환경영향평가의 훼손수목량 추정을 위한 드론영상 분석법과 방형구법의 정확성 비교 (Comparison of Accuracy between Analysis Tree Detection in UAV Aerial Image Analysis and Quadrat Method for Estimating the Number of Treesto be Removed in the Environmental Impact Assessment)

  • 환경영향평가의 훼손수목량은 온실가스 배출량, 임목폐기물 산정 등 다양한 부분에 활용되는 환경지표이다. 지금까지 훼손수목량은 식생조사표의 임목밀도에 의존하였고, 이에 따른 표본편향으로 훼손수목량 추정의 불확실성이 가중되었다. 훼손수목량 추정의 정확성을 높이려면 전수조사를 대안으로 제시할 수 있으나 불가능한 것이 현실이다. 대안으로 드론영상을 이용한 개별 수목 탐지 방법이 있으며, 이 연구는 개별 수목 탐지 방법론으로 표본조사(방형구법)와 드론영상 분석법으로 추정된 훼손수목량을 전수조사 결과와 비교하였다. 연구 결과 전수조사 기준으로 드론 영상 분석법은 25주 과대추정 하였고 방형구법(평균)은 58주 과대 추정하였다. 그러나 기존 환경영향평가에서 시행하는 방형구법은 방형구의 개수, 방형구의 위치에 따른 표본편향의 영향을 많이 받을 것으로 예상된다.

AHP 분석을 통한 선박사고 취약성 평가지표 및 가중치에 관한 연구 (Research on Vulnerability Assessment Indicators and Weights for Ship Accident Using AHP Analysis)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 선박사고 발생에 있어 취약성 지표를 선정하여 이를 바탕으로 해상에서의 선박사고 예방을 위한 취약성 평가지수를 도출 하는 것이다. 연구방법: 선정한 취약성 지표의 타당성과 가중치 도출을 위해 전문가(해군 및 여객선 향해사)를 대상으로 설문조사 진행 후 Likert 척도를 활용하여 타당성 검증을 하였으며, 상대적 가중치를 계산하기 위해 AHP 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 전(全) 평가지표에 대하여 Likert 척도 사용결과 5점 척도에서 3.5 이상의 점수로 타당성을 도출하였으며, AHP 분석결과 9개 평가지표에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과는 해상에서의 선박사고 예방을 위한 평가지표의 상세기준을 설정하여 취약성 평가지수를 개발하였다.

한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 쓰기 평가의 채점 특성 연구 (A Study on the Features of Writing Rater in TOPIK Writing Assessment)

  • Writing is a subjective and performative activity. Writing ability has multi-facets and compoundness. To understand the examinees's writing ability accurately and provide effective writing scores, raters first ought to have the competency regarding assessment. Therefore, this study is significant as a fundamental research about rater's characteristics on the TOPIK writing assessment. 150 scripts of the 47th TOPIK examinees were selected randomly, and were further rated independently by 20 raters. The many-facet Rasch model was used to generate individualized feedback reports on each rater's relative severity and consistency with respect to particular categories of the rating scale. This study was analyzed using the FACETS ver 3.71.4 program. Overfit and misfit raters showed many difficulties for noticing the difference between assessment factors and interpreting the criteria. Writing raters appear to have much confusion when interpreting the assessment criteria, and especially, overfit and misfit teachers interpret the criteria arbitrarily. The main reason of overfit and misfit is the confusion about assessment factors and criteria in finding basis for scoring. Therefore, there needs to be more training and research is needed for raters based on this type of writing assessment characteristics. This study is recognized significantly in that it collectively examined writing assessment characteristics of writing raters, and visually confirmed the assessment error aspects of writing assessment.

시설보호 아동의 인지능력에 따른 행동문제 (Institutionalized Children′s Behavior Problems Depending on Their Cognitive Abilities)

  • This study investigated institutionalized children's behavior problems depending on their cognitive abilities. Subjects were 185 institutionalized children in 15 child-welfare facilities in Seoul (132 preschooler and 153 primary schoolers; 106 boys and 79 girls). Institutionalized children's cognitive abilities were measured using the Comprehension and Picture Completion Assessment, two subsets of K-WPPSI (Park et al., 1996) Comprehension and Picture Completion Assessment belong to verbal and performance scale, respectively. Measures of behavior problems included anxiety, immaturity, social withdrawal, physical symptom, hyperactivity, and aggression. Data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Results showed that institutionalized children had higher scores in Picture Completion Assessment than Comprehension Assessment. Furthermore, institutionalized children with low scores in Comprehension Assessment were higher in anxiety and social withdrawal than children with high scores in Comprehension Assessment.

주민참여에 의한 도시경관의 영향평가 : 서울시 중계동 아파트 계획안을 대상으로 (Visual Impact Assessment of the Urban Landscape with Public Participation)

  • This study conducted a visual impact assessment of an apartment complex project proposed in Jungkye-dong, Seoul. Three design alternatives of the project-alternatives 1, 2, and 3-which differed in form, color, scale, and arrangement of buildings were simulated with computer image processing technique. The simulations were presented to the public who were mainly residents in the project area, and visual impact resulted from the alternatives was assessed by them. Their responses were then statistically analyzed. It was found that, in terms of compatibility with the surrounding landscape, alternative 1 was the most favourable because it was more traditional, natural, and diverse than alternatives 2 and 3. At the same time, the alternative was most preferred by the public because it was more plain, natural, and diverse than other alternatives. It was suggested that the visual impact assessment with public participation conducted in this study would help both planners and the public to make more intelligent decisions.

소규모 바다목장의 해양 환경 분석 및 평가 - 군산주변해역 (Analysis and Assessment of Environmental Factors in the Small Scale Marine Ranch around the Gunsan Coastal Areas)

  • This study was analyzed and assessed the environmental factors on small marine ranching sites around Gunsan Coast, West Sea of Korea. Standards of assessment are followed in the reports on the choice of marine ranching sites and regulation factors of proper site on marine artificial reefs of MOMAF. Max. current speed around Gunsan were ranged between 25.52 ~ 57.49cm/sec. These values were satisfied by comparing assessment factor such as current speed.. Factors of temperature, salinity, transparency and pH were evaluated as the proper extent. DO was not distributed as the proper extent due to different criterion. between the same assessment factor. COD, SS and nutrients were partly suited to the criteria. Especially, SS was almost higher than that of criterion. So, we are proposed to be reflected in environment characteristics of West Coast such as SS. Moreover, the extent of pollution load factors have to be specified clearly in the regulations of assessment criteria.

Preliminary Psychometric Properties of the Chinese Version of the Work-Related Quality of Life Scale-2 in the Nursing Profession

  • Objectives: As quality of work-life (QWL) among nurses affects both patient care and institutional standards, assessment regarding QWL for the profession is important. Work-related Quality of Life Scale (WRQOLS) is a reliable QWL assessment tool for the nursing profession. To develop a Chinese version of the WRQOLS-2 and to examine its psychometric properties as an instrument to assess QWL for the nursing profession in China. Methods: Forward and back translating procedures were used to develop the Chinese version of WRQOLS-2. Six nursing experts participated in content validity evaluation and 352 registered nurses (RNs) participated in the tests. After a two-week interval, 70 of the RNs were retested. Structural validity was examined by principal components analysis and the Cronbach's alphas calculated. The respective independent sample t-test and intra-class correlation coefficient were used to analyze known-group validity and test-retest reliability. Results: One item was rephrased for adaptation to Chinese organizational cultures. The content validity index of the scale was 0.98. Principal components analysis resulted in a seven-factor model, accounting for 62% of total variance, with Cronbach's alphas for subscales ranging from 0.71 to 0.88. Known-group validity was established in the assessment results of the participants in permanent employment vs. contract employment (t = 2.895, p < 0.01). Good test-retest reliability was observed (r = 0.88, p < 0.01). Conclusion: The translated Chinese version of the WRQOLS-2 has sufficient validity and reliability so that it can be used to evaluate the QWL among nurses in mainland China.

일 대학병원 소아중환자실에서 Modified Glasgow Coma Scale 적용의 객관성 검증 (Verification of the Objectivity for Application of a Modified Glasgow Coma Scale in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)

  • Purpose: Rapid and accurate assessment of impaired consciousness is very important, especially for critically ill patients. Therefore, the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) has been widely adopted in the assessment of adult and pediatric comas. But the GCS should not be used for small children who show various normal responses according to their developmental stage. Therefore, the objectivity of pediatric coma measurements was verified by applying the modified GCS to patients in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at a university hospital in Korea. Methods: The level of consciousness was evaluated for 200 cases who were admitted to a PICU from July 4, 2009 to September 18, 2009 and could show a verbal response, with our modified GCS for children. In addition, and we confirmed the frequency analysis and Kappa statistics with SPSS/WIN 17.0. Results: Kappa statistics which show inter-observer reliability were very good for all components (eye opening, verbal, and motor score) and was good for total GCS scores. Conclusion: It is concluded that our modified GCS is reliable. Therefore, reliable assessment for the level of consciousness is clinically practicable if enough training is supported.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement (STREAM), the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and the Modified Barthel Index (MBI) in the acute stroke care setting. Twenty patients with their first stroke were evaluated using STREAM, BBS, and MBI initially and at 4 weeks. The data was analyzed using the independent t-test, paired t-test, and the Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The scores on the STREAM were strongly associated with the scores on both the BBS and MBI (with Pearson correlation coefficients ranging from .88 to .95), and there was significant improvement between the initial scores and those obtained four weeks later for STREAM, BBS, and MBI (p=.001, p=.001, p<.001). The results suggest that STREAM may be able to reflect functional recovery and to assess voluntary movement in patients who have suffered an acute stroke.
