This paper propose an expanded ASP exclusive development framework method. We applied a module to the suggested method which suit to develope ASP. Proposed method is a kind of module, which manages MVC develope methodology and treats Query and ASP information as a XML. It has flexibility which meets the client's request quickly. Using inherited base model which previously exist in template source, developer only concerned with development methodology so that they can reduce development time and reinforce a integrity of system. We proposed these improvements as a framework. Experimental results validate our scheme, showing a fewer number of files and a better flexibility than other development method, and also about 29% of program code has been reduced.

To express an increased level of recombinant Mefp1 (marine mussel adhesive protein) in soluble form, we constructed expression vectors encoding truncated OmpA signal peptide-Mefp1 fusion proteins. OmpA signal peptide (OmpASP) is the 21 residue peptide fragment of the 23 residue OmpA signal sequence cleavable by signal peptidase I. We successfully produced increased levels of soluble recombinant Mefp1 (rMefp1) with various deletions of OmpASP, and found that the increased expression was caused by the increased pI of the N-terminus of the fusion proteins (${\geq}10.55$). All the OmpA signal peptide segments of 3-21 amino acids in length had the same pI value (10.55). Our results suggest that the pI value of the truncated OmpASP ($OmpASP_{tr}$) play an important role in directional signaling for the fusion protein, but we found no evidence for the presence of a secretion enhancer in OmpASP. For practical applications, we increased the expression of soluble rMefp1 with $OmpASP_{tr}$ peptides as directional signals, and obtained rMefp1 with the native amino terminus (nN-rMefp1) using an $OmpASP_{tr}$ Xa leader sequence that contains the recognition site for Xa protease.

Web-based PMIS (Project Management Information System) has played significant role in construction management processes in Korea. As the use of web-based PMIS increases, regular quality assessment to identify user's requirements is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment of web-based PMIS. This study aims to assess the quality of web-based PMIS, especially ASP-PMIS (Application Service Provider based PMIS) that is widely used in Korean construction industry. The assessment factors of ASP-PMIS quality were adopted from previous research and empirically confirmed using exploratory factor analysis. ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis), which is a variation of original IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis), were selected for the assessment and analysis method in this research. A total of 253 completed questionnaires, composed of 23 assessment items, were collected from the ASP-PMIS users in Korea (construction managers and constructors), and they were used to analyse the quality of the systems. Some possible contributions of this research are: it introduces a simple and easy-to-use tool for assessing the quality of ASP-PMIS with a set of quality assessment factors that are selected from previous researches and empirically tested; it provides the quality assessment results of ASP-PMIS in Korea so that ASP-PMIS providers in Korea can understand the users' opinion on their systems; it also identified that the urgent factors that require immediate attention to improvement. However, further researches are to be required on the following areas: enhancing the quality assessment factors in terms of their relation to the success of ASP-PMIS and to the users' performance; assessing and analyzing the quality of individual ASP-PMIS; establishing continuous improvement systems institutionally and instrumentally.

In this research, it is a basic study to investigate the population of birds using UAVs. The research area is Ardeidae species(ASP) habitat and has long-term monitoring. The purpose of the study is to compare the ASP populations which analyzed ground observational survey and UAVs imagery. We used DJI's Mavic pro and Phantom4 for this research. Before investigating the population of ASP, we measured the escape distance by the UAVs, and the escape distances of the two UAVs models were statistically significant. Such a result would be different in UAV size and rotor(rotary wing) noise. The population of ASP who analyzed the ground observation and UAVs imagery count differed greatly. In detail, the population(mean) on the ground observation was 174.9, and the UAVs was 247.1 ~ 249.9. As a result of analyzing the UAVs imagery, These results indicate that the lower the UAVs camera altitude, the higher the ASP population, and the lower the UAVs camera altitude, the higher the resolution of the images and the better the reading of the individual of ASP. And we confirmed analyzed images taken at various altitudes, the individuals of ASP was not statistically significant. This is because the resolution of the phantom was superior to that of mavic pro. Our research is fundamental compared to similar studies. However, long-term monitoring for ASP of South Korea's by ground observation is a barrier of the reliability of the monitoring result. We suggested how to use UAVs which can improve long-term monitoring for ASP habitat.

ASP service users' needs for flexible and customized services to deal with changes in business environments and user contexts seems to be appealing due to the progress of technology and IT paradigm such as ubiquitous computing and web 2.0. Through the lens of expectancy confirmation and flexibility, we explored factors that influence users' repurchase intent and organizational benefit in ASP services. With an empirical study, we examined information quality, service quality, flexibility, customization, user satisfaction, trust in ASP services can contribute to the repurchase intent and organizational benefit. In addition to, business type and company size are added to the research model as control variables for user satisfaction, trust, and repurchase intent. Our findings suggested that the service quality and flexibility significantly were cruicial determinant of user satisfaction in ASP services. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly influenceS repurchase intent, and organization benefits were affected by repurchase intent. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand factors that affect ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits.

This paper presents an effective and reliable evaluation method for fracture strength and material degradation of the micro-structure of high temperature service steel weldment using advanced small punch (ASP) test developed from conventional small punch (CSP) test. For the purpose of the ASP test, a lower die with a minimized ${\Phi}$1.5 mm diameter loading ball and an optimized deformation guide hole of ${\Phi}$3 mm diameter were designed. The behaviors of fracture energy (E$\_$sp/), ductile-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) and material degradation from the ASP test showed a definite dependency on the micro-structure of weldment. Results obtained from ASP test were compared and reviewed with results from CSP test, Charpy impact test, and hardness test. The utility and reliability of the proposed ASP test were verified by investigating fracture strength, behavior of DBTT, and fracture location of each micro-structure of steel weldment for test specimen in ASP test. It was observed that the fracture toughness in the micro-structure of FL＋CGHAZ and ICHAZ decreased remarkably with increasing aging time. From studies of all micro-structures, it was observed that FGHAZ microstructure has the most excellent fracture toughness, and it showed absence of material degradation.

Isolation, purification and molecular properties of adult specific protein (ASP) were investigated in the silkworm, Bombyx mori. ASP was purified from adult haemolymph by gel filtration on Sephadex G-100 and ion exchange chromatography on CM52. The preparation was shown to be homogeneous by native-PAGE and immunoelectrophoresis. The purified protein was consisted of two different subunits with molecular weights of 19.5kDa and 17.5kDa, and contained no sugars and no lipids.

XML was applied to web-Based application system for efficient data supervision and processing. Also, ASP permitted embodiment of easy web-Based programming, and UML is studied by the new alternative of system modelling techniques. Thus, In this paper see embodied student taking a course application management system using XML, ASP, UML. This was composed, and used XML for effective data supervision and processing by student mode and administrator mode. Also, It used UML for systems analysis and design, and whole system implemented by ASP. And, Database implemented to used in MS-ACCESS, and it used java Script language for efficient practical use of web document.

The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual understanding of ASP service for ERP implementation in small-to-medium enterprises under the current market situation in which the significance of information systems was standing out to respond to the rapid changes of managerial environment caused by the spread of Internet. In addition, it was to extract practical causes of introduction of ERP through ASP services by analyzing the causes and benefits considered by small-to-medium enterprises which use it. This study confirms that using ASP is better, faster and cheaper. Therefore, it is inevitable. The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

ASP는 동적인 대화형 웹 서버 응용 프로그램을 작성하고 실행하기 위해 사용할 수 있는 '서버 측 스크립트' 환경이다. ASP를 사용하면 HTML 페이지와 스크립트 명령 및 ActiveX 구성요소를 조합하여 대화형 웹 페이지나 강력한 웹 기반의 응용 프로그램을 만들 수 있다. 사용자가 HTML에 익숙한 사람이라면 ASP 스크립트가 동적인 페이지의 작성을 위한 좋은 방법임을 알 수 있을 것이다. 또한 HTML 파일 작성에 필요한 자바 스크립트나 비쥬얼 베이직 스크립트는 물론이고 그 외 HTML 파일의 내용을 요구에 맞게 배치하기 위해 사용하는 CSS1의 기본적인 내용 정도는 알고 있어야 한다고 본다. 뿐만 아니라 CGI 프로그래밍과 웹 서버와 클라이언트의 상호 작용 관계, 그리고 웹 서버 관리하는 방법 등의 내용을 완벽하게 갖추고 있다고는 생각하지는 않는다. 하지만 앞으로 진행해 나가면서 직접 설명을 하지는 않겠지만 이와 같은 기술들이 모두 사용이 될 것이고, ASP는 다른 웹 애플리케이션 언어보다 쉽고, 웹에서의 많은 응용과, 무한한 가능성을 내포하고 있다는 것을 말하고 싶다. 그러므로 ASP에 접근하는 방법에 있어서 운영하는 방법을 연구하였다.
