유닛모듈러 기반 도시형 생활주택의 BIM 모델링 프로세스 개발 연구 (The Study on the Developing Process of BIM Modeling for Urban-life-housing Based on Unit Modular)

  • The current architectural design of unit modular has been based on 2D of CAD program, so unit modular character which needs unit information management, as a dried-member system, has no effect on design process. The purpose of this study is We have developed a suitable BIM design process, according to various works of construction, then tried to contribute to supply and activation of the urban-life-housing based on unit modular. The BIM modeling process based on unit modular has been in order of unit combination with preparing manual classification, and, it has been constructed, at construction site, from housing foundation to roof finish by Bottom-up method. At a manufacturing factory, it has been produced in order of 1) grouping materials and parts, 2) fabricating unit boxes, and 3) interference examination of unit boxes, and each order has been classified as housing structure, architecture, plumbing process separately. At a construction site, the fabrication has been done in order of, like as a real housing construction scenario, 1) RC foundation work 2) unit module job-site-fabrication work, 3) roof truss work, 4) plumbing and HVAC work, and 5) housing interior finish work. After modeling process, the interference examination on each work of construction has finally completed modeling. The Unit modular utilizing BIM modeling can make easy housing maintenance through systematic control with preparing manual of unit module information, and securing accurate and speedy construction information. And it will promote design credibility and create maximum effect of unit modular construction method, such as construction period reduction and upgrade of construction quality, etc., through the computer simulation as real as construction environment in cyber space, and with the interfering examination.

  • The purpose of this study is planning a representative model of a modernized school with rearrangement of existing two primary schools(Nammyun and Namjin) and a middle school(Seonam) in Nammyun distric. Nammyun district, which is adjacent to Tae-an national ocean park, is the Place where gas a natural advantage. However, in the result of the rural exodus follwed by industrialization, the population in this province are decreased rapidly and it still be on the process of the rural exodus. Hence, the total number of students, each school is under 100 at the moment and the number will be less in the future. Under this consequences, the rearrangement of these school is inevitable. For the new modernized school plan Narnmyun district, estimate the scale of school on the basis of decreased number of students, the analysis the 7th education plan and the questionnaire and face-to-face interview investigation, which is a resident-orented investigation, were carried out preferentially. The major research contents are as follows; o Expansion of schools facility and space for operating the 7th education plan(classified level schools level and subject-based class school plan) o Over-all improvement of educational environment to take all-out advantages of school, social and home education. o The school which can take a part of an educational center of a rural community in schools off-time-after school and summer and winter vocation. o The school which is related to the local cultural, sports and entertainment utility, On the basis of this research, the basic concept and purpose of a new school model model plan in Nammyun will be established and the new school plan represented for the result of this research.

엔지니어링 PE방수.방근시트가 결합된 박스 유닛형 옥상 녹화 시스템 적용을 위한 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation for the Application of Roof Green Box Unit System Combined with Engineering P.E.Waterproof and Root Penetration Sheet)

  • 도심지 건물의 증가는 친환경 공간에 대한 요구를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 옥상 및 인공지반 녹화의 보급이 급속히 증가되고 있다. 본 연구는 녹화시스템의 보급 확대를 위해 공법의 단순화, 일체화, 프리훼브화 개념을 적용, 연속 토양층 형성 박스 유닛형 녹화시스템을 개발하고, 이 시스템의 주요 성능으로 부착성, 내풍성, 단열성을 평가하여 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 부착성 및 내풍성 시험결과, 설계 풍압 및 풍속과 비교하면 100m 높이의 건물에 설치해도 안전한 것을 확인하였고, 단열성 평가를 위해 120일간 측정한 내부 온도의 변화를 분석한 결과, 개발 시스템이 연속된 토양층을 형성하여 기존 유닛박스 시스템보다 주간은 17%, 야간은 45% 우수한 단열성능을 보여 주었다.

발코니 길이변화에 의한 화염분출성상의 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Study of the Blowoff Flame Phenomena Due to Changes of Balcony Length)

  • In the case of the fire outburst within a partitioned space, it can disappear inside it through smoldering process if the fire cannot obtain sufficient imflammability. On the contrary, if it obtains it, the fire is not restricted within the room, spreading to the higher levels beyond outside windows and the compartment room. The method to prevent the fire spread through windows is considered to build a balcony or equip with sprinkler facilities. This case study is to identify which effects and controlibility a balcony brings about on the spread of fire through a full scale model experiment. In order to understand the effects of fire spread on the upper levels of the room on fire by changing the length of balcony, the temperature was measured, radiant heat was investigated, and products of combustion were analyzed. The result showed that when fire occured, longer length of the balcony, which linked to the outside wall of the apartments, led to the blocking of the fire spread, lower level of radiant heat, and significantly less transfer of toxic gases, and the driving force of the outburst of flame was identified as the attractive force due to the turbulence of uncombusted gases, which exist on the upper level of the outbursting flame.

  • 청풍호수는 한국 반도의 중앙에 제천시에 위치하고 있으며, 1984년에 충주 수력발전댐 건설에 의해 형성 청풍호수는 지금은 지난 30 년 동안 큰 인공 담수와 사이트로 변화되어 있다. 최근 제천시 정부는 미래를 위한 자연 치유 리조트와 엔터테인먼트 공연 개발하고 있으며, 이 지역의 타당성 조사에 대한 비교에서 원격탐사 기술과 현장 조사 계획을 사용하여 지리 조사 및 분석의 진행하였고, 결과적으로, 우리는 매우 효과적인 것으로 입증 할 수 있는 위성영상 및 항공사진과 디지털 지형 분석 및 현황 분석을 사용하여 컬러 맵을 통합하고, 강변 공간에서 미래의 비즈니스 및 천연자원의 조사를 통하여 브랜드의 시설과 이벤트를 구상하였으며, 보다 다양한 문화축제가 형성될 수 있도록 새로운 첨단기술융합을 적용 실험하여 미래의 문화융합에 의한 참여관광의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.

"Inclined Keel" 컨테이너선의 조파저항 최소화를 위한 선형최적화 (Minimization of Wave-making Resistance for "Inclined Keel" Containership)

  • Ever increasing fuel prices, almost doubled in the last three years, and global pressure to reduce their environmental impact have been enforcing commercial vessel operators and designers to re-assess current vessel designs with emphasis on their propulsion systems and operational practices. In this paper the "Inclined Keel Hull (IKH)" concept, which facilitates to use larger propeller diameter in combination with lower shaft speed rates and hence better transport efficiency, is explored for a modern 3600 TEU container vessel with the aim of fitting an 13 % larger diameter propeller (and hence resulting 20% lower rpm) to gain further power saving over the similar size basis container ship with conventional "level keel" configuration. It appears that successful application of the "inclined keel Hull" concept is a fine balance amongst the maximum gain in propulsive efficiency, minimum increase in hull resistance and satisfaction of other naval architectural and operational requirements. In order to make the concept economically more viable, this paper concentrates on the fore body design with the possible combination of increase of volume in its fore body to recover the expected volume loss in the aft body due to the space for larger propeller and its low wave-making resistance to minimize the efficiency loss using a well-established optimization software.

  • 도심지 건물의 증가는 친환경 공간에 대한 요구를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 옥상 및 인공지반 녹화의 보급이 급속히 증가되고 있다. 녹화시공은 방수층, 방근층, 보호콘크리트 등과 같이 다양한 재료를 시공하므로 시공시간이 길고, 하자 발생가능성이 높아진다. 본 연구는 기존의 녹화시스템 시공단계를 단축, 시공성을 향상시킨 새로운 녹화시스템에 사용하는 일체화된 방수 방근 하이브리드 시트의 물리적성능, 내구성, 방수성, 방근성을 평가함으로써 성능수준을 확인하고, 현장 적용 여부를 판단하고자 하였다. 시험결과, 우수한 물리적 성능 및 내구성, 방수성, 방근성을 확인하였으며, 향후 mock-up 시험을 수행하여 장기성능을 검증 중이다.

RTLS기술을 이용한 터널공사현장의 실시간 안전관리 적용방안 (An Application of Safety Management for Tunnel Construction Using RTLS Technology)

  • 최근 국가경제규모의 성장과 더불어 단위 건설현장의 규모도 대형화, 복합화되어 가고 있다. 이에 건설시장은 공기단축, 원가절감, 품질개선을 요구하게 되었고, 보다 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 위해 첨단기술을 적용한 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 특히, 건설현장의 인력, 자재, 장비 등의 다양한 자원에 대한 실시간 위치추적기술인 RTLS기술은 안전관리에 효과적인 것으로 평가받고 있다. 하지만 건축공사 뿐만아니라 해양, 도시 및 타 산업분야에서 연구와 적용이 이뤄지는 것과는 달리 협소하고 위험요소가 많은 터널공사에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 RTLS기술을 이용한 터널현장에서의 안전관리를 위한 모델을 제시하고, 이의 현장적용성 검토를 실시하였다. 적용성 검토 결과, 제시된 모델은 발생되는 일부의 오차로 인해 현장에 바로 적용하기 힘드나 하드웨어기술의 발전과 위치보정에 대한 노력으로 극복할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통해서 토목분야의 효율적인 프로젝트관리는 물론 안전관리의 방향을 제시하는데 이바지할 것으로 사료된다.

주거환경개선지구 지역주민의 마을정비 기대특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Improved Village Image Desired by Local Residents)

  • In urban regeneration, resident participation and respect of residents' need have become a major important issue. The purpose of this study is to identify residential area improvement characteristics expected by local residents. Data used for this study were collected from survey which used questionnaire and village image map construction tool kit, developed for facilitating the residents' participation in an actual housing improvement area at Kwngjoo, Korea. The major contents surveyed through questionnaire were first, future images of the area second, directions of improvement third, preferred architectural types such as high or low rise buildings. and a total of 335 data was collected within 4 days during 12-14 December, 2008. The kit was used by parents of students at a local elementary school, and 205 image maps were collected. Content analysis was to analyse characteristics of villages shown in the constructed image maps. Lynch's five elements were utilized to select areas for analysis. As a result, types of buildings desired by residents at the selected four local areas were identified. In general, residents desired their village to be improved with low and mid rise buildings, respecting existing cultural assets. This study showed that there is certain characteristics in relation to the selected areas. Besides, the tool kit used this study showed the effectiveness in collecting opinions from young households in the improvement area within a short time. The tool is expected to be useful in attracting residents and in facilitating participation of wide range of local residents by improving the constraints stemming from time and space.

레스토랑 디자인에 나타난 문화적 정체성 표현특성과 영향인자에 대한 연구 - 상해 소재 중식레스토랑을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Cultural Identity Expression Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Restaurant Design - Focused on Chinese Restaurant in Sang hai -)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the characteristics of elements composing the cultural identity of Chinese architectural and spatial design, and to analyze the expression characteristics and influencing factors of contemporary restaurant design. With these purposes, first, this study reviewed related literature in order to find the characteristics of tangible elements observed in intangible elements and space expression characteristics forming the cultural identity of China. Second, this study conducted a case study in order to understand the expression characteristics of the design of Chinese restaurants in Shanghai and to find factors influencing the design. In order to sample the subjects of the case study, the researcher selected 18 restaurants that were recommended repeatedly in books on Chinese restaurants and tourism and major Internet sites or highly evaluated by visitors, and then choose 15 of them that were found to be fit for the purpose of the survey. According to the result of the survey, the restaurants were largely grouped by type into 10 cases of fine dining, 3 of middle-class casual dining, 1 of fast food, and 1 of luxury tea house serving traditional tea and snacks. Of these restaurants, 46.7% (7 cases) were of CM-CM-CM type, namely, using contemporary simple elements in all of external spaces, indoor spaces, and decorations, 20% (3 cases) were of CM-CM-CT type, using contemporary and simple external and indoor spaces, and traditional furniture or articles, 20% (3 cases) were of CT-CM-CT type, using traditional external spaces such as traditional buildings, contemporary simple finishing of indoor spaces, and traditional articles such as palace lanterns and traditional doors and windows, and 13.3% (2 cases) were of CT-CT-CT type, using traditional elements in their original forms in general. Through this research and survey, cultural identity showing Chinese traditions observed in the expression characteristics of restaurant spatial designs was confirmed, and it was also found that the identity was underlain by ideologies, values, lifestyles, etc. that had long accumulated through the long history of the country and exerted a great influence.
