장애인활동지원사의 소명의식과 서비스 질의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Sense of Calling and Service Quality of Personal Assistants for People with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 장애인활동지원사의 소명의식과 서비스 질의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경상남도 K시 장애인활동지원기관 4개소에 소속되어 활동하고 있는 장애인활동지원사이고, 총 308부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료수집은 2023년 3월 13일부터 4월 28일까지이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인활동지원사의 소명의식, 자기효능감, 서비스 질간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 모든 하위변인에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소명의식과 서비스 질의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 소명의식의 하위요인인 친사회적 지향과 서비스질의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장애인 활동지원사의 서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 소명의식과 자기효능감을 높일 필요가 있음을 시사하고, 이에 대한 제언을 하였다.

국내 외국인 유학생의 음악 활용 (Use of Music by International College Students in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 외국인 유학생의 음악 활용을 살펴보기 위해 B시에 소재한 5개의 4년제 대학에 유학 중인 외국인 학부생을 대상으로 조사 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 음악 활용 현황, 음악 활용 목적, 개인 변인 등 총 25문항으로 구성된 설문지 150부를 배포한 후 회수된 81부의 설문지 중 불충분한 12부를 제외한 총 69부를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 외국인 유학생은 노래부르기나 악기연주에 비해 음악감상 활동을 선호하였으며 주로 혼자 기숙사에서 대중음악을 감상하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사랑을 주제로 한 음악을 선호하였으며 한국의 음악 보다는 본국의 음악에 대한 활용도가 높았다. 둘째, 음악 활용 목적은 편안함, 기분전환, 즐거움, 소속감, 성취감의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국내 외국인 유학생의 개인변인(성별, 한국거주기간, 음악교육경험 유무)별 음악 활용에는 전반적으로 차이를 보이지 않으나, 한국거주기간에 따른 선호 음악분위기와 음악을 통해 소속감을 얻는 정도가 다른 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 외국인 유학생의 음악 활용 현황 파악을 통해 이들의 문화적응 및 심리 정서적 지원을 위한 음악프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

A New Method for Segmenting Speech Signal by Frame Averaging Algorithm

  • A new algorithm for speech signal segmentation is proposed. This algorithm is based on finding successive similar frames belonging to a segment and represents it by an average spectrum. The speech signal is a slowly time varying signal in the sense that, when examined over a sufficiently short period of time (between 10 and 100 ms), its characteristics are fairly stationary. Generally this approach is based on finding these fairly stationary periods. Advantages of the. algorithm are accurate border decision of segments and simple computation. The automatic segmentations using frame averaging show as much as $82.20\%$ coincided with manually verified segmentation of CMU ARCTIC corpus within time range 16 ms. More than $90\%$ segment boundaries are coincided within a range of 32 ms. Also it can be combined with many types of automatic segmentations (HMM based, acoustic cues or feature based etc.).

  • The Internet industry is developing at a high speed and entering the stage of convergence of everything, in which mobile devices are a key part, and smartphone manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly in this environment. As one of the smartphone manufacturing enterprises that have dominated the Chinese smartphone market for many years, OPPO enterprise has developed rapidly and occupied a large share of the smartphone market. As a globally renowned technology company, its unique organizational culture is behind its success. In this study, through the analysis of OPPO's information and related literature, we found that OPPO's organizational culture has the characteristics of emphasizing teamwork, focusing on innovation, and advocating customer first. This organizational culture not only enhances employees' sense of belonging, but also promotes the company's long-term development. This study is not only important for understanding OPPO's success, but also for other companies to construct and optimize their organizational culture.

한국어 학습자의 관형격 조사 '의' 사용 양상 연구: 학습자 말뭉치 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Use of Genitive Particle '의': Focusing on the analysis of Korean Learners Corpus)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the Korean learners' usage pattern of '의', the genitive particle, according to semantic classification, so that it can be referred to in determining the contents and methods of related education. The method of this study adopts a quantitative analysis using learners corpus established by National Institute of Korean Language. As a result of the analysis, as proficiency increases, the overall frequency of '의' increases and the number of meaning senses used increases. However, the frequency of errors also increases with it. As for the usage pattern of each sense, the meaning of 'ownership, belonging' is the most frequent, and followed by 'acting entity', 'kinship, social relations', and 'relationship(area)'. In conclusion, the meanings of 'acting subjects' and 'relationships(area) need to be supplemented with explicit education. Other meanings need to be discussed, and decisions should be made in consideration of learning purpose and proficiency.

  • The mumps virus is a single-stranded, non-segmented, negative-sense RNA virus belonging to the $Paramyxoviridae$ family. Mumps is characterized by bilateral or unilateral swelling of the parotid gland. Aseptic meningitis is a common complication, and orchitis is also common in adolescents and adult men. Diagnosis is based on clinical findings, but because of high vaccination coverage, clinical findings alone are not sufficient for diagnosis, and laboratory confirmation is needed. Mumps is preventable by vaccination, but despite high vaccination coverage, epidemics occur in several countries, including Korea. Many hypotheses are suggested for these phenomena. In this review, we investigate the reason for the epidemics, optimal methods of diagnosis, and surveillance of immunization status for the prevention of future epidemics.

헤어샵 종사자의 유니폼 착용실태 및 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Real Wearing Condition and Preference of Hair Shop Uniform)

  • There is an increased interest in having beauty regardless of ages and sex with improvement of the national income level and increase in social activities. Competition within the beauty service industry is increasing rapidly because of global impact within Korea wave. Thus, active public relations and offering distinguished service in the beauty service industry are important. Also, uniforms play an important role in providing an image differentiated from other brands and presents professionalism to the customer. Therefore, we determined function and design of uniforms required in beauty service industry by researching wearing realities, satisfaction, preferred designs and functions of uniforms from hair shop staff. Functional and aesthetic uniforms play an important role to enhance the staffs' sense of belonging. In addition, it is good for the image of hair shop. Special design mirroring job characteristics with expression of differentiated personalities is needed. However, the research was conducted only in the hair shop in Seoul, Daejeon, and Gyeonggi-do. Further studies on much wider areas will be needed.

방과후 집단활동 프로그램의 참여가 아동의 사회적 능력에 미치는 효과 (The effect of an after-school program on social competency of school-aged children)

  • This study firstly focused on development of an after-school program for school-aged children, and secondarily exploring the relationship between the after-school program and social competency of school-aged children. The program was composed of 10 two-hour sessions. The main goal of the program was to instill a sense of self-acknowledge, self-worth, responsibility and belonging to society and social activities. The subjects of this study were 29 children of first, second and third glades at the elementary schools in Seoul. This program was administered from March to May 1999. The data were analysed by frequency, mean, and paired t-test using the SAS program package. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows; There were significant differences in the degrees of social competency between before and after participating in the program(t=1,92 p<.05). The after-school program for school-aged children affect social competency variable as ‘initiative’(t=3,52 p<.001), but do not affect ‘sociability’, ‘responsibility’or ‘self-disclosure’. These results lead us to conclude that an after-school program of this type would be useful for developing peer-interation and for later social competency.

Perception of University Instructors for Designing Online Interactions: Findings from Importance-Performance Analysis

  • The aim of the current study was to suggest priorities needed to be considered by university instructors when designing online learning. Based on three types of interactions (learner-content, learner-instructor, and learner-learner interactions) for effective online learning (Moore, 1989), draft questionnaires representing each type of interaction were written. After examining content validity by two Ph.D. experts, the survey was constructed with an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) form. Data of 133 university instructors were collected online. Results showed that support for designing learner-learner interaction was the priority for improving online learning. In terms of learner-instructor interaction, instructors needed to provide social-emotional support to learners so that learners could have a sense of belonging. For learner-instructor interaction, supporting instructors to monitor the level of understanding was the most highly demanding strategy for online learning. Limitations and suggestions for further studies were discussed.

학령기 아동의 방과후 자아존중감 프로그램 개발 및 참여효과에 관한 연구 (The Development & Effectiveness of an After-school Self-esteem Program)

  • The after-school self-esteem program developed for this study consisted of 53 40-minute sessions; its goal was to instill a sense of self-reliance, belonging to society, self-worth, self-control, independence, responsibility, and respect. The program was administered to 32 first, second and third grade elementary school children from April 2002 to September 2002. The data were analyzed by frequency, mean, and paired t-test, using the SAS program package. Results showed significant before and after differences in the degree of self-esteem among the participants in the after-school self-esteem program.
