국산 쇠고기의 유통단계별 시장지배력 측정 (Estimation of Market Power of the Wholesale and Retail Levels in the Domestic Beef Market)

  • 이 논문은 한국 쇠고기 시장을 대상으로 도매 단계와 소매 단계에 초점을 맞추어 유통업자들의 시장지배력 정도를 측정하였다. 다양한 유통 채널상에 존재하는 가격들을 보면 유통비용 외에 추가적인 가격 차이가 있음을 보게 되는 데 이러한 비용을 넘는 가격 차이가 시장지배력을 보여주는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 연별 가격과 물량 자료를 이용하여 도매 단계와 소매 단계에서 유통상인들의 시장지배력을 측정하였다. 추정 결과를 보면, 소매단계는 완전경쟁에서 멀리 떨어져 있음을 알 수 있고, 도매단계는 상대적으로 완전경쟁에 가까운 것으로 나타났다.

Applying Keyword Analysis to Predicting Agriculture Product Price Index: The Case of the Chinese Farming Market

  • The prediction of prices of agricultural products in the agriculture IT sector plays a significant role in the economic life of consumers and anyone engaged in agricultural business, and as these prices fluctuate more often than do other prices, the prediction of these prices holds a great deal of research promise. For this reason, academic literature has provided studies on the factors influencing the prices of agricultural products and the price index. However, as these factors vary, they are difficult to predict, resulting in the challenge of acquiring quantitative data. China is one example of a country without a reliable prediction system for prices of agricultural products. Fortunately, disclosed heterogeneous data can be found on the Internet, which allows for the effective collection of factors related to the prediction of these product prices through the use of text mining. The data provided online is valuable in that they reflect the opinions of the general public in real-time. Accordingly, this study aims to use heterogeneous data from the Internet and suggest a model predicting the prices of agricultural products before functional analyses. Toward this end, data analyses were conducted on the Chinese agricultural products market, one of the largest markets in the world.

청양 구기자의 유통실태와 판매촉진전략 (Marketing Situation and Sales promotion Strategies of Boxthron in Chongyang Area)

  • This paper is aimed to study on sales promotion strategies for the increment of farm income by cultivating Boxthron in Chongyang Area. Marketing Survey was done in Chongyang Boxthron market, Kyoung-dong herb market in Seoul. The results are as follows ; Reviewing the Boxthron market prices, the price of direct transaction was the highest one and that of Agricultural Cooperatives was next one, Chongyang market price was lowest one. Therefore, the efforts including exclusive labeling, high class packing strategies of Boxthron with lower pollution would be necessary. The seasonal variation Boxthron prices were lowest in Aug.-Sept., harvesting season, and highest in april-june prices, off-crop season. Farmers have sold 45% of all products in Aug.-Oct. at lowest price and the remaining 15% of that sold in april-june at the highest prices. On account of the above reasons, loan for Boxthron production, government purchasing and storage program of it especially in harvesting season from Aug. to Oct. should be adopted to increase Boxthron producer income. Finally, the strategies for sales promotion, enforcement of government supporting activities including export strategies and the development of new processed products of Boxthron should be propelled considering the products cycle.

인공지능 기반 농작물 성숙도 체크와 농산물 시장가격 변동을 고려한 출하시기 결정시스템 연구 (Research on a system for determining the timing of shipment based on artificial intelligence-based crop maturity checks and consideration of fluctuations in agricultural product market prices)

  • 본 연구는 농산물의 품질, 수익 및 의사결정 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 통합적인 농업 유통망 관리시스템을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 우리는 YOLOX 객체 탐지 알고리즘을 기반으로 한 농작물 성숙도 체크와 Prophet 모델을 기반으로 한 시장 가격 예측이라는 두 가지 핵심 기술을 채택하였다. 객체 탐지 모델을 훈련함으로써, 다양한 성숙도 단계의 농작물을 정확하게 식별할 수 있게 되어 출하 시기를 최적화할 수 있었다. 동시에, 과거 시장 가격 데이터를 수집하고 Prophet 모델을 사용하여 가격을 예측함으로써, 출하시기 결정권자들에게 신뢰할 수 있는 가격 추세 정보를 제공하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 휴일 요소를 고려한 모델의 성능이 그렇지 않은 모델보다 두드러지게 우수하다는 것이 밝혀져서 휴일이 가격에 미치는 영향이 강함을 증명하였다. 이 시스템은 농민 및 농산물 유통 관리자에게 강력한 도구 및 의사결정 지원을 제공하여, 다양한 계절과 휴일 기간 동안 현명한 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게 도와준다. 아울러, 농산물 유통망을 최적화하고 농산물의 품질과 수익을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • This work is for listing, patent, reasonable valuation of environmental-friendly agricultural company. In this study, agricultural company in environmental friendly industry that consider nature, customer's wellbeing and safe would be evaluated by DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and ROV (Real Option Value). And company in environmental-friendly industry would be checked whether it is to be related and concerned to listing in the stock market and patent acquisition with the basis of company valuation. After then agricultural company value is evaluated with the consideration of growth in environmental-friendly industry, and company valuation comparison would followed about intellectual property right. It can be assumed that value of environmental-friendly agricultural company has low relation and concern to listing of stock market, and valuation would be increased through the intellectual property right such as patent, development or core search ability.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 허위거래 예측 모형: 농산물 도매시장 사례 (Detection of Phantom Transaction using Data Mining: The Case of Agricultural Product Wholesale Market)

  • 정보기술의 빠른 진화, 빅데이터의 등장, 분석기법의 고도화 등으로 인해 다량의 데이터로부터 의미있는 정보를 추출하는 데이터마이닝을 다양한 영역에 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 중의 한 분야가 농산물 유통영역인데, 농산물에 대한 지속적인 수요 증가와 전자경매의 활성화 등으로 수도권 농산물 도매시장에서만도 연간 수천만건 이상의 거래가 이루어 진다. 그러나 급속한 거래량 증가와 더불어 과거로부터 관행적으로 이루어지고 있는 부정거래도 함께 증가하고 있는데 거래참가자들 사이의 결탁에 의해 발생하는 농산물 도매시장의 부정거래는 점차 지능화되는 추세이며, 이들을 감지하고 적발하기가 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이로 인해 농산물 유통환경의 공정거래 질서는 침해되고 시장에 대한 신뢰는 훼손되곤 한다. 따라서 거래투명성을 제고하고 유통비리를 구조적으로 개선하기 위한 과학적이고 자동화된 부정탐지시스템의 필요성이 어느 때보다도 절실히 요구되는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝의 의사결정나무를 이용하여 실제 발생하지 않은 거래를 실물 없이 거래한 것처럼 조작하여 대금을 정산하는 행위인 허위거래를 탐지하는 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 실제 농산물 도매시장의 데이터를 수집하였고, 데이터의 정제 및 표준화 등의 선행작업을 수행하였다. 또한 변수 간의 상관관계 및 분포도 분석 등을 통해 데이터의 특성을 파악한 후 예측모형을 구축하여 허위거래와 정상거래를 분류하는 패턴을 도출하였으며, 최종적으로 시험용 데이터를 이용하여 모형을 평가하는 단계를 거쳐 결과의 적합성을 확인하였다. 향후 데이터마이닝을 이용한 부정탐지 모형을 허위거래뿐만 아니라 낙찰부정, 경매조작 등과 같이 다양화되는 부정거래에 적용하게 되면 보다 지대한 효과를 거둘 수 있으리라 사료된다.

식재료 산업의 현황 및 발전 방안 (Analysis on Food Material Industry in Korea)

  • In Korea, food material industry encounters the emerging market which results from the growth of food service industry and food processing industry. Food material suppliers think that the total sales in Korean market may be around 20 trillion won. However, very small numbers of studies about Korean food material industry have been conducted. This paper analyzes the current status of food material industry and the market structure in Korea, and presents several suggestions for the development of Korean food material industry as following: building up the function of fresh-cut in production area, improving market structure, settling down the cold-chain system, enforcing the certification program for food safety.

친환경농산물 시장의 유통주체와 경쟁구조 (Main Bodies and Competition Structure of Distribution in Environment-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • By the environment-friendly(hereafter EF) agricultural policy and toward the safety food of consumers, there is much glowing supply and demand fur EF agricultural products, in Korea. But, in general, EF agricultural products are blown as unique, unreasonable and high price system. This study aims to make clare the main bodies and competition structure in EF agricultural products and the different from the agricultural products. The mail results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, farmers and consumers directly participate in the distribution, and the major distributors participate in the market of EF agricultural products after the certification system is got ready. Because EF agricultural products is not dealt and the price system is not built up in agricultural wholesale market. Secondly, the distribution route of EF agricultural products is organized the unified organization by the main bodies such as farmers, consumers co-op, and special distributors. In any step of distribution, the main body of distribution surely deals with the contracted farmers, consumers co-op, and special distributors. Accordingly, it is said that EF agricultural products has the competition structure between the distribution route organized the unified organization rather than between main bodies in the each steps of distribution.

An Asynchronous-Driven Node.js Based Intermediary-free Direct Deal Distribution Platform Converged with Cloud Service

  • In this paper, a design and implementation for direct deal distribution platform is proposed to bypass the complex traditional distribution structure of agricultural market, as one of the fields where distribution patterns have changed. In the case of domestic agricultural distribution, demand and supply are unstable since the sales market is excessively concentrated in the designated wholesale market. Besides sales must go through multiple stages of distribution leading to problems in freshness and stability of agricultural products and downward pressure on profit margins for producers. To solve the above mentioned issues, we propose a cloud service convergence direct deal distribution platform based on asynchronous-driven Node.js. The proposed platform can facilitate a variety of direct trading functions and also access to visualization information related to agricultural products, which may increase user confidence at an intermediary-free direct transactions platform. First, we describe the requirements of intermediary-free direct transactions of agricultural products and transaction entities. Next the database structure and transaction functions are designed and then implemented according to those requirements. Finally, an API based cloud convergence service structure is designed to provide the analyzed information to ensure a trustworthy system.

Supply models for stability of supply-demand in the Korean pork market

  • As the supply and demand of pork has become a significant concern in Korea, controlling it has become a critical challenge for the industry. However, compared to the demand for pork, which has relatively stable consumption, it is not easy to maintain a stable supply. As the preparation of measures for a supply-demand crisis response and supply control in the pig industry has emerged as an important task, it has become necessary to establish a stable supply model and create an appropriate manual. In this study, a pork supply prediction model is constructed using reported data from the pig traceability system. Based on the derived results, a method for determining the supply-demand crisis stage using a statistical approach was proposed. From the results of the analysis, working days, African swine fever, heat wave, and Covid-19 were shown to affect the number of pigs graded in the market. A test of the performance of the model showed that both in-sample error rate and out-sample error rate were between 0.3 - 7.6%, indicating a high level of predictive power. Applying the forecast, the distribution of the confidence interval of the predicted value was established, and the supply crisis stage was identified, evaluating supply-demand conditions.
