경매 매물 정보시스템은 수요자의 상황과 특성에 맞춰 원하는 경매매물의 고급 정보만을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히, 시시각각으로 변하는 조회수와 같은 실시간 정보와 경매가 예측을 위한 고도의 분석결과를 제공받기 위해서 상황인식에 기반한 모바일 정보시스템이 요구된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 스마트폰 환경에서 수요자의 위치, 특정 매물 조회수, 현재 입찰자 수 등과 같은 경매정보를 제공해주는 상황인식 기반의 경매매물 정보시스템을 연구한다.

This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

It is very important that sellers provide reasonable reserve prices for auction items in internet auction systems. Recently, an agent has been proposed to generate reserve prices automatically based on the case similarity of information retrieval theory and the moving average of time series analysis. However, one problem of the previous approaches is that the recent trend of auction prices is not well reflected on the generated reserve prices, because it simply provides the bid price of the most similar item or an average price of some similar items using the past auction data. In this paper. in order to overcome the problem. we propose a method that generates reserve prices based on the moving average. the exponential smoothing, and the least square of time series analysis. Through performance experiments. we show that the successful bid rate of the new method can be increased by preventing sellers from making unreasonable reserve prices compared with the previous methods.

This study is analyzed how much protected buying and selling service on Auction site affects to the customers' satisfaction. According to the results of it, First, considering that the aspects of the reliability of the Auction site, trade factor affects to the reliability of Auction website. Second, it shows the organized security of the site affects to the reliability. and it could be explained the escrow service has brought the customers to get the reliability of Auction website. Third, the execution of purchasing contract on website affects to the customers' satisfaction. and it makes customers confirm and rely on Auction. For example, carrying out of the escrow service, enhancement of the system for the policies for the buying protection of customers, and various concerns and efforts for the execution of the purchasing contract and so on affect to the customers' satisfaction.

In the conventional double auction approaches, two basic assumptions are usually applied - (1) each trader has a linear or quasi-linear utility function of price and quantity, (2) buyers as well as sellers have identical utility functions. However, in practice, these assumptions are unrealisitc. Therefore, a flexible and integrated double auction mechanism that can integrate all traders' diverse utility functions is necessary. We propose a double auction mechanism with resource allocation based on nonlinear utility functions, namely a flexible synchronous double auction system where each participant can express a diverse utility function on the price and quantity. In order to optimize the total market utility consists of multiple complex utility functions of traders, our study proposes a genetic algorithm (GA) We show the viability of the proposed mechanism through several simulation experiments.

최근 전자 상거래가 증가하면서 인터넷 경매를 통하여 물품을 거래하는 경우가 확산되고 있다. 하나 기존 인터넷 경매 시스템들은 경매 물품의 경매 가격을 판매자의 결정에만 의존하고 있어서, 판매자가 물품의 경매 시작가격, 낙찰 예상가격, 즉시 구매가격 등을 정하는데 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 과거의 경매 기록을 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이를 통하여 판매자에게 경매 가격을 제시하는 방법이 제시되었다. 그러나 여기서는 경매 물품에 따라서 경매 가격에 중요한 영향을 미치는 속성 정보와 가중치 부여에 대한 기준이 제시되지 못하여 잘못된 정보 제공으로 경매 물품의 가격이 지나치게 낮게 결정 되거나 높아서 유찰되는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 과거의 경매 기록과 인터넷 전자상거래 사이트의 가격 정보로부터 경매 가격 결정 요인과 가중치를 추출하여, 사례 구조화 과정을 통하여 사례베이스로 구축하고, 이를 적용하여 적합한 경매 가격을 자동으로 생성하여 이를 판매자에게 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 성능실험 결과 추천된 경매 가격을 사용할 경우에 지나치게 높은 경매 가격으로 인하여 경매 물품이 유찰되거나 낮은 가격에 낙찰되는 경우를 줄임으로써 경매 성공률이 향상되고, 물품에 대한 낮은 평가를 방지할 수 있음을 보인다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 경매 가격 자동 생성 에이전트를 이용하여 인터넷 경매 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

최근 전자상거래에서 지능적인 소프트웨어 에이전트를 이용하여 사용자에게 더욱 능률적이고 효과적인 경매시스템으로 발전시키고자 하는 연구 및 개발이 주목을 받고 있다. 단순한 게시판 형식의 인터넷 경매 시스템에 인공지능 에이전트를 도입하여 해당 경매 상품에 대해 판매자에게 적정한 경매 시기와 초기값을 계산하고 예측하여 최대한의 이익을 남길 수 있도록 해주는 에이전트 시스템에 대한 연구가 본 논문의 목적이다. 상품을 인터넷 경매에 올리는 판매자가 판매하고자 하는 경매 상품에 대한 정보를 인터넷 경매 시스템의 에이전트에게 메일로 보내면 에이전트는 해당 상품과 유사한 상품에 대하여 필터링하여 이미 학습되고 있는 유사 상품에 대한 정보 즉, 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 경매상품에 대한 입찰 히스토리로부터 경매시간, 경매방법, 낙찰가격 등을 계산한다. 본 논문은 이를 통하여 해당 상품에 대하여 판매자가 어느 시기에 얼마의 초기 가격으로 경매를 시작하면 최대한의 이익을 남길 수 있는지에 대한 정보를 메일로 푸쉬하여 주는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 구조추정을 포함한 다양한 분석방법으로 온비드에서 진행된 승용차 공매자료를 분석하여 낙찰가에 영향을 주는 여러 요인과 그 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 온비드에서 판매자수입을 극대화할 수 있는 공매방법에 대해 논의하였다. 온비드는 공공기관에서 자산을 처분할 때 이용되고 있는 인터넷 입찰시스템이므로 온비드 입찰시스템의 최적 설계는 국내 자산처분시장의 효율성 제고에 중요하다. 주요한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다: (ⅰ) 온비드 승용차 공매에서 입찰자들의 정보구조는 독립적인 사적가치모형과 가장 부합한다; (ⅱ) 캠코 공매에서는 이용기관 공매보다 입찰자 수가 적고 감정평가금액 대비 낙찰가율이 낮았다; (ⅲ) 이용기관 공매 중 2인 이상 유효한 입찰자가 있을 경우에만 유효한 입찰로 인정하는 공매에서는 입찰자 수가 적고 입찰자들의 사적가치가 낮았다; (ⅳ) 이용기관 공매에서 최저입찰가를 실제보다 5%, 10% 혹은 20% 올려 설정한 모의실험에서 판매자수입은 감소하였다.

우리나라 정부 당국은 주로 최저가낙찰제도를 이용하여 조달을 시행해왔으나, 과거 일정 시기 동안은 제한적 평균가 낙찰제 경매방식(일명 부찰제)을 이용하여 시설공사부문 조달을 실시했다. 부찰제란 각 입찰자들이 서로 모르게 공급가격을 적어 내면 그 가격을 평균하여 그 평균값에 가장 가까우면서 평균값보다는 낮은 공급가격을 부른 사람이 승자가 되며, 그가 부른 가격에서 낙찰가가 결정되는 제도이다. 본 논문은 제한적 평균가낙찰제 경매방식을 자원배분기구설계(mechanism design)의 관점에서 정형화하고, 고려할 문제를 제시한다. 나아가 ?명의 일반적 상황 하에서 사적 정보를 가지고 있는 입찰자들의 전략을 일양 분포 가정과 선형전략의 가정을 도입하여 구하고, 이를 통해 부찰제 경매방식의 균형을 제시한다. 또한 이러한 균형전략을 최저가낙찰제도와 비교함으로써 우리나라에서 자주 사용되는 두 제도의 효율성과 기대수입의 측면을 살펴본다. 끝으로 부찰제를 실시하는 경매인(정부)의 현실적 목적성이 어느 정도 달성되고 있는가를 비판적으로 고찰한다.

This paper presents a two-stage market auction model in a pool-based electricity market, which explicitly takes into account the system network security. The security network-constrained market auction model considers the use of corrective control to yield economically efficient actions in the post-contingency state, while ensuring a certain security level. Under this framework, the proposed model shows not only for quantifying the correlation between secure system operation and efficient market operation, but also for providing transparent information on the pricing system security for market participants. The two-stage market auction procedure is formulated using Benders decomposition (BD). In the first stage, the market participants bid in the market for maximizing their profit, and the independent system operator (ISO) clears the market based on social welfare maximization. System network constraints incorporating post-contingency control actions are described in the second stage of the market auction procedure. The market solutions, along with the BD, yield nodal spot prices (NSPs) and nodal congestion prices (NCPs) as byproducts of the proposed two-stage market auction model. Two benchmark systems are used to test and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
