고유주기에 따른 건축물의 수평진동에 대한 거주자의 허용가속도평가 (Evaluate of allowable acceleration for Occupants in Horizontal Vibration of Buildings according to Natural Frequency)

  • In this paper, peak acceleration for horizontal vibration of buildings was estimated from the results of vibration tests using a shaking table. Human comfort of occupants is supposed to be satisfied according to the peak acceleration in NBCC and ISO6897, which have been used by Korean structural engineers. In the paper, we used a one-dimensional shaking table for horizontal vibration tests, which was mounted with a vibration house similar to a living space. Experimental results were obtained according to increasing accelerations in the range of 0.2Hz through 1.2Hz of frequency with five experimental groups, each of which was composed of eight persons. We obtained performance curves by dividing the distribution of perception from horizontal vibration tests into the ranges of 0${\sim}$25%, 26${\sim}$50%, 51${\sim}$75%, 76${\sim}$100% and then fitting the curves. Also we made a questionnaire based on human comfort criteria of foreign countries, and examined the feelings of subjects. From the results of horizontal vibration tests, it was found that acceleration of perception was low when frequency was high, and that visual and auditory senses affect the human perception for horizontal vibration of buildings.

  • An algorithm to enhance spectra matching of acceleration time history used in the seismic analysis of nuclear power plants(NPP) is proposed. The new scheme provides the solution on the highly fluctuating and over conservatism problems that happened in order to satisfy design spectrum enveloping criteria in the traditional method. To obtain optimized spectrum for a time history, a spectrum matching procedure that adapts a system identification technique is also developed. The algorithm also introduces maximum displacement control, baseline correction, clipping and raising of maximum peak of time history, and power spectral density (PSD) control of time history. It is verified through numerical examples that this new scheme can definitely generate acceleration time history, closely matching the target spectra and satisfying other stipulated requirements.

자전거도로 조사장비를 이용한 포장상태 평가 기준 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Criteria of Pavement Condition Using Investigation Equipment of Bicycle Road)

  • 자전거 이용 활성화를 위해 자전거도로 이용자의 안전성 및 승차감을 고려한 포장상태 평가 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 자전거도로는 주행환경의 변화에 민감하게 반응하기 때문에 일반적인 도로에 적용하는 포장상태 평가기준을 도입하기에 무리가 있다. 본 연구에서는 자전거도로에 적합한 새로운 포장상태 평가기준을 제시하였다. 제시된 자전거도로 포장상태 평가기준은 자전거 조사장비(RMSI; Road Monitoring System using ICT)를 통해 측정된 충격가속도 값을 기준으로 5등급으로 구분하였으며, 자전거도로 이용자의 만족도조사를 통해 제시 기준의 타당성을 검토하였다. 제시된 기준의 등급은 포장상태가 매우 양호한 A 등급부터 즉각적인 보수가 필요한 E 등급으로 구분된다. 이용자 만족도조사 결과 A 등급의 경우 91%, E 등급은 95%의 상관성을 보여 만족도조사 결과와 제시된 기준의 상관성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 자전거도로 조사장비를 이용한 자전거도로 유지관리에 상당히 효과적이며 자전거도로 이용자의 안전성 및 주행성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

잔교식 구조물의 응답스펙트럼 해석법 개선사항 도출 연구: 고유주기 및 입력지반가속도를 중점으로 (Study on Improvement of Response Spectrum Analysis of Pile-supported Structure: Focusing on the Natural Periods and Input Ground Acceleration)

  • 일반적으로 잔교식 구조물의 내진설계를 위한 응답스펙트럼 해석 시 기준서들에서는 지진응답해석을 통해 증폭된 가속도를 입력가속도 활용하도록 제시하고 있으나, 기준서에 따라 방법이 상이하여 설계 시 혼란을 야기할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 동적원심모형실험을 통해 지반 내 다양한 깊이에서 지반 가속도를 산정하였으며, 산정된 지반가 속도를 활용하여 응답스펙트럼 해석을 수행하였다. 이후 실험 및 해석을 통해 도출된 잔교식 안벽 구조물의 모멘트 결과를 비교하였으며, 응답스펙트럼 해석 시 적절한 입력지반가속도를 결정하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 실험 및 해석을 비교한 결과, 탄성 지반 스프링을 적용하는 경우 구조물의 고유주기를 가장 적절하게 모사하는 것으로 나타났으며, 상부 지표면에서 증폭된 지진파를 입력가속도로 활용하는 것이 사질토 지반에 관입된 구조물 응답을 가장 합리적으로 모사하는 것으로 나타났다.

지반-기초말뚝 상호작용을 고려한 응답스팩트럼의 적용 한계가속도 (Response Spectrum Analysis-Induced Limit Acceleration of Soil Pile Systems)

  • 본 연구에서는 입력가속도의 한계 범위를 흙의 상대밀도, 지하수위, 지반 조건을 고려하여 시간이력해석과 응답스펙트럼해석으로 분석하였다. 시간이력해석은 FLAC3D로 응답스펙트럼해석은 FB-Multipier를 이용하여 여러 지반 조건에 대한 수치해석을 실시하였다. 말뚝 주변 지반은 탄소성 물질로 가정하였다. FLAC3D 해석의 주변 지반은 Mohr-Coulomb과 Finn 모델로 설정하였고, FB-Multiplier 해석은 비선형 p-y 곡선을 이용하여 해석하였다. 비선형 지반 거동을 갖는 가속도의 한계범위는 주변 지반의 상대밀도에 비례함을 보였다. 해석 결과 SP soil이 SM soil보다 지반의 가속도의 한계범위가 훨씬 크고 지하수위는 지반조건에 관계없이 입력가속도의 한계범위를 감소시키는 경향이 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 가속도의 한계 범위는 주로 전단탄성계수의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The thesis shows that we gauged vibration of vehicular load regarding WPC girder bridge and researched into dynamic characteristics(natural frequency, vibration acceleration) of WPC girder bridge. By the basic of that, we researched on vibration serviceability by looking over and being compared to vibration criteria we had before. In the thesis, the gauged vibration made an analysis of vertical acceleration through FFT method and evaluated vibration serviceability about vibration sense the body feels by means of the standard of ISO assessment standard and Meister assessment standard by referring to analysis data. This research on bridge is WPC girder bridge of 90m span, width of 5.5m, and the experiment was gauged by a fluent which is right way and inverse way about dump truck of gross 270kN. Acceleration was located in the middle of 1st span, 2nd span, 3rd span. As a result of appraisal standard of Meister, the vibrations of the bridge have distributed between "Level C, Strongly Perceptible" and "Level B, Disturbing". Also the vibration can be attacked with unpleasant feeling. As a result of appraisal standard of ISO, from vibration influence didn't come to 60s, and reduced comfort boundary in part of most rigorous standard that such a case didn't happen.

지진가속도 계측기를 이용한 건축물의 긴급 안전성 평가 알고리즘 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Rapid Safety Assessment System for Buildings Using Seismic Accelerometers)

  • 본 연구에서는 공공 시설물을 대상으로 설치된 지진가속도 계측 시스템의 운영 효율성 개선을 위하여 지진 이벤트 신호 변환 및 처리 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 더불어 처리된 지진 가속도 시간이력의 분석을 통해 건축물의 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 평가 방법과 평가 기준을 제안하였으며, 테스트베드 건축물에 적용하여 그 작동과 활용성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 지진 이벤트 계측자료의 분석 정확성을 확보하고, 지진재해 상황에서 재난 대응의 방향과 우선순위 판단을 위한 의사결정 지원자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

장주기 지진동을 고려한 건축물 및 비구조요소의 가속도 응답 증폭비 (A Study on the Acceleration Response Amplification Ratio of Buildings and Non-structural Components Considering Long-Period Ground Motions)

  • Structures of high-rise buildings are less prone to earthquake damage. This is because the response acceleration of high-rise buildings appears to be small by generally occurring short-period ground motions. However, due to the increased construction volume of high-rise buildings and concerns about large earthquakes, long-period ground motions have begun to be recognized as a risk factor for high-rise buildings. Ground motion observed on each floor of the building is affected by the eigenmode of the building because the ground motion input to the building is amplified in the frequency range corresponding to the building's natural frequency. In addition, long-period components of ground motion are more easily transmitted to the floor or attached components of the building than short-period components. As such, high-rise buildings and non-structural components pose concerns about long-period ground motion. However, the criteria (ASCE 7-22) underestimate the acceleration response of buildings and non-structural components caused by long-period ground motion. Therefore, the characteristics of buildings' acceleration response amplification ratio and non-structural components were reviewed in this study through shake table tests considering long-period ground motions.

인간의 보행 및 미끄러짐 특성에 기반한 끌기형 미끄러짐 저항 측정 조건 (Measurement Criteria for Drag-Sled Type Slip Resistance Tester Based on Human Gait and Slip)

  • This study was performed to find out the measurement criteria of slip resistance from analysis of human gait and slips. Many kinds of slip resistance testers were developed based on mechanical friction testers. But, there are, as yet, no unambiguous slip resistance measurement methodologies and generally accepted safety criteria or safety thresholds for estimating slipping hazard exposures. Also, there are variety of measuring conditions between those testers. The measurement criteria should be tested within the range of human slipping conditions observed in biomechanical studies. It's results should clearly consider whether the devices reflect the human slipping conditions. In this study a dragsled type friction tester, which was constructed in accordance with ISO 15133 basically, was used. Test conditions were set in order to determine the range of measurement criteria. It is shown that drag velocity should be more than 1 m/s, acceleration be more than 10 $m/s^2$, contact time be less than 0.1sec, and contact pressure be within 350~400 kPa.
