Improvement Plan for Safety Management System related to Kids Cafe

  • As the number of kids cafes, one of the children's playgrounds, is increasing rapidly, safety accidents in the kids cafe are also increasing rapidly. The facility is also increasing as the need increases, but it is spreading without ensuring safety. In particular, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security for children's play facilities in the kids cafe, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for organic organizations are divided into different departments, so it is not easy for local governments to manage and supervise the actual business, and there are safety blind spots. Kids cafes have changed rapidly according to needs of children and guardians who are users, and there are many problems associated with them. Therefore, we identified problems that may arise due to insufficient safety management systems for kids cafes, investigated the safety management related to kids cafes in advanced countries, and compared and analysed them with domestic systems. As a result of the research, we proposed a safety management reinforcement system, and we hope to contribute to the reduction and prevention of kids café safety accidents.

  • Nowadays, there has been a trend about drinking coffee due to remarkable expansion of market, but the market is occupied by less franchise cafes having a lot of branches, and small private cafes are just few percentage. On other aspects, there will be a good effect of more active economy when private cafes are more active through this domestic situation of market which has the high rate of private business. Therefore, it is necessary to research design of fasade and especially fixed features on private cafes located in Busan Jeonpo cafe street by maketing of sensibility. firstly, there is the analysis about trends and features of fixed factors, and secondly, there is deep analysis about structural. and decorated factors. Furthermore, as a result of the analysis of similarities and differences, the variations in the design of private cafe will be understanded. whenever structural and decorated factors are balanced, for the design is more worthy, there will be formed basis of analysis in trends. In addition, the basic data research which includes anaysis and comparisons in structural and decorative factors will be used to improve appropriate design.

빅데이터를 활용한 무인카페 소비자 인식에 관한 연구: 텍스트 마이닝과 의미연결망 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the User Experience at Unmanned Cafe Using Big Data Analsis: Focus on text mining and semantic network analysis )

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of 'unmanned cafes' on the network through big data analysis, and to identify the latest trends in rapidly changing consumer perception. Based on this, I would like to suggest that it can be used as basic data for the revitalization of unmanned cafes and differentiated marketing strategies. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected documents containing unmanned cafe keywords for about three years, and the data collected using text mining techniques were analyzed using methods such as keyword frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and keyword network analysis. Findings - First, the top 10 words with a high frequency of appearance were identified in the order of unmanned cafes, unmanned cafes, start-up, operation, coffee, time, coffee machine, franchise, and robot cafes. Second, visualization of the semantic network confirmed that the key keyword "unmanned cafe" was at the center of the keyword cluster. Research implications or Originality - Using big data to collect and analyze keywords with high web visibility, we tried to identify new issues or trends in unmanned cafe recognition, which consists of keywords related to start-ups, mainly deals with topics related to start-ups when unmanned cafes are mentioned on the network.

디저트 카페의 온라인 구전 품질이 지각된 가치와 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of E-WOM Quality of Dessert Cafe on Perceived Value and Visit Intention)

  • 모바일 커뮤니케이션 도구의 급속한 발전으로 고객은 SNS를 주요 정보 도구로 이용하고 있다. SNS는 소수의 고객이 경험을 통해 알고 있는 제품이나 서비스와 관련된 정보를 주변 사람뿐 만 아니라 다수의 고객에게 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 특성으로 디저트 카페는 온라인 웹사이트와 SNS를 이용한 모바일이 주요 마케팅 수단으로 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구전 품질, 지각된 가치, 그리고 방문의도에 대한 이론적 고찰을 토대로 디저트 카페의 구전 품질이 지각된 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 지각된 가치가 방문의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 디저트 카페의 온라인 마케팅에 대한 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 최근 6개월 이내에 구전을 통해 디저트 카페를 방문한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었다. 설문조사는 2018년 9월 4일부터 9월 18일까지 실시되었으며, 317부가 분석에 이용되었다. 디저트 카페의 구전 품질이 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치, 그리고 방문 의도 간의 관계는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 중립성과 상호작용성은 실용적 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 동의성과 생생함은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동의성, 생생함, 그리고 상호작용성은 쾌락적 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 상호작용성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 쾌락적 가치는 방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 실용적 가치는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 온라인 구전 품질 관리가 중요한 것을 알 수 있다.

Application of AHP to the Selection Factors of Kiosk as Technology-Based Self-Service

  • 본 연구는 기술기반 셀프서비스로 알려진 키오스크를 위한 선택 요인들을 기존 연구를 바탕으로 도출하고, 각 평가 요소에 대한 가중치를 산출하기 위한 AHP 분석모형을 제안하였다. 키오스크 선택요인들을 평가하기 위해서 카페와 패스트푸드점에서 키오스크를 이용한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 키오스크의 1단계 선택요인들인 안전성, 디자인, 편리성, 정보성, 응대성 중에서 편리성이 두 업종 모두에서 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 1단계 요인과 2단계 요인의 가중치를 종합화한 결과에서는 간단한 절차가 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 카페와 패스트푸드점 키오스크 선택요인의 종합화된 가중치 값을 비교해 본 결과, 간단한 절차, 영양 정보, 빠른 메뉴 제공에서 각각 중요도를 다르게 판단하는 것으로 나타났다.

커피전문점의 문화 마케팅이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 제주도 카페를 중심으로 (The Effects of Cultural Marketing on Customer Satisfaction of Coffee Shops: Focused on Jeju Island Cafe)

  • Purpose - Since the number of cafés operated by using cultural marketing in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is increasing, this study emphasizes the necessity of cultural marketing, which is a different strategy of specialty coffee shops, focusing on Jeju Island. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of positive effects of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction through cultural marketing. Research design, data, and methodology - It emphasizes the necessity of cultural marketing of specialty coffee shops, and how the positive effects of service quality and brand image brought through cultural promotion, culture support, cultural support, cultural enterprise influence customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. In order to verify the research hypothesis of this study, Jeju residents who have experience using cultural marketing conducted in coffee shops in Jeju Island are targeted. The cafe in Jeju area, which runs from April 4 to April 14, 2018. A total of 110 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and the final 100 copies were used as final empirical analysis data. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, promotion and culture business activities have positive influence on brand image. Second, production and cultural business activities had positive effects. Third, brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: First, if you want to grow into a cultural enterprise in the province by enhancing your brand image, you need to prioritize cultural direction and business direction for cultural companies among sub-factors of cultural marketing. Second, it is necessary to improve the customer satisfaction through the improvement of the brand image considering the composition of the stores in the city, the facilities and the atmosphere, and the consumer tendency such as product and customer age.

카페의 브랜드 이미지와 충성도에 대한 사회문화성서비스 영향 (Influence of Sociocultural Services on Brand Image and Loyalty of Cafe)

  • 본 연구는 커피전문점의 서비스 품질 요인 중 사회문화성이 새로운 커피 비즈니스의 주요 특성으로 대두됨을 인식하고, 이를 통해 카페의 브랜드 이미지와 충성도의 향상방안을 모색해보고자 함을 연구목적으로 한다. 분석대상은 전문브랜드 카페와 지역브랜드 및 개인카페를 분류한다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 커피전문점의 서비스 품질 중 신뢰성, 확신성, 전문성, 접근성, 사회문화성이 브랜드 이미지를 향상시키며, 확신성, 전문성이 브랜드 충성도에 향상요인으로 작용하며, 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질 중 사회문화성은 브랜드 이미지에는 강한 영향요인이 되지만 브랜드 충성도에는 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커피서비스 품질의 브랜드 충성도간의 관계에서 브랜드 이미지는 신뢰성에는 완전매개효과를 나타내며, 확신성, 전문성, 접근성, 사회문화성에 대해서는 부분 매개효과를 나타내며, 대응성과 공감성에 대해서는 전혀 매개효과로 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 커피전문점의 서비스 품질과 브랜드 이미지간의 관계에 대한 커피전문점 유형의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 전국 프랜차이즈는 신뢰성, 확신성, 접근성이 긍정적 향상요인으로 작용하며, 사회문화성은 도리어 브랜드 이미지는 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 개인카페는 전문성과 사회문화성이 브랜드 이미지 향상에 주요요인으로 작용하며, 지역 프랜차이즈의 경우는 전국 프랜차이즈와 유사하지만 대응성, 전문성에 대한 서비스 품질 향상이 브랜드 이미지 향상에 긍정적인 향상효과요인으로 작용한 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 전국 프랜차이즈 카페는 서비스 품질 중 접근성과 확신성을 통해 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도를 높이는 전략이 우선적이다. 반면, 지역 프랜차이즈 카페의 경우는 서비스 품질 중 확신성이 강화되고, 서비스 전문성과 접근성을 통해서 더욱 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 반면, 지역기반의 개인카페들은 전국단위의 프랜차이즈나 지역프랜차이즈 카페들보다도 전문성 강화가 중요하며, 사회문화성을 강조하는 서비스 전략을 통해 고객들로 하여금 브랜드 충성도를 높이는 전략이 필요하다.

Analysis of Infertility Keywords in the Largest Domestic Mom Cafe Bulletin Board in Korea Using Text Mining

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' perceptions of domestic infertility support policies based on infertility-related keywords and the trends of their changes. To this end, Momsholic, a mom cafe which has the most active infertility-related bulletin boards on Naver, was selected as the analysis target, and 'infertility' was selected as a keyword for data search. The data was collected for three months. In addition, network analysis and visualization were performed using R for data collection and analysis, and cross-validation was attempted using the NetDraw function of 'textom 1.0' and the UCINET6 program. As a result of the analysis, the main keywords were cost, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, freezing, harvest, ovulation, and how much. Next, looking at the central value of the degree of connection, it was found that the degree of connection between the words cost, cost, how much, problem, public health center, and artificial insemination was high. According to the results of this study, women who visit mom cafes due to infertility in Korea are more interested in the cost. It is believed to be closely related to infertility treatment as well as in vitro fertilization and egg freezing. Therefore, by examining keywords related toinfertility, it has academic significance in that it is possible to identify major factors that end users are interested in. Furthermore, it is possible to redefine the guidelines for domestic infertility support policies by presenting infertility support policies that reflect the factors of interest of end consumers.

방탈출카페의 성능위주설계에 의한 피난안전성 확대 방안 (Measures to Increase Evacuation Safety through Performance-Based Design of Escape Room Cafes)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose measures to increase evacuation safety by calculating the habitable time using a fire and evacuation simulation program for the Room-escape cafe currently in operation, and comparing and analyzing it with the evacuation required time. Assuming a fire due to overheating of electric heaters in use in front of the warehouse, the habitable time was calculated through fire simulation, and the occupant's evacuation time calculated through evacuation simulation according installation of safety facilities, etc. was compared and analyzed with the habitable time. In the case of escape room cafes with safety facilities installed, evacuation safety was satisfied, but in escape room cafes without safety facilities, the evacuation safety was not secure. As a result of analyzing evacuation safety for each scenario based on the ASET analyzed in the fire simulation, it was found that in scenario 1, evacuation safety was secured and everyone successfully evacuated, while in scenario 2, no one succeeded in evacuation. These results can be said to confirm that the installation of safety facilities is very important in business establishments such as escape room cafes, which become enclosed structures when games are started.

  • The direction of this project is creates a future and it experiences ubiquitous world. The subject of the space is 'Ubiquitous Creative World' which Imagining the past becomes actuality and imagining in future become actuality and future when it will approach at once. The storyline of this space is as belows; 1 Zone - Ubiquitous life Gallery : it will be able to experience the future world ; home, office, street, school and the others. 2 Zone - Interactive Play Gallery : it will be able to explore the interactive media with information technology ; digital cafe, imagining jump, digital art and the others. 3 Zone - New product and Business Gallery : it composed with business, new product, and demonstration gallery such as public information space. The space concept makes connection and concentration which uses unit and line for world which becomes accomplished by the network. Connection of digital and the human being to make the center of new digital life.
