  • Legislation are social norms that give directly or indirectly, huge impact on the social or corporate, personal problems, unlike a normal document. Also, over time it has a feature constantly changing by the laws enactment and amendment, repealed. The amendment statement automatic generated system is used for purpose of proclamation to those. However, existing system is able to generate amendment statement just text body of law how compare and analyze the current legislation and amendment legislation. However, actual legislation to be created attached table of the table form in complex structure besides simple text form as body text. In this paper, we additional implement attached table processing to existing the amendment statement automatic generated system that containing the table does not handle attached table. We were analyse to the amendment statement generated grammar and table structure in attached table of the legislation for processing to attached table. Also proposed a method to compare attached table in the table. So, it is enable the automatic generation with amendment statement which various forms of legislation the documents.

  • This paper presents the design of an active vibration suppression controller for an air-spring type vibration isolation table. Firstly, isolation system model is constructed considering the isolation table, attached equipment and voice-coil actuator. An active control system is designed based on frequency-shaped sliding mode control theory rewarding high frequency uncertainties with respect to attached equipments on the isolation table. Finally. the performance of the active isolation system is evaluated by simulation under some disturbance conditions which are transmitted from base structure of the isolation system.

  • A variety of appendages are attached to coastal and offshore fishing boats to improve stability during navigation or fishing operations (stability performance and roll reduction). These appendages are generally classified into three types, which are shown in Fig. 1. The numerical calculations were conducted for the following eight cases: one case of a bare hull, three cases where a single appendage attached, three cases of a pair of appendages attached, and one case where all three appendages were attached. Table 1 presents the main dimensions of the bare hull and Table 2 describes the main dimensions of the three appendages. The fluid dynamic performance with regard to the three hull appendages was evaluated via CFD for the following cases: each of the appendages attached independently, a pair of appendages attached, and all three appendages attached simultaneously. The No. 1 appendage showed that pressure resistance was proportionally greater than friction resistances. Both Nos. 2 and 3 appendages showed comparable levels of pressure and friction resistances. The correlation between appendages was minimal in the case of pairs and Comparing the cases of the No. 2 appendage attached and all appendages attached, at 11 kn, the EHP showed an difference of 9 %.

  • The tilting index table has attached to CNC machining center with 3axes, it can be improvement of its performance and its machining efficiency. The tilting index table is a key unit in order to manufacture some non-rotational and 3-dimensional parts, using the conventional machining center. In this study, structural analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using the commercial software ANSYS Workbench 11 to develop tilting index table using direct drive motor. The shape of the tilting index table obtained from the optimization was analyzed and compared with the initial model. Also, the initial model was modified based on the optimization model and the result was verified to have the acceptable improvement.

  • PURPOSE: In recent years, senior friendly device is growing rapidly because of population aging The study was designed to investigate the effects of table height of electronic bed on upper extremity and trunk EMG in elderly. METHODS: Thirty right-handed elderly without history of neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction were participated in this study. Three heights of the table (3/3 height, 2/3 height, and 1/3 height between top of the shoulder and olecranon) were provided. During the eating performance, surface electromyography (EMG) was used to measure muscle activity, and electrodes were attached to the deltoid middle fiber, serratus anterior, suprapinatus, upper trapezius, rhomboideus, cervical part of longissimus, thoracic part of longissimus, lumbar part of longissimus on right. One way ANOVA was conducted for the statistical analysis. RESULTS: There were significant differences in deltoid middle fiber, suprapinatus, upper trapezius, rhomboideus, lumbar part of longissimus in the 3 different height of table (p<.05). The deltoid middle fiber, suprapinatus, upper trapezius, and lumbar part of longissimus were significantly increased in higher table than lower table(p<.05). And the rhomboideus was significantly decreased in higher table than lower table(p<.05). CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates that different height of table affect upper extremity and trunk muscle activity. The table height of olecranon is the best for elderly.

  • The purpose of this study is to warm up the conventional X-ray table by inventing and design for X-ray table with an attached heating device using less unloaded X-ray, CNT (carbon nano tube) heating element. Configuration of the product design for adhesive carbon heating element X-ray is composed of a conventional X-ray table, carbon nano tube planar heating element, an electrode line, flame resisting protective film, and the bottom film. Characteristics and advantages of this invented product is to provide gentle feeling, the sense of security, and eliminating anxiety to the patient wearing a patient gown and feel the cool air while receiving the test. Thus we are strongly recommend to use this device in the clinical situation.

  • Vibrational motions of the compaction table were investigated to select the optimal operation conditions of sand filling and compaction for the EPC process. Their modes were measured at the nine points of the table with changing the relative rotation angles between the two eccentric mass vibrators which were attached parallel beneath the table. Well-defined vibration modes were measured at the center of the table but those of left and right sides of the table were distorted regardless of rotational angle differences. The distortion of vibration modes at both sides of the table were caused by the moment generated by offset positions of two eccentric masses. It was found that the uniform vibration modes would be gathered by controlling the relative distances between the rotating axis and the center of gravity in the compaction system at the various conditions of vibration modes and rotational angle differences.

  • In this study, real-time hybrid test using a shaking table for the control performance evaluation of a U-shaped TLCD controlling the response of earthquake-excited building structure is experimentally implemented. In the test, the building structure is used as a numerical part, on which a U-shaped TLCD adopted as an experimental part was installed to reduceits response. At first, the force that is acting between a TLCD and building structure is measured from the load cell attached on shaking table and is fed-back to the computer to control the motion of shaking table. Then, the shaking table is so driven that the error between the interface acceleration computed from the numerical building structure with the excitations of earthquake and the fed-back interface force and that measured from the shaking table. The control efficiency of the TLCD used in this paper is experimentally confirmed by implementing this process of shaking table experiment on real-time.

  • New form of base isolators made of steel spring coated with both natural and artficial rubber were manufactured and tested for material properties. Shaking table experiments were performed using a model structure attached with the bearings. The model structure used in the test is a 1/4 scaled steel structure, and earthquake records were used to check the lateral and vertical stability and effectiveness of the isolators. According to the results all three types of isolators turned out to be effective in reducing the acceleration induced by the earthquake vibration.

  • The height of the table should be considered important during computed tomography (CT) examination, but according to previous studies, not all radiology technologists set the table at the patient's center at the examination, which affects the exposure dose and image quality received by the patient. Therefore, this study intends to study the image quality exposure dose according to the height of the table to realize the optimal image quality and dose during the brain CT scan. The head phantom images were acquired using Philips Brilliance iCT 256. When the image was acquired, the table height was adjusted to 815, 865, 915, 965, 1015, and 1030 mm, respectively, and each scan was performed 3 times for each height. For the exposure dose measurement, optically stimulated luminescence dosimeter (OSLD) was attached to the front, side, eye, and thyroid gland of the head phantom. In the signal to noise ratio (SNR) measurement result, The SNR values for each table height were all lower than 915 mm. As a result of exposure dose, the exposure dose on each area increased as the table height decreased. The height of the table has a close relationship with the patient's radiation exposure dose in the CT scan.
