Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

본 연구는 피셔리나 개발의 필요성을 심층적으로 분석하여 피셔리나 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌분석과 심층면담, 델파이 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 피셔리나 개발의 필요성은 첫째, 해양레저 선박의 증대로 인한 포화상태, 둘째, 경제적인 건설의 가능성, 셋째, 어촌경제의 활성화로 나타났다. 피셔리나의 문제점은 첫째, 어민과 레저선박 이용자 간의 갈등, 둘째, 재정적 어려움, 셋째, 인프라의 부족으로 도출되었고, 이에 따른 피셔리나 활성화 방안은 첫째, 이해관계자를 중심으로 한 협의체 구성방안, 둘째, 재정건전성 확보방안, 셋째, 사업연계를 통한 인프라 구축방안, 넷째, 제도적 보완방안으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 낙후된 국내 피셔리나 개발 사업을 확대하고, 더 나아가 해양레저산업의 활성화에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

오늘날, 현대사회에서는 국가발전의 의미를 예전과 같이 경제적 차원에만 두지 않고 나라의 문화적 역량과 예술적 수준으로 국가의 이미지와 자부심을 표상하고 있다. 즉, 우리는 문화예술시대에 살고 있다. 국내 각 지역에서는 대도시를 중심으로 공연예술의 현대화로 탈 쟝르화, 대중문화와 고급문화의 융합, 새로운 미디어와 콘텐츠의 개발 등 공연예술의 특성화와 활성화가 이루어지고 있으나 지방자치단체의 의욕적인 시도가 아직까지는 공연예술의 현장에 충분한 영향력을 끼치지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 경기북부지역을 중심으로 국내의 공연예술현황을 비교, 분석하고 미래의 공연예술 활성화 방안을 모색한 결과 경기북부만의 고유한 콘텐츠를 통한 브랜드화, 공연예술단체의 경쟁력 강화, 공연프로그램의 다양화, 공연시설의 확대화, 예술정책의 궁극적인 목표달성과 활성화를 위한 지역의 전문적인 교육기관을 통한 우수한 인재양성이 절대적으로 필요하다는 결론에 도달했다. 이에 본 연구의 분석이 지역문화발전의 기초자료가 되고 지역문화예술 수준향상에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Load management programs was initiated in the 1970s to actively influence customer load in the United States. Generally, load management programs can be categorized into direct load control(DLC), indirect load control(IDLC), and energy storge system(ESS). The DLC allows the utilities to shed remote customer demand unilaterally Direct load control(DLC) has lately attracted considerable attention. This paper suggests efficient promoting plans of DLC, which has a lot of advantages. The importance of DLC will be increased more and more. Therefore, various studies of DLC activation plans have to be continued.

This study is progressing or suggests effective space planning for rural village area conventional markets that is planning business market modernization process. Rural village area conventional markets of small scale are inputting a lot of efforts and financial resources for activation. Also, I wish to quote activation plan for rural village area conventional markets that face in stagnation. Studied spatial form and conventional market activation factors by space use special quality of rural village area conventional markets for architectural planning plan presentation. Investigated spatial change for several years that appear in Geum-wang conventional market for this. As a result, could deduce plans of space improvement plan for conventional market space positively. Also, through this study, suggest activation plan of conventional market that display similar space type including Geum-wang conventional market. Therefore, environment improvement of conventional market's type and special quality based on space activation elements and need space environment improvement plan the architecture plan in early planning phase of business.

The purpose of this study was to develop plans for activating the 4-H clubs in Korea. Data for this study were collected from 125 members in 4-H clubs and 140 extension educators who participated in 4-H activity. Total of 265 responses were analyzed after data screening. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) for Windows for the personal computer were used to analyze the data. Frequency, percentage, ANOVA, and LSD test for post-hoc interpretation were employed to analyze the data with a statistical significance level of .05. Based on the conclusions of this study, following recommendations were offered: To activate rural youth organizations, especially 4-H clubs in Korea the following measures should be included in the plans for activation; 1) To classify membership into student and non-student clubs to focus on the needs of active members; 2) To establish clear objectives for club activities; 3) To enhance field-oriented operation of clubs; 4) To develop various activity programs that members could be fascinated; 5) To promote subject matter specialists in order to support club activities effectively; and 6) To clarify functions and roles of extension service centers and non-governmental organizations in order to support club activites.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the current job-related characteristics coordinators in East-West Collaborative Medical Practices(EWCMP) and to develop activation plans for them. Method : The participants were 51 personnel who were supporting EWCMP in the 28 institutions. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results : The major role of the participants was educating and consulting patients(74.5%) and followed by supporting collaborating physician(70.6%). They assumed to be helpful to make the patients easy to use EWCMP(98%) and to give patients full information what they asked(96%). However, participants responded lack of adequate educational programs and role ambiguity as chief complaints(91.7%). They showed relatively high level of job importance(78.7points on 100points) and job satisfaction(72.8points on 100points). Coordinators were expected to have bachelor and more than 8 years clinical career, and communication skill. Conclusions : Coordinators have played key roles in giving information for the patients and coordinating EWCMP. However their roles and job description was not clear, and educational programs was insufficient as required. Therefore, it is needed to clarify their roles and job description and establish professional educational programs for supporting coordinators.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to explain the agrophotovolatic system built by the Korea South-East Power Company and to propose methods to activate the agrophotovolatic system for the development of the renewable energy industry. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a three-step simulation in order to design a photovoltaic module, and we built the agrophotovolatic system based on the results of the simulation. Then, we analyzed the monthly generation of power and the rice harvests produced on farmland using the photovoltaic module. Based on the results of the analysis, we proposed institutional improvements to increase the use of the agrophotovolatic system, and we proposed new business models to increase the participation of farmers and business persons. Findings When we compared the agrophotovolastic system with the general photovoltaic system, we found that the agrophotovoltaic system had higher utilization rates and power generation. An analysis of rice produced on farmland using the photovoltaic module showed that more than 80% of the rice produced on general farmland was harvested. We suggested activation plans that involved the revision of the farmland law and the introduction of renewable energy certificate (REC). We also proposed a land lease model and a farmer participation model as two new business models, and we conducted economic evaluations and sensitivity analyses for both models.
