Most human-error case of accident database is written by various description and expression because accident database is produced by two or more person. And extracted information by searching of database varies in researcher's judgment criteria and the capability. Furthermore, much time and effort are required to examine manually information related to the human error from each accident case. Accordingly, it is difficult to explore objectively the accidents relevant to the human-error from the accident data base which is accumulated enormously. In this study, to solve these problems, it was developed an searchig method which is not influenced by researcher's judgment criteria and capability. For this, human-error keywords were extracted from a Japanese-English dictionary to examine objectively the accident case related to human-error in data base. This searching method by the human-error keywords can be applicable in most accident databases, although a database will be accumulated in future. Also, using the searching technique of this research, knowledge obtained by searching result can be compared with other research's results by the same method. Although the number of accident case increasese, searching results from database have the objectivity because it is not necessary to modify the based searching method or change the human-error keywords. However, as subject of future investigation, it would be necessary that the extension and investigation on human-error keywords improve and the technique to enhance searching accuracy would be modified.

Given a nonlinear function f : $\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ that has a simple real zero ${\alpha}$, a new numerical method to be called k-fold pseudo- Halley's method is proposed and it's error analysis is under investigation to confirm the convergence behavior near ${\alpha}$. Under the assumption that f is sufficiently smooth in a small neighborhood of ${\alpha}$, the order of convergence is found to be at least k+3. In addition, the corresponding asymptotic error constant is explicitly expressed in terms of k, ${\alpha}$ and f as well as the derivatives of f. A zero-finding algorithm is written and has been successfully implemented for numerous examples with Mathematica.

A satisfiability problem in propositional logic is the problem of checking for the existence of a set of truth values of atomic prepositions that renders an input propositional formula true. This paper describes an empirical investigation of a particular integer programming approach, using the set covering model, to solve satisfiability problems. Our satisfiability engine, SETSAT, is a fully integrated, linear programming based, branch and bound method using various symbolic routines for the reduction of the logic formulas. SETSAT has been implemented in the integer programming shell MINTO which, in turn, uses the CPLEX linear programming system. The logic processing routines were written in C and integrated into the MINTO functions. The experiments were conducted on a benchmark set of satisfiability problems that were compiled at the University of Ulm in Germany. The computational results indicate that our approach is competitive with the state of the art.

Flora investigations have been conducted by many researchers for a long time in Korea. Even though large amount of investigation data has been accumulated, there is no accurate statistics or database because most of data were published in a printed form. We developed a web-based database of flora investigation, named as the Integrated Korean Flora Database (http://www.floradb.net/) to understand distribution patterns and habitats of plants in Korea. Till now, 480 published paper, 356 thesis, 76 reports and books, and 8 unpublished papers written in between 1962 and 2017 were collected and their species lists from 280 papers were parsed into the database. From 124,105 records, 3,100 species belonging to 206 families and 965 genera were identified via comparing with two major Korean plant species lists. 55 endangered species, 159 endemic species, and 367 rare species were identified. The most frequently surveyed species were Commelina communis in herbaceous and Rosa multiflora in woody plants. Microclimate data provided by Korea Meteorological Administration were also integrated and analyzed to assign cold hardness zones for each species. By comparing minimum temperature (<2%) acquired from automated weather stations (AWS) near by plant species, 6a to 10b zones (7b is the most frequent zone) were identified. Integrated Korean Flora Database will be a fundamental platform of korea flora investigation as well as a new standard for classifying distribution of plants based on accurate microclimate data. Moreover, it can also provide evidences of investigated plant species, such as specimen and/or pictures with connecting to the InfoBoss Cyber Herbarium (http://herbarium.infoboss. co.kr/) and Biodiversity Observation Datbase (BODB; http://www.biodiversitydb.org/).

Flora investigations in Korea have been conducted by many researchers for diverse purposes. Accumulated flora investigation data has not been utilized efficiently because there is no accessible database for comparison. To overcome this shortcoming, we constructed web-based database of flora investigation, named as the Integrated Korean Flora Database (IKFD; http://www.floradb.net/intro.php). Until now, 284 flora references (263 papers, 14 reports and books, and 7 unpublished papers written in between 1962 and 2017) were digitalized into the database. From 134,711 records, 4,301 species belonging to 228 families and 1,079 genera were identified via mapping with two major Korean plant species lists. Polygon areas originated from references were used for distribution of plant species, identifying precise distribution area. It will be a better index to show plant ecological characteristics. Collected micro-climate data provided by Korea Meteorology Administration were also integrated in IFKD for understanding correlation between distribution of plants and micro-climate. Cold hardiness zone which has been utilized for classifying climate zones. 12 out of 26 zones identified based on micro-climate data in Korea were mapped with distribution of plants. More than half species were appeared in zone 6a, 6b, 7a, and 7b. Taken together with these results, IKFD will be a fundamental platform for understanding plants in Korea flora investigation as well as a new standard for classifying distribution of plants. Moreover, Biodiversity Observation Database (BODB; http://www.biodiversitydb.info/intro.php) which integrates plant distribution data was also integrated for further studies.

This study researched unequal trades and analyzed the difference of legal relation control between the franchisor and the franchisee in foodservice industry. The purpose of this study was the preparatory process for basic data to establish a statute law for the franchisee in foodservice industry. We made up a questionnaire for 53 franchisees in March 2004 and analysed spss 10.0. This result was as follows. First, the special office was needed for publicity activities of law related franchise and the investigation of a right in the written contract for a franchisee. Second, there should be the conformation and objective criteria of monopolistic goodwill in legal proceedings. Third, the larger the scale of franchisees was, the less efficiently the conflicts between franchisors and franchisees were controlled.

The aim of this study is to present preliminary results from an ongoing large-scale study of English-language future goal orientations held by Japanese university students. The work here involves an investigation of learners in multiple disciplines, from five universities, both public and private, in the Kanto-region of Japan, and their perspective on their future use of English. The results summarize written essays on L2-goal orientations. Preliminary results indicate Japanese learners (n = 629) as a whole have disparate L2-learning goals; however, these can be summarized into four broad categories: career, personal life, study, and general; and early findings indicate that most learners (63.56%) are oriented to career or personal goal orientations, while others are oriented to study and general. These early results help us to gain a better understanding of the future goals of Japanese university learners and their views of English usage in the future.

Computer system performance has always had the possibility of affecting business profitability, but with the advent of the World Wide Web where customers interact directly with Web servers, response time can have a direct and dramatic impact on business revenue. This paper is written in the operation environment and system analysis of HTS(Home Trading System) running K Securities. This paper also shows the method for performance improvement through investigation and analysis for the overall systems resources whether HTS has an appropriate performance or not. Performance analysis includes specially CPU analysis, Memory analysis, Disk Input/Output analysis and application analysis. Besides providing more detailed server specification for expansion from now on, system performance can be maintained with effect in the future. Through this study it is possible to manage the performance of HTS more easily and to solve problems such as a bottleneck more quickly.

Our investigation of the intricate relationship among nationalism, humanism, and imperialism begins from reading Song of Ariran, the auto/biography of Kim San recorded by Nym Wales, together with Margaret Drabble's fictional adaptation of Lady Hong's autobiography, The Memoirs of Lady $Hyegy{\breve{o}}ng$, in her novel The Red Queen, in which the story of Barbara Halliwell, a modern female envoy of Lady Hong, is interweaved with Lady Hong's narrative. In spite of their being seemingly disparate texts, Song of Ariran and The Red Queen are comparable: they are written by Western female writers who deal with Koreans, along with the Korean history and culture. Accordingly, both works cut across the boundary of fiction and fact, imagination and history, and the East and the West. In the age of globalization, Western women writing (about) Korea and Koreans traversing the historical and cultural limits inevitably engage us in post-colonial discussions. Despite the temporal differences--If Song of Ariran handles with the historical turmoils of the 1930s Asia, mostly surrounding Kim San's activities as a nationalist, The Red Queen is written by a twenty-first century British woman writer whose international interest grapples with the eighteenth-century Korean Crown Princess' spirit in order to reinscribe a story of Korean woman's within the contemporary culture--, both works appeal to the humanistic perspective, advocating the universal human beings' values transcending the historical and national limitations. While this sort of humanistic approach can provide sympathy transcending time and space, this 'idealistic' process can be problematic because the Western writers's appropriation of Korean culture and its history can easily reduce its particularities to comprehensive generalization, without giving proper names to the Korean history and culture. Nonetheless, the Western female writers' attempt to find a place of 'contact' is valuable since it opens a possibility of having meaningful communications between minor culture and dominating culture. Yet, these female writers do not seem to absolutely cross the border of race, gender, and culture, which leaves us to realize how difficult it is to reach a genuine understanding with what is different from mine even in these 'universal' narratives.

Most elevators worldwide do not have smoke protection, fire protection, and other features necessary for them to be considered as a means of fire evacuation. It is the aim of this study to investigate and analyze the recommendation for the evacuation plan using evacuation elevator of AIJ the aim of this study is to introduce AIJ method for the safety plan using evacuation elevator of high rise building written by working group fire resistant.
