  • When the fuzzy controller apply to a real plant, We have not excepted result of a satisfactory control by modeling error and lacking information about an plant. In this case, we have to adjust the control factors for improvement of the control performance and this method need a lot of time and cost for perform a trial and error. In this paper, we proposed the fuzzy regulator with the automatic adjustment of scaling factors. It was improve upon the control performance using a adequate scale factor by fuzzy inference. We implemented the controller using the DSP processor and applied in a hydraulic servo system. And then we observed an experimental results.

  • Recently, image classification has been an important task in various fields. Generally, the performance of image classification is not good without the adjustment of image features. Therefore, it is desired that the way of automatic feature extraction. In this paper, we propose an image classification method which adjusts image features automatically. We assume that texture features are useful in image classification tasks because natural images are composed of several types of texture. Thus, the classification accuracy rate is improved by using distribution of texture features. We obtain texture features by calculating image features from a current considering pixel and its neighborhood pixels. And we calculate image features from distribution of textures feature. Those image features are adjusted to image classification tasks using Genetic Algorithm. We apply proposed method to classifying images into "head" or "non-head" and "male" or "female".

패턴 가공에서의 기술적인 고려사항 (Technical Issues in Pattern Machining)

  • In stamping-die manufacturing, the first step is to build die patterns for lost wax casting process. A recent industry trend is to manufacture the die pattern using 3-axis NC machining. This study identifies technical considerations of the pattern machining caused by the characteristics of Styrofoam material, and proposes technical methods related to establishing a process plan and generating tool paths for optimizing the pattern machining. In this paper, the process plan includes the fellowing three items: 1) deter-mining a global machining sequence-a sequence of profile, top, bottom machining and two set-ups, 2) extracting machining features from a pattern model and merging them, and 3) determining a machining sequence of machining features. To each machining feature, this study determines the machining start point, generates the approach tool path, and proposes a tool path linking method fur reducing the distance of the cutter rapid motion. Finally, a smooth tool path generation and an automatic feedrate adjustment (AFA) method are introduced far raising the machining efficiency.

전사텍스트를 이용한 반자동 레이블링 구현 (Implement of Semi-automatic Labeling Using Transcripts Text)

  • 구어 연구를 위한 전사 과정에서 문자로 표현된 발화를 녹음 음성에 연결해주는 작업을 레이블링이라고 한다. 기존 레이블링 도구들은 대부분 수동으로 작업이 이루어진다. 제안하는 반자동 레이블링은 자동화 모듈과 수동 조정 모듈로 구성된다. 자동화 모듈은 G.Saha 알고리즘을 활용하여 음성구간을 추출하고, 기구축된 발화텍스트의 발화 수와 발화의 길이 정보를 이용하여 발화구간을 예측한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 수동 도구의 정확성을 유지하기 위하여 자동 레이블링된 발화구간을 보정하기 위한 수동 조정 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 제안하는 반자동 레이블링 알고리즘으로 구현한 도구는 기존 수동 레이블링 도구와 비교하여 작업 속도가 평균 27% 향상되었다.

  • Proficiency in creating a knowledge base is required for high accuracy fuzzy control. To overcome this a fuzzy inference method is proposed that take these membership functions from the probability densities showing the distribution of the mesurement values. And a method using a rough fuzzy knowledge base automatically created from the basic measurement data and tuned using the gradient method is proposed. In actual tests, these were applied to automatic high accuracy adjustment devices for magnetic head and for high frequency circuits with good results.

  • In this paper, we developed the automatic optical fiber aligner by image processing and automatic loading system. Optical fiber is indispensable for optical communication systems that transmit large volumes of data at high speed, but super-precision technology in sub-micron units is required for optical axis adjustment, we have developed 6-axis micro stage system for I/O optical fiber arrays, the initial automatic aligning system/software for a input optical array by the image processing technique, fast I/O-synchronous aligning strategy, the automatic loading/unloading system and the automatic UV bonding mechanism. In order to adjust the alignment it used on PC based motion controller, a $10\mu\textrm{mm}$ repeat-detailed drawing of automatic loading system is developed by a primary line up for high detailed drawing. Also, at this researches used the image processing system and algorithm instead of the existing a primary hand-line up. and fiber input array and waveguide chip formed in line by automatic. Therefore, the developed and manufactured optical aligning system in this research fulfills the great role of support industry for major electronics manufacturers, telecommunications companies, universities, government agencies and other research institutions.

머신러닝을 활용한 프로그래밍언어 객관식 문제의 난이도 조정에 대한 연구 (A study on the difficulty adjustment of programming language multiple-choice problems using machine learning)

  • LMS 기반의 온라인 평가를 위해 출제되는 문제들은 교수자가 직접 출제하거나 또는 카테고리별로 나뉘어진 문제은행에서 난이도에 따른 자동 출제 방식을 주로 이용한다. 이중에서 난이도에 따른 자동출제 방식은 평가자들에게 출제되는 문제가 서로 다를수 있기 때문에 무엇보다 객관적이고 효율적인 방법으로 문제의 난이도를 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 문제의 정답률뿐만 아니라 해당 문제를 해결하는데 사용된 소요시간을 같이 고려한 난이도 재조정 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 위해 머신러닝의 로지스틱 회귀 분류 알고리즘을 이용하였으며, 학습모델의 예측 확률값을 기반으로 기준 임계값을 설정하여 각 문항별 난이도 재조정에 활용하였다. 그 결과 정답률에만 의존한 문항별 난이도에 많은 변화가 일어남을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 조정된 난이도의 문제를 이용하여 그룹별 평가를 수행한 결과, 정답률 기반의 난이도 문제에 비해서 대부분의 그룹에서 평균 점수가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents a smart thin film pressure transducer which is highly suitable for a precise and remote measurement of pressure and has the following smart functions: automatic zero tracking, automatic span adjustment, temperature compensation, continuous self-diagnostics for faults(open strain gages, abnormal data, incorrect A/D conversion, and overpressure), data memory and multi-drop communication with PC.

  • We are developing an automatic adjusting system for ITC. ITC(Integrated Tube Components) has a large set-by-set variability in its characteristics. And it also has nonlinearities. It requires not only a fast vision process but also an efficient control algorithm to meet the need for high productivity. In this paper, the description of an adjusting system and the modelling of ITC will be presented. And also the concept of a new rule based hierarchical algorithmic approaches will be suggested.

  • By means of flexible forming processes in sheet metal manufacturing it is possible to produce parts of complex geometry within short manufacturing time. These procedures are suitable especially for prototyping or adjustment of deformation. Here formative procedures like laser forming are increasingly important, because they make the large-scale-like production of the prototypes with the required materials possible. High accuracy and reproducibility of the products is the precondition of the production. Due to the lack of a forming tool, complex geometries can hardly be manufactured within tolerances. To overcome this problem an automatic closed loop control system for the adjustment of deformations has been developed. An important element of the closed loop control system is the definition of a suitable irradiation strategy for laser forming. For the determination of the irradiation strategy a lot of influences must be taken into consideration from the field of material, geometry and laser. In this paper the improved closed loop control system and the development of an irradiation strategy for 4 mm deep buckles in an ALMgSi1 sheet will be represented. This system can be used e.g. in the automated adjustment of hail damage in car bodies or deformation by heat treatment.
