In Korean professional baseball, attendance is the largest source of revenue for development of professional baseball and the highest concern of professional baseball teams. So, if there is demand forecasting model, it will be helpful for pennant chasers to work out the strategies for drawing attendance. For this reason, this research intends to suggest the model which estimates Korean professional baseball's attendance and uses all usable variables which have an effect on attendance in limited circumstances. We supposed that dependent variable is attendance as well as several independent variables and error term are homoscedastic variance. And then, we compared the models which assume conditional heteroscedastic variance like GARCH and EGARCH with GARCH-t models which use the assumption that error term's distribution follows student-t distribution. In result of that, we could confirm that the models which were made by using GARCH(1,1)-t made estimates the most accurately among the several models considered.

An important factor in education is ensuring reliable quality of education. There are a variety of ways based on criteria to ensure the quality of education. To ensure quality management, attendance is important which is highly reliable rating at the account education of Ministry of Employment and Labor and sevice training of Health Care. In contrast, the service training of health care professionals was consisting of formal attendance management, quality of education has been raised as a problem. Recently developed USN-based attendance management system is effective. But if education is proceed at a large number of small scale in the area of education, cost, portability, systeme management, the reliability of the Trainee's attendance remained as problems to solve. To address these needs, this paper quoted low-cost attendance management system which was desighned and implemented by barcode and PC camera. As a result the actual maintenance training system showed a 98% satisfaction in terms of administrator and 95% satisfaction in terms of Trainee.

Although individual-level factors (e.g., attitudes, personality) have long been associated with day-to-day attendance decisions, increasingly researchers have recognized "the social nature of attendance dynamics and their susceptibility to social control (Johns, 2008)." Implications of this social approach for research would be to focus attention on the causes and effects of absence culture (i.e., absence-related perceptions, beliefs, values), and the effects of absence culture on individual and group attendance within social units. Construction projects typically require workers to work in teams or crews on highly interdependent projects, and, thus, are particularly relevant contexts to study absence culture. In this paper we apply a system dynamics (SD) model to study absence culture by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes. We were particularly interested in: (a) the awareness of social norms within construction crews that pertained to attendance, (b) the interplay between formal attendance rules (policy) and these social norms, and (c) how these sources of influence affected the decision-making process of construction crew members. We expect that the results of this work will help construction organizations evaluate (or re-consider) the effects of their attendance control policies (e.g., timing, strength, and frequency) within a social context. Moreover, our findings suggest that the key to reducing excessive absences might be to invest time in influencing absence culture directly rather than imposing frequent and strict regulations - which, in turn, may inadvertently fortify a culture that works against the organization's interests.

Existing attending management systems require a high cost and are lack of convenience. In this paper, we propose a convenient and practical attending management system as follows: First, our system allows us to construct an attendance book in an easy and simple way. A professor does not have to provide the information of students using the small screen of his smartphone. Instead, each student manages his own information via the app designed for a student in our system. Then the professor can construct the attendance book using another app designed for the professor by confirming the requests from the app designed for a student. Second, our system enables a professor to utilize the pictures of students as well as other information of students to have a good relationship with students. Third, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance automatically by calling the names of students via the app designed for the professor. Then the professor has only to match the name with the face of each student. Fourth, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance in a very fast manner. Our system can complete this behavior within a short time since all students can join the attendance simultaneously by using the app designed for the student. Fifth, our system can prevent an illegal attendance easily by utilizing the distance information.

Recently, interesting in flexible working has been increased, and some central government and large companies are conducting flexible working. With the conducting of flexible working, workers are able to get a convenience but the cost of managing is increased. In this paper, we suggest a method of reducing the cost and managing efficiently. Our study determines the position of the workers using indoor localization techniques through the Wi-Fi fingerprint and smartphone, and records the office hours. The previous time and attendance systems have to install attendance recording device(e.g. Fingerprint Attendance System, RFID Card Attendance System) and are needed to manipulate manually. Our system doesn't need to install extra devices, and also doesn't need to manipulate manually. Our system automatically records the office hours. Also most of previous time and attendance systems have another weakness. They only record data when workers start and stop work. But our system exactly records office hours for each workplaces. In this paper, We introduce an effective time and attendance system in variety flexible working. Our experiments shows that our system workers' detected office hours accurately. The accuracy of our time and attendance system was 98.7%.

People who gathered to enjoy a specific event or content are called audiences or spectators, and show various propensity according to the characteristics of the crowd. Although there is such a difference, in general, the number of attendance is directly related to the business aspect, which enables stable financial operation for the sale of contents through various incomes, such as the admission fee and the use of other facilities. Therefore, prediction of audience can be used as a major factor in marketing and budgeting strategies. In this study, we review several existing models for predicting the number of attendance and propose an efficient machine learning model. In addition, we studied daily attendance prediction and abnormal attendance prediction using combine DNN(Deep Neural Network) and RF(Random Forest) model.

현재 대부분의 대학에서 학생들의 출결(출석, 결석)사항관리는 수기로 처리하고 있다. 매 수업시간마다 수기로 작성해야하는 출석부는 통계분석이 실시간으로 이루어지지 않기 때문에 학생스스로도 본인의 출결관리의 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 출결관리의 간소화 및 투명화, 문서의 분실, 실시간 조회를 위한 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 학생 출결관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

This paper deals with the middleware and S/W development of real time automatic attendance check management system using ubiquitous 900Mhz RFID(Radio Frequency Identification). This system supports the real time automatic attendance check and necessary data processing in class management. We expect to decrease the effort for class management and to upgrade the status of real time management of class.

This paper implements an effective attendance management and monitoring system utilizing the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and Smart phone for student. In this paper, RFID system use 13.56MHz to control the attendance, and we can show that information of RFID and dynamic image through IP camera in Smart phone. We also make up the contents and database utilizing the labview program in computer. Especially, proposed technique can obtain dynamic image by server implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously several Smart phone. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed system is useful for attendance management and remotely monitoring.

As interest in IoT has increased recently, services using IoT devices and smart phones have been applied to various industries. Among them, the electronic attendance system has been built and serviced by various institutions, but There is a problem that the user recognition is not accurate yet. In this paper, we propose a context recognition based user recognition method that can improve the accuracy of user recognition part in a system based on BLE beacon among existing electronic attendance systems.
