도시철도 건설종사자의 맥파 스트레스 지수와 작업능력 지수 분석 (Analysis of Macpa Stress Index and Work Ability Index on Subway Construction Workers)

  • Metro subway construction is a field that requires a great deal of professional manpower. The aging of professionals has a negative impact on both productivity and health, owing to poor working environments, heavy lifting, underground work, and other factors. To address this issue, the government is progressively revising and enforcing health management law and regulation in the construction industry. Thus, the job stress and work ability of many professional subway construction workers, who are rapidly aging, are being analyzed to ensure their safety and improve their health. In this study, the Macpa stress index of Busan Metro Subway construction workers from Sasang to Hadan line was measured by using a Macpa measurement machine, and a work ability survey was conducted by using the questionnaire that was developed by the FIOH. The independent variables were age, years of service, job position, employment type, and occupation. While, the dependent variables were the Macpa stress index and work ability. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used because it was difficult to assume that the statistics of this study represented a normal distribution. The results showed that age, job position, and employment type affected Macpa stress index and revealed that as the age of the workers increased, their stress levels increased as well. Additionally, job position and employment type affected the work ability of the metro subway construction workers. In terms of job position, the technical engineers were under a lot of stress, and whereas the managers had the best work ability. The technical engineers were more stressed than the other workers because of a poor working environment. In terms of employment type, daily workers were under more stress and lower work ability than others.

대학생의 직무능력 향상 교육이 첫직장 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Competencies Education in First Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 기업에 필요한 직무능력을 향상시키는 것이 성공적인 취업을 위해 매우 중요하다는 관점에서 직무능력향상교육이 진로목표설정, 진로준비행동 및 직장만족도에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향력을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대졸자직업이동경로조사(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey: GOMS)의 2013GOMS를 바탕으로 5,044명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 직무능력향상교육은 진로목표설정에 긍정적으로 작용할 뿐만 아니라 진로준비행동을 촉진하는 요인임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 진로준비행동은 첫직장 만족도 향상에 기여한다는 것을 다시 한 번 확인하였다. 셋째, 직무능력향상교육과 진로목표설정은 진로준비행동을 통하여 간접적으로 직장만족도를 향상에 기여한다는 것을 규명하였다. 결론적으로 직무능력향상은 자신의 진로에 대하여 명확한 목표를 설정하고 이를 위한 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로써 자신이 희망하는 일자리 획득의 가능성을 높여준다는 것을 규명하고 있다. 따라서 대학생들은 자신의 적성을 고려하여 직무능력향상에 노력해야하며, 이를 위해 대학교와 정부에서는 대학생들이 자신의 적성을 조기에 파악하여 이에 부합되는 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위한 체계적인 교육프로그램을 개발이 필요하다.

  • 도서관 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 능력은 조직의 운영에 영향을 미치는 것으로, 관리자가 어떠한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보이느냐에 따라 조직의 구성원들을 독려하거나 조직을 운영하는 방식이 달라질 수 있기 때문에 중요한 의미를 가지게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 능력이 직원의 직무성과와 역할갈등에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경영조직으로서의 도서관과 커뮤니케이션에 관한 개념적 배경을 바탕으로, 도서관 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무성과 그리고 역할갈등에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하였다. 그리고 본 연구는 설문조사법을 이용하여 서울시에 소재한 8개 공공도서관에 근무하는 사서 127명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 설문내용은 SPSS 20 통계패키지를 이용한 통계분석으로 처리하여 각 변인간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 도서관 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 능력이 직원의 직무성과와 역할갈등에 미치는 영향에 대한 토론을 전개하였다.

일부 치위생과 학생의 직업선호도 유형 및 학업능력과 학업성취도에 관한 연구 (A study on job preference type, academic ability and academic performance of dental hygiene department student)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials for defining educational direction of dental hygiene department and establishing the instruction to improve direction consulting and academic effect of dental hygiene department student. Methods : The researcher surveyed the relation among job aptitude, academic ability and academic performance by selecting 131 dental hygiene department students of P university as study targets. Results : For high school classifications, direction searches and academic abilities of dental hygiene department students of P university, it was found that classical high school was 68.7% and vocational high school was 31.3%. For job aptitude, social type was 58.0% and artistic type was 26.0% so they were usual. For academic ability, interpersonal relation($12.78{\pm}1.34$), music/rhythm was($12.32{\pm}1.09$) and natural($12.32{\pm}1.00$) showed high scores in order over the first, the second and the third field and language/vocabulary(22.6%) and music/rhythm(21.6%) was the next. For academic performance depending on high school classification, job aptitude and academic ability, there was a significant difference in high school classification by classical high school($86.55{\pm}8.21$) and vocational high school($85.34{\pm}11.31$)(p<0.05) and there was also a significant difference in job aptitude by social type($85.45{\pm}9.42$) and artistic type($88.41{\pm}6.93$)(p<0.05). In the mutual relation between academic ability and academic performance, the high academic ability score in the first field was led to the high score in the second and the third field, showing significant mutual relation(p<0.00). Conclusions : This research has been accomplished by college students of dental hygeine department, so you have to consider before generalizing these results. Therefore it is required to research more, likewise using a comparison with other students or it should be conducted by general people.

건설안전관리자 직무교육 과정 개선에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Education Process Improvement for Effective Job Training of Construction Safety Manager)

  • Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal physical damages. For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important. This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.

  • 건축공사 현장에서 공사관리를 수행하는 현장관리자의 작업능력은 프로젝트의 성공여부에 많은 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 건축공사 현장관리자의 작업능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 작업능력은 작업능력지수를 통해서 측정하였으며, 직무스트레스는 한국형 직무스트레스 측정도구를 통해서 측정하였다. 현장관리자의 작업능력은 직무스트레스가 높을수록 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운동, 종교보유도 현장관리자의 직무능력에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 현장관리자의 작업능력을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Developing a Best-Evidence Pre-employment Medical Examination: An Example from the Construction Industry

  • The Dutch construction industry has introduced a compulsory preemployment medical examination (PE-ME). Best-evidence contents related to specific job demands are, however, lacking and need to be gathered. After the identification of job demands and health problems in the construction industry (systematic literature search and expert meeting), specific job demands and related requirements were defined and instruments proposed. Finally, a work ability assessment was linked to the instruments' outcomes, resulting in the modular character of the developed PE-ME. Twenty-two specific job demands for all Dutch construction jobs were identified, including kneeling/squatting, working under time pressure, and exposure to hazardous substances. The next step was proposing self-report questions, screening questionnaires, clinical tests, and/or performance-based tests, leading to a work ability judgment. "Lifting/carrying" is described as an example. The new modular PE-ME enables a job-specific assessment of work ability to be made for more than 100 jobs in the Dutch construction industry.

  • In this study, the relationships among self-directed learning ability, science teaching efficacy beliefs (personal science teaching efficacy and science teaching outcome expectation), life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and other background variables of elementary school teachers were investigated. A survey was administered to 234 teachers from 25 elementary schools in Jeonju. It was found that self-directed learning ability of the teachers was significantly correlated with their personal science teaching efficacy, science teaching outcome expectation, life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and age. A stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that personal science teaching efficacy, life satisfaction, science teaching outcome expectation, and age were the significant predictors on their self-directed learning ability.

업종, 연령, 업무형태에 따른 작업능력지수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Work Ability Index by the Type of Business, Age and Job)

  • According to the Korea National Statistical Office data in 2008, the population over ages of 65 years would possess to 10.7% whole population of Korea in 2009 denoting Korea is already in the aging society. It is well-known that the possibility to work longer and to live better is highly related to the work ability of individuals. The objective of this study is to evaluate the work ability of each aged group using the Work Ability Index(WAI) in the shipbuilding industry, machinery industry and Korea housing corporation, and to assess the effect of the type of business, age and job on the WAI score. The results showed that no significant difference was identified on the effect of aging although work ability of some group(over 55 years) was a little higher than that of others. Also, type of business and job had a significant effect on WAI score. These results suggested that the work ability is not necessarily related to aging in Korean society. One possible explanation for this might be different cultural characteristics of Korean society.
