오늘날의 교육은 단순히 지식을 많이 습득하는 것보다 문제를 인식하고 지식 및 정보를 통합하여 창의적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량 중심의 교육을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 역량을 배양하고 함양하기 위해 학생들의 발달 수준을 알아보고 분석하기 위해 국제 수준의 학업 성취도 평가 연구가 국제기구를 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 학습자들의 역량을 효과적으로 평가하기 위해 최근에 컴퓨터 기반 평가가 도입되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제 수준의 학업 성취도 평가에서 컴퓨터 기반 평가가 이루어지는 현황을 파악하고 PISA와 ICILS의 공개 문항의 특징을 비교하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

As the increase in the use of computers and rapid development of information technology exacerbate auditors' judgmental process, achieving objectives(effectiveness) of control and auditing with limited resources requires auditors to identify relative importance and priority of controls. Consequently, auditors' review and evaluation of internal control is been highlighted in modrn auditing process. Especially, as more organizations adopted LAN(Local Area Network) systems. LAN environment is facing with problems arising from characteristics of theLAN and the evaluation of LAN controls. The modern in this study is LAN control evaluation model with information system auditing objectives. This study concludes that auditors' proper evalution of the importance of LAN controls contributes to the effective achievement of IS auditing objectives.

In Korea, most of the historic city became a deteriorated area with low-rise settlement. It is revaluated as a s great potential in spite of slum clearance and redevelopment for a long while after 1970s. A great achievement for low rise multi family housing, in spite of these social change, is not easy to find the cases and social commonness. In the view points, this article deals a ideal model in historic areas, and the model should be get the understanding from the people, because acceptance from people is the beginning for making historic housing areas. The facade model for evaluation prepared as three types, and responses for the models processed by AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process).

Safety of railroad is result of reliability which is received from test & evaluation of system. Railroad system is consisted of various sub system such as vehicle, supply of electric power, signal, communication, rail track construction, operation. To secure safety of railroad, evaluation about parts, assembly, sub system, whole system etc.. that compose railroad is essential. In this paper, I wish to describe for results that analyze korean tilting vehicle's derailment coefficient developed by national research achievement. Confirmed that is possible even if speed up, curved line department running speed that estimate korean tilting vehicle's running safety in curved line track of Jungang Line about 20 km/h than present operating speed.

This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.

In CAI, it is very important to evaluate the grade of understanding which students reach about the scope of problem which students are studying. In this paper, to find out students' learning achievement, we make students reply to test which the system presents and then lead evaluation result using fuzzy number about answer result. Besides, we define the degree of prior knowledge of studentsd as conditioned fuzzy number and use existing fuzzy accuracy production function begore the stage of using fuzzy number, Next, we apply conditioned fuzzy number to accuracy degree of answer produces by this function. Through this, we come to the conclusion that evaluation result as to the same answer result is changed according to the degree of prior knowledge about the scope which students are studying.

본고는 대만고등교육 평가체제를 대상으로 심아 이를 심층적으로 이해하는데 목적을 두었다. 대만은 2005년 고등교육평가중심기금회(Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan)라는 전담독립기구를 신설하여 평가를 수행하고 있다. 평가의 종류는 대학경영 전체를 평가하는 대학종합평가(校務評鑑), 학문분야평가(系所評鑑), 그리고 특정항목의 산출결과를 통계화하여 대학간 우열을 비교하는 업적평가(績效評鑑)의 세 가지 방식으로 수행하고 있다. 인증제는 학문분야평가에만 적용하고 있다. 평가방법은 먼저 자체평가보고서를 제출한 후 방문평가를 거쳐 평가보고서를 작성하고 결과를 공포하는 일반적인 순서로 접근하고 있다. 평가결과는 통과, 대기관찰, 미통과의 3개로 구분되는데 2008년 6월의 발표에 의하면 미통과 비율이 총 15.7%에 달하였다. 미통과된 대학은 입학정원에 있어 불이익을 받으며 다음해에 추수평가를 받도록 하고 있다. 한편 평가결과에 대한 도태제 적용, 업적평가의 순위 발표에 대한 논란이 제기되고 있으며, 평가위원의 자질 향상, 평가지표의 불합리 등에 대한 문제도 제기되고 있다. 대만의 이러한 특성과 문제는 우리 고등교육평가에도 유의한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

본 연구는 교수자와 학습자들이 소유하고 있는 여러 장치들을 활용한다는 개념을 이용하여 스마트러닝 환경을 지원할 수 있는 학습자 평가시스템을 개발하여 수업에 적용하였다. 또한, 인터페이스, 상호작용, 애플리케이션, 기술지원, 평가 영역을 통해 학습자의 만족도를 분석하였다. 개발된 시스템은 태블릿 PC와 스마트폰용 애플리케이션 프로그램, 프로젝터를 지원하는 전자교탁용 프로그램, 서버 프로그램으로 구성된다. 수업자료 및 학습자에 대한 평가, 피드백 자료는 모두 서버에 저장되며, 학습자는 이를 이용하여 스마트폰, 데스크탑 PC를 통해 학습하거나 수업에 대한 피드백을 실시간 받을 수 있게 하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 학습자의 학업성취도와 학습에 대한 흥미를 높일 수 있음을 보이고 있다.
