  • In this paper, we propose an efficient seamless handover protocol in NEMO environment. Yokoda et al 4. proposed fast handover method with collaboration of access routers in local network and Teraoka et al. 1 showed fast handover method with collaboration of layers in mobile network. These methods can delay the time of overall binding update and increase packets loss when link of router is unstable because they transport packets through only one path or link of router. And they don't also mention redirection method of packets in their protocol in case of unstable link state of routers. The proposed protocol can execute fast binding update and reduce packets loss with collaboration of routers in mobile network.

  • Mobile Node usually communicate with CN bia only it's own HA but Nested Mobile Networks correspond with CN bia all HA involved with them. when Mobile Network of a MR moves from its home link to a foreign link in the stationary network. then Mobile Network of another MR moves from its home link in stationary network to foreign link in previous mobile network. CN send Packet destined to the latter MR via both Home Agent of the former MR and the latter MR. There are two problem in this scenario. One is inefficient routing path that bypass via several HA. the other is waste of transmission resource and delay of Registration process which change of Nested Mobile Network Architecture cause Mobile Router. so We propose MRA(Mobile Relay Agent) to support effective routing by local mobility management.

  • In this paper, the patterns of movement used in the mobile communication systems are adopted in the mobile computing environment to reduce handover delay and to support seamless handover for MIPv6 based on IEEE 802.11 networks. That is, RtSolPr message and PrRtAdv message can be treated before handover. As the result, it is possible to assign NCoA to MN and Next Access Router(NAR) before handover starts. This can minimize handover delay and reduce the total handover delay.

  • Recently, the lETF NEMO working group on network mobility is standardizing a basic support for moving networks. We need a handover scheme for achieving the performance of transparency during the movement of mobile routers in nested mobile networks. But existing handover schemes for a mobile host are not suitable for network mobility because the packet transmission delay and traffic increase during mobile router's handover in nested mobile networks. Therefore, we propose a new seamless handover scheme using the bi-casting based on Mobile IPv6 for nested mobile networks in this paper. Compared with the handover schemes using bi-directional edge tunneling for host mobility support on simulation. And, the results show that the proposed handover scheme reduces the packet delay during a mobile router changes the point of attachment in nested mobile networks.

  • The network-based IP mobility solution - Proxy MIPv6 provides a mobile node with local mobility support without requiring MIPv6 functionality of the mobile node by using two principle functional entities, LMA (Local Mobility Anchor) and MAG (Mobile Access Gateway) located in a Proxy MIPv6 domain. Yet, in case that a mobile node moves into a mobile network located in the domain, the mobile node can't receive the local mobility support any more because it can't communicate with the MAG. This paper proposes a scheme to support nested network mobility in a Proxy MIPv6 domain by adding MAG functionality to a mobile router in the mobile network and evaluates the performance of the proposed scheme. Performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme can increase the performance of handover delay, signaling costs, and packet loss ratio.

  • Ad hoc network is a kind of new wireless network paradigm for mobile hosts. Ad Hoc wireless networks consist of wireless mobile hosts forming a temporary network without the aid of any established infrastructure or centralized administration. Mobile hosts rely on each other to keep the network connected. Each host is not only mobile hosts but also router. So how to design a routing protocol is the most important problem. Dynamic source routing is a kind of routing protocol. In this paper we suggest a new automatic route shortening method and an energy-aware routing mechanism based on DSR.

  • NEMO basic support is a solution that provides network mobility in the Internet topology. Yet, when multiple mobile networks are nested, this basic solution suffers ken pinball-routing and a severe routing overhead. Therefore, several solutions for route optimization in a nested mobile network have already been suggested by the IETF NEMO WG. However, the current paper proposes Regional Information-based Route Optimization (RIRO) in which mobile routers maintain a Nested Router List (NRL) to obtain next-hop information, and packets are transmitted with a new routing header called an RIRO Routing Header (RIRO-RH). We showed that RIRO had the minimum packet overhead that remained constant, irrespective of how deep the mobile network was nested, in comparison with two earlier proposed schemes - Reverse Routing Header (RRH) and Bi-directional tunnel between HA and Top-Level mobile router (BHT).

  • The Fast Handover in Hierarchical Mobile IPv6(F-HMIPv6) scheme provides a seamless handover in mobile IP networks effectively. However, there is a problem that the mobile node can lose its connectivity to the previous access router because of a sudden degradation of the link quality during fast handover procedure. Additionally, in many cases, the mobile node does not have enough time to exchange messages during the fast handover procedure, especially in case of movement with high speed during handover. In this paper, we propose a modification to F-HMIPv6 that significantly reduces the time to exchange messages during fast handover procedure and thereby increases the probability which the F-HMIPv6 can perform the fast handover in predictive mode.

  • In this paper, we compare two different anti-jamming schemes, Subspace projection and SCORE algorithm. For multipath cancelation, nulling technique is applied to both anti-jamming schemes. It is noted that SCORE algorithm is more robust to the multipath interference. It is also noted that Subspace projection scheme requires nulling technique for multipath mitigation.
