Program. They are equal to these dual variables only in the case, when congestion tolls on trips or on the use of specific roads are collected from automobile users. When such tolls are not collected, they must be passed on as subsidies to travellers using competing modes. The optimal fares of public modes are then reduced by the amounts of these subsidies. Note that subsidies are not a flat payment to public carriers, but are calculated on the basis of tickets sold. Fares and subsidies depend in general on tile period considered. They will be higher during periods of higher demand. When the assumption of fixed trip demand is relaxed, this tare system is no longer best, but only second best since too much traffic will, in general, be generated. The Free Rider Theorem states the following : Suppose road tolls can be charged, so that a best pricing system for public modes is posssible. Then there may exist free rides on some routes and modes, but never on a complete round trip.

  • RFID 기술은 도서관과 보안 분야와 같은 제어와 관련한 분야에서 유용하게 이용되고 있다. 차량의 통제는 이러한 분야 중의 하나로서 많은 장점이 있다. 특히, 승용차, 트럭 등에 태크(Tag)를 사용할 수 있다. 차량이 제한된 장소나 혹은 주차 구역에 진입할 때 리더기가 태그를 평가 한다. RFID 리더는 진입하는 차량을 인증하면서 차량 진입 시간을 서버에 전송한다. 그러면 장치가 활성화 된다. 차량이 주차구역에서 이동하면 RFID 리더기는 차량이 출발한 시간을 기록한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 불법 주차 모니터링 방법을 제안한다. 특히, 차량 소유자가 불법으로 차량을 주차할 경우 빠르고 정확하게 이와 같은 정보를 기록하는 방법을 제안했다.

한국의 자동차 해체·재활용 제도 개선 연구 (A Study for Improving the Vehicle Dismantling and Recycling System of Korea)

  • In Korea, the Vehicle Dismantler and Recycler industry is supervised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under the Automobile Management Act. Also, Korean Automotive recycling businesses are supervised by the Minister of Environment under the Resource Recirculation Act. The main concern of the Minister of Environment is how the wastes from Dismantled vehicles will be environmentally removed, stored, treated, recycled or disposed. In 2000, the European Union (EU) adopted the End-of-Life Vehicles Directive (2000/53/EC) which required Members to ensure the collection, treatment and recovery of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). The Directive, the most tightly regulated and precautionary legal systems, required that the last owner of a vehicle could drop off the ELV at an authorized treatment facility and that the producers of the ELV should pay the cost of the program. The adoption of the ELVs directive has led the development of Automotive Dismantler and Recycler networks to reuse, refurbish, remanufacture, recycle and recover parts and materials embedded in ELVs. Also, the ELVs directive which has had an insignificant impact on Korean manufacturers has strong presence in the European market and has been successfully externalized on them. The Korean manufacturers not only achieve the 85% recycling target set by the ELVs directive but also meet the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) which requires manufacturers to contribute dismantling process. In order to improve the Korean vehicle dismantling and recycling system, the Automobile Management Act and the Resource Recirculation Act should be harmonized. Particularly the roles of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Minister of Environment should be sharply divided. Like Japan, the ELV management needs to be highly centralized, regulated, and controlled by the ministry specialized in Vehicle, namely the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the sub organizations. Like EU Members, recovery, reuse, and recycling must be distinguished. Recovery is defined as the final productive use of the parts and materials embedded in ELVs, which includes reuse and remanufacture of parts and recycling of the other materials. Dismantling process and reuse and remanufacture of parts must be governed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. For environmental recycling or disposal of waste materials, such as CFCs, glass and plastic material, and toxic substances, governmental financial support system should be in place.

다중모델을 이용한 자동차 보험 고객의 이탈예측 (Customer Churn Prediction of Automobile Insurance by Multiple Models)

  • 데이터마이닝은 우리가 완벽하게 알고 있지 못하는 데이터 집합으로부터 알려지지 않은 사실이나 규칙을 찾아내는 작업이기 때문에 항상 높은 오류율의 위험에 처해 있다. 다중모델은 하나의 문제에 다수의 모델을 사용함으로써 오류율을 줄이고자 하는 접근 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝의 예측 성능을 개선시킬 수 있는 새로운 방식의 다중모델을 제시한다. 이 다중모델은 입력사례의 특성에 따라 그에 적합하게 개발된 모델이 선정되어 적용되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 제시된 다중모델의 현실적인 성능 검증을 위해 국내 자동차 보험 가입 고객의 이탈 예측 문제에 적용하여, 그 결과를 단일모델의 결과와 비교 평가하였다. 비교 대상 단일모델로는, 사례기반추론, 인공신경망, 의사결정나무 등이 사용되었는데, 다중모델의 예측 성능이 어떤 단일모델의 예측 성능보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. These symptoms can be confirmed that the logistics systems of a system of selling auto parts supplier but above all a problem for several reasons, which will be considered as areas for improvement should be done urgently. 일대일로와 미·중 무역 분쟁: 글로벌 무역 네트워크에의 함의 (The Belt and Road Initiative and the US-China Trade War: Implications for Global Trade Networks)

  • 본 연구는 미·중 무역 전쟁과 일대일로가 촉발할 세계무역의 변화를 부가가치 기준 무역 통계를 이용하고, 사회연결망 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 일대일로 무역 환경은 제조 허브로서의 중국의 위상을 견고히 하고, 유럽 서비스 산업의 위상을 강화한다. 둘째, 1995년부터 2011년까지 GVC 네트워크 내에서 영향력이 큰 산업인 미국의 R&D 산업과 도소매업 및 독일의 자동차 산업은 미·중 무역 분쟁과 일대일로 무역 환경이 반영된 2049년까지도 그 위상이 안정적으로 유지된다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 수의 증가를 통해 일대일로가 GVC 네트워크의 분화를 심화시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 끝으로 중국의 전자 산업, 독일의 자동차 산업, 미국의 R&D 산업의 커뮤니티 진화 형태에서 주목할 만한 특성이 발견되는데 이는 각국 서비스 산업의 역량과 밀접하게 연관된다.

  • 한국경제는 경제전반의 생산성에 있어서 OECD 국가 중 최하위에 있다. 이러한 생산성 격차와 함께, 한국경제는 구조변화를 경험하고 있다. 설비투자는 급격하게 감소하고 있는 반면, 연구개발투자는 크게 확대되고 있지는 않다. 한국이 당면한 과제는 과거의 추격성장전략에서 지식기반경제로 전환하는 것이다. 이를 위한 과제는 무엇인가? 본 논문은 이 과제를 혁신을 통한 생산성 제고라는 측면에서 검토하고 있다. 외환위기 이후 한국의 산업혁신시스템의 괄목할 만한 변화의 하나는 혁신네트워크가 새롭게 등장하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 혁신 네트워크는 향후 산업혁신시스템의 중핵으로 자리할 것이며, 한국경제의 생산성 제고에 긍정적으로 기여할 것이다. 본 논문은 자동차산업에 대한 사례를 통하여 이러한 변화를 명시적으로 보여준다. 향후 한국 산업혁신시스템의 강화를 위해서는 산업의 상위부문의 강화, 중소기업의 혁신기반 확대 및 국내기업과 외국인기업 사이의 기술협력 촉진이 필요하다.

정보 입자화를 통한 방사형 기저 함수 기반 다항식 신경 회로망의 진화론적 설계 (Evolutionary Design of Radial Basis Function-based Polynomial Neural Network with the aid of Information Granulation)

  • In this paper, we introduce a new topology of Radial Basis Function-based Polynomial Neural Networks (RPNN) that is based on a genetically optimized multi-layer perceptron with Radial Polynomial Neurons (RPNs). This study offers a comprehensive design methodology involving mechanisms of optimization algorithms, especially Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithms. In contrast to the typical architectures encountered in Polynomial Neural Networks (PNNs), our main objective is to develop a design strategy of RPNNs as follows : (a) The architecture of the proposed network consists of Radial Polynomial Neurons (RPNs). In here, the RPN is fully reflective of the structure encountered in numeric data which are granulated with the aid of Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method. The RPN dwells on the concepts of a collection of radial basis function and the function-based nonlinear (polynomial) processing. (b) The PSO-based design procedure being applied at each layer of RPNN leads to the selection of preferred nodes of the network (RPNs) whose local characteristics (such as the number of input variables, a collection of the specific subset of input variables, the order of the polynomial, and the number of clusters as well as a fuzzification coefficient in the FCM clustering) can be easily adjusted. The performance of the RPNN is quantified through the experimentation where we use a number of modeling benchmarks - NOx emission process data of gas turbine power plant and learning machine data(Automobile Miles Per Gallon Data) already experimented with in fuzzy or neurofuzzy modeling. A comparative analysis reveals that the proposed RPNN exhibits higher accuracy and superb predictive capability in comparison to some previous models available in the literature.
