공동주택 실물화재 실험 (A Full-scale Fire Test of an Apartment House)

  • 국내 저층 공동주택 화재시의 화재 전파 경로와 상층으로의 화재 전파를 살펴보기 위하여 4층 공동 주택을 대상으로 실물화재 실험을 수행하였다. 화재는 3층 주택에서 발화하는 것으로 하였고, 초기 화원은 주방에서 과열된 식용유에 발화되어 발생하는 것으로 하였다. 주택 내부 가연물은 일반 가정의 필수 가연물을 모두 포함 하였다. 내부 화재 성상을 확인하기 위하여 가시화, 주요부의 온도측정, 산소농도 측정을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 초기 화원의 발화 시간, 화재 층 내부 각 구획으로의 전파시간, 전역화재 발생시간을 파악하였으며, 상층으로의 연소확대 경로를 파악하였다.

In this study, the characteristics of balcony space on thermal on vironment in apartment house were analysed. First, the effect of the balcony space on thermal environment of living space was analysed by field measurement. Second, the temperature distribution of the bedroom and heating/cooling load with the balcony expansion were analysed by numerical simulation.

  • The advent of an aging society has raised the necessity for housing development to meet the growing demands of baby boomers expected to act as the main consumers in the future housing market. This study aims to identify the characteristics of apartment houses favored by baby boomers in their post-retirement plans. Based on a literature review and survey, the study is targeted at a certain baby boom generation residing in mid- sized and large-sized apartments with a floor space of more than 30 pyeong in Gangnam, Seoul. The study reveals that baby boomers favor an active post-retirement life where they can enjoy proper leisure without considerable change in daily routines, and for that reason they choose an apartment house well equipped with neighboring, convenient facilities for their post-retirement. Their housing size shows a downward tendency in response to changes in economic conditions and number of family members living together. Health-related factors such as a comfortable natural environment and greenery also play a key role in their residence selection. Their regional preference is divided into the downtown and suburbs, and thus it will be necessary to satisfy the needs of these two consumer groups in the future housing market. This study lays the foundation for offering basic materials for the development and marketing of apartment houses.

  • 건설 프로젝트에서 공정계획은 사업 성패의 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 그 중 공동주택 마감공사는 기초공사나 골조공사에 비해 작업 간의 간섭이 많다. 이로 인해 마감공사 시 공정관리 효율성 증대를 위한 Tact 공정관리기법이 적용되고 있다. Tact 공정관리는 작업 흐름이 일정하게 발생할 수 있도록 관리하며 마감 단위층을 통일시켜 작업속도를 균등화시킨다. 그러나 세부공종을 고려하지 않고 모든 작업이 균일하게 동기화되어 공사비가 증가하고 비효율적인 공정관리가 나타난다. 본 연구는 세부공종의 특성을 고려할 필요가 있다고 판단되어 기존 Tact 공정관리방식의 한계점을 파악하고 개선하고자 세부공종을 고려한 복합병행 Tact기법을 제안한다. 또한 기존 Tact기법과 복합병행 Tact기법을 비교분석하여 도출한 결과를 기반으로 복합병행 Tact기법의 타당성 및 실효성을 검증했다.

  • It is an social issue that is various claim related on the defect of apartment house. The cost of defect repair is the most important matter that residents dispute constructers with the huge time wasting and cost loss. For resolve the matter of defect claim, it must to be analyze to the cost property that study and find to pending issue about the cost of defect repair. Therefore this study is investigated the cost property of defect repair relation on correlation analysis and regression analysis around the judgement cost. Consequently, cost of the judgment is associated with cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair, is recognizable as them that is closely connected. Meanwhile, the more time of take effect and time of lawsuit increase, the more cost of the judgment decrease by draw the regression equation. On the contrary, there are same aspects in the case on the cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair.

저에너지 공동주택 구현을 위한 요소기술 선정 기법에 관한 연구 (Energy Saving Design Method with the Consideration of the Initial Cost for Apartment Houses)

  • So many energy saving strategies to realize the low energy house are proposed in these days. Even if the energy saving performances are similar between the strategies, the costs are in abroad ranges. Therefore, the application of the energy saving strategies should be based upon two considerations; one is energy saving performance and the other is the cost. In this study, the decision making method for application of the passive design technologies in the design stage of the low energy apartment house are suggested. By utilizing the result of this study, practitioners can make an effective design alternatives which solve the conflicted values; energy saving and cost.

공동주택에서의 지역에 따른 건물에너지 효율등급 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Building Energy Rating considering the Region of Apartment Houses)

  • Entering in the time of high oil price, seriousness of an energy effect sector has given a huge impact and the importance of energy is growing. Especially, building energy occupying 24% of total demand of energy can be expected to reduce energy demand more than other section. To do this, the Building Energy Rating System is applied and implemented in Apartment houses on Jeju, South and Central region. This system calculates into energy saving rate, and certifies the building energy rating. This study evaluates the energy saving rate and rating and compares the difference in energy savings considering to each region and the thermal performance of the window. In result, the standard of the assessment house which is applied to the build energy rating system is demanded to distinguish the thermal performance of window according to regional variation.

  • The present study has been conducted economic analysis of heat storage type ground source heat pump system(HSGSHP) and normal ground source heat pump (GSHP) and central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility which are installed at the same building in the shared an apartment house. Cost items, such as initial construction cost, annual energy cost and maintenance cost of each system are considered to analyze life cycle cost (LCC) and simple payback period (SPP) with initial cost different are compared. The initial cost is a rule to the Government basic unit cost of production. LCC applied present value method is used to assess economical profit of both of them. Variables used to LCC analysis are prices escalation rate and interest rate mean values of during latest 10 years. The LCC result shows that HSGSHP (1,351,000,000won) is more profitable than central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility by 86.7% initial cost. And SPP appeared 8.0 year overcome the different initial cost by different annual energy cost.

공동주택 하이브리드(Hybrid) 환기시스템의 성능예측 (A Prediction of Hybrid Ventilation System Performance in Apartment House)

  • A hybrid ventilation system was introduced to predict the ventilation performance of the apartments. This ventilation system was composed of the natural supply-air inlet and the forced exhaust-air outlet. Analysis was conducted by CFD technique and was performed on three ventilating flow rates; 30, 60, 120 $m^3/h$. As the results, residents feel comfortable thermally and in air flow conditions for 60 $m^3/h$. But the case of 30 $m^3/h$ shows 1100ppm of $CO_2$ concentration due to the deficient of air flow rate. In the case of 120 $m^3/h$, however, residents feel uncomfortable thermally and in air currents. In this study the energy saving for space heating is also an important factor. A detailed prediction for more complicated whole apartment space will be investigated in the future.
