자연재해의 위험성 전이 과정에 대한 연구 - 사회.경제적 구조에 따른 인간의 적응양식을 중심으로 - (A Study on Risk Transference Processes of Natural Hazard - Focus on the human adjustment according socio-economic structure -)

  • 과학기술의 발달에 힘입어 자연현상에 대한 인간의 조절능력은 획기적인 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 수십년간 자연재해와 관련된 비용이 세계적으로 증가하고 있는데, 이는 새로운 형태의 대규모 자연재해가 급증하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 경향은 여러 가지 측면에서 나라나고 있으며, 향후 더 큰 규모의 재앙이 더욱 빈번하게 나타날 가능성도 감지되고 있다. 특히, 특정 재해의 위험성에 대하여 올바르게 인지하지 못하는 현상은 재해에 대한 위험성을 전이시키고 장기적으로는 재해에 대한 사회적 취약성을 확대시킬 수 있는 여지를 가지고 있다. 따라서 재해에 대한 올바른 인지와 이에 대한 효과적인 적응양식을 지역의 사회 경제적 구조와 연결지어 분석하는 작업은 환경재해로 일컬어지는 인위적 재해의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 중요한 작업이다.

A Study on Distributive and Procedural Justice of Flight Attendant

  • Purpose: This study demonstrated and analyzed the role of distributive justice and procedural justice in explaining the organizational effectiveness of flight attendant. In addition, analyzing the role of the airline type in the coordination between reward justice and organizational effectiveness. Research design, data and methodology: An abstract is the impact relationship between the reward justice and organizational effectiveness of flight attendant and the adjustment effect of the airline type was reviewed. To examine these research models, samples were collected from 281flight attendants during Nov, 2019. Results: Reward justice has a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, and the types of airlines have a meaningful adjustment effect in terms of the effect of reward justice on organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: Procedural justice and distributive justice have positive influence on two sub factors of organizational effectiveness of the flight attendant. It suggests that the standards, procedures and processes of compensation must be fair, the degree of effort, the stress or the tension of the flight attendant should be considering, and it is necessary for the airline to respect the personality of the flight attendant and provide them with accurate compensation information in a timely manner. This will increase the awareness of reward.

  • 본 논문에서는 전력동요 억제를 위한 TCSC의 강인한 LQG/LTR (Linear Quadratic Gaussian with Loop Transfer Recovery) 제어기 설계에 관한 연구를 하였다. LQG/LTR 제어기를 설계할 때 성능을 극대화하기 위해서는 여러 단계의 파라미터 조정을 하여야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다 변수 LQG/LTR 안정화 제어기 선계를 체계적으로 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 설계된 제어기를 실제의 비선형 전력시스템에 적용함으로써 전력동요억제 효과를 검증하였다.

생태학적 가족복지모형을 적용한 가족생활주기에 따른 심리적 복지 (Psychological Wellbeing across the Family Life Cycle based on Bioecological Family Welfare Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological wellbeing as applied to the bioecological family life welfare model, concerning individual attributes, family backgrounds, and family processes across the family life cycles. Based on Bronfenbrenner's bioecological perspective, the "bioecological family welfare model", which includes person (individual attributes), context (family background), process (mechanism - family process), and time (the family life cycles), was applied as a research paradigm for this study. The sample for the questionnaire study comprised for 900 families, considering the family life cycle in Busan and the Kyungnam area. The families were categorized into 6 family life cycles based on Duvall and Hill's family life cycle. For the final analysis, 628 families were used. According to the path analysis results, the length of commitment before marriage and self-esteem had significant effects on the stress coping ability. Several individual attributes and family backgrounds such as age, length of marriage, family life cycle, self-esteem and stress coping ability had significant effects on marital adjustment. The family life cycle and age were significant variables on family function. The significant variables on psychological wellbeing were monthly income, length of commitment before marriage, stress coping ability and marital adjustment. The regression model showed that the variables of the individual attributes, context and family process accounted for 51% of the psychological wellbeing. The results show that the suggested research model was significant and effective to explain the mechanism of psychological wellbeing. Individual attributes and family context have an impact on stress coping, marital adjustment, and family function, which in turn affect psychological wellbeing.

실내실험에 의한 기능을 상실한 보 철거로 인한 하도의 적응과정 분석 (Experimental analysis on the channel adjustment processes by weir removal)

  • 본 연구에서는 실내실험을 통하여 기능을 상실한 보 철거로 인하여, 급경사가 형성된 짧은 구간에서 두부침식과 천급점 변화, 그리고 교호사주의 거동을 고려한 하도의 적응과정을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 보 상류에서 두부침식이 발생하여 천급점은 상류로 이동하였다. 실험초기에 빠르게 이동하지만, 시간이 증가하면서 이동속도가 감소하였다. 교호사주가 발달한 조건에서 이동속도는 사주가 발생하지 않은 조건에서보다 빨랐다. 세굴심은 교호사주가 발생하지 않는 조건에서 보다 발생하는 조건에서 더 깊었다. 시간이 증가할수록 최대세굴심은 하류로 이동하며, 최대세굴심의 깊이와 이동속도는 감소하였다. 무차원 최대세굴심은 상류에서 유입되는 유사가 포착되고 되메우기가 진행되면서 이동속도가 감소하였다. 무차원 되메우기 속도가 증가할수록 무차원 최대세굴심은 감소하였다. 초기에 최대세굴심이 깊은 곳에서 되메우기가 빠르게 진행되며, 최대세굴심이 얕은 곳에서는 되메우기가 느리게 진행되었다. 특히, 무차원 되메우기 속도가 5이하에서는 무차원 최대세굴심이 급격하게 감소하며, 그 이후에서는 완만하게 감소하였다.

정신건강증진센터에 근무하는 정신보건간호사의 심리사회적 적응과정 (The Psychosocial Adaptation Process of Psychiatric Nurses Working in Community Mental Health Centers)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to verify psychosocial issues faced by psychiatric and community mental health nurse practitioners (PCMHNP) working in community mental health centers, and to identify the adaptation processes used to resolve the issues. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews between December 2013 and August 2014. Participants were 11 PCMHNP working in community mental health centers. Analysis was done using the grounded theory methodology. The first question was "How did you start working at a community mental health center; what were the difficulties you faced during your employment and how did you resolve them?" Results: The core category was 'regulating within relationships.' The adaptation process was categorized into three sequential stages: 'nesting,' 'hanging around the nest,' and 'settling into the nest.' Various action/interaction strategies were employed in these stages. The adaptation results from using these strategies were 'psychiatric nursing within life' and 'a long way to go.' Conclusion: The results of this study are significant as they aid in understanding the psychosocial adaptation processes of PCMHNP working in community mental health centers, and indicate areas to be addressed in the future in order for PCMHNP to fulfill their professional role in the local community.

농촌거주 일본인 결혼이주여성의 지역사회 적응과정에 대한 문화기술 (Ethnography on the Adaptation Processes of Japanese Marriage Immigrant Women to Community in Rural Areas)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and describe cultural meanings for married Japanese immigrant women in rural Korean communities. Methods: The informants were 10 women in rural areas. Data were collected from August 2017 to June 2018 through in-depth interviews and participant observations and analyzed using text analysis and taxonomic methods developed by Spradley. Results: The meanings of adaptation were classified into five cultural domains: Practicing the doctrine, accepting the difference, redemption, true home, and confronting reality. The subthemes according to meanings of adaptation were comprised of international marriage with a sense of calling, bearing with sense of duty, and making a living substantively. The subthemes in this study reflect the process of adaptation. The cultural themes in the process of adaptation were overcoming differences and conflicts between Korea and Japan to achieve true family. Conclusion: The adaptation processes of married Japanese immigrant women included making their living reality known and recognizing the times when exchanges between Koreans and Japanese cannot exist within a hostile composition.

문턱전압 조절 이온주입에 따른 MCT (MOS Controlled Thyristor)의 스위칭 특성 연구 (Effects of Vth adjustment ion implantation on Switching Characteristics of MCT(MOS Controlled Thyristor))

  • MCT (MOS Controlled Thyristor)의 전류 구동능력은 도통상태의 MCT를 턴-오프 시킬 수 있는 능력, 즉 off-FET의 성능에 의해 결정되고, MCT의 주된 응용분야인 펄스파워 분야에서는 턴-온 시의 피크전류($I_{peak}$)와 전류상승기울기(di/dt) 특성이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서는 MCT의 on/off-FET 성능 조절이 중요하지만, 깊은 접합의 P-웰과 N-웰을 형성하기 위한 삼중 확산공정과 다수의 산화막 성장공정은 이온주입 불순물의 표면농도를 변화시키고 on/off-FET의 문턱전압($V_{th}$) 조절을 어렵게 한다. 본 논문에서는 on/off-FET의 $V_{th}$를 개선하기 위한 채널영역 문턱전압 이온주입에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하고 이를 토대로 제작한 MCT의 전기적 특성을 비교 평가하였다. 그 결과 문턱전압 이온주입을 진행한 MCT의 경우(활성영역=$0.465mm^2$) $100A/cm^2$ 전류밀도에서의 전압손실($V_F$)은 1.25V, 800V의 어노드 전압에서 $I_{peak}$ 및 di/dt는 290A와 $5.8kA/{\mu}s$로 문턱전압 이온주입을 진행하지 않은 경우와 유사한 특성을 나타낸 반면, $100A/cm^2$의 구동전류에 대한 턴-오프 게이트전압은 -3.5V에서 -1.6V로 감소하여 MCT의 전류 구동능력을 향상시킴을 확인하였다.

열성형 과정에서 반응면 기법을 이용한 히터의 비정상 최적제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Time-Dependent Optimal Heater Control for Thermoforming Using Response Surface Method)

  • Thermoforming is one of the most versatile and economical processes available for the manufacturing polymer products. The drawback of thermoforming is difficult to get uniform thickness of final products. For the distribution of thickness strongly depends on the temperature distribution of sheet, the adjustment of heater power is very important In this paper, an optimization study for getting uniform temperature distribution was carried out using dual optimization steps. At first, the steady state optimal distribution of heater power is searched by numerical optimization to get uniform temperature of sheet surface. In the second step, time-dependent optimal heater inputs have been found out to decrease the temperature difference through the direction of thickness using Rseponse Surface Method and D-optimal method. The optimization results show that the time-dependent optimal heater power distribution gives acceptable uniform sheet temperature in the field of forming temperature..
