This study aims to grasp the key issues and the direction for digital divide research in South Korea. Based on the 488 KCI journal articles published between 2003 and 2020, the authors analyzed the changes in the number of articles per year and the subject areas of journals. Furthermore, the topic modelling and keyword network anlaysis were applied to identify the subjects of research. The main findings can be summarized as follows: first, there was a stable trend for a while after the number of articles had increased by the year of 2007, and then there has been a sharp increase since 2019. Second, digital divide research has been conducted from diverse fields including social science, multidiscipline, and engineering. Third, the six subject areas were identified which are 'digital divide among regions', 'digital divide among people with disabilities', 'technical environment of digital divide', 'divide from information use and its consequence', 'legal and institutional environments of digital divide', and 'digital divide of the elderly'. Finally, it was shown that the areas of 'divide from information use and its consequence' and 'technical environment of digital divide' have attracted attention recently.

The world is going through the most unprecedented time with the outbreak of novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), which has become a threat to millions. A Coronavirus is a group of viruses that cause a variety of diseases in mammals and birds leading to a range of illnesses in humans including common cold and more severe forms like severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Middle East respiratory syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) and COVID-19, which are life-threatening. The virus gets its name from its shape which takes the form of a crown with protrusions around it. In December 2019, a pneumonia outbreak was reported in the Wuhan City of China, which was later traced to a novel strain of Coronavirus and termed as Novel COVID-19. It typically causes flu-like symptoms including fever, cough and shortness of breath and is transmitted through human-to-human and there is no cure for it till now. Thus, this bibliometric study has been carried out to analyze the research progress in Coronavirus and literature published during a period of 30 years (1989-2019). Data for the study were fetched from Web of Science(WoS) multidisciplinary database and the publication trends in terms of total articles, productive countries, institutions, journals, productive authors, most cited articles and authors, etc have been analyzed. In total, 4917 articles were retrieved; these were from 711 sources and were contributed by 14442 authors. The collaboration index was 3.11, which clearly indicates that there has been a lot of collaboration in this field. The most preferred journal for the study period was "Journal of Virology" and the maximum contribution has been from the University of Hong Kong.

Purpose: This paper sought to classify, analyze, and investigate domestic research papers on the physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, and to suggest a direction for rehabilitation after the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: A literature search was conducted from June 1 to June 30, 2022, and only papers published in domestic journals during the past 10 years were searched. The main search term was "rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy", and "rehabilitation" such as "exercise rehabilitation," "equestrian rehabilitation", and "aquatic rehabilitation" were reviewed when they appeared in the titles and abstracts. A total of 18 books were selected according to the exclusion criteria. Results: Rehabilitation by area was divided into exercise rehabilitation, Bobath rehabilitation, equestrian rehabilitation, and aquatic rehabilitation. Analysis was undertaken based on the period of rehabilitation, area wise from 2012 to 2017, except for aquatic rehabilitation, which was studied once in 2020. The intervention effects of exercise rehabilitation were summarized as PICO (Participants, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome), and most of the studies showed improvements in the subject's physical functions. Conclusion: Research on the physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is being conducted in multiple directions and through several methods. In addition to the Bobath and Vojta approaches, equestrian rehabilitation, aquatic rehabilitation using the buoyancy of water, and computer rehabilitation are conducted. For the physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy in the context of COVID-19, programs that are linked with families and those that incorporate Information Communications Technology (ICT) could be developed.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze research trend of 'business failure' from academic papers published in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business. In this review, first, we reviewed research trend of failure, published in academic journals at abroad, explored the major topics, and set forth the framework of classification. Second, we selected and analyzed 16 Korean articles in a refined search from total 1,060 articles published in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business from 1979 to 2019. Third, in order to understand overall research trend in Korea, additional publication search was done by online database system using keywords, and 24 other articles were selected. As a result, five research themes were identified and analyzed: (1) bankruptcy prediction, (2) emotion before and after failure, (3) costs of failure, (4) causes of failure, and (5) reentry determinants. We believe that this purposed review will offer future research issues regarding business failure.

The full-fledged digital age derived from the fourth industrial revolution and the impact of COVID-19 lead to changes in various fields, including companies. In other words, the importance of cloud computing is being emphasized in the rapidly changing digital environment due to the rapid growth of the cloud market due to the rapid increase in digital services. The cloud may be one of the representative strategies for sustainable growth and survival in various fields as well as related industries. Although there have been a variety of studies on the cloud, the tendency of them has been not been adequately examined. This paper, therefore, analyzed the tendency of studies on the cloud computing. by using SCOPUS, the database of overseas academic journals using both R and LAD technique. The findings showed that many studies with high interest in the cloud computing have been conducted, the cloud computing were most often drawn from an analysis on key words. Moreover, various key words, including cloud, cloud and computing, data and computing were drawn, except for the theme of cloud computing. It is expected that could be used as a basic data, in that they provide the foundation for activating the related industries in terms of practice of the cloud computing.

The goal of this study is to analyze the value of Kanga as an ethos of the Swahili culture. The theoretical background of the research method was the analysis of the domestic and foreign literature, journals, and research data from various internet sites related to the subject, and the conclusion was drawn based on these studies. With the spread Pan-Africanism, the interest in African ethos has become a source of inspiration for contemporary fashion. Moreover, as a symbol of Swahili culture in East Africa, Kanga has been developed by embracing its own diverse cultures, The unique feature of Kanga is that it can easily be transformed created ceaselessly and creatively. Consequently, the following results were obtained based on the theoretical content. Firstly, as a representative of Women's Voice, Kanga serves as an outlet for the voices of women coming from a poor social status under the political background in East Africa. Secondly, as a Reliable Advocate, Kanga performs the positive functions as a medium of communication through its traditional usage and distinctive arrangement of clothes. Thirdly, as a Versatile Messenger, the uniqueness of Kanga with the external elements in most interestingly and active mannerly, and it has become the value of communication channel which clearly inspired the fashion designers. I believe that it will be interesting and meaningful to study the strategies on the social role of Kanga in the future which has started receiving more attention in the 21st century. And it can be said that Kanga's unique identity lies in the attraction and value which influences contemporary fashion.

The purpose of this study was to redesign a problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum and compare the differences between the previous and redesigned PBL based on the results of course satisfaction and student assessments. The PBL was redesigned using curriculum design guidelines (including revisions of curriculum objectives, learning components, learning environments, and assessment methods) that were developed based on previous studies and evaluation results. A comparative study was employed using course satisfaction surveys from the previous and redesigned curricula, and a total of 45 students participated. We also compared student assessment results from concept mapping, learning issue reports, modified essay questions, and reflection journals. We identified four key findings. First, we explored the possibility that the redesigned PBL could be implemented by student facilitators without professors as tutors. Second, the redesigned PBL fostered group dynamics that facilitated developing communication skills and collaborative learning through small-group discussions. Third, the new learning elements added in the redesigned PBL made a meaningful contribution to enhancing students' clinical reasoning based on hypothetico-deductive reasoning. Fourth, concept maps in redesigned PBL contained more complex and various nodes and connections, and the levels of the nodes were more appropriate. The implications of this study can provide meaningful preliminary information for redesigning PBL curricula for medical students to develop their essential competencies through PBL.

The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends on subjective well-being in the elderly. To this end, 49 academic papers (general characteristics, research subjects, number of researchers, research variables, and research methods) retrieved through RISS were classified according to criteria. One or two research papers have been steadily published starting with two in 1988, but a slight increase in 2009 and 2010, four each, and five in 2014, respectively. By sample size, 201 to 300 were the most frequent with 14 studies. Quantitative studies were the most common as a research method, but 2 qualitative studies and 2 longitudinal studies were identified through trend analysis. It was confirmed that there are many variables related to physical health such as leisure sports, physical activity, sports for all, dance sports, and mobility discomfort as research topics. The number of studies on the elderly should be increased, and the need for qualitative research to explore the life experiences and meanings of old age is suggested.

This paper suggests a way to improve Korean diaspora-related subject headings based on the analysis of terminology about Koreans in Korean diaspora-related manuscripts and investigation of related terms in the National Library of Korea subject headings. After selecting three KCI journals with high ratios of diaspora-related papers, the study extracted Korean-related terminology from the journal papers and examined their term frequencies. Additional Korean-related terms were investigated by manually reviewing the articles in which extracted terms appear. Based on these analyses, the study proposes several supplemental enhancements to Korean-related topic names in the National Library of Korea's subject headings, such as changing the English notation, adding non-preferred words, and changing the hierarchical relationship of the existing topic names.

Based upon the assumption that both theory building and theory use are intertwined to construct a cohesive body of knowledge in the filed, this study attempts to identify the state of theoretical framework by examining the number and the quality of theoretical articles by subfield. Theoretical article is characterized as an incident in which in which the author contributes to the development or the use of theory in his/her own paper. Theoretical incidents were identified by a content analysis of 1,661 articles in four LIS journals from 1984 to 2003. The findings suggest that the four subfields, such as information seeking/use, information retrieval, library management, and scholar communication had great contributions to both theory building and theory use. Also, two research areas such as bibliometrics and professionals are very likely to be theoretical. Further, the analysis of the name of theories used by subfields could give an insight into the understanding of how the theoretical frameworks of each subfield are related.
