Effect of Ga, S Additions in CuInSe$_2$ for Solar Cell Applications

  • Gallium or sulphur additions in $CuInSe_2$ were prepared using RF magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition respectively. All of the observed thin films shows a chalcopyrite structure with the S and Ga addition increases the favourable (112) peak. The optical absorption coefficients were slightly decreased. The energy band gap of films could be shifted from 1.04 to 1.68 eV by adjusting the mole ratio of S/(S+Se) and Ga/(In+Ga). It is possible to obtain the optimum energy band gap by adding S or Ga solute at a certain ratio in favour of Se and In respectively. It is also necessary to control the ratio of Ga and S additions and to retain a certain portion of In and Se to provide better properties of thin films.

SHAPE PRESERVING ADDITIONS OF LR-FUZZY INTERVALS WITH UNBOUNDED SUPPORT

  • Continuous t-norm based shape preserving additions of LR-fuzzy intervals with unbounded support is studied. The case for bounded support, which was a conjecture suggested by Mesiar in 1997, was proved by the author in 2002 and 2008. In this paper, we give a necessary and sufficient conditions for a continuous t-norm T that induces DR-shape preserving addition of LR-fuzzy intervals with unbounded support. Some of the results can be deduced from the results given in the paper of Mesiar in 1997. But, we give direct proofs of the results.

"증보내경습유방론(增補內經拾遺方論)"에 대한 문헌(文獻) 연구(硏究) (The Study of the Literature on the Book of Neijingshiyifanglun with additions and emendations)

  • Objective : Neijingshiyifanglun with additions and emendations was written by Liu Yude, a doctor who lived during Ming period. I researched the origin of the book, and analyzed the features of it as well. I also approximated his birth date and death date. In doing this, I gained a better understanding the practice of medicine in ancient China. Method : I researched the book by comparing its contents, including the causes of diseases, the descriptions of symptoms, the transmissions of diseases, and treatments, with other sources that he had referenced. Result : In understanding Hwangdineijing, Liu Yude was influenced by many medical scholars such as, Wang Bing, Ma Shi, and Wu Kun, but his opinion is most similar to that of Zhang Jiebin. In the field of the Chinese Medical Theory, he was deeply influenced by 'JinYuan-Sidaijia's theories, particularly Li Gao and Zhu Zhenheng. In fanglun, he was greatly influenced by Yifangkao. He concluded that 'aggregationaccumulation' was a disease of stuffiness, and suggested its cure in through 'yangjingzezichu' and 'treatment of blood aspect'. He recognized the disease of 'reversal of qi' as the disease of 'jiaoqi'. He also indicated that the word of 'qi' is not 'rough' but 'tears' or 'yingfengliulei'. Conclusion : 1. He was an excellent medical practitioner and scholar in the history of oriental medicine. 2. He found and corrected errors in the opinions of Wang Bing, Ma Shi, and Wu Kun. 3. He frequently practiced Taipinghuiminhejijufang, and considered Spleen-Stomach, yin-blood, and fire-heat important. 4. He captured the spirit of Huangdisuwenxuanminglunfang, Neijingshiyifanglun, Yifangkao in views of remedy and theory. 5. Neijingshiyifanglun with additions and emendations is the most comprehensive book about fanglun because of its thorough analysis of the Hwangdineijing and its connection to the treatment of ancient diseases in Oriental Medical History.

답토양(沓土壤)에서 퇴비연용(堆肥連用)이 토양(土壤)의 이화학적성질(理化學的性質)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effect of Long-term Organic Matter Addition on the Physicochemical Properties of Paddy Soil)

  • 답토양(畓土壤)에 유기물(有機物)을 연용(連用)함으로써 토양(土壤)의 이화학적성질(理化學的性質)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)하여 20년간(年間) 퇴비(堆肥)를 시용(施用)한 조립질토양(粗粒質土壤)의 시료(試料)를 채취(採取) 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 립경조성(粒徑組成)은 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)와 무퇴비구간(無堆肥區間)에 차이(差異)가 없었으나 수리전도도(水理傳導度), 수중침정용적(水中沈定容積)은 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 높았다. 2. 가비중(假比重), 토양경도(土壤硬度)는 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 낮았으며 공극률(孔隙率)은 높았다. 3. Atterberg 상수(常數)(액성한계(液性限界), 소성한계(塑性限界) 및 소성지수(塑性指數))가 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 높았다. 4. 립국분포(粒國分布)는 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 뚜렷하게 증가(增加)되지 않았다. 5. pH, 유기물함량(有機物含量), 염기치환용량(鹽基置換用量), 치환성염류(置換性鹽類) 등(等)은 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 근소(槿少)하게 높았다.

아몬드 첨가에 의한 대두의 이소플라본 특성 변화 연구 (Changes of Isoflavone Distribution in Soybeans Using Almond Powder)

  • 천연소재인 아몬드 첨가에 의한 대두 이소플라본의 특성 변화를 연구하였다. 대두를 침지처리 및 oven-drying 공정을 통해 ${\beta}-glucosides$ 함량을 증가시킨 후 아몬드 2.5%첨가 12시간 반응으로 ${\beta}-glucosides$로부터 비배당체를 전환시켜 비배당체의 함량을 날콩에 비해 17.5배 이상 증가시킬 수 있었다. 아몬드 첨가에 의한 genistin 분해 속도 및 genistein 생성속도는 각각의 daidzin 분해 속도 및 daidzein 생성속도보다 높았다.

블루베리 가루를 첨가한 쌀 파운드케이크의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Rice Pound Cake prepared with Blueberry Powder)

  • This study investigated the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of rice pound cake prepared with various amounts of blueberry powder. The weight of rice pound cakes with additions of 2~8% blueberry powder increased from 418.58 to 420.50 g. The volume and specific loaf volume of rice pound cakes prepared by adding blueberry powder were lower than those of the control. The baking loss rate for the control was 7.72% and that of rice pound cakes prepared by adding blueberry powder decreased by 6.98~6.56%. The moisture contents of rice pound cakes added with blueberry powder were higher than the control. The pH levels for rice pound cakes prepared with blueberry powder ranged between 6.47 and 7.58 and that of the control was 8.11. The microstructural observation by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed well developed air cells of control. DPPH radical scavenging activity of the control group was 13.6%, whereas pound cakes prepared by adding blueberry powder ranged from 35.2~78.8%. The "a" value of redness was increased, but L and b value were decreased significantly by additions of blueberry powder. The full textural properties of rice pound cakes were being significantly increased by additions of blueberry powder. Sensory evaluation scores in terms of appearance, flavor, taste, texture and overall preference for pound cakes showed that 4~6% of substituted sample groups were higher than those of others. The results of this study suggest that additions of 4~6% blueberry powder was the best substitution ratio for rice pound cakes.

KOSPI20 지수종목 변경이 정보의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구 (A Converging Approach on the Effect of KOSPI200 Index Rebalancing on Information Quality)

  • 본 논문은 KOSPI200 지수구성 종목의 변경이 해당 기업의 정보의 질에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 정보의 질은 발생액의 질을 이용하여 대용하였고, 변수의 추정에는 Francis et al.(2005)의 모형이 사용되었다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지수종목에 진입한 기업과 퇴출된 기업들 사이에는 정보의 질에 유의미한 차이가 존재하며, 진입한 기업들의 정보의 질이 보다 좋은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 지수종목으로의 진입변수와 발생액의 질 사이에는 통계적으로 유의미한 음(-)의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과들은 기업이 지수에 편입될 경우에는 정보위험이 완화되어 정보비대칭이 개선되는 반면에 지수에서 퇴출되면 해당 기업의 정보의 질은 낮아져서 정보비대칭이 악화된다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 기업이 지수종목에 편입되거나 퇴출되는 일은 해당 기업의 정보비대칭에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 사건이라고 판단된다.

알루미늄 청동의 미세조직과 기계적 성질에 미치는 Fe 및 Si 첨가의 영향 (Effects of Iron and Silicon Additions on the Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Aluminium Bronze)

  • The effects of Fe and Si additions on the microstructures and mechanical properties of aluminum bronze have been investigated. In a bar-type specimen cast in a die mold, the addition of Fe promoted the dendritic solidification of the ${\alpha}$ phase. The hardness values increased slightly in the Fe-added specimen with heat treatment, while these values was increased significantly in the specimens with Si or with combined additions of Fe and Si. When a centrifugal casting bush with combined addition of Fe and Si was heat treated, the FeSi compound within the matrix was finely dispersed, and was observed to be the origin of cup-cone type conical dimple failure in the tensile fracture surface. The mechanical properties of the heat treated centrifugal casting bushes, whose nominal alloy compositions were (Cu-7.0Al-0.8Fe-3.0Si)wt%, exhibited tensile strength of $703-781N/mm^2$, elongation of 6.6-11.7% and hardness of Hv 222.6-249.2. These high values of strength and elongation were attributed to the strengthening of the matrix due to the combined addition of Fe and Si, and to precipitation of fine the FeSi compound.

자연수의 사칙연산에 대한 아동의 이해 분석 (The Analysis of Children's Understanding of Operations on Whole Numbers)

  • The study has been conducted with 29 children from 4th to 6th grades to realize how they understand addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, and how their understanding influences solving of one-step word problems. Children's understanding of operations was categorized into "adding" and "combination" for additions, "taking away" and "comparison" for subtractions, "equal groups," "rectangular arrange," "ratio," and "Cartesian product" for multiplications, and "sharing," "measuring," "comparison," "ratio," "multiplicative inverse," and "repeated subtraction" for divisions. Overall, additions were mostly understood additions as "adding"(86.2%), subtractions as "taking away"(86.2%), multiplications as "equal groups"(100%), and divisions as "sharing"(82.8%). This result consisted with the Fischbein's intuitive models except for additions. Most children tended to solve the word problems based on their conceptual structure of the four arithmetic operations. Even though their conceptual structure of arithmetic operations helps to better solve problems, this tendency resulted in wrong solutions when problem situations were not related to their conceptual structure. Children in the same category of understanding for each operations showed some common features while solving the word problems. As children's understanding of operations significantly influences their solutions to word problems, they needs to be exposed to many different problem situations of the four arithmetic operations. Furthermore, the focus of teaching needs to be the meaning of each operations rather than computational algorithm.

SPEX mill을 이용한 $Al_3$Hf 및 $Al_3$Ta 금속간화합물의 기계적합금화 거동과 $Ll_2$상형성에 미치는 제 3 원소 첨가의 영향 (Mechanical Aalloying Behavior of $Al_3$Hf 및 $Al_3$Ta Intermetallic Compounds by SPEX Mill and the Effect of Ternary Additions on the Formation of $Ll_2$ Phase)

  • 고온구조용 재료로의 사용이 기대되는 $Al_3Hf$$Al_3Ta$ 금속간화합물의 연성을 향상시키기 위하여 SPEX mill을 이용한 기계적합금화시 $Ll_2$ 상의 생성거동과 이에 미치는 제 3 원소의 영향을 조사하였다. Al-25%Hf 혼합분말의 경우에는 기계적합금화 6시간부터 $Ll_2$$Al_3Hf$ 금속간화합물의 생성되었으나, Al-25%Ta의 경우에는 30시간까지도 $D0_{22}$ $Al_3Ta$ 금속간화합물만 생성되었고, $Ll_2$상은 생성되지 않았다. Al-12.5%M-25%MTa(M = Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ni) 조성으로 제 3 원소를 첨가하여 20시간 동안 기계적합금화한 결과 Cu과 Zn의 경우에는 $D0_{22}$ 구조 금속간화합물만 생성되었고, Mn, Fe, Ni을 첨가한 경우에는 $600^{\circ}C$에서 등온열처리 후 D0(sub)22상으로 상변태되는 비정질상이 생성된 것으로 보아 이러한 제 3 원소의 첨가는 Cu와 Zn를 첨가한 경우에는 2원계와 마찬가지로 $Ll_2$상과 $D0_{22}$ 상간의 에너지 차이를 극복하기 못한 것으로 생각된다 한편, Al-12.5%M-25%Hf조성으로 Cu과 Zn를 첨가한 경우게는 2원계와 마찬가지로 $Ll_2$구조의 금속간화합물이 생성되었으나, Mn, Fe, Ni을 첨가한 경우에는 Al-12.5%M-25%MTa(M = Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ni) 계와 같이 비정질이 생성된 것으로 보아 Ni, Nn, Fe는 $AL_3X$ 금속간화합물을 비정질화시키는 경향이 강한 것으로 생각된다.로 생각된다.
