간호대학생들의 기본간호실습태도에 대한 주관성 연구 (An Inquiry into Subjectivity of Fundamental Nursing Practice Attitude)

  • The study was designed to identify the attitude of nursing students to fundamental nursing practice through Q-methodology. A Q sample was developed through a review of the literature and interviews. Forty statements made up the finalized Q-sample. The P sample consisted of 25 nursing students in S College. Q statements were written on separate cards and were given to the 25 subjects to sort according to degree of agreement or disagreement. The Q-sort by each subject was coded and analyzed with QUANL PC Program. The analysis discovered three major attitudes, namely "type 1: passive demand", "type 2: active self-confidence", "type 3: practical application". The correlation was .213 between type 1 and 2, .409 between type 1 and 3, .379 between t ype 2 and 3. The results revealed three different types of fundamental nursing practice attitude; 1) Passive demand type: they were not satisfied with fundamental nursing practice time, the number of persons, practice machines. They presented anxiety and worry through fundamental nursing practice. Therefore, they will presenta passive attitude of clinical practice experience. 2) Active self-confidence type: they experienced pride as a nursing student and fascination as a nurse was an acquired recognition. 3) Practical application type: they practiced that fundamental nursing skill was applied their family and oneself. Therefore they had tension through initial fundamental nursing practice but they gained self-confidence and interest through practical study. In conclusion, the researchers suggest that the education program would be more effective if it was planned considering to each types of attitude of nursing students for fundamental nursing practicer fundamental nursing practice

보건의료계열 대학생의 심폐소생술 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Influential Factors for the Attitude of Health-Care University Students on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구는 보건의료계열 대학생의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 자신감 및 태도를 알아보고 심폐소생술에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 참여를 동의한 보건의료계열 대학생 516명으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 연구목적에 따라 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression을 실시하였다. 대상자의 심폐소생술에 대한 태도와 심폐소생술에 대한 지식은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(r=.269, p<.001), 또한 심폐소생술에 대한 태도와 심폐소생술에 대한 자신감은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.620, p<.001). 대상자의 심폐소생술에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 심폐소생술에 대한 자신감, 성별, 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 성격, 전공에 대한 생각, 심폐소생술 교육경험, 의료봉사경험, 전공선택동기가 유의한 영향 요인이었으며, 설명력은 49%이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 심폐소생술에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 강화할 수 있는 적극적인 프로그램 개발과 교육을 제언한다.

심폐소생술 교육이 치위생과 학생들에게 미치는 교육적 효과 (Educational effect of CPR training in department of dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by fifty dental hygiene students in May 2016 before and after CPR education. The questionnaire consisted of knowledge, attitude, confidence, and performance of CPR skill. Performance test by professionals was measured to evaluate capability of skill after CPR education. Results: Scores of the knowledge increased from 4.35 to 12.24 after education (p<0.001). Scores of attitude increased from 51.86 to 58.92 (p<0.001). Scores of confidence changed from 56.66 to 85.02 (p<0.001). Scores of self-capability of skill increased from 44.90 to 74.02 (p<0.001). 5. The average score of capability of skill by professional test was 24.47. Conclusions: CPR education improved the knowledge, attitude, confidence and capability of skill in dental hygiene students. The development and education of CPR program will make the students perform bystander CPR in the emergency situation actively.

간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 관계에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence Study about Relationship between Nursing Students' Knowledge, Attitude, and Confidence to Infant Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 태도 및 수행자신감의 정도를 확인하고 그 관계를 분석하기 위한 융합연구이다. 연구대상은 3개 대학의 3학년 간호대학생 151명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 자가보고식 설문지 작성을 통해 이루어졌다 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Win을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 지식과 수행자신감(r=0.45, p=<.001), 태도와 수행자신감(r=0.35, p=<.001)의 관계가 긍정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생이 심폐소생술이 필요한 기도폐쇄나 심정시 상황에서 정확하고 신속하게 심폐소생술을 수행 할 수 있도록 정확한 지식, 긍정적인 태도, 수행자신감을 향상시킬 수 있는 반복적이고 체계적인 영아심폐소생술 교육과정 개발이 필요하다.

보건의료전공 대학생들의 환자안전에 대한 태도와 수행자신감 (Attitude and Confidence on Patient Safety of Undergraduate Healthcare profession students)

  • 본 연구는 보건의료전공 대학생을 대상으로 환자안전에 대한 태도와 수행자신감을 조사하여 응급환자관리를 위한 다학제적 환자안전 교육컨텐츠를 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 2016년 06월 01일부터 06월 30일까지 J도 H 대학교와 C 대학교의 간호학과와 응급구조학과에 재학생 중 응급실실습을 경험한 3,4학년을 대상으로 편의 추출하였으며 145명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 환자안전에 대한 태도는 간호학과 학생이 더 긍정적이었으나, 환자안전 수행자신감 및 환자안전교육 경험에서 차이가 없었으며 의료오류를 목격한 경험이 있는 학생이 환자안전에 대한 긍정적 태도와 수행자신감을 보여주었다. 연구결과를 통해 환자안전사고를 예방하고 적절하게 대처할 수 있는 응급전문인력을 양성하기 위하여 사례 기반의 다학제적 융복합 교육컨텐츠 개발 및 효과 검증 연구를 제안한다.

Basic Survey on the Knowledge, Performance, Confidence, and Attitude for CPR Education Proposal for Inactive Nurse

  • Since most of the first witnesses of cardiac arrest in clinical settings are nurses, the ability to perform CPR is important. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing education that strengthens CPR performance in the future by examining inactive nurses' CPR knowledge, attitude, performance confidence, device discomfort, continued use intention, and educational achievement. The final subjects of this study were 88 inactive nurses residing in B city. The study period was from June 23, 2020 to December 24, 2020. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation using SPSS WIN 24.0 program. After obtaining the subject's consent for the study, an inactive nurse who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily consented to the study participated. To investigate the perception of experience, the subjects watched 360-degree virtual reality contents about CPR in the hospital using HMD. The data of this study were analyzed using SPSS WIN 22.0.program. As a result of this 360-degree study on CPR in the hospital, the average score for the inactive nurses on CPR knowledge was 12.70±3.43, the average score for performance confidence was 6.04±2.45, and the average score for attitude was 4.63±0.80. As a result of experience recognition of 360-degree virtual reality contents for CPR in hospitals, the average score for device discomfort was 4.01±0.94, the average score for continued use intention was 2.07±0.85, and the average score for educational achievement was 2.11±0.79. As a result of correlation analysis, educational achievement and continued use intention were significantly positively correlated (r=.77, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, in order to strengthen the CPR performance capability of inactive nurses in emergency situations, it is necessary to increase CPR knowledge and confidence in performing CPR, and to cultivate a positive attitude toward performing CPR. In addition, it is necessary to implement CPR simulation education based on patient cases by applying content that considers educational achievement and continuous use intention.

간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인 (The Factors Affecting Self-Confidence in Performing Patient Safety Management Nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 분석결과 환자안전관리 지식 7.0점, 환자안전관리 태도 3.86점, 임상의사결정능력 3.47점, 환자안전관리 수행자신감 4.15점이었다. 환자안전관리 수행자신감은 환자안전관리 지식(r=.216, p<.01)과 환자안전관리 태도(r=.375, p<.01), 임상의사결정능력(r=.467, p<.01)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인은 임상의사결정능력(β=.409, p<.001)과 환자안전관리 태도(β =.198, p=.011) 이었고 설명력은 26.3%이었다.

Effects of a School-based Intervention Program on Attitude and Knowledge of Household Members Towards a Smoke-free Home: a Cluster Controlled Trial

  • Background: A school-based smoke free home (SFH) program is useful in empowering the mother and child to reduce secondhand smoke exposure but the effects of pretesting on knowledge and attitude has been largely ignored. We aimed to test whether such a program can be effective in Southern Thailand with an additional assessment of the net effect of the pretest. Materials and Methods: A Solomon four-group design was used. Twelve rural primary schools were assigned to one of the four conditions (each with 3 schools): intervention with and without a pretest, control with and without the same pretest. The intervention was performed in the classroom and home over a period of 1 month. Outcomes were assessed at baseline and 3 months after the intervention on whether the home was smoke free and related knowledge and attitude. Results: The intervention could lead to a smoke-free home without statistical significance. Attitude, knowledge and self-confidence on creating a smoke-free home, and self-confidence in avoidance of secondhand smoke exposure and persuading smokers to not smoke in their home were significantly improved. No pretest effect was observed. Conclusions: Gain in attitude, knowledge and self-confidence among family members from the brief school-based education should be enhanced by other measures.

개인.가족.학교관련 변인이 중학생의 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Individual, Family and School Related Variables on the Maturity of Career Attitudes in Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students. Independent variables were categorized into three groups: individual-related variables, family-related variables, and school-related variables. The individual-related variables were gender difference, academic year, academic achievement, and self-efficacy. The family-related variables were socio-economic status of the family, communication about career with parents, parental support, sibling's support, and value orientation of the family. The school-related variables included communication about career with friends, teacher's support, and friend's support. The subjects of this study were 490 students who were selected at random from first, second, and third grade of middle school in Daegu. A questionnaire was used for the survey. It consisted of a career attitude maturity scale, a self-efficacy scale, a communication scale, a value orientation of the family scale, and a social support scale. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study are summarized as follow: First, among the individual-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students, self-efficacy affected all sub-factors of how mature they were in matters relating to career. Academic achievement affected decisiveness and preparation-- maturity of career attitude subfactors. And gender difference and academic year affected preparation and goal orientation. Second, the results of the family-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitudes in middle school students were that communication about career with parents affected decisiveness, preparation, and confidence-- maturity of career attitude sub-factors, socio-economic status of the family and sibling's support affected confidence. And value orientation of the family affected goal orientation and independence. Third, the results of the school-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students were that communication about career with friends affected preparation-- a maturity of career attitude sub-factor; teacher's support affected decisiveness, preparation, and confidence; and friend's support affected confidence and independence. Fourth, decisiveness, preparation, and confidence among the maturity of career attitude sub-factors were affected the most by individual variables. And self-efficacy was the most significant. Goal orientation and independence were affected the most by family-related variables.

화장태도, 신체가치, 의복행동 간의 관계 연구 (The study of the relationship among make-up attitude, body-related value, and clothing behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behavior. The subjects were 315 female college students in Gyeongsang provinces. The obtained data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The major results of this study were as follows: First, four factors of make-up attitude were identified: pursuit of confidence, sociality, self-satisfaction, and positive image. Second, the subjects were categorized into three different types of groups according to make-up attitude and body-related value, respectively: high involvement type, low involvement type, and middle involvement type. Third, there was significant difference among three groups which were segmented by each make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behaviors (sexual attractiveness, showing off, body-enhancement). Fourth, a significant positive correlation was found among four factors of make-up attitude and body operatability with clothing behaviors. Fifth, the important variables that affected the clothing behaviors were pursuit of confidence, self-satisfaction, and positive image of make-up attitude. Sixth, body-inclination significantly influenced sexual attractiveness of clothing behavior, whereas body-related value, unlike make-up attitude, only had marginal influence.
