Biotope-Type Classification Considering Urban Ecosystem Structure (도시생태계 구조를 고려한 비오톱 유형 구분)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze biotope types of urban land-use patterns. Forest areas were considered according to vegetation type and potential for succession. Urban ecosystem structure was analyzed according to land use, land coverage, vegetation structure (actual vegetation, diameter at breast height, layer structure, and revetment). As a results of the classification, the biotopes were divided into 71 types according to the urban ecosystem structure. In the case of the Hanam province, the biotopes were divided into 51 types: 26 forest types; 5 swampy and grass land types; 3 farm land types; 3 types of planted land, and 8 types of urbanization.

  • This paper presents a position control system for a linear induction motor(LIM) with cage-type secondary using direct thrust control(DTC). The position controller, that combines the merits of integral-proportional(IP) speed control, is designed for the LIM. The actual position of the LIM is defected by the linear scale the resolution of 100. Thrust correction coefficient due to the end effect of the LIM is utilized in estimating actual thrust. As a result, responses of the position, speed, thrust, and flux are shown.

  • Parallel manipulators have been used to a variety of applications, including the motion simulators and mechanism for precise machining. A Stewart-Gough type parallel manipulator is composed of six linear joints which have wider contact areas than revolute ones, so linear joints are more affected by frictional force. First, the reference trajectories are computed from the model of the parallel manipulator assuming that it is subject to only the gravitational force and no friction exists. In the actual operation where friction exists, the control inputs, which correspond to the friction forces, are obtained by forcing the actual joint variables to follow these trojectories by proper control. It is shown that control performance can be improved when the friction compensation based on this information is added to the controller for position control of the moving plate of a parallel manipulator.

  • In this study, a machine simulation system was built using the actual scale of an AC-type 5-axis machine tool for mold surface machining that can be used in applications, such as, modeling and machine building, stroke, and collision detection. The validity of the 5-axis machine simulation system was verified by performing tool path generation, post-processing, machine simulation, prototype motion simulation, and an actual cutting experiment. This entire process was intended to activate the 5-axis machining in mold surface machining.

  • The purpose of this study to find the mixture of concrete for Top-Down method. Throughout test of elapsed time change and L-type flow, it was proposed basic performance and level of top-down method concrete. When change as to elapsed time is considered, so series of F10 added 10% S.P satisfied slump and demanded flow (60$\pm$5cm), and L-type slump, L-type flow satisfied liquidity, it can be considered basic mixture of designed actual frame later.

  • Thermal simulation of typical stack-type and newly proposed planar-type micro-gas sensors were studied by FEM method. The thermal analyses for the proposed planar structure including temperatur distribution over the sensing layer and power consumption of the heater were carried using finite element method by computer simulation and well compared with those of typical stack-type micro-gas sensor. The thermal properties of the microsensor from thermal simulation were compared with those of a actual device to investigate the acceptability of the computer simulation.

  • Artificial heart is divided by pulsation flow type and continuous flow type according to blood circulation pattern. Axial flow blood pump is a kind of continuous flow type artificial heart. Axial flow blood pump would be different pump performance according to impeller's shape and rotating velocity. Pump performance be able to compare by flow rate according to differential pressure and Impeller's rotating velocity. It confirms Impeller model of better efficiency according to compare Pump performance of axial flow blood pump using CFD with actual experiment result.
