Objective : This study reports the effect of Socheongryong-tang on Dyshidrotic Eczema. Methods : This is a case report on a patient who has been suffering from Dyshidrotic Eczema. According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, Socheongryong-tang was provided for 30 days. The severity of Dyshidrotic Eczema was evaluated by VAS and pictures. Results : When analyzing the patient's history and symptoms, it can be found in article No. 40 in Shanghanlun. The area and intensity of Dyshidrotic Eczema were reduced when viewed photos findings, so diagnosis and therapies showed valid results in Dyshidrotic Eczema. Conclusions : Socheongryong-tang is efficient to patient of this case report as a treatment.

Dietary supplements are generally defined as concentrated sources of nutrients prescribed in addition to the daily diet to increase nutrient intake. These supplements are usually in the form of tablets, capsules, pills, powders, or liquids. Sales of dietary supplements are roughly $4 billion per year in the United States. Nearly 4 out of every 10 adults use dietary supplements regularly. This article is to report the pros and cons in the use of dietary supplements and a brief overview of current law, proposed regulations, and related activities in the United States. It provides what information should be known to the public before federal regulations governing health claims are made . These regulations may decide whether health food industries or pharmaceutical companies can make claims about the function of nutrients.

Actually, The present traffic accident detection system is subsisting limitation of accurate distinction under the crowded condition at intersection because the system defend upon mainly the image information at intersection and digital image processing techniques nearly all. To complement this insufficiency, this article aims to estimate the level of present technology and a realistic possibility by analyzing the acoustic characteristic of crash sound that we have to investigate for improvement of traffic accident detection rate at intersection. The skid sound of traffic accident is showed the special pattern at 1[kHz])${\sim}$3[kHz] bandwidth when vehicles are almost never operated in and around intersection. Also, the frequency bandwidth of vehicle crash sound is showed sound pressure difference oyer 30[dB] higher than when there is no occurrence of traffic accident below 500[Hz].

The Ministry of Environment of South Korea has launched its plan to establish the National Ecological Institute. An International Symposium and Workshop was held at Ewha Womans University in Seoul on Thursday, 30 September 2010, to strengthen international cooperation, networking and partnerships for the conservation of biodiversity. This symposium was attended by experts of many major institutions for biodiversity conservation from South Korea and overseas. At the symposium and workshop preceded by a keynote speech by the renowned primatologist and conservation biologist Jane Goodall the participants discussed a wide range of topics including "biodiversity conservation: in situ and ex situ approaches", "conservation of species diversity and ecosystem management", and "international cooperation for biodiversity conservation and research". As a basis for future discussions, this article summarizes how the National Ecological Institute might contribute most effectively to public life and environmental management in South Korea and worldwide. It addresses the following issues: governance and funding, synergies within Korea, participation in international networks, external advice, a broad view of ecological issues, research agenda, building on identity, public outreach, and training the next generation of scientists.

Subcutaneous emphysema and pneumomediastinum is a relatively uncommon phenomenon. It may occur secondary to dental treatment using high-speed air turbine handpieces, especially after extraction of tooth. Subcutaneous emphysema is often limited only to the areas of head and neck, but also can involve deeper structures. Thorough examination and conservative treatment of these problems are essential in preventing life-threatening complications such as airway obstruction and mediastinitis. The subject of this report is a 57-year-old woman with subcutaneous emphysema and pneumomediastinum during the extraction of maxillary third molar using high-speed air turbine handpiece. If there isn't any appropriate measure, severe complications may occur. Therefore it is important to be well-informed of proper diagnosis and treatment. This article shall present a case report with literature review.

Nowadays, the commonly used table lookup scheme for IP routing is based on the sc-called classless interdomain routing (CIDR). With CIDR, routers must find out the best matching prefix (BMP) for IP packets forwarding, this complicates the IP lookup. Currently, this process is mainly performed in software and several schemes hale been proposed for hardware implementation. Since the IP lookup performance is a major design issue for the new generation routers, in this article we investigate the properties of the routing table and present a new approach for IP lookups, our approach is not based Gn BMP and significantly reduces the complexity, thus the computation cast of existing schemes can be significantly reduced. We also propose an efficient IP lookup algorithm, with which we improve the binary search on prefixes to 30 millions of packets per second (MPPS) and 5,000 route updates/s under the same experiment setup with an even larger routing table.

Perovskite niobates and tantalates have been placed on a short list of functional materials for future technologies. This article was investigated ferroelectric materials $Ag(Ta,Nb)O_3$ thick film. In this study, we have fabricated the $Ag(Ta,Nb)O_3$ thick film on the $Al_2O_3$ substrates by screen printing method. The $Ag(Ta,Nb)O_3$ thick film were fabricated by the mixed oxide method. The sintering temperature and time were 1,150$^{\circ}C$, 2 hr. The electrical properties of $Ag(Ta,Nb)O_3$ thick film were investigated at 30~100$^{\circ}C$.

This research is an analysis of medical essay article 62 by Jang Jong-jung that is quotated in "Donguibogam". The opinion through out the essay is that the way of healing on the whole is eliminating the origin of illness above all. Three methods of sweating, vomiting, and purging that Jang applied are profoundly connected to this opinion. Non-medicinal treatment of emotion disorders that is quoted in "Donguibogam" is also closely related. The consideration of Unqi(circulating qi) as the best way of searching etiological factor, pathology, and treatment, in "Donguibogam" is close to the view of medical essay by Jang Jong-jung.

This article aims to introduce the synchrotron radiation for its utilization in the casting and solidification fields as an unique tool for observation of real time phenomena of molten metal during solidification. General features of the synchrotron radiation were briefly introduced for readers in the casting and solidification fields, with no background regarding to synchrotron radiation. And basic principles of imaging technologies using synchrotron light for in-situ observation of molten metal were explained together with exemplary research works, which were reported on the casting and solidification fields in recent years. As a practical guide, real time observation of Al-Si casting alloy was introduced with experimental facilities, image acquisition, and processing together with representative results.

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among the frequency of perfume usage and perfume attitude. perfume consuming behaviors and demographies. The data were collected from 352 female college students using questionnaire. Three groups including Large amount users(30.1%), Medium amount users(33.8%), and Small amount users(36.1%) were identified by the frequency of perfume usage. The results were summarized as follows : 1. There were significant differences on perfume attitudes and perfume consuming behaviors among the three groups. The more they use perfume, the more they feel pleasure and self-confidence. Most subjects preferred overseas prestige and popular perfume. And they obtained perfume informations through magazine ads and article. 2. There were significant differences demographic characteristics among the three groups. The older and the higher social status frequently used perfume. This study will provide useful marketing data and implications for activation of domestic perfume market.
