청소년의 성역할 특성, 부모와의 애착정도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of adolescents' sex-role trait, attachment with parent on the self-efficacy of the middle school students)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the influences of adolescents' sex-role, attachment with parents on self-efficacy of middle school students. The subjects were 281 students. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression were examined for statistical analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1) It was shown that the student have a high level attachment to their parents and especially to their fathers. The androgyny was expressed a high among the students' sex-role trait, The students' self-efficacy level was relatively high. 2) It was expressed a significant correlation among adolescents' sex-role trait, attachment with parents and self-efficacy. Especially a high correlation between adolescents' sex-role trait and self-efficacy. 3) The students' self-efficacy level was significantly different according to the sex-role trait, attachment and gender. 4) The relative influence toward the students' self-efficacy was shown in the order of impotance as follows: sex-role trait, attachment with a mother and gender.

어머니의 성인기 애착과 애정적 양육행동이 아동의 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Maternal Adult Attachment and Affectionate Child-rearing Behavior on a Child′s Social Competence)

  • The purpose of this research is to delineate the effects of the material adult attachment and affectionate child-rearing behavior on the social competence of a child. The levels of mother's education and income, as well as the maternal adult attachment and affectionate child-rearing behavior have been chosen for the analysis. The sample subjects selected for the research include 287 pairs of fifth/sixth grade students, their mothers, and eight of the classroom teachers, all from Kwangiu city. The major findings are as follows: First, in measuring the social competence score of a child and the maternal adult attachment, affectionate child-rearing behavior, the scores, in general, tend to be above the mean scores. Second, looking at the correlation between the mother's education/income level and affectionate child-rearing and the child's social competence level, the affectionate child-rearing and the social competence factors only show difference correlating to the mother's education, high school or higher, as opposed to the level of junior high and lower, the difference is significant. Third, the results of multiple regression analysis on the effects of the variables to the child's social competence indicates that affectionate child-rearing is the most significant contributing factor, followed by the mother's education, the close attachment factor, income, and the anxiety attachment factor, in that order All in all, the variables account for 18% of the child's social competence score.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between stress, temperament and maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant women. The respondents in this research were 249 pregnant women who were participating in a Parent Education project. Data was collected by way of a questionnaire. A summary of the findings were as follows: Among the pregnant women in this study, total stress level was below the average and maternal fetal attachment level was above the average. The group demonstrating high levels of stress exhibited low level of maternal-fetal attachment when compared to those with low levels stress. Pregnant woman's stress and maternal temperament demonstrated a significant correlation with maternal-fetal attachment.

부모학대 및 방임이 남녀 고등학생의 자아탄력성과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 또래애착과 교사친밀감의 조절효과 (Effects of child abuse and neglect on male·female high school students' ego-resilience and self-esteem: Moderating roles of peer attachment and closeness to teachers)

  • 본 연구는 부모학대와 방임이 남녀 고등학생의 자아탄력성과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향과 이 과정에서 또래애착과 교사친밀감의 조절효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 한국 아동·청소년패널조사의 초등학교 4학년 패널(2~7차년도) 1,750명의 자료를 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 주요결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 남자 고등학생의 경우 부모로부터 학대수준이 높을수록, 또래애착과 교사친밀감 수준이 높을수록 자아탄력성 수준이 높았으며, 부모방임 수준이 높을수록 자아탄력성 수준은 낮았다. 반면 여자 고등학생의 경우 부모로부터 높은 수준의 방임을 경험할수록, 자아탄력성 수준은 낮았으며, 또래애착과 교사친밀감 수준이 높을수록 자아탄력성 수준이 높았다. 한편 남자 고등학생에 한해서 또래애착이 부모학대가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향을 조절하였으며, 구체적으로 또래애착이 낮은 경우 부모학대경험이 자아탄력성에 미치는 정적 영향력이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남자와 여자 고등학생 모두 부모로부터 경험한 학대와 방임수준이 높을수록 자아존중감 수준은 낮았으며, 또래애착과 교사친밀감 수준이 높을수록 자아존중감 수준이 높았다. 한편 여자 고등학생에 한해서 또래애착이 부모학대 및 방임경험이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 조절하였다. 구체적으로, 또래애착이 낮은 경우 부모학대경험이 여자 고등학생의 자아존중감에 미치는 부적 영향력이 존재한 반면 또래애착이 높아질수록 부모방임이 여자 고등학생의 자아존중감에 미치는 부적 영향력이 커졌다. 마지막으로 이상의 주요결과를 토대로, 학교현장에서 부모학대 예방차원에서의 가정과 교과의 역할과 학대경험 남녀 청소년을 상담 시, 고려할 점을 제안하였다.

치주치료 후 유지치주치료의 효과에 관한 평가 : 1년 관찰 (The effect of supportive periodontal therapy after periodontal treatment : A 1-year follow up.)

  • Purpose : Preservation of the periodontal health of the treated patient requires supportive periodontal therapy for the elimination of periodontal disease. After Phase I therapy is completed, patients are placed on a schedule of periodic recall visits for maintenance care to prevent recurrence of the disease. The amount of tooth loss would be the most relevant criterion in an evaluation of the effect of periodontal treatment, but this would require studies with extremely long follow-up periods. Thus the most commonly used outcome criteria in clinical research have been clinical attachment level change, reduction of pocket depth and bleeding frequency. The purpose of this case study is to identify the effect of supportive periodontal therapy after periodontal flap surgery. Materials & Methods : Following routine hygienic phase of treatment, patients with chronic periodontitis received surgical periodontal treatment. Bleeding on probing, pocket depth and clinical attachment level were measured at baseline, pre-operation and 1 year follow up. All procedures were performed by one operator. Results : One year a total of 28 patients (58sites) to recheck remained, when conducted maintenance program after periodontal flap surgery was observed reduction of bleeding frequency, pocket depth and improvement of clinical attachment level. Conclusion : The results from this study indicate that supportive periodontal therapy after periodontal flap surgery is effective for reduction of bleeding frequency, pocket depth and gain of clinical attachment level.

기혼 직장인의 성인애착이 직무동기에 미치는 영향 : 부부관계의 매개효과 (Effects of Adult Attachment of Married Employees on Job Motivation: Mediating Effect of Marital Relationship)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기혼직장인의 성인애착, 직무동기, 부부관계 간의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 충남 지역의 기혼직장인 370명을 연구 대상으로 2016년 9월 10일~10월 14일까지 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검증 및 일원배치 분산분석, Pearson 상관관계, 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 연령대에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직무동기, 학력에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 결혼기간에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직책에 따라 직무동기, 가계의 연평균 소득에 따라 부부관계, 근무형태에 따라 부부관계에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 애착회피 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 애착회피와 직무동기 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 애착회피와 부부관계 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 직무동기와 부부관계 간에서는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착과 직무동기의 관계에서 부부관계의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 그 결과 애착불안이 직무동기에 주는 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타나 완전매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 직장 내 직무동기, 부부관계 향상을 위한 상담 개입이나 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 개개인의 이러한 특징 또한 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.

중증 치주염에 의해 발거된 치아의 수평부착상실에 대한 연구 (Horizontal attachment loss in extracted teeth due to severe periodontitis)

  • Purpose: The attachment level is strongly associated with tooth loss and provides useful information on patterns of destruction of the periodontium. The presence of horizontal attachment loss would not be detected in clinical measurement. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to estimate the patterns of periodontal destruction based on the attachment area and horizontal attachment loss in extracted teeth due to severe periodontitis. Materials and Methods: 307 teeth satisfied the criteria for assessment. An indirect method, based on digital images obtained from a digital camera and an image analysis program, was used to calculate the area of root surface and attachment loss and the extent of horizontal attachment loss. The data were analysed using SPSS. Results: No statistically significant differences among root surfaces were observed in anterior teeth on the loss of attachment area. However, in posterior teeth statistically significant differences in palatal surfaces of maxillary and mandibular premolar and molar surfaces compared with buccal surfaces were observed. Horizontal attachment loss was observed in 21.5% of the teeth examined. Frequency of horizontal attachment loss was highest in the maxillary first premolar (34.8%), followed by the maxillary second premolar (27.3%) and maxillary canine (25%). The mean length of horizontal attachment loss was 1.5mm. Conclusion: More meticulous examination will be needed of the palatal surfaces of maxillary and mandibular premolar and molar teeth. The percentage of teeth with horizontal attachment loss greater than 2.1 mm was 5.2%. Considering the length of curette blades, about 5.2% of teeth were not properly debrided. Therefore, Additional supportive therapy such as local drug delivery has to be considered in treatment of the first maxillary, second premolar and canine due to the high prevalence of horizontal attachment loss.

학령기 아동이 지각한 부모애착이 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 자기역량지각을 매개변인으로 (The Effect of Parental Attachment on School Adjustment Perceived by School-Age Children: Self-Perceived Competence as a Mediating Variable)

  • This study investigates influence of parental attachment on school adjustment using self-perceived competence as a mediating variable for perceived school age children. The subjects were 760 children who are 4, 5, and 6 grades in 4 elementary schools at Daegu. The collected data were analyzed by single and multiple regressions that used SPSS win 19.0 The results were as follows: (1) The parental Attachment perceived by school-age children was positively associated with on school adjustment. The parental attachment level of school-age children becomes higher as the perception of school adjustment increases. (2) The parental attachment perceived by school-age children was positively associated with self-perceived competence. That is, the parental attachment level of school-age children becomes higher as the self-perceived competence increase. (3) The effect of parental attachment in the school adjustment by children was reducing explanation when controlled for the self-perceived competence. The Parental attachment that influenced the school adjustment is partially mediated by self-perceived competence. The results of this research indicates that both the quality improvement of inter-relationship between children and parents for school adjustment of school-age children and training for strengthening self-perceived competence of school-age children are important.

간호대학생의 대인관계 애착유형과 사랑유형 (Interpersonal Attachment Styles and Love Styles in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of interpersonal attachment styles and love styles and to identify the differences of love styles according to interpersonal attachment styles among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 510 nursing students using a self-report questionnaire and analyzed by frequencies, Fisher's exact test, t-test, and ANOVA using the SPSS program. Results: In terms of interpersonal attachment styles, secure style was the most prevalent, and fearful style was the second highest in nursing students. There were significant differences in interpersonal attachment styles between upper and lower level nursing students, indicating the highest rate of secure style in the lower grade and the highest rate of fearful style in the upper grade. In love styles, the mean scores for eros and pragma style in nursing students were significantly higher in the upper grade than the lower grade. Love styles according to interpersonal attachment styles showed a significant difference for eros style. Conclusion: Our results might help nursing educators increase their understanding of interpersonal attachment styles and love styles in nursing students and counsel nursing students in interpersonal and romantic relationships. In addition, educational programs addressing interpersonal attachment styles should be developed and applied to nursing students.

여중생의 부모애착, 또래애착, 학교생활적응이 우울에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Parental and Peer Attachment, School Adjustment on Depression among Female Middle School Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting on depression among female middle school students. Methods: A survey was conducted on 217 first and second grade female middle school students in C city. Participants' general characteristics, home environment, level of depression, paternal, maternal, peer attachment, school adjustment were measured by self-reporting questionnaire. With SPSS 18.0 program, measured variables were analyzed and compared using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ post hoc test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The level of depression among female middle school students were higher among students with lower economic status, second in birth order, and second grade in school. The level of depression was negatively associated with the level of paternal attachment (r=-.522), maternal attachment (r=-.487), peer attachment (r=-.376), relationship with teachers in school adjustment (r=-.274), relationship with friends in school adjustment (r=-.378), classroom behavior (r=-.450), school regulation (r=-.267). About 42% of depression among female middle school students were explained by paternal attachment, relationship with friends in school adjustment, and classroom behavior. Conclusion: Paternal attachment was identified as the most influencing factor on depression among female middle school students. Encouraging paternal involvement in the process of school adjustment might be a useful intervention to decrease depression among middle school girls.
