박물관 패션전시의 유형화 (Typology of fashion exhibitions in museums)

  • Fashion exhibitions in museums are an important media to deliver ideas of fashion. Although it still arouses controversy, museums have become an ideal platform for fashion exhibitions since some fashion exhibitions have garnered successful results in mega museums. This can be considered as a cultural phenomenon and a new paradigm since fashion exhibitions in museums are closely related to new museums and fashion museology. Thus, this study examines the definition of 'fashion exhibitions in museums' based on new museums and fashion museology, and then lays the groundwork for its typology through an analysis of preceding research about fashion exhibitions from the 1970s to the present day. In consequence, fashion exhibitions in museums are categorized into five types; retrospective exhibition, survey exhibition, fashion photography and film exhibition, and consider both virtual exhibitions and fashion brand exhibitions.

국립부산과학관 전시물과 2015 개정 교육과정과의 연계성 분석 - 핵심역량과 3~6학년을 중심으로 - (Analysis of the Relation between Exhibitions in Busan National Science Museum and 2015 Revised Curriculum - Focusing on the Key Competencies and the 3rd-6th Grades -)

  • With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, the educational innovation focusing on the key competencies is occurring in the whole world. In September 2015, the Ministry of Education suggested six key competencies such as self-management competency, knowledge/information processing competency, creative thinking competency, aesthetic sensibility competency, communication competency, and community competency for the 2015 revised national curriculum. Also, this era requires for diverse lessons like subject integrated/converged lesson and intramural/extramural education. Thus, the objective of this study is to research/analyze exhibitions of Busan National Science Museum as extramural educational institute and to relate between the 2015 revised curriculum and exhibitions of science museum. First, the exhibitions of permanent exhibition hall in Busan National Science Museum were researched/analyzed. It analyzed the current status, display type, and explained contents of exhibitions. Second, it analyzed the relations between contents of the exhibition and key competencies in the 2015 revised curriculum. Third, the 2015 revised curriculum for the 3rd and 6th grade related to the selected exhibition contents was analyzed. The analysis on the exhibition contents performed by this study would be helpful for follow-up researches connected to exhibitions of Busan National Science Museum.

아카이브와 박물관의 전시 비교와 개선방안 - 건국 60년 기념 전시를 중심으로 - (Archives and Museum Exhibitions Compared : with the Emphasis on the Exhibitions Held in Memory of the 60th Anniversary of National Foundation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 박물관 전시와의 비교를 통한 아카이브 전시의 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 아카이브 전시현황 및 박물관 전시와의 비교를 통한 아카이브 전시의 일반적 특성을 살펴보고, 특히 국가기록원과 국립민속박물관의 건국 60년 기념전시를 비교분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 아카이브 전시의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 향후 개선 방안으로는 '전시 분야별 뚜렷한 목표 고객 설정, 전시 주제 및 대상에 따른 적정한 메시지 전달, 특정 주제형 전시 지향, 관람객의 피드백을 반영한 전시 기획, 전시 교육 서비스의 활성화, 소장 근 현대 자료의 중립적 해석과 생활문화사 자료 중심 연출' 등을 도출하였다.

패션관련 전시회의 현황 및 분석 (The Analysis of Fashion Exhibition)

  • Various types of industry, from manufacturing industry to service industry, can be a subject of exhibition. So, subdivided studies about exhibition for each type of industry or field are necessary. However, there are still insufficient studies about them. Also, fashion industry related exhibitions should be classified differently from other industries' exhibitions because of their special features. Hence, this study examines that how an exhibition is utilized as a promotion means of a company and the present condition of a fashion exhibition. It also compares a fashion exhibition with other industrial exhibitions to suggest the effective operations and the progressive promotion of the fashion exhibition. This study uses questionnaire from 5 companies, which participated fashion related exhibitions. Data of this study is statistically analyzed using SPSS for window ver. 10.0 program. As a result of this study, fashion related companies' recognition of exhibitions has been increased. However, in terms of exhibition participation. attitudes such as pre-promotion or pre-education for the staff, who are in charge of the exhibition booths, and the outcome of the exhibition aren't maximized because the right understanding concerning exhibitions is lacking and long-term preparation is insufficient. Also, advertisement for the exhibitions isn't enough because of insufficient preparation and absence of pre-promotion, so consultation with promising buyers can't be activated. Even though there are consultations, the consultations don't have much effect.

온라인 기록전시의 기능요건과 상대적 중요도 분석 (Analysis on Functional Requirements and Degree of Importance of Online Archival Exhibitions)

  • 디지털 콘텐츠를 전시하는 방식인 '온라인 전시'는 기록관에서 제공하는 또 하나의 기록정보서비스로 자리매김을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 오프라인 전시와 같은 역할과 기대효과를 제공할 수 있는 온라인 기록전시를 구축하기 위하여 필요한 기능요건을 도출하고 이에 대한 중요도 순위를 현재 온라인 기록전시 담당자에 의하여 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 온라인 기록전시의 핵심기능 3개를 도출하고 다양한 기능요소를 제안한 32편의 연구로부터 13개의 기능요건을 추출한 다음, 16명의 온라인 기록전시 담당자가 판단하는 기능요건의 상대적 중요도를 분석적 계층분석 방법을 이용하여 측정하였다. 온라인 기록전시 담당자들은 '정보전달 기능', '전시효과적 기능', '정보적 기능' 순으로 중요하다고 하였고 가장 중요하다고 판단한 상위 기능요건은 '심미성', '상호작용성', '사용성', '교육적 경험제공성', '홍보 및 전시활성화'이며, 낮은 중요도를 보인 기능요건은 '주제적 독창성'과 '내용적 포괄성'이다.

An Analysis of Instagram Hashtags Related to the Exhibitions in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and meanings of Instagram hashtags related to the exhibitions as a online communication platform of museums. At the same time, it focuses on efficiency of hashtags as a reference framework of inferring viewing experiences. We collect and visualize Instagram hashtags of exhibitions held in Korea for the past two years including 'Paper Present (2017)', 'YOUTH (2017)', 'Monet, Draw Light Exhibition (2018)', 'Van Gogh Inside (2016)', 'Drawn by the Wind: Shin yun-bok & Jeong Seon'. To sum up, significant data related to viewing experiences are not derived, and hashtags as a reference framework of inferring viewing experiences are turned out to be inefficient. Meanwhile, we conclude that potential for distributing information about the exhibitions is inherent in hashtags. In terms of informational characteristics, we notice that the influence of hashtags related to regional information is presented more than the response toward the viewing experiences. This result shows that Instagram users in the exhibitions are worthy of place making rather than viewing experiences.

패션관련 전시회 참가기업의 참가행태 분석 (An Analysis of Participating Style of Participating Company in Fashion Related Exhibition)

As a result of this study, fashion related companies' recognition of exhibitions has been increased. 과학 커뮤니케이션 차원과 과학적 소양 영역에 의한 국립대구과학관 전시물과 프로그램 분석 (Analyses of Exhibitions and Programs of Daegu National Science Museum by levels of science communication and domains of scientific literacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 국립대구과학관의 전시물과 프로그램을 과학 커뮤니케이션 차원과 과학적 소양 영역에 의해 분석하고, 관람객의 전시물에 대한 인식을 조사하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 과학 커뮤니케이션 차원으로는 1세대가 48.3%, 2세대가 49.0%, 3세대가 2.7%를 차지하고 있었으며, 과학적 소양 함양을 위한 내용 영역 구분에서는 '설계된 세상'과 '기술의 본질' 영역의 내용이 다수를 차지하고 있었다. 또한 지역의 관람객들은 체험 위주의 2세대 과학관 형태를 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 시대적 요구와 새로운 패러다임을 반영하여 3세대 과학 커뮤니케이션을 보다 확대하고, 지역 시민들의 과학적 소양 및 과학커뮤니케이션 의식 함양을 위해 더욱 노력할 것을 제언하였다.

주디스 클락의 패션 전시에 나타난 연출 특성 (A study on the characteristics of Judith Clark's fashion exhibitions)

  • Since the late 2000s, fashion exhibitions have expanded to encompass a variety of concepts and sizes, and the need for research on exhibition planning, installation, and direction, including curating, is emerging. In this context, basic research is deemed necessary to encourage more experimental and in-depth research into the planning and orientation of domestic fashion exhibitions. Accordingly, by analyzing the exhibitions of Judith Clark, a pioneering fashion curator, and fashion exhibition planner, the aim of this study is to examine the characteristics and directing points of her curation. This study proceeds as follows: first, the concept and type of fashion exhibition and curation are investigated. Second, the exhibition cases curated or produced and installed by Judith Clark are examined and analyzed. Finally, based on this analysis, the characteristics and directing points of her curation are identified. In exhibitions, Clark's directing style features use of a variety of objects, the diversification of the flow-path through space division, and collaborations with various fields or experts. Clark's curation points, based on such characteristics, are as follows: reproduction-oriented curation to capture the age of the time based on historical research; storytelling-based curation; and transboundary curation with multiple methods and open processes. This study is expected to serve as a foundation and precedent that will lead to further research on fashion exhibitions and implementation.

공모전이 기업이미지와 행동의도에 미치는 실증연구 (The Study of the Contest Exhibition on Corporate Image and Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구는 공모전에 참여하는 소비자들과 이를 주관하는 기업과 기관들이 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 현황을 비추어 공모전의 실제적인 효과를 검증하기 위해 진행하였다. 이에 공모전 실행 전 후에 따른 기업이미지 및 행동의도에 차이가 나타나는지를 알아보고 더 나아가 공모전 실행 후의 만족도에 따라 기업이미지에 차이가 나타나는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 공공기관이 실시하는 공모전에 직접 참여한 전국 7개 대학의 광고홍보학과 대학생 139명을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공모전 실행 전 후의 기업이미지(전문이미지, 신뢰이미지, 사회공헌이미지)와 행동의도에 차이가 나타났다. 또한 공모전 실행 후의 만족도(고/저)에 따른 기업이미지(전문이미지, 신뢰이미지, 사회공헌이미지)를 검증한 결과, 전문이미지와 신뢰이미지에는 유의미한 결과가 나타났으나 사회공헌이미지에서는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 공모전의 가치와 효과를 입증하였다.
