건축문화재 기록은 건축문화재 관리 업무의 과정과 결과로 만들어지며, 문화재청 및 지방자치단체 그리고 문화재수리업자와 같은 복수의 주체가 동일 문화재의 관리 업무를 각각 담당한다. 또한 업무의 특성상 설계도면 등의 특수한 성격의 기록과 다수의 사진, 동영상 기록 등을 포함하므로, 건축문화재에 대한 관리 업무의 절차와 그 기록의 특수성을 파악하는 것이 전제되어야 하고, 이에 따라 생산되고 관리되어야만 건축문화재 기록의 가치를 상실하지 않게 된다. 본 연구는 건축문화재 관리 업무 현장의 현실에 맞는 기록관리의 방법을 제안하고, 건축문화재 기록을 효율적으로 관리하고 차후에 활용하기 위해 지정문화재와 등록문화재를 대상으로 하여 건축문화재 관리업무 및 생성 기록의 특성을 파악함과 동시에 이러한 특성에 맞는 통합적이고도 과학적인 기록관리의 방안을 제안하는 것이 목표이다. 연구결과 건축문화재 기록의 관리에 있어서 가장 큰 문제점은 기관별로 분산되어 있는 관리체계이다. 이에 기록 생산 기관인 문화재청, 지방자치단체, 문화재수리업자 각각이 기록을 분산 관리하되 통일된 시스템에 기록을 등록 관리하는 네트워킹 체계를 구축하는 방안과 전문 시설과 인력을 갖춘 전문적인 기록물 관리기관으로서의 건축문화재 전문 아카이브즈를 만들어 이를 통해 기록들을 통합 관리하는 방안을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the diversity of architectural characteristics of traditional Hanok using Pyonjakbub(變作法). The roof is essential element of Hanok and the proportion of the roof accounts for about a half of the Hanok elevation. The shape of a roof of Hanok has made by the structural method like Pyonjakbub. For this study, the investigation report of 'Korean traditional houses' and 'Cultural assets of wooden traditional house' published by Cultural Heritage Administration were used as it's references. The results of this study are as follows; Pyonjakbub is appeared differently according to the region and the house dates and it has strongly influenced the architectural characteristics of traditional Hanok-the width of a room, the cross section of inner space of a roof and the length of eaves, etc. In other words, the architectural characteristics of Hanok will be changed by using different Pyonjakbub. Using the proper Pyonjakbub, we will provide more satisfaction to the client who wishes to live in Hanok.

The research started from the consideration that, although many aspects of the Milanese Early Renaissance are well known today, thanks to a vast literature, only few studies, so far, have paid attention to the ordinary world of architectural work - and its obscure protagonists - of this area and this period. Moving from the belief that this topic is crucial for a complete understanding of the 15th century architectural world, characterized by a progressive overlapping of roles and responsibilities in the worksites, this study aims to provide a contribution to expand the understanding of this matter, by focusing on a particular aspect of it: the role of the public administration in the architectural activity. In particular, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the "Office of the engineers of the Municipality of Milan", one of the major public architectural institution of the Duchy of Milan in the 15th century. Through an extensive archival survey, conducted in the major archives of Milan and Lombardy, the research achieves two main findings: a) the reconstruction of the complete Office staff throughout the 15th century and, b) an outline of the role and identity of the Office and its officers, through the elaboration of data collected. In particular, professional roles, technical duties, cultural background and tasks of the officers, together with Office management, appointment procedures and salary conditions are highlighted. This research, not meant as an ultimate study on the topic discussed, is intended to provide some material and reference points for further researches that will aim to expand the understanding of this matter.

본 논문에서는 한국 건축 유산 유지 보수를 지원하기 위한 온톨로지 기반의 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구는 다음을 포함한다: 1) 건축 유산의 수리 정보를 표현하는 온톨로지 디자인, 2) 수리 사례 DB 구축, 3) 수리 방법 추천 시스템 개발. 본 연구에서는 기존 문화유산 온톨로지를 참조하여 한국 목조 건축문화유산의 정보를 표현하는 온톨로지를 디자인 하였다. 둘째, 국립 문화재 연구소와 문화재청에서 제공하는 수리 내용 및 전문가 인터뷰 데이터를 바탕으로 수리 정보데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 셋째, 우리는 가장 유사한 현상과 원인을 가진 한국 목조 건축문화유산의 수리 방법을 추천하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 연구는 수리 지식을 공유하고 건축문화유산 수리를 위한 방법을 결정하는데 기여한다.

The university administration building is one of the most important structure in campuses in terms of its functional roll providing all the institutional services and its symbolic value that represents the school. But we can still find many universities carrying on without administration buildings, And even though in the cases that have their own administration buildings, the architectural qualities of the buildings often can not meet the basic requirements for a worthwhile administration building. Because of its complex and complicated nature, planning and designing university administrative facilities are not an easy task to be successful. This study aims to provide the basic directions in designing university administration building through the survey of the facilities in the existing campuses.

In Korea, the government has developed SEUMTER, an administration system for building related public service, to facilitate and promote the electronic submission and permission activities. SEUMTER is progressing legality system based on 2D drawing for building administration permission service. However, there are a lot of problems related to legality system owing to complexity of Korea regulation relation and structure, inefficiency of legality system based on 2D drawing, duplication examination of document (soliciting forms for civil affairs) and drawing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop legality system for building administration permission service based on BIM in Korea. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated permission procedure and regulation structure that is used in current building administration permission and suggested permission procedure and regulation structure for legality system based on BIM. In addition, the authors have investigated element technologies (for examples, method of structured regulation, BIM model checker, Viewer, etc) for legality system based on BIM. Finally, the authors have suggested strategy and hereafter direction for application of legality system based on BIM.

In Korea, local government officials are in charge of buildings, and as such are supposed to review submitted documents related to the architectural administration to ensure that they comply with the legal standards. However, these officials generally put a greater emphasis on the preparation of the set of documents required for the administrative work than the content the documents contain. For this reason, many experts point out that the shortage of officials specialized in buildings and construction, as well as the lack of expertise among the building officials in the local governments, may result in repeated safety accidents during building construction. The purpose of this study is to propose the operational direction of a Regional Building Safety (RBS) center to secure the performance and safety of buildings by utilizing private resources. In this study, we carried out a pilot project to verify the effects of an RBS center and to derive the specific number of experts required. As a result, the technical matters were resolved in approximately 15% of the total cases of the document processing procedure, and the level of technical specialization among the officers has also been improved through the provision of guidance. The research findings support the validity and effects of the introduction of the RBS center. Finally, this study proposes (1) the types of RBS Centers that should be established, (2) the roles and business scope of the RBS Center, (3) the specific number of experts required, (4) the qualifications of the experts, and (5) the business regulations of the RBS Center.

조경 체계의 중심이 되는 정부에서도 조경 조직의 직제 운영이 미흡하다. 지방정부의 경우, 조경직 공무원을 채용하고 있으나, 운영상에 있어서는 임업직으로 운영하는 등 관리운영의 문제점과 제도운영의 취약성이 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 조경직 공무원 행정제도 분석과 조직문화 행태의 만족도를 분석하였다. 이에 조경직 공무원의 직무만족 향상을 위한 실천적인 자료를 제공하고, 조경의 위상을 제고하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 현재 조경직 공무원의 조직 문화 행태와 직무의 적정성 그리고 타 직렬 공무원들과 어떤 차이가 있는지 설문조사를 실시했다. 설문조사 분석 결과, 조경직 공무원으로서 직무만족은 대체로 높으나, 집권화 즉, 상관의 지시 명령, 자율성 제한 등은 강한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조경직 공무원의 조직문화 행태 및 직무만족 향상을 위해 연구 분석을 실시하고 기존의 행정자치부(2006) 선행연구 자료와 차이를 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, 조경직 공무원이면서 임업관련 직무를 많이 하고 있는 그룹이 상대적으로 조직몰입 만족도가 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 조경직 공무원의 조경 전문성 확보가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, '조경직 직무환경', '조경직 법적 제도' 그리고 '조경직 직무분장'에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 조경직 공무원으로서 갖는 의의를 직무에 부여하여, 가치체계는 높은 만족도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조경직 직제의 독립성 부족, 조경직 법적 제도의 위기성, 낮은 채용 등 조경직제와 관련된 만족도는 낮게 분석되었다. 넷째, 현재 조경직 공무원이 조경업무가 아닌 임업, 건축, 도시계획, 행정 등의 직무를 처리하고 있어, 전문성을 제대로 살리지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 통계학적 변수에 따라 조경직 공무원의 직무만족에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 조경 직무에 전공자의 전문성을 확보해야 '조경직 법적 제도', '조경직 직무만족', '조경직 조직몰입도'가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 다음과 같은 향후 연구 과제를 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 조경직 공무원의 직무분장 정체성 확립, 둘째, 조경직제에 의한 조직구성 확립 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 과제들이 행정적으로 수렴되고, 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 조경과 관련된 모든 이해관계자들의 실질적인 대응전략이 필요하다.
