Recently, a new paradigm for the change in recognition on educational spaces and their recycling has been spotlighting a concept of community school. However in Korea, there have been few changes in physical environment since the modern education started, due to the inconsistent educational policies and bungled administration. In contrast to Korea, Netherlands has been activating educational spaces to communicate with the local community, reacting to the change in several educational policies for the last 20 years. We, therefore, need to analyze the recent community school of Herman Hertzberger who starting with the Montessori School, came to the fore with a proposal of new relational educational spaces. For linking his relational architectural philosophy to the local community and community school, he applied it to a contact area. He then organized socially sustainable spaces to promote different acts to take place, laying stress on mutual forms and behaviors between spaces and spaces, spaces and people and people and people. In addition to a structural relation with the macroscopic community of architecture, he also created opened spaces, not those where are independent or disconnected, by encouraging users to meet and act in detailed components such as stairs, walls, windows and others. This study aims to consider how Hertzberger's various community spaces in the community school have been created after the 2000s and suggest design plans for educational spaces to communicate, according to the recent educational trend aspiring towards open education.

본 연구는 조경적 측면에서의 모법인 대한민국 헌법의 여러 조문 중에서 환경보전과 생태학이라는 객체에 직, 간접적으로 관련되어 있다고 판단되는 조문들을 자연과학적 관점에서 분석했으묘, 현재 적용되고 있는 환경보전과 생태학과 관련된 국내법(법률: 40종, 지침: 1종, 판례: 1종)과 국외법(헌법: 1종, 법률: 34종, 조례: 2종, 판례: 3종)을 수집, 비교하였다. 또한 수집된 국내, 외 관련볍규를 법조문상의 내용을 기준으로 하여 환경(생태)보전의 기본원칙 및 개념, 계획수립과 사업시행, 유형, 정책 및 관련사업, 관련권리(권한) 및 의무(책임), 허용 및 규제행위, 환경영향평가 및 행정절차, 제도 등의 항목별로 분류하여 비교, 분석해 봄으로써 여러 법률에 산재해 있는 환경보전과 생태학 관련법규를 일목요연하게 조합하여 상호 관련성을 고찰해 보고, 외국의 각국들이 어떻게 환경보전과 생태학 관련 법규정들을 타 분야로부터 독립시켜 왔으며, 환경적인 측면에서 선진화된 사업을 해오고 있는가를 검토해 보았다.

건설 프로젝트에서 정보관리 시스템은 도면, 문서관리, 행정처리 위주로 사용되고 있으며, 실시간 의사소통 및 참여자간의 의사전달 관리를 지원하는데는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 커뮤니케이션 방식과 콘텐츠를 지원하는 플랫폼 비즈니스 시대에 맞추어 프로젝트 참여자간 의사전달 관리를 지원하는 협업 플랫폼을 개발함으로써 효과적인 의사소통, 정보공유 및 업무관리 효율화에 기여하고자 한다. 도면 및 문서관리 또는 행정업무 중심으로 사용되는 기존 프로젝트 또는 사업관리 시스템에서 벗어나 프로젝트 참여자간 커뮤니케이션 및 협업과 관련된 일련의 활동을 지원하는 협업 플랫폼(CCP)을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 CCP는 설문조사를 통해 협업 플랫폼 사용에 따른 효과가 검증되었으며, 기존 커뮤니케이션 또는 협업 방식에 비해 정보공유 및 배포, 기록 및 추적관리가 용이하며, 자신의 업무능력 향상에 기여한 것으로 나타났다.

재난 대비 임시거주시스템 활용을 위한 비상대응 시나리오 설계를 통하여 신속한 비상사고 유형 파악과 그에 따른 적절한 비상대응절차의 적용은 사고 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난 발생 시 예상되는 비상사고의 잠재 가능성을 분석하여 발생 가능한 비상사고 시나리오를 도출하였고 이러한 재난 대비 임시거주 비상 시나리오를 기본으로 하여 시나리오에 따른 비상대응 및 복구 방안을 도출 하였다. 또한 비상대응시나리오의 각 이벤트별로 비상대응 시 취해져야할 비상대응에 필요한 요구사항을 행동 주체별 대응 단계별로 정의하였다. 또한 비상대응 주체별 단계별 시나리오 구성을 통해 재난 발생 시 신속하고 종합적인 비상대응이 이루어 질 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

본 연구는 지하철 로비공간을 대상으로 한 주시실험을 통해 공간정보의 본능적 시선탐색과정에서 나타나는 주시특성에 나타난 주사경로 알고리즘을 분석하였다. 주시기간 구간별 분석에서 주시시간이 오래 경과할수록 주사유형 횟수가 증가하고 있었는데, 오래 주시할수록 주시단절이 많이 일어난 것으로 해석이 가능하며, 주시에 따른 피로나 활발한 탐색이 자연스러운 공간탐색과정에서 일어나는 과정에서 화상범위를 벗어나는 경우가 많았던 것으로 보인다. 또한 시간구간의 변화에 따른 주사유형의 변화를 추세선으로 살펴본 결과, "집중"은 시간구간의 증가와 함께 가파른 증가, "대각 수직"은 완만한 증가를 보이는 반면, "순환 혼합 수평"은 감소 경향을 보이고 있다. 공간을 주시한 피험자의 주시데이터에는 다양한 시각정보가 포함되어 있는데, "주의집중"에 나타난 주사유형을 분석한 결과, 이상과 같은 의미 있는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 주사유형의 증감특성은 시간의 경과에 따른 주사경향을 파악함에 있어 기초자료가 될 수 있다.

This study aims at suggesting the attributes and limitations of each methods through the evaluation of the verified analysis results, so that it will be possible to select an efficient method that may be applied to assess the green coverage ratio. Green coverage areas of each sites subject to this study were assessed utilizing the following four methods. First, assessment of green coverage area through direct planimetry of satellite images. Second, assessment of green coverage area using land cover map. Third, assessment of green coverage area utilizing the band value in satellite images. Forth, assessment of green coverage area using and land cover map and reference materials. For this study, four urban zones of the City of Seosan in Chungcheongnam-do. As a result, this study show that the best calculation method is the one that combines the merits of first and second methods. This method is expected to be suitable for application in research sites of middle size and above. It is also deemed that it will be possible to apply this method in researches of wide area, such as setting up master plans for parks and green zones established by each local self-government organizations.

The prevention of safety accidents can be achieved through Harvey's 3E's: Engineering, Enforcement, and Education. On construction sites, however, enforcement and engineering did not prove to be valid ways of reducing the number of safety accidents, as enforcement and engineering have failed to overcome and/or supplement the realistic limits regarding the relatively lower education levels of construction workers and the communication issues with foreign workers. On the other hand, safety education can enable the advancement of safety management by enhancing the educational contents and their methods of delivery. To improve the efficiency of safety education via educational contents, this research conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the validity of the newly educational contents by overviewing possible accident types in different work phases. Of the accident types identified by the qualitative analysis, neither highly important nor insignificant accident types were found, yet all the suggested types are found to be required. In addition, this study did not find any significant differences in the occurrence probability of safety accidents related to the level of importance of each type of accident. The qualitative analysis in this research verified that the suggested accident types can be valid, educational material that can take into account future safety accidents.

최근 10년간 정부에서는 서비스산업에 대한 많은 정책들을 발표 및 추진하고 있으며 서비스산업의 중요한 역할은 일자리 창출이며 안정적인 고용창출능력을 가졌을 뿐만 아니라 고용파급효과도 매우 크다. 2015년 6월 통계청의 발표를 보면 청년실업률(15~29세)은 10.2%를 나타냈다. 이는 6월 기준으로 1999년 6월 11.3%를 기록한 이후 16년 만에 가장 높은 수준이다. 서비스산업은 이처럼 악화되는 경제상황을 타개할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로 인식된다. 이에 서비스산업 유형별로 한국형 GWP변수를 적용하여 경영했을 때 어떤 성과의 차이가 있을까? GWP변수들은 서비스산업별로 어떤 변수가 더 중요하게 인식될까? GWP변수들은 구성원의 팀워크 활동에 어떤 영향을 미치고 직무몰입에는 어떤 영향을 미칠까? 그리고 그간 사례연구로만 검증하였던 경영성과에 대한 영향관계도 실증적으로 검증해보고자 했다.

본 연구의 목적은 건설기술인력의 일터학습 참여 실태와 더불어 일터학습의 하위유형인 형식학습과 무형식학습이 각각 건설기술인력의 인적자원성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2015년 한국직업능력개발원의 6차 인적자본기업패널조사 근로자용 설문자료에서 건설기술인력 306명의 응답치를 선택하여 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 건설기술인력의 일터학습(형식학습, 무형식학습) 참여는 10,069명 전체 근로자에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 수준에 머물러 있으며, 특히 무형식 학습의 참여는 더욱 낮은 수준이었다. 회귀분석 결과를 보면 형식학습의 참여는 직무만족과 직무몰입에만 정(+)의 영향을, 직무능력의 향상에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 무형식학습은 직무능력, 직무만족, 조직몰입 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 형식학습에 비해 더욱 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

우리나라 중소건설기업의 해외건설시장 진출 활성화 방안으로 공적개발원조(ODA) 건설사업 참여를 제안할 수 있다. 이를 위해 해당 사업수행 시 필요한 역량 항목을 도출하였으며 이에 관한 설문조사 수행과 중요도-현재 역량 분석을 수행하였다. 총 32개의 역량 항목 중 24개 항목이 중요도 대비 현재 역량 수준이 낮은 것으로 분석되어 향후 원활한 관련 사업수행을 위한 기업 차원의 역량 강화가 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 '건축 관련 기본법, 계약관리 방법, 국제경영협상' 등 계약관리 관련 항목에 관한 우선적 역량 강화방안 수립의 모색이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
