The future of appraisal industry looks negative in the reality of change of the property market and over-competition of the field. Unless Constituent members of appraisal industry cope actively with the changing circumstances the profit structure of their company will get worse and they will finally fall behind in the competition. The best policy to survive from the changing circumstances in the limited appraisal market is to provide better service and improve its structure in order to have differential competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to describe the relation between the service factors of appraisal industry and customer satisfaction for providing more effective and high quality appraisal service.
Objective: Health risk appraisal is often utilized to modify individual's health behavior, especially concerning disease prevention, and web-based health risk appraisal services are being provided to the general public in Korea. However, little is known about the psychological effect of the health risk appraisal even though poorly communicated information by the web-based service may result in unintended adverse health outcomes. This study was conducted to explore the psychological effect of health risk appraisal using epidemiological risk factor profile. Methods: We conducted a randomized trial comparing risk factor list type health risk appraisal and risk score type health risk appraisal. We studied 60 women aged 30 years and older who had no cancer. Anxiety level was assessed using the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory YZ. Results: The results of multivariate analysis showed that risk status was the independent predictors of increase of state anxiety after health risk appraisal intervention when age, education, health risk appraisal type, numeracy, state anxiety, trait anxiety, and health risk appraisal type by risk status interaction was adjusted. Women who had higher risk status had an odd of having increased anxiety that was about 5 times greater than women who had lower risk status. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that communicating the risk status by individual health risk appraisal service can induce psychological sequelae, especially in women having higher risk status. Hospitals, institutes, or medical schools that are operating or planning to operate the online health risk appraisal service should take side effects such as psychological sequelae into consideration.

This study examines the relationshipsbetween the antecedents of repurchase intention, with special interest in the role of appraisal emotion and recreation motivation for arts attendance. Appraisal emotion is found to have significant influence on perceived value while recreation motivation is found to directly influence appraisal emotion and perceived value. In a addition to customer satisfaction, peripheral service quality is the only factor that directly affectsrepurchase intention. Arts managers ought to focus on improving the whole experience of performing arts.

Recently, it has become important to establish a technology appraisal system because of increasing a service of technology credit guarantee. Also, there have been many efforts to evaluate a technology in the advanced countries. The technology/credit appraisal model which can measure firms' performance was suggested by Small and Medium Business Administration. In this paper, we analyze a structural validity of the model by confirmatory factor analysis and estimate the model which can distinguish whether an investment is possible or not by discriminant analysis.
This research aimed to examine the effect of emotional dissonance and emotional intelligence on the prosocial behavior of fashion salespeople in department stores, and whether emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between emotional dissonance and prosocial behavior. Moreover, we aimed to suggest a method to improve the prosocial behavior of salespeople as a strategy to obtain a continuous competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive fashion distribution environment. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 345 responses were collected from department store salespeople for the final analysis. First, the analysis results showed that the emotional dissonance of salespeople arose from their dealings with their organization and with customers. Prosocial behavior was deduced to be a factor of the cooperation with coworker and extra-role customer service. The emotional intelligence was deduced to be a factor of the use of emotion, regulation of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and others'emotion appraisal. Second, with a higher level of emotional dissonance against the organization, there was less cooperation with coworker, while a higher emotional dissonance against customers resulted in increased cooperation with coworker. Third, it appeared that with a higher level of emotional dissonance against the organization, there was a higher utilization of use of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and others'emotion appraisal of emotional intelligence. Fourth, as the regulation of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and use of emotion were higher, there was more cooperation with coworker, whereas an increase in the utilization of one's own emotion and emotional control resulted in a higher level of extra-role customer service. Finally, emotional intelligence has a significant mediating effect between emotional dissonance and prosocial behavior. The above results suggest that for department stores to improve the prosocial behavior of their sales staff requires the establishment of a method to enhance the emotional intelligence of the staff. The results also indicate that there is a need for department stores to prepare a systemic tool to enable them to select people with a high degree of emotional intelligence when recruiting salespeople.

This study defines the concept of triple media and examines various marketing media that influence a consumer's purchase of outdoor fashion brands. We explore the effects of gender and age on information searches related to outdoor fashion brands and purchase criteria related to outdoor clothing. A survey of consumers who visited stores was conducted. We targeted consumers between the ages of 15 and 50 and analyzed 764 questionnaires. The results show that triple media involve eight factors: five factors (printed ads or radio ads, campaign ads, Internet ads, TV ads, and store ads) in paid media, one factor (direct marketing) in owned media, and two factors (channels of social network services, channels of direct promotion) in earned media. Further, the evaluation/appraisal criteria of outdoor clothing consist of four attributes (practicality, promotional activities, product power, and customer service). The teenager group showed significantly low usage of campaign ads, direct marketing, and direct promotion, while the use of Internet ads is particularly high among teenagers compared to other age groups. Moreover, teenagers are least likely to rely on practicality when evaluating clothing and are most likely to value product power. Additionally, women show significantly high usage of direct marketing. In terms of the clothing appraisal criteria, women assign higher value to practicality and promotional factors than men. The theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are discussed.

Among these key competitive factors of SMEs, quality is the most critical factor in manufacturing business fields. There are many different ways to improve the quality performance but it needs proper management decision to choose the best way what can maximize outputs with minimum inputs. And it needs effective measurement methods and some indicators to analysis the quality performance properly. The quality cost is one of the simplest key indicators to measure the quality performance and the effectiveness of quality related management decisions. In this study, through survey on local SMEs, we found that their average annual quality cost ratio versus turnover - total amount of annual quality cost divided by annual turnover - is around 3.69% excluded some SME's performances what have different quality control measures with others. And we found some results what corresponded with the early studies on the correlations between those categorized quality costs factors and some discrepancies between some of the literature model and the early case study results as follows. There were negative correlations between the Prevention costs and the External failure costs, and the Appraisal costs and the External failure costs, and there was positive correlation between the Appraisal costs and Internal failure costs same as early studies. But, we couldn't found any strong negative correlations between the Cost of control - Prevention costs & Appraisal costs - and the Cost of Failure of control - Internal & External failure costs -.
This study was undertaken to better understand the professional recognition of the food service industry of college students in food service realted majors based on characteristics of the respondents In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 211 questionnaire surveys were colelcted in the period from May 19 to May 30, 2014. The study conducted regression analysis by using SPSS Win18.0 package, for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, analysis of reliability, correlation analysis tests, t-test, andone way ANOVA. Measure of occupation self-esteem, positive values, social reputation, negatively handled, relatively effectively configuration, each construct was to ensure reliable and statistically significant relevance. The results were analyzed by the difference factor of occupation self-esteem according to demographic characteristics, depending on gender, has confirmed that the perceived social reputation in a different way, depending on the differences in grade, to verify that you are aware of the positive values in a different way. Also Department has been analyzed with the degree of cognitive differ for positive values and negative treatment in accordance with, understand that it perceives the relative effects and negative treatment in accordance with the future desired profession in a different way. This suggests that there is a need to find ways to satisfaction and career decision level of major occupational self-esteem is high is to raise the occupational self-esteem major of food service industry college students based on the results of previous research get higher. In particular, I would like to emphasize that there is a need provide a substantial improvement on the negative treatment and the most negative recognize and social reputation is for the work of the food service industry.
Purpose - Based on previous studies, this study extends current research and investigates whether the sub-factors of emotional intelligence increase job satisfaction or employee intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and perceived organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - This study categorizes service employees' (consultants) emotional intelligence into four sub-factors: regulation of emotion, appraisal of emotion, utilization of emotion, and expression of emotion. The study then investigates the sub-factor effects on job satisfaction. A total of 353 valid questionnaires were collected. Results - The results of the path analysis showed that appraisal, utilization, and expression of emotion had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, and utilization of emotion had a positive effect on extrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation had a positive effect on perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion - As consultants' utilization of emotion is rendered as the ability to use emotion to improve performance, the conclusion is that such factors as monetary performance incentives are important in order to boost job satisfaction of the consultants.
