과학 실험 활동을 적용한 김치 체험 콘텐츠가 아동의 섭취 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Changes of Perceptions and Consumption of Kimchi in Children with Kimchi Experience Contents Employing Scientific Experimental Activity)

  • 김치는 한국의 전통 식문화이고 그 건강 기능성도 세계적으로 알려져 있으나 식생활의 서구화 및 간편화로 그 섭취량이 줄고 있다. 전통 문화의 전승 주체이자 미래 국민 건강의 지표가 되는 아동들의 김치 섭취를 촉진하기 위해 과학 실험 활동을 적용한 김치 체험 콘텐츠 "김치탐구 과학탐구-Exploring Kimchi"를 개발하고 시범운영을 통해 콘텐츠의 교육적 효과를 평가 하였다. 광주광역시 소재 W초등학교 5학년 137명을 대상으로 3주간 총 3차시로 김치 체험 콘텐츠를 시범 운영하였고 사전 및 사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 과학 실험 활동을 적용한 김치 체험 콘텐츠가 김치 섭취에 대한 유익성 및 김치에 대한 친밀감과 관련된 인식 태도를 향상시키고, 김치 취식 의향을 높이는 데 효과가 있으며 김치 취식량도 유의적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

전신 홍반성 루푸스 환자의 불안, 우울 및 질병활성도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Anxiety, Depression and Disease Activity Index in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythemtosus)

  • The purpose of this study is to describe anxiety, depression and disease activity index(SLEDAI) and correlations among these variables, to provide the basic information developing apporiate nursing interventions for the lupus patients. In this study, authors evaluated anxiety, depression and SLEDAI from 39 lupus patients at one university hospital in Seoul. Data were collected by using questionnaires and reviewing medical records. Frequencies, t-test, Duncan's multiple range test after ANOVA were evaluated with SAS program. The key results were as follows : 1. The average age of the subjects was 31.0 years and ranged from 20 to 51. Female comprised 70.9% and 79.5% were unemployed and housewife. Fifty one point nine percent of the sample had a spouse and above junior college graduates. 74.4% of the sample had a religion and average length of suffering from lupus was 66.59 months. Majority(94.9%) of the subjects had experience of hospitalization, and 55.3% had experience of learning about lupus and average number of learning was 3.9. 2. The average anxiety score of the subjects was 44.53, showing significant relationship with educational background(t=2.27, p< .05), monthly income(F=4.56. p< .05). 3. The depression score was 41.85, showing significant relationship with monthly income(F=3.81 p=0.0236) experience of learning about lupus(t=2.09, p< .05). 4. The SLEDAI score was 12.36, showing no significant relationship with demographical variables. 5. Anxiety showed positive correlations with depression(r=0.76, p< .001), SLEDAI(r=0.48, p< .01), and depression showed positive correlations with SLEDAI(r=0.42, p< .001).

일반인의 환자안전활동 경험, 환자안전인식 및 환자참여 의지 간의 관계에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Relationship among Patient Safety Activity Experience, Patient Safety Perception and Willingness to Participate in the General Population)

  • 본 연구는 일반인을 대상으로 환자안전활동 경험, 환자안전인식 및 환자참여 의지 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 수행하였다. 또한, 일반인의 환자안전 참여를 증가시키기 위한 환자안전교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2019년 11월에 온라인 설문을 통해 195명의 단면 조사를 수행하였다. 대상자는 최근 1년 이내에 종합 병원에 입원한 경험이 있는 일반인으로 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PROCESS Macro (Model 4)를 이용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 환자안전활동 경험은 환자안전인식에 유의한 직접효과가 있었고, 환자안전인식은 환자참여 의지에 유의한 직접효과가 있었다. 그리고 환자안전인식은 환자안전활동 경험과 환자참여 의지 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 일반인의 환자참여 의지를 증가시키기 위한 방안으로 의료기관에서 수행하는 환자안전활동에 대한 홍보와 교육을 통해 환자안전인식을 향상시키는 것이 필요함을 강조하였다.

The Role of Visitor's Positive Emotions on Satisfaction and Loyalty with the Perception of Perceived Restorative Environment of Healing Garden

  • Background and objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visitors' positive emotions on satisfaction and loyalty with the perception of restorative environment of a healing garden created in an urban agriculture expo. Methods: The psychological indicators to the images of the healing garden were analyzed by the visitors' demographic variables and the three factors of plant cultivation activity level: plant cultivation experience, plant preference, and plant-related event. Results: Between age groups and occupational groups, significant differences were found statistically. The Perceived Restorativeness Scale(PRS) showed significantly differences between age groups in repose, fascination and legibility. The Positive Affect & Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS) showed statistically significant differences between age groups in positive emotions. In addition, we investigated the correlation between the PANAS and the three factors of plant cultivation experience level, the four factors of the PRS, satisfaction and loyalty. The three factors of plant cultivation experience level, the four factors of the PRS, satisfaction and loyalty showed a positive correlation with positive emotions and were inversely correlated with negative emotions significantly. Multiple regression analysis with dummy variables was conducted to examine the effects of plant cultivation activity level, attention restoration, and the PANAS on healing garden visitors' satisfaction and loyalty. As a result, among the four factors of the PRS, fascination and positive affectivity were significant variables that affect healing garden visitors' satisfaction and loyalty. Conclusion: The results indicated that the higher the attention restoration of visitors due to the fascination of the healing garden and the higher their positive affectivity and the more they have plant-related memories, the higher their impact on healing garden visitors' satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, fascinating natural environments or greenery landscapes like healing gardens where people can contact plants would reduce negative emotions such as anger and sadness but to increase positive emotions such as pleasure, joy and satisfaction.

사회봉사 교과목 수강전후 간호학생들의 자아존중감 및 우울에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changing in Self-esteem and Depression of Nursing College Students after Voluntary Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the voluntary program experience with curriculum on self-esteem and depression in nursing college students. The research design utilized in this study was one group pre test-post test design. The data were gathered two times with questionnaire. First data were gathered before voluntary activity. And second data were gathered after instruction and five times voluntary activity. The data were analized by frequency, paired t-test. t-test. and ANOVA using the SAS program. The results were as follows 1. After the activity the scores of self-esteem were significantly higher than before the activity. 2. After the activity the scores of depression were significantly lower than before the activity. 3. The relationship between self-esteem and depression were negatives in both before and after the activity. 4. Before voluntary activity the scores of self-esteem in the class choosing the Culture Exploration were significantly high. but after the activity the scores of self-esteem were not significantly different. 5. As opinion on attendance of lecture class of voluntary activity program. before voluntary activity the scores of depression were not significantly different. but after the activity the scores of depression were significantly different.

도전감과 능력이 플로우에 미치는 영향 -20 쇼핑몰과 30 쇼핑몰을 중심으로- (Effects of Challenges and Skills on Flow-focused on a 2D Shopping Mall and a 3D Shopping Mall)

  • Flow has attracted more interests in consumer behaviors, with pleasure and fantasy getting more important in shopping. "Flow" means the experience with which consumers feel as pleased and satisfied as in playing pleasantly, and the optimal experience they feel when they are indulged in an activity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among challenges, skills, flow experience, and future behavioral intention in online shopping malls. In addition, a 3D shopping mall and a 2D shopping mall were selected as the stimuli in order to examine the differences in flow experience in accordance with web site types. A survey questionnaire was developed and 700 data(2D group: n=380, 3D group: n=320) were used for analysis. Data were analyzed through structural equation model to explore effects of challenges and skills on flow. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the perception of higher challenges and skills led to positive flow experience and higher time distortion. Second, the higher the level of time distortion was, the higher the flow experience was. This means that a shopping mall will increase flow experience, if it is interesting enough to be unaware of time passing. Third, flow experience had a positive influence on future behavioral intention. Finally, in all variables except skills, the impact of 3D shopping mall is greater than that of 2D shopping mall, which means that web site types affect flow experience.

정부주도의 농촌 정보화마을 전자상거래 모델의 성공요인과 수익성에 대한 연구 (A Study of Success Factors and Profitability of the E-village Shopping Mall Supported by the Korean Government)

  • 본 연구에서는 농산물 전자상거래의 한 형태인 정보화 마을 조성사업의 성과를 분석하였다. 정보화마을 조성사업의 목표인 정보화를 통한 소득증대, 즉 전자상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 전자 상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 정보화 교육, 정보기술이용, 홈페이지 커뮤니티 조직의 지식공유를 선정하였으며 체험 관광 유 무가 각 요인의 매출액에 주는 조절효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과 홈페이지 커뮤니티 활성화와 조직의 지식공유가 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으며, 나머지 요인들은 매출액에 영향을 주지 않았다. 체험 관광의 조절 효과는 체험관광유 무에 따라 정보화 총 교육시간과 정보기술이용에 효과가 오히려 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 조직의 지식공유에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 체험 관광이 정보화 마을의 주민들에게 정보화 교육과 정보기술을 이용 할 수 있는 촉매가 될 것으로 예상되며, 조직의 지식공유는 정보화 마을 주민들 사이에 커뮤니케이션이 이루어졌기 때문에 체험 관광에 대한 소비자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키지 못함으로써 신뢰를 주기보다는 실망을 주는 것으로 해석 할 수 있다.

증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 동극활동유형에 대한 유아의 사용자 경험 (Young Children's User Experience on Dramatic Activities Relying on Robot Projector Based Augmented Reality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 일반 동극활동, 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 동극활동, 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 창의적 동극활동을 실시하고 유아의 사용자 경험 반응을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 20명을 대상으로 6주 동안 3편의 동화를 감상한 후, 각각 동화에 대한 세 가지 동극활동을 차례대로 진행하였다. 이후 모든 동극활동 프로그램에 참여한 유아들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 유아가 가장 흥미로워했던 동극활동은 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 창의적 동극활동인 반면, 가장 흥미 없었던 동극활동은 일반 동극활동이었다. 둘째, 유아가 가장 쉽다고 답한 동극활동은 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 동극활동인 반면, 가장 어렵게 인식했던 동극활동은 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 창의적 동극활동이라고 하였다. 셋째, 증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 동극활동에 대해 모든 유아가 기술은 어렵지 않다고 답변하였고, 증강현실기술의 효과, 로봇의 역할 모두 정확하게 인식하여 답변하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아를 위한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 성격과 방향에 대한 적극적이고 체계적인 연구의 필요성을 시사한다.

A Study on the Development of Fruit Tree Experience Programs Based on User Segmentation

  • Fruit trees are a key part of agriculture in rural areas and have recently been a part of ecotourism or agrotourism. This study analyzes user segmentation based on user motivation to determine characteristics of potential customers in fruit tree farms, and thereby develop fruit tree experience and educational programs. We conducted a survey of 253 potential customers of fruit tree experience programs in September 2017. Data were evaluated using factor and cluster analyses. The results of the cluster analysis identified four distinct segments based on potential customers' motivations, that is, activity-oriented, learning-oriented, leisure-oriented, and purchase-oriented. These clusters showed that significant differences in the preference of potential customers exist. Different markets were segmented based on the benefits sought by users. The segments' characteristics were identified and activities relevant to each segment were proposed for rural tourism. Lastly, this study suggests directions for development of fruit tree farm experience and educational programs.

보육시설 평가인증이 보육교사의 보육활동 자료활용 및 유아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Childcare Centers Accreditation on Teachers' Utilization of Activity Materials and Interaction with Children)

  • Recently, many childcare centers have actively participated in assessment accreditation. 115 teachers who did participate or did not participate in the accreditation process completed a structured questionnaire, We examined differences between teachers in accredited centers and in non-accredited centers in terms of their individual characteristics, work environment, the utilization of activity materials and the interaction with children. In addition, using the regression model, we analyzed the effects of several characteristics of teachers and childcare center's accreditation on the utilization of activity materials as well as the interactions between teachers and children. The main results of this study are as follows. First, overall, the level of work environment of non-accredited centers was lower than that of accredited centers. Second, compared with teachers in non-accredited centers, teachers in accredited centers used more and higher levels of activity materials, and demonstrated a higher level of interactions with children. Third, including accreditation, use of helpers had a significant effect on the interactions between teacher and children. Forth, not only the accreditation system, but also work hours, work experience, children's age and use of helpers had a significant effect on using materials in childcare activities. Conclusively, understanding the experience of teachers in accredited centers is important hi terms of facilitating the quality of activities and the interactions with children.
