본 연구의 목적은 개인요인과 환경요인이 중국 연변 조선족 청소년들의 진로정체감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하는데 있다. 선행연구를 기반으로 중국 연변 조선족 청소년의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 개인요인으로 학업성적과 자아존중감을 살펴보았으며, 환경요인으로 부모애착과 교사애착을 고려하였다. 연구문제는 "중국 연변 조선족 청소년의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 개인요인과 환경요인은 무엇인가?"이고 이를 위해 중국 연변지역 중, 고등학생 290명의 자료를 SPSS 24.0의 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 조선족 중학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 개인요인은 자아존중감, 환경요인으로는 교사애착이 유의미하게 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인요인과 환경요인 모두를 고려할 때 조선족 중학생의 진로정체감에 가장 많이 영향을 미치는 요인은 환경요인인 교사애착으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 연구결과를 기반으로 중국 연변 청소년의 진로정체성과 관련된 이론적 함의와 이들의 진로정체성을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의를 살펴보았다.

이 연구는 영재교육의 효율적 운영을 위해 영재교육 담당 교원의 선발·확충·지원에 대한 현황과 그 과제를 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 여기서 다룬 주요 문제는, 초등은 신임 강사 지원 비율이 낮고 담당 교원이 노령화되고 있으며, 중등의 경우 영재강사 모집 인원에 비해 지원율과 확보율이 저조한 실정이다. 영재 교육 담당 교사들은 일반 학교에서의 수업과 업무는 기본이고, 여러 영재교육 업무로 상당한 체력의 고갈과 시간의 부족에 시달리며 스트레스를 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제에 따른 논의 결과 영재교육 담당 교사들이 자긍심과 보람을 지니고 열정적으로 영재교육에 임할 수 있도록, 수업 시수 경감이나 강사료 조정, 자체적 연구회에 대한 전폭적인 지원, 현직 교사 외에도 전문성을 갖춘 강사 초빙, 금요일 방과 후 시간을 활용한 수업 등을 고려하여 실질적인 개선과 보완이 필요함을 제시하였다. 전문성 신장을 위해 영재교육 교원 연수 프로그램을 확대 편성하고, 일반 교육과 영재교육의 상호 작용을 통해 영재교육의 긍정적 인식과 결과까지 가져온다면 우리 교육의 질이 전반적으로 향상하는 데에도 기여할 것으로 본다.

본 연구는 CBAM 모형에 근거하여 2015 개정 교육과정 실행을 앞두고 체육교사의 관심도를 측정하고 교사배경 변인별로 관심도의 차이를 분석하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K지역 중·고등학교 체육교사 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 2015 개정교육과정에 대한 관심도가 매우 높게 나온 걸로 보아 중·고등학교 체육교사들은 2015 개정 교육과정이 체육수업에서 학생들에게 미치는 영향과 결과에 대해 관심이 매우 높으나, 그 방법에 대해서 2015 개정 교육과정을 제대로 실행할 수 있도록 연수와 활용방안에 대해 체계적인 접근이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 전체학급수별로 2015 개정 교육과정에 대한 관심도가 차이가 나기 때문에 학급수별 맞춤형 2015 개정 교육과정 연수 프로그램을 개발하여 전달해야 한다. 일방적인 집합형태의 전달연수에서 벗어나 학급 수에 따른 연수와 자료의 전달방법이 달라야 할 것이다. 셋째, 2015 개정 교육과정의 안정적인 정착을 위해 체육교사의 관심도 수준에 따른 교육과정 예시 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 미술 실기 교육인 드로잉 수업을 사이버 강의를 통해 어느 정도로 구현할 수 있으며 학습자 입장에서 만족과 불만족 요인은 무엇인지 살펴보고자 했다. 드로잉 수업은 드로잉에 대한 개념적인 이해와 실제 기법을 학습하며 과제를 수행하도록 구성되었다. 드로잉 과목을 개발한 2014년과 부분 수정을 거친 2016년에 콘텐츠 만족도 평가와 강의 평가를 통해 과목 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 콘텐츠 만족도와 강의 평가 모두 학교에 개설된 전체 과목들의 평균과 유사한 점수를 보였다. 세부적으로 보면, 콘텐츠 만족도에서 강의 내용 구성은 좋은 평가를 받았지만 상호작용은 낮은 평가를 받았다. 강의평가의 경우 교수의 열의와 응답 성실성은 높은 평가를 받았지만, 강의에 대한 전반적 만족도는 낮은 편이었다. 또한, 학생들의 자기 평가도 낮은 편이었다. 이러한 결과는 학생들이 더 많은 실습에 대한 요구를 가지고 있으며, 더 적극적인 상호작용을 원한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 사이버 교육 환경에서 미술 실기 교과를 시도했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

동아시아 수학사에서 가장 중요하고 기초적인 문헌은 <구장산술九章算術>이다. 이 책은 오랜 세월 동안 여러 주석가들에 의해 보완되고 재해석되며 광범위한 영향력을 미쳤다. 우리나라 역시 이 영향권 안에서 삼국시대 이래로 <구장산술>을 기본 산학서로 취급해 왔고 19세기 조선 수학자 남병길은 이 책에 대한 주석서 <구장술해九章術解>를 출판했다. 본 연구에서는 이 두 책의 구성과 내용을 확인하고 그것의 교육적 활용 가능성에 대해 모색해본다.

The purpose of this study is to seek improvement in clothing life education through a development and application of the clothing life education program for middle schools based on the education and experience in arts & culture. On the basis of art & culture education as well as, Dewey's experience, the clothing life area education program was designed and developed for the 2nd year students in the middle school. This program was applied to 350 students of 9 2nd year classes in M middle school during the 17 periods of clothing life area classes, beginning from May 23rd, 2011 and lasting to September 30th, 2011. The leaner-evaluation was performed in terms of the level of learning interest and academic achievement. To measure the level of academic achievement, a mind-map evaluation was performed and a learning effect survey, which evaluates the level of achievement of learning objectives, was carried out. For the purpose of class observation, classes were filmed and analyzed. Characteristics of a class were recorded on a teacher's diary and was used to support the qualitative evaluation. According to the results, the education program is analyzed as being helpful and useful in student understanding of fiber, textile and, clothes, which are materials and outcomes of culture and art; moreover, they have a historical, cultural and artistic value in themselves. It is also analyzed as being helpful for the development of student aesthetic sensibility and emotion, for the construction of meaningful experience through a learning process, for the improvement of learning interest and the level of academic achievement, and for the positive recognition of the learning effect.

Subjects included Hyomin Kim and Eunha Sohn (fictitious names) of Purum Class (a class for 5-year-olds) at 'H' Kindergarten. Subjects were selected after interviews with teachers and observation by the researcher. This study examined communication with classmates focusing on spontaneous dialog situations and functions. Results showed that Hyomin and Eunha exercised power in the art group and the math groups, respectively. The power exercise processes comprised a variety of behaviors including : to become similar with each other; to assign an exclusive seat; to act as an elder sister; to allow to do something; to keep a friend ata distance; to defend oneself; to threaten or persuade with a diversity of linguistic strategies; to teach like a teacher.

"Less is more", this phrase has made the pared down environment an interior form.

This purpose of this study was to understand how organizational communication affects organizational conflict and commitment. This study was based on a questionnaire survey of 238 teachers working in kindergartens and childcare centers in all parts of Korea except Jeju-do. This research used the following tools: the organizational communication scale, the organizational conflict scale, and the organizational commitment scale. The results were as follows: First, satisfaction with organizational communication showed statistically significant effects(${\beta}$ = -.529, p < .001) on organizational conflict. Secondly, organizational conflict had a negative correlation(${\beta}$ = -.398, p < .001) with organizational competence. Third, organizational conflict had a moderating effect between organizational communication satisfaction and the organizational commitment. Fourth, communication satisfaction had a moderating effect between organizational conflict and organizational commitment.

In this study, we aimed to develop a teacher-adaptive platform model that enhances teachers' instructional activities and teaching capabilities, allowing them to conduct intended lessons effectively. The platform is designed to support various teaching and learning activities based on the instructional situation, and additionally provides teaching and learning materials, assessment questions, and results. The developed teaching and learning platform utilized Moodle, an open-source-based LMS solution that provides various tools for online learning. The platform was specifically designed for teaching conic sections in high school geometry, and it was constructed to enable teachers to deliver their intended lessons effectively.
