The study aims at analyzing practices of vocational life of human resources in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of university(14), college(12) and public & private vocational training institute(10) in Busan areas for empirical analysis. Analyzing items are consist of two parts. The one is employment life and job-seeking activity, the other is career development and future plan in career. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, employees have had a 2-3 times job transfer experiences. Second, difficulties of job-seeking activity are lack of information and experience. Third, the best wanted region for job transfer is Seoul etc.

This study investigated the effects of children's temperament and environmental factors on boys' and girls' noncompliance in ecological context. Observations were made of 62 children(34 boys and 28 girls, $\bar{x}$= 44 months) enrolled in child-care centers. Mothers and caregivers completed questionnaires. Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's Correlation, and three way ANOVA. Results showed no significant gender difference in noncompliance. There were correlations between children's activity level, maternal rejection and responsiveness, quantity of child-care and boys' noncompliance. For girls, only activity level and quantity of child-care were related to noncompliance. The effects of maternal child-rearing behavior and child-care variables on noncompliance varied by children's gender and temperament.

This study is result of interview and investigation into three rural communities progressing Rural activity, and points to be considered before promoting policy 1) Resident participation taking a lot of time, need to sustainable education and chance of personal experience, as well as stage of working plan and performance must be a serious consideration about resident opinions. 2) Until placing operation and management on the right track, experts and administrators will be help aspects of software and finance. 3) It is necessary to periodically train rural activity experts, and educate business persons. 4) Through checking a process, each community improve, supplement, will work out the next support system.

The purpose of this study was to observe cospla subculture in 1990s new generation of Korean youth, focused on activity that was reproducing the appearance of individual characters in animation, comic books and computer games, and to understand the representing process and meaning of appearance. The ethnographic methods including in-depth interviews and observation were used to approach such cultural form more closely from the youth generations perspective and their language. The results were as follows: 1. Although the cospla is originated from Japan, the local experience of Koreans make it the special youth subculture of Korea. 2. There are homological features and hierachical structure among group members of cospla subculture. The core values of Korean cospla are that they are realizing their ideal and elevating their own self-esteem. 3. Their appearance has connotation as symbolic resistance. The cultural activity of cospla is non-realistic, non-productive, but cosplayers conform to the social norm, too.

This paper is intended to suggest how to improve Korean high school students' awareness of the pronunciation in order to foster communicative effectiveness. Initially it is focused on the tasks of listening to the suprasegmental aspects. The strategies used in the listening process are (1)discerning intonation units, (2)recognizing rhythm pattern, and (3)identifying contraction and linking in connected speech. The tasks including in each process are listening discrimination, guided practice activity, and listening and speaking activity. The teacher should avoid methods which yield discouraging outcomes and try to help students enjoy experience of success in doing exercises and activities. So I suggested: students put the slash on the pause perceptible to chunk the stream of speech into the intonation units, and mark the content words to internalize English rhythm. And then I suggested that students listen to pop song English in order to improve the awareness of function words and connected speech in the intonation unit.

The purpose of the paper is to provide the importance of matacognition as a factor to correct the errors generated by the intuition. For this, first of all, we examine not only the role of metacognition in mathematics education but also the errors generated by the intuition in the mathematical problem solving process. Next, we research the possibility of using metacognition as a factor to correct the errors in the mathematical problem solving process via both the related theories about the metacognition and an example. In particular, we are able to acknowledge the importance of the role of metacognition throughout the example in the process of the problem solving It is not difficult to conclude from the study that emphasis on problem solving will enhance the development of problem solving ability via not only the activity of metacognition but also intuitive thinking. For this, it is essential to provide an environment that the students can experience intuitive thinking and metacognitive activity in mathematics education .

This study starts with a remark on the frequent usage of the term 'generation culture' in the explanations of cultural change. The term 'generation culture' itself does have neither a clear meaning nor any academic consensus for its operational definition yet. Depending on intuitions or common senses, in most cases, of everyday lift experience, the tends to designate the co-existence of different cultural layers as composing subsystems of a little broader Korean cultural trend. I tried here to analyze different positions and perspectives in the employment of this term, sometimes with strategic intentions of each social groups. Economic or political positions, for example, are intertwined with the quest of identification concerning 'we' and 'other' grouping dynamics in the Age of Globalization, which accelerates the speed of cultural re-territorialization. And the role of consumption activity as a kind of cultural indication has gained more weight in that process. This analysis will remind us, also, of the post-modem society's assumption about the space-and-time in transition, and its fluctuation.

As aging society makes rapid progress, various social problems arise. The drop of productive labor and the increase of welfare cost can be taken as examples. From this point of view, a use of aged labor is a matter of great Important to national productivity improvement. But, the participation rate of the aged in economical activity amounts to 49.8 percent and their unemployment rate does 2.1 percent. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the deterioration of skill and the lowering of adaption to new working environments due to aging. Since the aging effect is closely related to worker's productivity, it should be properly measured and analyzed. The coordination tester is used to find out activity limitations. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the workers can be improved through the effective of their experience. Therefore we can say that some operation is not influenced by aging.

Software quality is classified by quality of process and product. In experience of Quality Management, it is known that quality level of product as it depends on goodness and badness of process and organization. As a result, improvement of software process has been important subject. According as this trends, ISO 12207 is publicated as standard of software life cycle process by ISO. For UML based object oriented development process, it is necessary that we should research detailed definition of activity and task of ISO 12207 process which is added, deleted or tailored in according to organization and project characteristics. In this thesis, by according with ISO 12207 software life cycle process, UML based object oriented development process is proposed. This process is composed of 7 steps and 19 activities including development phase, activity and product to improve quality of reliability. Usefulness of object oriented process for improvement of software quality is proved at three ways, which are comparative analysis of process characteristics, SPICE process evaluation and SPICE rick analysis.

Tin-Can은 SCORM의 한계를 극복하고자 미국 표준제정기관인 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)에서 개발하였다. SCORM의 차세대 버전으로 탄생한 Tin-Can은 Experience API (XAPI) 라고도 불리며 학습자가 학습경험을 얻는 과정을 저장하는 도구로써 각광을 받고 있다. 온라인 학습환경에서 중점 중의 하나는 Learning Analytics를 통하여 학습자에게 맞춤형 학습을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 학습자의 활동 정보(Activity Data)를 데이터베이스화하는 것이 중요한데 위와 같은 기능들을 모두 제공해 줄 수 있는 것이 Tin-Can이다. 본 논문에서는 Tin-Can에 대해 설명하고, 온라인 학습환경에서 Tin-Can을 접목하여 학습 활동 정보를 수집하는 방법에 대해서 설명한다.
