Although, recently, studies on Internet banking users' behavior have been frequently found in some academic journals, most of them have ignored security anxiety which may be considered as important factors influencing usages of Internet banking. We propose an research model for Internet banking users which is an extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) by adding new variable, security anxiety. For empirical support of our model, we survey for 298 samples and analyze it by structured equation model(SEM). In result, our proposed model is proved as a valid one in which all hypotheses except one are accepted and the values of model fitness are relatively high.

Many students prefer to study abroad to increase their chances of having a better future. While studying abroad they may encounter difficulties such as adapting to the culture of the country they are studying in. Chinese students coming to Korea are no exception to this, and when they are studying abroad, the new environment they are in may cause them hardships which may impact on their social life and even their academic performance. In order to develop their careers, they face many difficulties and challenges. Cultural differences they experience may change their attitudes, thoughts, and values. This research focuses on international students who are not yet certain about their future plans. In order to grasp levels of daily life satisfaction, ease of communication, and future planning orientation, this study conducted a survey of Chinese students who study in Korea. The empirical analysis showed that students with high level of life satisfaction have a tendency to enter graduate school. However, communication has no relation to future planning orientation.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the main variables of difference in high school students' oral health promotion behaviors among adolescents and to improve their academic and oral health promotion behaviors. Methods : The research subjects consisted of 311 high school students in Jeonju. Results : The adequacy of the hypothetical model accounted for 46.9 % of the oral health promotion behavior. The Redundancy of all variables showed the value of the positive values, indicating that the Goodness of fit was greater than the optimum value of the model, and the model of the PLS was a desirable model. The effects of perceived benefits, self efficacy, and social support on oral health promotion behaviors were found to be higher in oral health promotion behaviors. Conclusions : This study is expected to have a significant impact on the perception of the oral health promotion for adolescents in the future and will contribute to the expansion and generalization of Pender's oral health promotion model.

This study sought efficiency of collaboration between manufacturers and distributors by finding a way to improve logistics efficiency in order to save distribution cost and standardize packaging together with profit generation by way of simple-display packaging in discount stores. For the study purpose, the impact of products with RRP (Retail Ready Packaging) by each discount store on the collaboration achievement such as loading efficiency was observed. From this observation, an alternative packaging system that can improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors was sought and the role of distributors in distribution standardization was explored. The purpose of this study also includes suggesting some implications on future basic direction of environment-friendly management. If this study would induce distributors to have more interest in distribution standardization and if logistics efficiency would be enhanced by the operation of packaging system considered of compatibility with pallets, this study would have academic significance and create practical values.

Reinforcement learning if a kind of machine learning. It aims to adapt an agent to a given environment with a clue to a reward and a penalty. Q-learning [8] that is a representative reinforcement learning system treats a reward and a penalty at the same time. There is a problem how to decide an appropriate reward and penalty values. We know the Penalty Avoiding Rational Policy Making algorithm (PARP) [4] and the Penalty Avoiding Profit Sharing (PAPS) [2] as reinforcement learning systems to treat a reward and a penalty independently. though PAPS is a descendant algorithm of PARP, both PARP and PAPS tend to learn a local optimal policy. To overcome it, ion this paper, we propose the Multi Best method (MB) that is PAPS with the multi-start method[5]. MB selects the best policy in several policies that are learned by PAPS agents. By applying PS, PAPS and MB to a soccer game environment based on the SoccerBots[9], we show that MB is the best solution for the soccer game environment.

Although juvenile delinquency has been continually decreasing, property and traffic crimes have been increasing. The age of delinquents or adolescent criminals are getting younger, and the number of female involved in delinquency or crimes has been increasing. The most frequently researched topic has been factors of causal effects on juvenile delinquency and development of counseling programs for the delinquents. Other studies have been investigating descriptive data, analyzing differences by sex, or categorizing delinquency behaviors by type, and suggesting political alternatives for restoration of juvenile delinquency. There have been several academic issues on the conceptual definition of delinquency, shift in research topics, and research methods. There have been further discussions on the imminent values of making relevant policies based on the results of multi-disciplinary research, developing the preventive and therapeutic programs and career counseling programs, and working with the experts from local communities.

The purpose of this study is to provide mathematical knowledge for supporting the didactical knowledge on circular measure and radian in the high school curriculum. We show that circular measure related to arcs can be mathematically justified as an angular measure and radian is a well defined concept to be able to reconcile the values of trigonometric functions and ones of circular functions, which are real variable functions. Radian has two-fold intrinsic attributes of angular measure and arc measure on the unit circle, in particular, the latter property plays a very important role in simplifying the trigonometric derivatives. To improve students's low academic achievement in trigonometry section, the useful advantage and the background over the introduction of radian should be preferentially taught and recognized to students. We suggest some teaching plans to practice in the class of elementary and middle school for enhancing teachers' and students' understanding of radian.

This study focuses on establishing theoretically-reasonable framework of evaluation areas and items for the informatization program and analyzing the weights for each area and item by means of the AHP. To obtain the goal of this research, firstly, based on broadly reviewing previous literature and logical reasoning, the evaluation criteria were Identified and conceptualized, which were 3 evaluation phases, 5 evaluation areas, and 22 evaluation items. Secondly, The data used for calculating the weight values for the evaluation criteria were collected from 48 academic and practical experts in the field of the informatization program promotion using internet survey. Thirdly, the relative weights among evaluation phases, evaluation areas, and its items were derived by AHP analysis. The findings of this study are thought not only to be useful as a practical guideline in performing evaluating the informatization program but also to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of evaluating method and management of the informatization program.

The customer churn and the forecast of customer churn have been important research topics for a long time in the academic domain of customer relationship management. The customer value is studied to construct a gap model based on dual customer values; a basic description of customer value is given, then the gaps between products and services in different periods for the customers and companies are analyzed. The main factors that influence the perceived customer value are analyzed to define the "recognized value gap" and a gap model for the dual customer value is constructed. Based on the dual customer gap a con-ceptual model to determine potential churn customers is proposed in the paper.

Due to the promotion based on the recent research evidences that support benefits of breastfeeding, the proportion of breastfeeding mothers have steadily been increasing in the industrialized countries(60-90%). The purpose of the present review was to evaluate the recent findings on the nutritional values of breast milk and immunological benefits of breastfeeding in order to promote the breastfeeding practice in Korea. Research findings supported the concept that the breast milk has a lasting effect on the development of digestive and immune systems. Most of the works assessed whether breastfeeding enhanced protection against infection as well as decreased risk for certain allergic disorders.
