AHP법을 이용한 농촌마을종합개발사업의 사업항목별 중요도 설정에 관한 연구 (A study on Classification System and Weighting Values for Comprehensive Development Projects of Rural Villages using AHP Method)

  • This study generalized and systemized the unit-project items of 176 project districts for the rural village comprehensive development projects (RVCDP). This paper surveyed opinions of III answerers (7 specialists, 43 agents of Korea Rural Community corporation, and 61 agents of local government of cities and counties) in order to determine the classification system and their corresponding weighting values of the project items using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. From the results extracted by project plans of 176 project districts for 5 years from 2004 to 2008, this study decided a hierarchical system for unit-project items of RVCDP by AHP method, which consisted of three steps: 4 items for 1st step, 13 items for 2nd step, and 52 items for 3rd step. The first step contains 4 items of Strength of Rural-urban Exchange & Regional Capability (RURC), Green-income Infrastructure & Facility (GIF), Culture-health-welfare Facility, and Eco-environment & Landscape facility (ELF). In the survey of weighting values with AHP method, the analysis result for the first step showed that in opinion of specialists, GIF is more important than the others while in opinion of the other agents, RURC is more important. In the second step, Product Facility is more important in the specialists, whereas Strength of Resident Capability is the most important in the other agents. Analyzed unit project items as the third step, all answerers evaluated that the Education and Excursion for Rural Resident Capability has the highest weighting values.

Analysis of the Present Status and Future Prospects for Smart Agriculture Technologies in South Korea Using National R&D Project Data

  • Food security and its sovereignty have become among the most important key issues due to changes in the international situation. Regarding these issues, many countries now give attention to smart agriculture, which would increase production efficiency through a data-based system. The Korean government also has attempted to promote smart agriculture by 1) implementing the agri-food ICT (information and communications technology) policy, and 2) increasing the R&D budget by more than double in recent years. However, its endeavors only centered on large-scale farms which a number of domestic farmers rarely utilized in their farming. To promote smart agriculture more effectively, we diagnosed the government R&D trends of smart agriculture based on NTIS (National Science and Technology Information Service) data. We identified the research trends for each R&D period by analyzing three pieces of information: the regional information, research actor, and topic. Based on these findings, we could suggest systematic R&D directions and implications.

농촌마을종합개발사업의 기본계획 사업비 특성분석 (Characteristics Analysis on Budget Distribution of Master Plan for Comprehensive Development Projects of Rural Villages)

  • This study analyzed the budget investment plans for the unit-project items(UPI) of 176 project districts for the rural village comprehensive development projects (RVCDP). This study classified the master plan reports of 176 project districts into 88 unit project items in aspect of project management, in order to analyze characteristics of distribution of budget in each project item. Most of all unit project items have similar types of uniform distribution with plus skewness in frequency pattern analysis except the total budget of the project district. This study analyzed the characteristics of budget distribution per province, year, and geographical types of region. Furthermore this paper also analyzed ratio of budget in unit project items to find out distribution pattern of each budget between project items over time. The hierarchical system for UPI of RVCDP consisted of three steps, which are 4 items of the first step on Strength of Rural-urban Exchange & Regional Capability (RURC), Green-income Infrastructure & Facility (GIF), Culture- health-welfare Facility, and Eco-environment & Landscape facility (ELF), 13 items for the second one, and 52 items for the third project items. From the results of the budget investment analysis for 5 years from 2004 to 2008, the budget investment ratios of RURC and ELF have steady state for every year, while GIF in decreasing and ELF in increasing over time. The ratios of UPI on infrastructure were decreased, whereas those on culture, health, and welfare were increased. Portion of tow project items among 52 items, which are community centers for village residents and rural experimental study facility, has 30% of total budget investment. Futhermore, the budget ratios of seven project items showed 50% of total budget. Average value of project budgets for five years was optimized as a type of exponential function in the case of decent array for ranking order.

농업법인과 중소기업의 정보화수준 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Informatization Level for Agricultural Corporations and SMEs)

  • 최근 농업 분야의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 농식품 ICT융복합이 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 농업법인의 정보화 수준을 진단하고 발전 방안을 도출하기 위해 농업법인 3,019개에 대해 설문조사를 진행하여 정보화수준 점수를 산출하였고, 농업도 점차 기업화되고 있는 농업법인이 늘어나고 있어 중소기업 정보화 수준 조사 결과와 비교분석을 진행하였다. 농업법인의 점수 산출을 위해 정보화수준 평가체계를 수립하였고, 평가 영역, 평가 지표, 평가 항목별 가중치 산출을 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 평가 영역별로 보면 정보화 추진 환경 영역의 수준이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 조직형태별 분석 결과에서는 농업 회사법인의 정보화수준이 영농조합법인보다 높았으며, 경영유형별로는 가공 및 유통의 정보화수준이 다른 유형에 비해 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 농업법인의 정보화수준은 2013년 기준 중소기업(50.18점) 정보화수준 대비 80.0%, 대기업(67.64점) 대비 59.4%로 나타났다. 특히, 투자타당성 분석, 정보화 투자, 정보화 교육의 격차가 큰 것으로 나타나 개선방안이 필요할 것이다.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum K9 유전체 분석을 통해 필수 물질대사 경로의 탐색 (Examination of the Central Metabolic Pathway With Genomics in Lactiplantibacillus plantarum K9)

  • Lactiplantibacillus plantarum K9은 굼벵이에서 분리된 다양한 생리활성물질에 기인하여 프로바이오틱스 균주로 활용 가능한 유산균이다. L. plantarum K9 유전체 분석결과로써 박테리아 염색체와 3 plasmid가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. L. plantarum K9의 핵심 대사경로 분석 결과 해당과정, 오탄당대사(pentose phosphate pathway)는 정상적으로 수행되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 포도당신생합성과 ED pathway의 핵심 효소인 fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (EC: 3.1.3.11)와 6-phosphogluconate dehydratase (EC: 4.2.1.12) / 2-keto-de- oxy-6-phosphogluconate (KDPG) aldolase (EC: 4.2.1.55)가 각각 결여되어 있기 때문에 포도당신생합성과 ED pathway는 수행하지 못하는 것으로 제의된다. 또한, TCA 회로에서 fumarate 및 malate를 형성하는 일부 효소만 존재하는 반면에 나머지 TCA 회로에 연관되는 효소들이 모두 결여되어 있었기 때문에 TCA 회로는 진행되지 못하는 것으로 추정되었다. 산화적 전자전달계는 NADH dehydrogenase complex I과 cytochrome reductase complex IV에 해당하는 요소들을 보유하고 있기 때문에 class IIB 타입(bd-type)의 전자전달시스템을 수행할 것으로 예측되었다. 종합적으로, L. plantarum K9은 lactic acid 동형발효를 수행하며, 포도당신생합성 및 오탄당대사가 가능하며, class IIB 타입(bd-type) 산화적 전자전달시스템에 의해 에너지 대사를 수행하는 것으로 제의된다. 따라서, L. plantarum K9은 다른 유산균주에 비교하여 lactic acid 생성량이 비교적 높아 생리활성도가 우수할 것으로 제의된다. 다른 한편으로, L. plantarum K9은 산화적 전자전달이 가능한 것으로 추정되어 산소에 대한 내성이 높아서 배양 특성이 양호하여 프로바이틱스로써 활용가능성이 높은 것으로 제의된다.

농산물 지리적 표시가 한식레스토랑의 고객에 대한 만족도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Agri-Products' Geographical Indications on the Customer's Satisfaction and Revisit Intentions in the Korean Pop-restaurants)

  • This study intended to examine the Korean restaurant customer's recognition about GIAP and to measure the reliability for them, and to figure out their effects on the customer's satisfaction and revisit intentions. Accordingly, research model had been set up and also hypotheses was made up according to pre-studies and pre-investigation results. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were concluded as valid results by the Cronbach's Alph for GIAP, customer satisfaction and revisit intention each other. Firstly, the effect of GIAP on the customer satisfaction was showed positive significance about four factors - perceived quality, reliability, authenticity and security on the customer satisfaction by the multiple regression analysis. Secondly, The effect of GIAP on the customer's revisit intention was showed positive significance about four factors - perceived quality, reliability, authenticity and security on the customer's revisit intention by the multiple regression analysis. Thirdly, the effect of the customer satisfaction on the customer's revisit intention was showed positive significance by the simple regression analysis. This study focused on medium level-cost Korean-pop restaurant so as to investigate general popular's recognition about the GIAP and intended to figure out their revisit intention. Therefore, the results are useful for increasing the food-service strategy system. Informations about the GIAP in restaurants can be credible to the restaurant customers.

농촌지역 수출 시행단계 농가의 수출 경험에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Research on the Rural Farmers' Exporting Experience in Stage of Conducting Export)

  • As an essential means to the exploitation of new demands, the export of agri-food has the price-supporting effect on the domestic agri-food and its expansion can be a good way to increase farms' income. Of course, to enhance farms' income under the liberalization of the market, it is necessary to have countermeasures considering various factors. To this end, the study understood the experiences of farms doing exports and looked into ways to improve them by reviewing their motivations to export, difficulties, requirements, etc. In this context, the study conducted the purposive sampling among tomato export farmhouses in Jeongseon-gun in the export enforcement phase and executed the theme analysis. The research findings and suggestions are as follows. First, in order to enhance the level of commercialization of Jeongseon-gun tomatoes and reinforce the trade bargaining power, it is necessary to form the consensus on policy and make the scaling of the site based on the strong organization power. To this end, it requires the active role of agricultural cooperatives that take a big portion of distribution in the site and distribute its profits directly to farmhouses. Second, it is necessary to set clear target markets for Jeongseon-gun tomato export farms and set sales strategies for each target market. That is, in order to expand the export of Jeongseon-gun tomatoes, after clarifying local sales and export sales, export farmhouses should focus on quality management and secure the quantity for export. Third, to expand the export to Japan which already has the foundation for the export of Korean tomatoes, and to new export countries of China, Russia, etc., it is necessary to set the 'Two-Track Strategies for Export Market (particular item for focus and particular area for focus)' through the building of network of tomato export areas in Gangwon-do. In conclusion, to expand the export of Jeongseon-gun tomatoes, agricultural cooperatives and leaders together should build the strong organizational power with farmhouses and secure the quantities for export. And, according to the 'Two-Track Strategies for Export Market (particular item for focus and particular area for focus)', export infrastructure and export operational system should be built and to do so, the solidarity of tomato export farmhouses in Gangwon area should precede.

농식품-ICT 융·복합 기술 개발 및 표준화 추진방향 (A study on standardization and R&D strategies of agrifood-ICT convergence technology)

  • 현재 우리나라 농업은 농식품 산업과 ICT 융합화로 새로운 가치를 창출하고, 농촌 지역 정보화 확충, 농정 시스템 효율성 제고 등을 통해 성장동력을 확충함으로써 지속가능한 성장을 도모하고 있다. 한편 국내 농업 ICT 융합 기술은 생산 분야 위주로 초기단계 수준에 머물러 있어, 생산 유통 소비단계를 아우르는 체계적인 기술개발과 표준화를 통한 성공 모델의 확산이 필요하다. 또한, 대형 유리 온실의 관제 및 제어 시스템은 외산 제품이 대부분이고, 농식품 ICT 융복합 기술에 관한 표준화 미흡 및 관련 기업의 영세성 등으로 민간 주도의 농식품 ICT 융복합 활성화에 한계가 있다. 그리고 기존의 농업기술에 정보화기술, 자동제어 기술 등 ICT 고유의 기술을 융합시켜 농업의 생산 유통 소비 전 과정에 걸쳐 생산성향상, 효율성 증대, 품질향상 등과 같은 고부가가치를 창출 방안 모색이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 농업-ICT 융합 기술 개발 현황, 표준화 동향 및 정책 동향 등을 분석하여 우리나라가 선도할 농업 ICT-융합 기술 분야를 도출하고 향후 표준화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLOT GEOMETRY AND INPUTS REQUIRED FOR FARM MACHINE OPERATION IN KOREA

  • The rapid industrial growth, the consequent shortage of farm labour and increase in their wage level have facilitated more capitalized agricultural mechanization pattern in Korea. The efficiency of capital intensive machine is highly dependent on farm land structure. This paper describes a model explaining the relationship between farmland structure and required inputs for machine operation and to estimate required inputs for machine operation on the national basis for Korea for its paddy production system. The machine cost is closely related to operation area, but the required labour-hours are more related to machine type adopted . From the technology introduction point of view, if capital intensive machine is introduced, less labour-hours are required but machine kW-hours increase rapidly. From the plot geometry point of view, on good geometry plots, machine kW-hour and labour-hour required are less than that on the poor geometry plots. The kW-jhour per hectare of mechani al energy input id better indicator of mechanization level than kW per hectare or number of machine. If the adopted technology is more capital intensive and plot geometry is good, the cost reduction effect is highly significant.

Microspore Division and Plant Regeneration from Shed Pollen Culture in Rice

  • An efficient system of rice microspore culture could contribute to the production of genetically modified rice. The microspores were isolated by mechanical or shed methods. The number of microspores per 100 anthers isolated at uninucleate stage was higher than (or similar to) those at binucleate stage in isolation method with pestle or spatular, but microspore divisions were not easily observed on both stages. On the other hand, pollen division in shed pollen culture was observed more frequently at uninuclear than at binuclear stage. Cold pretreatment at 1$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 days resulted in the best multicellular division to produce microcalli at 12.5% efficiency in shed microspores. Heat shock at 33$^{\circ}C$ for one hour before or after pollen shedding enhanced cell division and callus formation. Out of twelve green regenerants, two were haploids and ten were diploids based on the chromosome analysis of root tips. The size of stoma was 12$^{m}$ m in haploids and 15 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in diploids determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
