  • This study aimed to analyze the performance of Disney-collaborated fashion lines based on online consumer reviews. To do so, the researchers employed text mining and network analysis to identify key words in the reviews of these products. Blogs, internet cafes, and web documents provided by Naver, Daum, and YoutTube were selected as subjects for the analysis. The analysis period was limited to one year after for the 2019. Data collection and analysis were conducted using Python 3.7, Textom, and NodeXL. The research terms in question were as follows: 'Disney fashion collaboration' and 'Frozen fashion collaboration'. Preliminary survey results indicated that 'Elsa's dress' was the most frequently mentioned term and that the domestic fashion brand Eland Retail was the most active in selling Disney branded clothing through its own brand. The writers of reviews for Disney-collaborated fashion products were primarily mothers with daughters. Their decision to purchase these products was based upon the following factors; price, size, stability of decoration, shipping, laundry, and retailer. The motives for purchasing the product were the positive response of the consumer's child and the satisfaction of the parents due to the child's response. The problems to be solved included insufficient quantity of supply, delay in delivery, expensive price considering the number of times children's clothes are worn, poor glitter decoration, faded color, contamination from laundry, and undesirable smells immediately after the purchase.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth interview with dentists in order to provide fundamental data regarding their thoughts in relation to the dental hygiene process of care and its necessity in clinical practice, with the aim of ensuring that dental hygienists can perform their duties as experts. Method : Following explanation of the study, we administered the questionnaire to those who agreed to participate between September 26 and October 28, 2017. A Naver-form (mobile) questionnaire was distributed to the research subjects for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 24.0. Analysis was performed by calculating the frequency and percentage of the general characteristics of the subjects, occupational expertise, and the dental hygiene process of care. Result : Among the 56 research subjects, 48 (85.7 %) were men and 8 (14.3 %) were women. Awareness on the part of respondents of the job responsibilities associated with the dental hygiene process of care ratio was as follows: 11 (19.6 %) categorized their level of knowledge regarding the dental hygienist's job duties as "very much know"; 13 (23.2 %) as "somewhat know"; 18 (32.1 %) as "neither"; and 9 (16.1 %) as "somewhat don't know", while 5 (9.0 %) said "I have no idea". The dental hygiene process of care was categorized as "very much necessary" by 50.0 % of respondents; as "somewhat necessary" by 35.7 %; and as "neither" by 14.3 %. Conclusion : The dental hygiene process of care is one of the methods used to continuously manage patients with dental-related concerns. Recently, the management of patients in the dental clinic has changed from a disease treatment model to a concept of active prevention for improving the quality of life related to oral health. • Arthropod-borne viruses (Arboviruses) are transmitted by arthropods such as Culicoides biting midges and cause abortion, stillbirth, and congenital malformation in ruminants, apparently leading to economic losses to farmers. To monitor the distribution of Culicoides and to determine their relationship with different environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, wind speed, and altitude of the farms) on 5 cattle farms, Culicoides were collected during summer season (May-September) in 2016 and 2017, and analyzed for identification of species and detection of arboviruses. About 35% of the Culicoides were collected in July and the collection rate increased with increase in temperature and humidity. The higher altitude where the farms were located, the more Culicoides were collected on inside than outside. In antigen test of Culicoides against 5 arboviruses, only Chuzan virus (CHUV) (2.63%) was detected in 2016. The Akabane virus (AKAV), CHUV, Ibaraki virus and Bovine ephemeral fever virus (BEFV) had a positive rate of less than 1.8% in 2017. In antigen test of bovine whole blood, AKAV (12.96%) and BEFV (0.96%) were positive in only one of the farms. As a result of serum neutralization test, antibodies against AKAV were generally measured in all the farms. These results suggest that vaccination before the season in which the Culicoides are active is probably best to prevent arbovirus infections.

  • Although microorganisms play an important role in composting process, researches on the effective microorganism (EM) in composting process are rarely reported. In this study, three stages of work performed 1) investigation of composting facility 2) sample collection and isolation of the EM 3) lab-scale composting by seeding the isolated EM. For this, purpose, physical, chemical, and biological characteristics, such as temperature, moisture content, organic matter, pH population of microorganism, etc., were investigated during the process and the results were compared with those of a control(non-seeded). In the composting facility, the most active degradation of food waste was suppsed to occur in 10-11th day of composting by observing the temperature and CO2 emission. The population of bacterial and fungi was highest in thermophilic stage. Meanwhile that of actinomycetes and yeast was relatively uniform during the process. In the lab-scale test, the thermophilic stage was maintained longer(more than 9 days in 17 days of experiment) in the seeded which was favored for the high reduction of organic matter and moisture. Reduction rates of lipids and salinity were also increased in the seeded. It confirmed these results that the population of microorganisms in the seeded was observed higher in several orders than the control. However, pH of the seeded was maintained as low as about 4.5 throughout the experiment except the final period of the process. Meanwhile, pH of the control rose in the early stage of the experiment. This was probably due that the seeded microorganisms collected from the composting facility was adapted to the low pH environment.

  • Background: Return to work after treatment completion is important for both cancer survivors and society. Financial distress is one of the factors that may influence the return to work in cancer survivors. However, this relationship has not been well investigated. This study aimed to determine the rate of return to work and its relation to financial distress among Iranian cancer survivors. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was undertaken among 165 cancer survivors who completed their initial treatments and had no signs of active cancer. The Return to Work questionnaire and Financial Distress/Financial Well-Being Scale were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Results: After initial treatments, 120 cancer survivors (72%) had returned to work, of which 50 patients (42%) had returned to full-time work and 70 (58%) reduced their work hours and returned to part-time work. Cancer survivors also reported high levels of financial distress. In addition, the financial distress was lower among patients who had returned completely to work, in comparison to patients who had quit working for cancer-related reasons (p= 0.001) or returned to work as part-time workers (p=0.001). Conclusions: The findings showed that a high percent of Iranian cancer survivors had not returned to their jobs or considerably reduced working hours after treatment completion. Accordingly, due to high levels of financial distress experienced by participants and its relation to return to work, designing rehabilitation programs to facilitate cancer survivor return to work should be considered.

  • One of Streptomyces sp. was screened as an antibiotic producing strain against Gram positive bacteria specifically from about one hundred Actinomycetes collections. The isolated KM-48 strain, indexed in our collection, was secreted an anbitiotic in nutrient broth culture. The active principle was extracted with acetone from the lyophilized solid of cultured filtrate. The nonadsorbed elute in aluminium oxide was isolated as a purified homogeneity which revealed a sing1e spot under ultra-violet beam on avicel thin layer chromatography. The isolated antibiotic was sensitive specifically against the Gram positive bacteria and fungi. About fifty percent inhibition of the control growth on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was 18$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$. The antibiotic was lavile against thermotreatment and stabled in acidic condition remarkably. The KM-48 was identified as a similar strain to Streptomyces tsusimaensis on its morphological and cultural characteristics.
