Recently, industrial environments have been drastically changed. Customers require cheaper, better, stronger products more than ever. Thus companies have to satisfy the requirements of customers to be survived in this kind of industrial environments. To cope with these requirements from customers, engineers in industries must accept new paradigm and use some special tools for developing new product. This study has applied a Concurrent Engineering which would be good for shortening of product development period in developing of Full Logic Deck mechanism using in car audio. In this paper, a real case of systematic approach and successful story of Concurrent Engineering application in developing Full Logic Deck mechanism is illustrated.

The use of fluoride and other preventive methods caused a dramatic decline in dental caries and the need for restorative dentistry. In our modern society that places a high value on appearance, emphasis is now shifting towards esthetic dentistry which has experienced a high popularity with the development of bonding techniques and materials including porcelain and composite. To satisfy patients wanting whiter teeth and a better looking smile, there are many treatment options ranging from full crown coverage to conservative procedures such as bleaching. Whether bleaching should be combined with other esthetic procedures or used alone depends on the type of discoloration and the patient's willingness to accept the various treatment options. Therefore, in order to obtain a successful esthetic outcome, careful diagnosis and treatment planning followed by consultation with the patient is of utmost importance.

This study was carried out to obtain the information concerning the behavior and underlying consciousness of housewives about the disposal of foods waste and to find out relationships among environmental variables. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews from 350 housewives in Ulsan area. Foods waste can be produced at every stage of cooking. It was found that the most amount of foods waste was produced at the preparation stage of cooking. The type of dishes which produces the most waste was chigas. About 49.4% of foods waste consisted of vegetables and fruits and 18.5% of that was fishes. The environmental concern related to foods waste disposal was relatively high among subjects and they were willing to accept foods waste reducing system if it is not too complicated to use and not too expensive. These results have demonstrated that menu planning before food preparation and buying cleaned and trimmed materials in the market should be highly recommended to reduce the foods waste. To improve the disposal behavior of foods waste, it is required that well programmed education for environmental conservation and the public facility for foods waste disposal.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the subjective experiences of female college students about how they accept, resist, and interpret their gender identities and roles. The research data were autobiographic essays reflecting research participants' gender identities internalization process. Thirty essays were chosen, and carried by qualitative content analysis. It turned out that most of these female students were not blessed their birth among their family members only because of their sexes. On the one hand, these female students were restricted their behaviors by their sexes in their daily lives such as responsibility on household work, not permitting drinking, late returning home, and sexual behavior before marriage. On the other hand, they sometimes took advantage of their sexes for self-rationalization. But they were proud of the fact that they will be mothers someday. It seemed that motherhood was center for their female identity.

This paper describe an intelligent cruise control system for automobile. With the remarkable numerical increase of automobiles on the road, the optimized traffic flow control using the cruise control is one of the very important traffic problems to overcome the limitation of an existing road capacity. Based on this idea that minimize the fuel cost and the air pollution, and accept a driver's needs for driving, we have developed an intelligent cruise control system for vehicle. This proposed intelligent fuzzy cruise controller was successfully implemented using the fuzzy algorithm, the i80c196 μ-controller board and the throttle valve actuator. The field test results on an linear road was introduced.

We have fuzzy hypotheses testing from Bayesian statistics with ideas from fuzzy sets theory to generalize Bayesian methods both for samples of fuzzy data and for prior distributions with non-precise parameters. Appling the principle of agreement index, the posterior odds ratio in the favor of hypotheses $H_0$ is equal to product of the fuzzy odds ratio and the fuzzy likelihood ratio. If the Posterior odds ratio exceeds the grade judgement, we accept the hypothesis $H_0$ for the degree.

NAD(P)H-quinone oxidoreductase (EC 1. 6. 99. 2) was purified form S. cerevisiae. The enzyme readily reduced 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol, a quinonoid redox dye, as well as substituted benzo- and naphthoquinones, and could accept electrons from either NADH or NADPH. The purified NAD(P)H-quinone oxidoreductase turned out to be capable of reducing nitrosoarenes as well as a variety of quinones. A chemical-trapping technique using 4-chloro-1-naphthol was used to show that the N,N-dimethyl-p-benzoquinonediiminium cation was produced in the reduction of 4-nitroso-N,N-dimethylaniline catalyzed by NAD(P)H-quinone oxidoreductase.

A joint brand of furniture companies named Gaboro has been officially launched in the form of a juridical foundation. It was invested by Seoul City and the union members for regenerating the furniture companies in Seoul on August 1, 2003. However, Gaboro still has a few problems to overcome for successful business from joint marketing. Firstly, Gaboro must create a R&D post in order to lead the member companies through consistent production of furniture in addition to engraving its brand. Secondly, the head office of Gaboro must be authorized to prevent each union member from manufacturing the furniture products not well suited to the fresh brand. In addition, the member companies justly need to regulate the product items, and simultaneously to accept the new image concepts. Lastly, Gaboro needs to launch unique items to discriminate its design from other competitive companies.

This study examines the use of ill-structured problem to help the 4th graders' problem solving and reasoning. It appears that children with good understanding of problem situation tend to accept the situation as itself rather than just as texts and produce various results with extraction of meaningful variables from situation. In addition, children with better understanding of problem situation show AR (algorithmic reasoning) and CR (creative reasoning) while children with poor understanding of problem situation show just AR (algorithmic reasoning) on their reasoning type.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture(constructive and defensive culture) and emotional labor along with the social supports (supervisor support, colleague support). Using data obtained from a survey of 419 flight attendants of a major airline company in south Korea. The results are as follows: Organizational culture had a significant effect on emotional labor. At this point, colleague support mediated the relationship between constructive culture and emotional labor. In addition, supervisor support and colleague support had a mediating role between defensive culture and emotional labor. This result concludes that flight attendants positively accept the essential manuals and safety regulations in the special working condition with a unified team service. Furthermore, the results show that social supports are an important job resource for flight attendants helping them reach their work-related goals.
