학습동기가 높은 학생들의 학업성취도 수준에 따른 의지조정 전략 분석 (Analyses of Volition Strategy by Achievement Level of the Students with High Learning Motivation)

  • 이 연구는 학습동기가 높은 학생들의 학업성취도 수준에 따라 그들이 사용하는 의지조정 전략의 빈도와 유형을 분석하여, 과학학습에 학습을 유지시켜 주는 의지조정 전략의 역할을 확인하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 인지수준이 같고 학습동기가 높은 학생들 중에서 학업성취도 수준이 높은 학생 3명과 낮은 학생 3명을 선정, 이들을 면담과 수업관찰을 통하여 학습을 방해받는 상황에서 사용되는 의지조정 전략을 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과, 학업성취도와 의지조정 전략 간에는 일정한 관련이 었으며, 학업성취도 수준에 따라 의지조정 전략 사용 빈도와 사용하는 의지조정 전략 유형에 있어서 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 학업성취도 수준이 높은 학생은 학업성취도 수준이 낮은 학생보다 의지조정 전략을 더 빈번히 사용하여, 학습을 방해받는 상황에서도 계속적으로 학습을 유지하였다. 또한 학업성취도가 높은 학생은 다양한 내적통제 전략을 사용하는데 비해 학업성취도가 낮은 학생은 환경통제 전략을 주로 사용하며 한정된 의지조정 전략을 사용하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교과에 학습자 중심 루브릭을 적용한 수행평가가 학업성취도와 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 루브릭과 관련된 선행연구 자료들을 수집 분석하여 학습자 중심 루브릭을 적용 한 수행평가의 절차를 도출하였으며, 그 절차에 따라 수행과제와 과제에 알맞은 학습자중심 루브릭을 개발하여 수행평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과 학습자 중심 루브릭은 협상하는 과정에서 루브릭과 수행과제의 이해를 향상시킴으로써 학습동기와 학업성취도 향상에 있어서 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

대학생의 어머니 취업에 대한 긍정적 신념에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Related to University Students' Positive Beliefs about the Consequences of Maternal Employment)

  • This study examines the factors related to university students' positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. A total of 338 university students in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Kyungnam area provided information about their socio-economic background, parents' employment history, achievement motivation, and gender egalitarian attitude. A two-way analysis of variance showed significant interaction effects of gender and grade on positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. Multiple regression analyses by gender indicated that factors related with university students' positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment may differ by gender. For male students, grade, and socio-cultural gender egalitarian attitude were significantly related to positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. For female students, grade, family monthly income, mother's employment during elementary school, and achievement motivation were related with positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment.

아동의 개인 및 가족변인과 교실의 심리사회적 환경변인이 자기통제에 미치는 영향 (The Individual, Family and Classroom Environmental Variables that Affect Children's Self-Control)

  • This study examines different individual and environmental factors that affect children's self-control. For an analysis, locus of control, perceived competence, and achievement motivation were all included in individual variables. For family variables, mothers' parenting and patents' marriage conflict were examined. For classroom psycho-social environment, teacher support, peer relationship, class involvement, and teachers' supervision were used. The sample consisted of 548 fifth and sixth grade children. Statistics and methods used for the data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. Several major results were found from the analysis: First, locus of control, perceived competence, and achievement motivation had a positive correlation with children's self-control. Second, mothers' affective parenting had a positive correlation with children's self-control. However, mothers' controlling parenting and parents' marriage conflict had a negative correlation with it. Third, teacher support, peer relationship, and class involvement had a positive correlation with children's self-control. In addition, teacher supervision had a positive correlation with girls' self-control. Fourth, class involvement, locus of control, and academic competence were important variables predicting boys' self-control. On the other hand, Class involvement, achievement motivation, academic competence, teacher's supervision, and mothers' controlling parenting were important variables predicting girl's self-control.

중년여성의 자아실현과 영향요인 (The Influencing Factors on Self-actualization in Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factor to self actualization in middle-aged women. Method: The subjects for this study were 191 middle-aged women selected by convenience sampling in three cities. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Result: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The relationship between self-efficacy, social support, self esteem, motivation for achievement, parental satisfaction with children and self-actualization were found to have statistically significant positive correlations. But the relationship between depression and self-actualization were found to have statistically significant negative correlation. 2. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor was social support. Social support, motivation for achievement and self esteem accounted for 38.1% of the variance in self-actualization in middle aged women. Conclusion: According to these results, it is recommended that in order to enhance self-actualization in middle-aged women, empowerment of social support, motivation for achievement and self esteem should be pursued.

스포츠클럽지도교사의 리더십 행동 유형이 선수 심리에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Teacher's Leadership Style on the Player's Psychology in School Soccer Club)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of soccer club teachers' leadership behavior types on elementary and middle school students' psychological factors. The subjects in this study were 561 students who consisted of 245 elementary and 316 middle school students - from 15 elementary and 17 middle school teams. All the teams are registered in the Busan Sports Club. The findings of the study were as follows : Autocratic behavior must be used rarely because it causes great anxiety. Positive feedback behavior is needed to improve students' confidence. Positive feedback behavior and training and instruction behavior are needed for achievement motivation. For this reason, teachers must coach students through positive feedback behavior, training and instruction behavior and social support behavior to build confidence, achievement motivation and cohesion. Since confidence, achievement motivation and cohesion depend on careers, coaching student's early helps students perform better.

귀산촌 교육 개선을 위한 교육 참가자 인식 특성 분석 - 시니어 산촌학교 참가자를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Participants' Perception for Improvement of Education on Return to Mountain Village - In the Case of the Participants in Senior Mountain Village School -)

  • The present study aimed to examine participants' perception regarding improvements in education for their return to a mountain village, based on "satisfaction, motivation's achievement, and effectiveness." Survey was conducted with 80 participants in 2017, of which 64 valid responses were used for statistical analysis. SPSS 21.0 program was used to conduct descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were that a higher level of "satisfaction regarding the instructor and teaching materials" resulted in a higher level of motivation's achievement of technology skills, social skills and effectiveness in interpersonal exchange. The findings also revealed that if "the content of education" were satisfactory, there was effective self development. In addition, the higher the motivation's achievement of social skill, the higher the perception in effectiveness of self development and interpersonal exchange. The study can contribute to provide baseline data for improvement of education on return of people to their mountain villages, which are collaborating with civic groups, governments, research institutions and enterprises.

국내 대학생에게 적용한 플립러닝의 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석 - 자기주도학습, 학습동기, 효능감, 학업성취도를 중심으로 - (A systematic review and meta-analysis of flipped learning among university students in Korea: Self-directed learning, learning motivation, efficacy, and learning achievement)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to provide a systematic review and meta-analysis of research on flipped learning effects applied to university students. Methods: The random effect model was applied to 21 papers to calculate the effect size. To verify the moderation effect, a meta regression analysis and meta ANOVA were performed. Publication bias was verified through a funnel plot, and then an Egger's regression test was conducted. Results: The overall average effect size was .69 (95% CI: .51-.87), showing a median effect size, which was statistically significant. The outcome variables were in the order of learning motivation (Hedges' g=.83), self-directed learning (Hedges' g=.78), learning achievement (Hedges' g=.66), and efficacy (Hedges' g=.50), which were statistically significant. Conclusion: Flipped learning was found to be statistically significant in improving self-directed learning, learning motivation, efficacy, and learning achievement amng university students. It is suggestd that this method be actively applied in university education.

초등학교 과학 수업에서 대본을 사용한 협동학습의 효과 (The Effects of Scripted Cooperative Learning in Elementary School Science Instruction)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 과학 수업에 대본을 사용한 협동학습의 적용하여 그 효과를 조사하였다. 6학년 3개 학급 95명을 대상으로 '여러 가지 기체' 단원 총 9차시에 대하여 전통수업, 협동수업, 대본을 사용한 협동수업을 실시한 후, 학업 성취도, 과학 학습 동기, 과학 수업에 대한 태도를 비교하였다. 이원 공변량 분석 결과, 학업 성취도에서 수업 처치와 성취 수준 사이에 유의미한 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 성취 수준 하위 학생들의 학업 성취도 점수는 대본을 사용한 협동학습 집단이 다른 집단보다 유의미하게 높았다. 또한 과학 학습 동기와 과학 수업에 대한 태도 점수도 대본을 사용한 협동학습 집단이 유의미하게 높았다.

온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 지각된 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Perceived Academic Achievement of Nursing Students in Online Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 지각된 학업성취도, 학습동기, 자기주도학습능력, 인지적 실재감 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 지각된 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위함이다. 2020년 10월 19일부터 10월 30일까지 W군에 위치한 일 개 대학 간호대학생 210명을 편의표집 하였으며, 부적절한 응답자를 제외한 202명의 자가보고 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 지각된 학업성취도는 학습동기(r=.45, p<.001), 자기주도학습능력(r=.50, p<.001), 인지적 실재감(r=.64, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 주관적 성적(β=-.152, p=.001), 자기주도학습능력(β=.102, p=.030), 인지적 실재감(β=.705, p<.001)은 지각된 학업성취도에 대해 57.0%의 설명력을 보였다(F=91.00, p<.001). 따라서 본 연구를 토대로 간호학생들의 자기주도학습능력을 증진시키기 위한 다양한 중재방안을 개발하고, 인지적 실재감을 높이는 수업설계를 하는 노력이 필요하겠다.
