Appropriation is of considerable significance in a cultural trend of thought, as one of the means of realizing the post-modernism period. With the increasing use of appropriation techniques in modern fashion, it is necessary to study the external performance and internal aesthetic value of appropriation in fashion. In the book of cultural appropriation, American scholar James o young divides into three categories of appropriation in culture, namely: object appropriation, content appropriation, and subject appropriation. Based on James O Young's three types of appropriation techniques summarized in the theory of the cultural appropriation, the purpose of this study is through the appropriation of the poncho of traditional Mexican clothing in modern fashion as an example; analyzing the external appropriation characteristics and internal aesthetic significance of different appropriation type. The results are as follows. First, designers take the Originality in modern fashion by expressing Mexican Poncho's form, color, pattern, and material as it is through object appropriation technique. Second, through the Mexican folk poncho's style, designers used these to show the similarity produced by content appropriation in modern fashion. Third, designers used the poncho's design concept or poncho's culture, blending the theme of the collection, adding different color, pattern or materials such as fur, lace, and wool, and presenting a new image different from folk costumes through creative subject appropriation technique.

Present expression methods have close relations with popular culture in the active acceptance of various kinds of genre. Fashion illustration is no longer limited to sketching garments or technically explaining construction, it is accepted as an art that is expressed by the desire and consciousness of the artist. This study examines the expressional characteristics and effects of photo-image appropriation as an expression method in fashion illustration. The word 'appropriation' (to steal something) is used as euphemism and not meant to be derogatory. The methods of appropriation in art indicate that paintings are not inventions but are self-satisfactory creations that show that the idea of originality is false and that paintings should be uninhibited from the greed of the authority of the genius of artists. In postmodern paintings, the photo-image of appropriation are expressed through the methods of re-photography, photo collage, and photo painting. Photo-image appropriation methods in fashion illustration are re-photography, photo collage, image mixing of photography, drawing, and graphic expression of photography. Fashion illustrators are able to develop expression techniques for expanding a field of expression and enhance the ability of communication through the photo-image appropriation methods.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of expression and their effects of New painting in fashion illustration since 1990s. This study is focused on searching for the development in expressional techniques of the fashion illustration on the basis of various techniques of New painting. New painting as a trend of new expressionism in America was developed in opposition to the minimalism in the 1980s when the discussion of the post-modernism was most widely. The artists of New painting attempted to resurrect figure through the representation of figure and concrete image, rich in color and strong in image. They also expressed the realistic scene of life with the various kind of medium, materials and styles and appropriation of image from mass media and popular culture. The representation of fashion figure and image through the various kind of painting medium, techniques and styles can express the realistic and sensitive image and increase the communication ability in fashion illustration. It could also deliver the fashion message more clearly through the appropriation of image. These findings indicate that fashion illustrations accept variety by interacting with fine arts and expand the scope of expression.

This study examines the creation method using parody in fashion, which has changed from the first half of the 20th century to the present day, by considering the creation method expressed in art. A literature review and case studies were conducted for this research method. The scope of this case study was to examine designer works that attempted an artistic approach, focusing on contemporary fashion in the 20th century to the present. First, it was found that parody, as a creative method in fashion, creates works that reflect designers' new perspectives or perspectives in the form of variations that vary from time to time. Second, the forms of variation that vary from time to time demonstrate Poire's imitation technique in the modernist era. Imitation and critical parody techniques were used in the postmodern era. In the post-contemporary era, the extended parody-type appropriation and re-transmission techniques were used. Third, when comparing creation techniques using parody in art and fashion by period, it was found that the fashion technique, which followed the creation technique in art, adopted the same method as the art technique, as it approached recently.

Did these techniques for giving weights so that importance for weight appropriation developed estimation program, and data save of target estimation standard and target estimation standard is possible using straight sit.

건설업 '산업안전보건관리'라 함은 발주자로 하여금 공사종류 및 규모에 따라 일정금액을 도급금액에 별도로 책정토록 하여 건설공사 중 발생할 수 있는 각종 재해를 미연에 예방코자 사용되는 금액을 의미한다. 이러한 안전관리비는 1988년 2월 고용노동부고시로 제정되었고 이를 근거로 기획재정부"계약예규"'예정가격 작성기준'이 마련되어 건설공사공사 원가계산 제비율 적용기준의 산업안전보건관리비로서 공사종류별 및 대상 금액별 요율이 차등 책정되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 건설업에 대한 관리기술의 발전 및 건설현장 여건변화, 비용에 대한 감가삼각, 안전보건관리기술 발전 및 관련 정책변화 등 건설업이 대내 외적으로 다양한 환경변화가 이루어져왔음에도 불구하고 안전관리비 요율 책정은 1988년 고용노동부 고시로 제정된 이래 현재까지 변경 없이 그대로 적용되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 고용노동부 고시에서 제시하고 있는 건설업 산업안전보건관리비 사용 실태에 대한 현황 조사 및 설문분석을 통해 현(現) 건설현장 안전관리 실태에 부합되는 산업안전관리비 적정 요율을 공사종류 및 대상액별로 제안하는 것이다. 건설공사를 수행함에 있어 적정 산업안전관리비의 산정 및 사용은 건설 안전관리 분야의 업무 효율성 제고는 물론 궁극적으로는 건설공사의 안전사고 비율 저감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

Today, it is not difficult to use information technology (IT), especially, Internet based ones. Many people can not only access IT without learning how to use it but also find and develop new techniques and usages which couldn't be expected by system engineers or designers. This is owing to social interactions among users as well as advancement of IT. Theoretically, such social interactions in using IT can be well explained by adaptive structuration theory (AST) which has been considered as one of trying to capture the change of using IT due to social interactions between users and system. This study is to analyze the relationship between social interactions and motivation in using IT which can determine attitude and intention of using IT. For this purpose we provide a research model, in which two AST related variables, faithfulness of appropriation and consensus on appropriation, are independent variables and three beliefs for using IT, usefulness, ease of use and playfulness, are dependent ones. Additionally, for reflection of changing uses, usefulness is formed as second order factor by two first order factors-usefulness of self-expression and communication. An empirical test of our model for blog users which is analyzed by Partial Least Square method shows supporting most of hypotheses except one, consensus-ease of use.

Occupational Safety and Health Expenses Law in construction industry was enacted in 1988 by the notification of Ministry of Employment and Labor and 22 revisions have been made since. The fact that revisions have been made almost every year since the first enactment shows that Occupational Safety and Health Expenses can effectively prevent construction accidents and the need for revisions to fit the reality has been raised continuously. Despite the construction industry has undergone various internal and external environmental changes, (such as the changes in the safety and health management techniques and the increase in the construction employees' desire for safety) the appropriation standard of Occupational Safety and Health Expenses has been calculated based on the contract price. The construction industry has constantly suggested that the Occupational Safety and Health Expenses be calculated based on the estimated construction expenses since applying the current method doesn't provide enough money to secure the safety. Also because it has become mandatory to hire a health manager since 2015, the lack of Occupational Safety and Health Expenses is expected to get worse. In this study, we will analyze the usage of Occupational Safety and Health Expenses and propose a more practical and realistic change in setting the appropriation standard of Occupational Safety and Health Expenses.

본고에서는 『전경(典經)』의 강증산(姜甑山) 언설에 수용된 신화와 문학 자료를 대상으로 그것들이 『전경』 텍스트의 고유한 종교 신학적 맥락 안에서 어떻게 의미화 되었는지, 그 전유(專有)의 상황과 원리를 고찰해 보았다. 먼저 『전경』에서의 신화 수용을 강태공(姜太公), 사명(司命), 치우(蚩尤), 우사(雨師), 조왕(竈王), 망량(魍魎), 개고기, 동도지(東桃枝) 등을 대상으로 살펴보았는데 이들 중의 상당수가 동이계(東夷系) 신화와 상관되며 민간에 깊게 뿌리를 둔 습속이라는 사실이 주목된다. 이는 강증산의 단학파(丹學派)적 성향, 수정주의적 역사의식, 민중의식 등과 상관된다. 다음으로 『전경』에서의 문학 수용을 시와 산문, 소설로 나누어 살펴보았는데 시의 경우 강증산의 시재(詩才)와 취향에 바탕하여 당시(唐詩), 창작시 등이 수용되었고 산문, 소설의 경우 『서경(書經)』, 『사기(史記)』, 『삼국연의(三國演義)』, 『서유기(西遊記)』, 『서주연의(西周演義)』 등이 수용에 상당한 영향을 주었음을 알 수 있었다. 이들은 예언, 치병, 수련 등의 다양한 방식으로 운용되었는데 고전 명구(名句)나 소설이 지닌 대중적 감화력이 이 과정에서 종교적으로 전유되어 힘을 발휘했음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 『전경』에서 신화, 문학적 상상력이 어떤 메카니즘에 의해 증산 신학으로 전화되었는지를 살펴보았는데 문자와 이미지의 주술적 역량, 시가 문학의 감성인식 기능과 표현 특성, 미메시스의 재현 혹은 창조 능력 등이 신화, 문학적 상상력뿐만 아니라 공사 거행에 대해서도 적극적인 기능을 발휘하였음을 알 수 있었다. 이들 3가지 설명 기제(機制)는 『전경』 언술의 의미화 과정을 파악하는 데에 일정한 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 종합하면 강증산의 삼교합일적, 회통적 인식을 바탕으로 전개된 신화, 문학적 상상력은 지배문화의 정통론적인 관념을 돌파하여 증산 신학의 민중성, 보편성을 구현하는 데에 일조하였다. 아울러 그것은 강증산의 구세 이념을 광포(廣布)하는 데에 큰 역할을 했을 뿐만 아니라 고유의 종교 법술로 변용되어 공사 수행의 중요한 방편으로 기능하였다.
