Recently, the construction companies show lots of interest in reducing the construction duration of apartment housing project in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the success factors of scheduling using the TACT technique in wall type apartment house construction for managing the construction schedule effectively. For appling the tact scheduling technique to wall type apartment house construction, the success factors can be summarized as follows : (1) zoning the horizontal and vortical work area properly, (2) preparing the flow chart of finishing works, (3) minimizing the undefined activity like chipping off the concrete wall, (4) reordering the construction activities for keeping up the continuity of works in winter season, (5) dividing the amount of work for minimizing the delay time of any activity, etc.

Since then where the public housing comes in into Korea many there was development and change. The Mapo apartment in Seoul which is built at 1962 is the first apartment and case of Jeollabuk-do before being built at 1978, the Dongyang apartment Jeongju is the beginning. Before the residential supply ratio which gives already passes over 100% and of 80% or more of the house which is supplied is composed with the public housing. Therefore the expansion which is quantitative increased enough and also the degree of satisfaction improved about the people who lives in the house. From the research which sees consequently currently in the object satisfaction under investigating boil the specialists who from the small and medium-sized town and city have a many experience from construction field about the house. The result in future there is the goal provides the fundamental data which the quality of the house presents the direction which will advance about the public housing with base and improves.

Ventilation system is being recommended as an effective tool to improve indoor air quality (IAQ) in apartment houses. Recently, in Korea, apartment house suppliers must establish ventilation system in apartment houses in law. In this study, improvement of IAQ by establishing mechanical ventilation system at apartment house was investigated by mockup test. Seven apartment houses were arranged for the test and improvement of IAQ was examined under the various conditions of ventilation rates, ventilator type and duct works. The results of this study show that IAQ in the test houses which were established mechanical ventilation system was improved about from 30% to 40% compared with IAQ in the apartment house which was not established ventilation system. However, there were no apparent concentration differences between the cases of changing ventilation rates, ventilator types and ductworks.

Existing model houses have played an important role in allow the customers to choose apartment. As the information technology has been advanced (e.g. a high-speed internet available in unit), customers' personality and preference to the design of apartment and the purchasing pattern have been changed. Construction firms have introduced VR(Virtual Reality) model house (e.g. Quick Time Virtual Reality) to meet the customers' expectation and need. The reality-based QTVR model house does not provide enough quality to satisfy the customers' expectation. To complement the shortcoming of the QTVR model house, this study presents a web-based cyber model house developed by using Turntool and Javascript. The cyber model house allows to communicate between supplier and customer over the internet.

During the urbanization progresses, apartments such as the house of commons, representing our homes are situated in space. However, many consumer problems of our country's apartment house are caused by the government's failure of housing policy and consumer dispute resolution system In this study, apartment house and alleviate consumer disputes relating to in proactive ways to improve the government's housing policy was presented. At the same time, since the revision of Consumer Fundamental Act on collective alternative dispute resolution system has proposed scheme, this occurred after a dispute to resolve the dispute can be more efficient ways.

This study aims to analyze the current status and characteristics of apartment house unit plans towards spatial differentiation. The 172 house units from 32 housing complexes were selected for this analysis. In this study, factors of residential space plan especially in an apartment house are categorized into general characteristics on floor plan and factors for spatial floor plan. The Primary findings are as follows: (1) General characteristics on floor plan are analyzed based on space organization, area and number of bays. Among apartment houses over 40 pyeong, it seems that differentiation is well applied with various space plans available. (2) A result of an analysis on the factors for spatial floor plan shows that planning a living room with two-open-sides seems to be more common in the tower-shaped apartment blocks which are now on the increase. Moreover, many of them are adopting movable partitions to reflect resident's various demands on space plan. Among all, the extra kitchen in the balcony is planned high portion of 80.4%. And diningroom is positioned on the front side of the residential space along with a livingroom(19.2%). More frequently, dining area tends to face the living room(30.2%) according to the result. Besides dress rooms begin to be placed in each of the bedroom, once planned in one bedroom only while 18.6% of the apartment houses are placing new storages in the entrance to solve lack of storage space due to balcony extension.

Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Nevertheless, subsidiary work(Working avoid a tendency of advanced technician, Frequent turnover and employment contracts, etc.) management attention of construction is at a lower level. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

The purpose of this study is to advance apartment houses in quality as a residence through revitalization of tradition and the procedures are as follows: The first procedure is theoretical contemplation. The second procedure is analysis of the traditional residential space that gives a starting point of introspection of it without cease at the stage of formal following or pattern application in revitalizing tradition in the apartment houses. And the third procedure is to select and suggest aspects applicable to developing Korean style apartment houses. The suggest is embodied by a plane figure of 55 pyong type apartment house after selecting the concrete development aspects with approaches such as arrangement and interior space analysis, behavior analysis and space division and design analysis. This study has its meaning in that it suggests a possibility of various approaches other than formal following or pattern application in revitalizing tradition in a new Korean type apartment house, that it gives another selection to diversifying consumers' patterns and that it helps recognize and develop our tradition in this age of cultural nationalism.

This research aims to investigate the standards and the performances of domestic and foreign windows for and apartment house and to present fundamental data for selecting the optimum window at the step of designing an apartment house. To compare the performances of domestic and foreign windows it is selected 5 major window companies in and 3 major window companies in Japan, and investigated window structure, material, type of opening and closing, window glass and the performances of windows for an apartment house-closing and opening force, repeated closing and opening, thermal resistance, sound transmission loss, air tightness, water tightness, wind resistance. The result of a comparative analysis show that the average thermal resistance of Korean window is higher than Japan's but the average sound transmission loss and water tightness of Korean window is lower than Japan's and the rest of the performances is similar.
