Purpose: This study analyzed the influence of restaurant service perception on customer satisfaction and its implications on customers' attitude towards, intention to return to, and word-of-mouth (WOM) regarding a restaurant chain. Research design, data and methodology: Data from 421 respondents were collected using the convenience sampling method. After analyzing the data normality and removing responses with missing data and outliers, 342 responses were selected for further analysis, and the hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: We found that service perception affected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affected the customers' attitude toward the restaurant chain, which affected customers' intention to return and WOM about the restaurant chain. Conclusions: This paper provides one of the most important empirical results for managers in the restaurant sector, especially in Indonesia. Restaurant managers should thus provide training to their employees to improve the quality of the interaction with the customers and thereby increase customer satisfaction. The limitations listed in this study include the exclusion of respondents' income. For future research, we suggest investigating models of customer participation or consumer value co-creation for restaurant marketing success. Consumers are generic actors in the service ecosystem engaged in the value co-creation process.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence consumers' adoption of performance infants' wear made of functional textiles. Based on Innovation Diffusion Model, product attributes, consumer traits, and communication characteristics were considered. A survey was carried out with a convenience sample of 241 housewives who have infants under 4 year-old, living in the Seoul metropolitan area. To analyze the data, SPSS 10.0 was used employing ANOVA, Duncan's post-hoc comparison, $X^2$, and f-test. The participants were classified into 4 groups based on their levels of adoption of performance infants' wear: No-Cognition, Negative Attitude, Positive Attitude, and Purchasing groups. There were significant differences among the four groups in terms of their perception of product attributes, communication characteristics, and personal traits. In terms of product attributes, the Positive Attitude group and Purchasing group showed higher perception of relative advantage, compatibility, trialability and observability than other groups. These groups were also high in terms of their tendency of actively seeking for additional product information, and particularly relied on the information from experts on TV or the Internet, personal experience posted on the Internet, or their own experience. Those who were in professional, well-educated and high income brackets were more likely to be Purchasing group than Positive Attitude group, which means once the positive attitude was formed they are likely to purchase the product.

The This study attempted to analyze what perception and attitude teachers have on corporal punishment. For these purpose, 458 writings about corporal punishment that 140 teachers loaded on web-site were collected and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. : First, each writing was open-coded according to specific theme or meaning relating to corporal punishment using Nvivo program. Second, coded materials were classified as a high category when having similar theme or meaning. As a result of this process, 2 highest categories, 6 high categories and 24 subcategories were yielded. Teachers with positive view on corporal punishment tend to think that corporal punishment has some educational values or usefulness and their views were classified as very positive view, limited-permissive view, and inevitable view. They thought that corporal punishment were closely related to teachers' authority. Teachers have negative views on corporal punishment on the basis that corporal punishment causes side effects, is contrary to essentials of education, violates human rights etc. Negative views that teachers have on corporal punishment were classified as absolutely negative view and negative view focused on side effects. They thought that corporal punishment were not related to teachers' authority. Comments have been made on positive view on corporal punishment from the perspective of reflective analysis and implications of the results on theory and practice were discussed with comments on research limitations.

This study explored general marriage migration for 180 unmarried Vietnamese immigrant women and identified differences in recognition after the choice of marriage. The methods used were frequency analysis, kai verification, and independent t verification were conducted. The findings were as follows. First, unmarried Vietnamese women showed a receptive attitude towards marriage migration with the less-educated group more likely to opt for marriage migration. Economic benefit expectations topped other factors in regards to the image of marriage migrant women and motivation. Dual national identity benefits were also indicated. Second, the perception of external and illusionary images of the spouses of marriage migrant women was low; however, the perception of good occupations and gender equality was high. A vague expectancy of marriage was also found. The perception was high that children from multi-cultural families would be global bilingual talents and adjust to school; however, the perception of social discrimination or prejudice was low. The perception of social discrimination was low concerning the perception of social integration towards marriage migrant women; however, the perception of identities, cultural differences and employment was present. By contrast, the group opting for marriage migration showed a significantly low perception of social discrimination and difficulty in employment. Food waste in school foodservices is an important factor in managing expense or evaluating the acceptance of served meals and a serious environmental hazard factor in all countries. In this study, the perception and attitude towards food waste reduction and the recognition of environmental pollution of students from elementary school foodservices in Busan, Korea were investigated. The questionnaire was responded by 519 students (boy: 255, girl: 264) in the third and sixth grades. School lunch programs were proved to contribute to the improvement of students' food intake habits. The perception and attitude towards food waste reduction of the third grade students (3.61/3.73) were significantly higher than those of the sixth grade students (3.46/3.59) (P<0.01). Food waste education made a significant impact on the perception and attitude on food waste (p<0.01). When dislike food was supplied the students having the higher perception and attitude towards food waste reduction ate it more than those having the lower perception and attitude. The major reason for plate waste was shown to be influenced by the taste and amount of foods supplied in school lunch programs. Most of students recognized that food waste pollution (4.22) was one of the severest problems among the environmental pollutions, followed by air (4.13), tap water (4.09) soil (3.78), noise (3.55) pollution. The students separated the garbage in the house (72.6%) better than in school and the outside (55.2%). The perception of food waste was positively correlated with the attitude toward reduction of food waste and the recognition of environmental pollution (p<0.01). The attitude toward reduction of food waste was also positively correlated with meal quantity taken (p<0.01).

Organizational climate and organization culture can be some of the leading factors in hindering knowledge sharing within the organization. It is generally accepted that successful knowledge management practice, including knowledge sharing, comes as a result of a conducive and knowledge sharing friendly environment. Organizations that promote and reward collective work generate a trustful and a more collaborative learning culture. The perception of fairness in an organization has been considered an important indicator of employee behavior, attitude, and motivation. This study investigates organizational justice perception and its impact on knowledge sharing practices among forensic experts in the Turkish National Police. The study findings revealed that senior officers, who are experts in the field, have the strongest organizational justice perception. Meanwhile, noncommissioned officers or technicians bear positive but comparatively weaker feelings about the existence of justice within the organization. The study argues that those who satisfy their career expectations tend to have a higher organizational justice perception.
This study aimed to examine perception of disaster, attitude toward disaster and competency of disaster nursing in nurses of long-term care hospitals and determine correlations between these factors. The study sampled 123 nurses at seven long-term care hospitals in G metropolitan city and J province. The data collection period was from February 15 to April 30, 2021. The results showed that when the nurse is a head nurse or above (F=3.89, p=.023), has a total career length of 20 years or more (F=5.34, p=.002), and has received disaster nursing education (t=3.87, p<.001), participant's competency of disaster nursing is significantly high. In addition, competency of disaster nursing was found to have no significant correlation with perception of disaster but a statistically significant negative correlation with attitude toward disaster. The study findings suggest that a practice oriented disaster nursing education is required as an intervention program, along with improving the competency of disaster nursing in nurses of care hospitals. Therefore, the study results are expected to be utilized as basic data for improving the competency of disaster nursing of nurses at long-term care hospitals.
