The Influence of User Experience Elements of Digital Music Access Platform on User Loyalty: Mediation Effect of Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception

  • With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart phones, the domestic digital music access platform has entered a period of rapid development. Existing studies in the academic circle have shown that experience has a positive impact on user perception and loyalty. However, the research on the relationship between brand loyalty, user perception and user experience of Internet products has not received much attention. Starting from the brand loyalty theory and user experience theory, this paper explores the mechanism of user experience, user perception and brand loyalty of digital music access platform. Based on the development status of digital music access platform in China, the purpose is to explore how the user experience of the mainstream digital music access platform can affect Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception. And to explore how the Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception can affect users' brand loyalty. also further explore the role of users' perception in this process to understand the relationship between brand and user experience. In practical operations, 398 formal questionnaires were issued online to collect first-hand data, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis analysis were carried out successively on the data in the later stage. Through research, it is found that the user experience of digital music access platform has a partial significant impact on the perception and loyalty of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived usefulness of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived popularity of applications. The e perceived usefulness and perceived popularity of the digital music access platform are positively correlated with the loyalty of the application. Through this research, it has certain guiding significance to the promotion of digital music access platform's brand loyalty degree.

  • The goal of this study is to find ways to improve the open access publication support service platform through the usability evaluation of the publishing manager interface among the AccessON journal repository interfaces, which is an open access publication support service platform. Various documents and cases related to open access publishing and usability evaluation in order to answer three research questions: collection of user experience responses of interface, extraction of issues and improvement points, and analysis and derivation of suggestions for other open access publication support service platforms. Responses to the experience of using the publishing manager interface were collected through surveys and focus group interviews. Combining this, it was possible to present the results of the usability evaluation of the AccessON journal repository interface through various numerical information. The results of the usability evaluation made it possible to propose issues and improvements to the AccessON journal repository manager interface, and finally, it was possible to derive suggestions for the open access academic publishing support service platform to be developed later.

  • Recently, interest and demand for facial information processing technology that can provide non-face-to-face identity authentication and access management service using smart devices, which is an essential environmental improvement for multi-use facilities, is increasing as a way to prevent the spread of infectious diseases worldwide and to cope with social measures. This study defines a multi-use facility classification system and applied service field to establish a continuous access control system, and measures to improve the usability of the service platform considering scalability through a dual access control system and personal/measurement information type analysis, and accordingly We would like to propose a service roadmap. In addition, it aims to improve the physical access management system service platform, which is a multi-use facility application service that requires one-time and multiple-use authentication according to usage. It is expected that the methodology of this study can be applied as a service platform of a logical access control system type in the future.

  • The catastrophic collapse of the in-boiler scaffolding system in the two thermal power plants occurred in March and April 2012. After site investigation and document review, it was found that the specialized scaffolding system was imported for overhaul & maintenance and that the system did not get the safety certification at the import. In this regard, this study developed & proposed an access platform and a support for the vertical tube section of the super heat as well as a variable-length platform for the horizontal tube section, satisfying the domestic certification standards. The access platform was developed to be easy to handle by the worker with a weight of about 0.069 kN, which could reduce the risk of falling accidents and workers' musculoskeletal diseases. For the variable-length platform, it is possible to cope with various changes in length between the horizontal tubes associated with the increase of rigidity in the overlapping and the elimination of the protrusion.

  • Learning Power Electronics is essential in both electrical and electronic engineering fields and the introductory courses are similar in many universities. Taking this premise into account, an educational computer-aided platform for power electronics will be presented in this paper. This educational platform includes an e-book, a set of power electronics animations, Java simulations, as well as several hands-on training sessions. The main advantages of this platform are twofold. First, all necessary teaching tools are combined on a single platform. And secondly, access to this platform is available free of charge and with no complicated registration requirements. In addition to traditional teaching techniques, the use of this platform has demonstrated an increase in student participation and has consistently improved their academic performance. Data consist of surveys, which guarantee both reliability and validity through psychometric techniques.

  • In a multi-cloud environment, it is necessary to minimize physical movement for efficient interoperability of distributed source data without building a data warehouse or data lake. And there is a need for a data platform that can easily access data anywhere in a multi-cloud environment. In this paper, we propose a new platform based on data fabric centered on a distributed platform suitable for cloud environments that overcomes the limitations of legacy systems. This platform applies the knowledge graph database technique to the physical linkage of source data for interoperability of distributed data. And by integrating all data into one scalable platform in a multi-cloud environment, it uses the holochain technique so that companies can easily access and move data with security and authority guaranteed regardless of where the data is stored. The knowledge graph database mitigates the problem of heterogeneous conflicts of data interoperability in a decentralized environment, and Holochain accelerates the memory and security processing process on traditional blockchains. In this way, data access and sharing of more distributed data interoperability becomes flexible, and metadata matching flexibility is effectively handled.

  • Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants.   • The study examines the role of facilitating conditions and user habits in the use of technology in Online Learning Platform (OLP) in Indonesia. The adoption of online learning, persistence, and learning results in online platforms is essential for ensuring that education technology is implemented and gets as much value as possible. People who use technology and systems will embrace new technologies even more. This quantitative study is based on a survey of 254 respondents, who were active users of the technology, and considers the facilitating conditions and user habits variables. Two research hypotheses were tested using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling method. Cronbach's Alpha, path coefficient, AVE, R-square, T-test were applied. The results showed that the factors significantly influence the Online Learning Platform technology behavioral intention. This impact is primarily associated with the availability of the resources required to use OLP technology. The availability of these resources includes supporting infrastructures such as widespread Internet access, easy access to mobile devices, and file sizes that affect access speed. The findings of this study suggest that it is necessary to introduce and increase the availability of resources for using OLP technology, and familiarize people with the technology features.

  • This paper presents the design of a USB home controller and a home control system that specially is focused on controlling home appliances as a part of home network systems, the implementation of the USB device access class in an OSGi service platform and a home security system as an application. Designed USB home controllers are able to control various home appliances. They can be used not only to control big home appliances like a boiler but also to control small home appliances like a toaster because they are low-cost solutions. The USB home controller supports real time control using the interrupt transfer of the USB specification. And It is easy to use by homemakers who have no technical knowledge of the system because they just plug and unplug it in a home server then it automatically joins and leaves a home control system. This technique is based on hot-plug and the USB Device Access class in an OSGi Service Platform. The USB Device Access class supports the coordination of automatic detection and attachment of the USB home controller on an OSGi Service Platform, and it downloads and installs device drivers on demand. For an application, we implemented and tested a home security system using two USB home controllers and a CDMA module.
